Our stay at the Trident Jaipur was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel staff especially were extremely courteous and hospitable. In all the 5-star hotels I’ve stayed I don’t think I’ve experienced such nice hospitality anywhere else. Kudos to the entire staff and management.

This place is great. The hotel is in a perfect location. The service, rooms everything was great.
The parking place is the basement here which they also use for staff accommodation. If many cars are there then it's difficult. Otherwise it was a great experience

The girls at the daycare center demonstrated genuine warmth and enthusiasm in taking care of the kids. It allowed my spouse and me to enjoy the cultural and recreational offerings of the hotel with peace of mind, knowing our children were in capable hands.

I stayed here in a suite for a short vacation... The staff were very welcoming and the hotel was situated in a good location but far away from the city. They have a good buffet in the main restaurant although the service level drops when the restaurant is full. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff hospitality is the best aspect of the hotel.
I have been visiting frequently here for business trips. You will fall in love after visiting this hotel. Now this 5-star hotel is giving 15℅ discount on festive seasons with world class facilities. Its location is easy-reaching and near to every attraction of the town. Having facilities like suites, dining, kids club, meeting and conference spaces, fort-like front lawn, spa and wellness, gallery showing history of the place are widely attractive.
have to say was really happy with the service and staff of the hotel. They were extremely accommodating, helpful and made our stay so easy. They were friendly with the kids! The entertainment program with the puppet show, the bangle making, the traditional dance with happy hours ensured we never left the hotel! So extremely happy. The rooms are slightly small and bed comfort vary from room to room but overall really happy with the service. Will surely go back!
Trident, Jaipur is an excellent hotel to stay at in Jaipur, especially if you are visiting as a tourist. The hotel's location is so very convenient to all the major sight-seeing attractions in Jaipur and getting to and from the hotel was a breeze! The hotel staff is especially courteous and very friendly.

Cleanliness is really maintained with high standards. Room service is very nice. Good productive tips from hotel faculty about sight seeing places information. It was a very enjoyable trip from the support of hotel team.

The hotel is very charming, the room was comfortable and clean, it also has good amenities (gym, pool, restaurant).
The food was incredible, however what I enjoyed the most was the service. Their staff are super attentive and friendly. Big shout out to Sylvester and Rohit from the restaurant stuff, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, always with a big smile on their faces and willing to share recommendations on food, shopping, and places to visit while there. They really made our stay very pleasant.

It was a quick work trip, trident is great property but it is so retired with old styled rooms and clumsy furniture. Once again long weekend all rooms sold out and we reached last so given the rooms in ground floor close to lobby, noise all night. Food was okay not worth like 5 years ago. I’m keen to come back after their renovation next year. The staff is nice and tries helping you out as much.

I was here to celebrate “ New Year” with my family, the service and hospitality was excellent despite being on 100% occupancy. I would like to express my gratitude towards the Food & beverage Service department and Food & beverage Production department for there extra care for my little ones and providing them with the choices of their food with the smile. My heartiest thanks to “ Chef Himanshu, Floor Assistant and captain of Dinning Room JAL MAHAL and last but not the least Silvestor for his extra warmth in serving food all the time. Thank you Trident and there most curious staff for making this new year so enjoyable and memorable for me and my family.

Trident Hotel Jaipur provided great service maintain hygiene and the place was well designed. Everything was perfect there. So I suggest the place fully.
The best experience I have ever had. I stayed in the hotel with my family. Rooms were clean and safe. The staff was considerate and chefs cooked finger-licking foods. The views from windows were breathtaking. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Must visit.
stayed there 9 years back for our 1st anniversary and it was such a pleasure. The service is impeccable. I wish all the hotels and restaurants learn how to treat their guests from them. During our stay, on check out we just informed the manager that some food item was not upto the mark, to our surprise the chef came to apologise, made us wait, cooked another platter and on knowing it's our anniversary gave us a cake. I loved being there.
