Anything for fancy dosa. The Chutney, the presentation and the dosa itself are delicious. The more attractive are it's prices.
Had their pizza dosa and paneer Makhani dosa and both tasted so well . The portion size for the both was a bit less but the taste was really awesome.

So it is a one of the most recommended place to have some street food dosa in Raja Park .

This food truck is located near lbs college in raja park. This place is perfect for foodies who love south Indian with a different touch. They serve you with a menu of 99 types of dosas and you can choose the one which matches your taste buds.
They take 20-25 mins to prepare dosa and their sambhar is not good, but this is not a negative point as you don't need sambhar with the dosas they serve.
I ordered cheese Chinese dosa which was superb in taste but was a litte spicy 4/5
I regert that wht I didn't visited this place before. They are superb as i am not fond of South Indian but I can't say no to their dosas
I ordered masore cheese masala dosa. It was awesome,yummy and they give with 3 different flavored sauces😋 Their packing was nice and clean.

They started with a food truck and the taste was so good that after placing the order the person has to wait for 30-35 minutes to get it served.
They are doing really well and congratulations for expanding your outlet in Banipark.
Super polite staff with some really mind boggling dosa in town. I came to Jaipur for 3 days, and this place serves the best dosa I have ever eaten in Rajasthan! Menu includes a lot of varieties to choose from, and you can always ask the staff to make your own personal style of combo for filling! Loved it.

When you are just crossing raja park in evening & feel like grabbing a light bite, you will find this amazing Food truck named ‘Hey Dosa’. Very clean & hygienic, with amazing options of dosas. For a second I got confused with what to order? Then suggested by owner (very polished young man) we tried our hands on Simple Jini Dosa. Served with finesse & 3 lovely chutneys. We(Ratzz & Ritzz) loved every bite of what we ate. Next time we have to come with loads of appetite to try other wonderful flavors. Keep rocking!!!

I have tried their Teen Mar Dosa, pizza Dosa and some plain dosas like sweet corn and screaming Dosa. And I have found that the higher variant dosas like the Pizza Dosa and Teen Mar are really good while the simple ones aren't really that good. Secondly, when I first visited them their 3 chutneys were good and the next time I visited it tasted pathetic. They should improve them because they don't serve sambhar. So at least the chutneys should taste good.

So basically a food van , they serve you such yummy dosas that you will definitely have this place in mind for your dosa cravings. Nice presentation, delicious food and fast service are the plus points of this outlet. Situated in Rajapark area , it is easily reachable. We ordered - paneer jinni dosa and pav bhaji masala dosa . Paneer jinni dosa being special one was a treat to taste buds. Also, note that they don't serve sambhar so be ready for that when you visit this place. Overall, a delight for dosa lovers!!

After a friend's suggestion and seeing a good rating on Zomato I decide to visit this eatery. A compact food truck that's neat and tidy.
The dosa variety is awesome and so is the taste. Each preparation has its unique flavour.
The presentation is good, and so is the cutlery provided.
One may find the prices high from a street food perspective but seeing the quality offered, it's all justifiable.
Do try the paneer tikka dosa, it's just fantastic and different.

The name is itself very catchy and it is one of the food truck concept in Raja Park.
To start with they reallly serve more than 50 types of dosa which was question before my visit.
From quality to taste of dosa everything was to the mark.
We had #paav bhaaji dosa and #pizza dosaa both of which were tasty and quantity was also enough.
Adding to the taste were 3 chutteneys.Though I was expecting sambhar but I litterally loved the chutteny being the complementary dish.
Coming to service even after being a weekend we were served in less than 15 minutes .
So, overalll I would love to revisit or order from this dosa place.

Hey Dosa Is very nice place to go with friends or with family. They have More parking space and they also park then food truck on a very approachable spot.
The Surroundings are clean near the Truck and the best part is that they make more than 99 types of Dosas in the truck only.
They really have took the art of Dosa making a step further and have also set the bench mark for other people.
Their Dosas are really crispy and range from being sweet , chocolaty , spicy , full of gravy , cheesy and also came in rolls. The Ingredients they use are unique and tasty.
P.S. They serve 3 types of Chutneys with their Dosas but they don't serve Sambar With it and I didn't mind as I didn't feel the need of sambar as they make fusion Dosas !

Hey Dosa is a mini truck located in the arena. The different dosa are served with 3 chutneys namely tomato, green mint, coconut peanut. Try the different dosas again and again as one may be amazed by their quality and different taste.
Since it's a mini truck located on a corner of the road, there isn't much to comment on ambience 😅. However the cook is a specialist and will make the dosas worth eating. Good service with great quantity and quality😃. A dazzling place where the mouth starts drooling seeing the way dosas are prepared. Very unique and definitely, one will miss something awesome if this place is not visited.
Dosas I tried :
1) Pizza Dosa - To get a feel of both pizza and dosa this satiatory dish is for you ❤️
2) Cashew Nut Dosa - One who likes cashew will love not only the taste but it's unique presentation
3) Teen Maar Special - Three different stuffing of rolls of Dosa is very heathy and heavy, worth giving a shot
4) Chocolate Delight Dosa - Something unusual and astonishing with Nutella sauce and added chunks of chocolate made it crispy
5) Panner Tikka Dosa - The Panner gravy is wow, sweet and spicy and a must try out
6) Chef Special Dosa - Tangy flavoured with combination of mushroom, paneer, corn tomato sauce is drooling and a perfect fusion
Being on a road corner, one may find it little bit unhygienic and self service is there. Also parking problem.

I would say it's a revolution in the world of traditional south indian food. Hey dosa made me a dosa lover.
The food truck arrives at 6pm near lbs college in rajapark.
They don't serve sambhar. They serves 3 types of chutneys.
Tomato, mint and peanut.
What I tried, i describe below -
1. PANEER TIKKA DOSA ~ the tangy and spiciness went so well with the dosa. A perfect example of eating a south indian preparation with north indian flavours. I feel like this paneer masala tastes much yummy than usual paneer masala we make for the side dish for roti. I loved this mouthwatering paneer tikka dosa and would love to munch more and more.

2. PIZZA DOSA ~ it's one of the best special dosa offering from hey dosa. It's version of dosa and brilliant mash up of south indian rice and Italian pizza flavourings.

3. Chef 's special dosa (coming soon ) ~ they told us that they are going to add a new dosa in menu called chef special dosa. And I tried this dosa too. It was amazing. Nicely presented and perfectly cooked.

4. Teen Mar dosa ~ now I say this is something I haven't had before. Teen Mar dosa is undoubtedly a hero. I have fallen for this dosa. I'm gonna munch it more and more. They serves it in 3 layers so it calls teen Mar dosa I guess.
5. Kaju mushroom dosa ~ they serves this dosa with lots of roasted Kaju topping. Kaju and mushroom makes it pretty royal.

- sounds good firstly I was shocked bhai tikka dosa what is that .but after I get my order I found a normal dosa with panner ki gravy (sweet and little spice but yummy I enjoy this a lot)
▶3 maar dosa (4.5/5.0) :-amazing name I was think that 3 maar dosa 3 kaise then I found it serve in 3 pieces so its call 3 maar actually I did not get yet why it is 3 maar.(filled with lots of veggies and sweet corn garnished with cheese and beetroot served with 3 kind of chutneys)
▶Chocolate dosa(4.5/5.0):amzing dosa filled with nutella with choco bar cake so crispyness with choco flavour was overloaded
▶Pizza dosa(4.5/5.0) :-its thoda similar to 3 maar crisp, the base was a tomato chutney with corns, capsicum, onions and dher saara cheese and panner.
▶Spring roll Mushroom dosa(4.0/5.0) :- it is a cheese dosa with sping roll content with mushroom so this fusion was lipsmacking :

Prices are reasonable and Service is fast.

Fusion dosas in jaipur! After Hearing a lot about this food truck that serves fusion dosaa in rajapark, visited here yesterday and tried their paneer tika and teen mar dosa. I must say both these dosas were very very yummy. I also liked the fact that owner was personally taking care of each and every order.

Being from bangalore, on my visit to jaipur, I wanted some good nice Dosa .. I don't know why people run behind sambhar. In Bengaluru 90% of the dosa outlet don't serve sambhar, so one evening when I was in jaipur I called this place and they said we serve 99 varieties of dosa but with out sambhar, I was like yes I am going to this place

This outlet has just amazing combinations of dosa.. I found it more of fusion food, than simply South Indian .. n it is super delicious and super awesome combination .. we ordered Kerala dosa .. n ate it to our heart s content.. dosa is served with a punjabi sabji and 3 chutneys ..sabji n chutneys r hell creamy without addition of any cream in it( as we enquired).. it’s so tempting that one can eat the chutneys alone as well....dosawas super crisp..overall a feast for the mind and the stomach..will come back soon..

hey dosa is very much trending on zomato and Instagram so we decided to visit this place on chilling sunday eve..the owner of truck was himself taking the orders n genuinely suggested to what order...
1.we ordered teen mar dosa..which is best dosa served here..
2.the next one was paneer tikka dosa.. though the taste was good bt as the name suggest panner tikka..it was not actually present in the dosa..it was a dosa served with paneer n gravy...
3.kerala dosa..its was also having same gravy taste like paneer tikka gravy only difference was it has crushed paneer...

5. the pizza dosa...its was basically having corn capsicum and cheese in it..bt taste of pizza topping the taste of rich tangy pizza sauce was missing..
6. schezwan spring roll dosa with cheese..its was almst the same dosa like pizza and teen maar dosa..this one was really really disappointing..we couldnt find any flavour of Chinese spring roll, schezwan chutney in it.. request you guys not to order this one..
but because of service , crowd i would really suggest you visit this place atleast one..
will i visit again- surely i will but only for teen maar dosa..
This place a huge variety of unique dosas. Very delicious and finger licking. Small food truck near LBS college this place offers 99 different dosas.
We ordered only 2 dosas.
1) Kerela special Dosa: A plain dosa served with a gravy and 3 chutnies. This dosa had a little hint of chesse. 4/5
2) Pizza Dosa: This dosa was the most cheesiest dosa I've ever had. It had cheese, corn and few more finely chopped veggies. (Recommended) 5/5

Vast variety of dosa and heaven on raja park for all dosa lovers..
Tried two of them..
Kerala special the mixture of that gravy Vegetable which still makes my night vulnerable with uncontrollable craving..
And 3 maar dosa, never even wondered if someone can use beetroot in dosa stuffing but they did it; a very nice touch..

Really nice place to have dosas. By dosas, I don't mean the typical conventional dosa and sambhar, but a fusion of dosa and other cuisines. They serve 99 types of dosas with each having a unique taste. I tried teen maar and paneer tikka dosa, which was really nice. Ended the meal with chocolate dosa. Chocolate and dosa really complement each other. A must try.
One of the best place for dosas with twisted taste,this place is for those who do not dig in for the ethnic dosa though,personally Im not much into dosa but this place has something in its dosa...pocket friendly..awsome...you guys should open more of your franchise or outlet in different places, I travel all the way from vidyadhar nagar to raja park for these delicasies...kudos guys
This is the place which strikes your mind whenever you think about to eat dosa. ❤️😍 tried paneer tikka masala, kaju paneer, teen maar special, all mix special, pizza special. All doasa were delicious and fabulous as they already beaten up the taste of famous dosa cafes likes sarvan dosa, shiv sagar, swamy dosa parlours in raja park. Everytime favourite dosa is paneer tikka masala dosa, everyone has to visit and tried this dosa once. This place is lack or less of sitting area as the dosa served from the food truck and sitting provided on the foot path on the stools but it doesn’t matter when the dosa touches your mouth and stomach both 😋😍
But have to wait more to be get served as this place is all time housefull 😎

So this is basically a food truck that opens after 6 PM near LBS college raja park. It’s easy to locate cause it’s all lit up at night and yeah they do have some stools to sit over if you want to enjoy your dosa there itself.

1. Teen maar dosa : 4.5/5
Filled with lots of sweet corn and veggies. The taste was amazing. (Recommended)
2. Pizza dosa : 4.5/5
The fillings were sort of same as teen maar but it had that extra cheese all over it and this was served as thin crust pizza.
3. American choupsey dosa : 4/5

The staff and the owner were really friendly and the service was commendable. They literally served me all the dosa’s in 5 mins.

It is a perfect place if u want to try out something different which also includes typical north indian taste in a perfect South Indian food😍😍😍 ps: don't expect sambhar but do expect finger licking chutneys😋

Best dosas in jaipur. There are more than 100 varities ot dosas..Must try chocolate dosa if eating with kids..panner dosa was awesome too. There is teen maar dosa which has corn which was delicious
A Perfect place to curb ur dosa hunger pangs....I loved the paneer tikka dosa and cheese overload pizza dosa .....its my new destibation for dosa....but dont expect anything from chutney and samhar..
It has great delicious and uniquely created dishes made by Dosas.
Different types of dosa are there... and also very good quality .. services is very nice... one can just give the order from car and there also serve dosa in the car... you can also ask for chatnis ... but i think they don’t provide sambhar with dosa as they some different things with dosa 👌👌😘😍

The food is great as always but the sitting and arrangements are bad. Need just a little bit of proper arrangements even for a street food stall. But it's all worth it because the food is awesome
