Although you might need reservation as it's always full, the place is really good and the view is beautiful from there,
The service is excellent and non veg is quite better then veg.
Although, Dal makhani was not that great. They have desert coolers so dont worry about the hot weather.

Great buffet spread and very nice food. Good quality as well. Desserts were okayish but not a deal breaker. Ambience gets full marks! Great service and waiters were also very well mannered.
Absolutely marvellous food. I never take risk and order only their authentic Laal Maas and Tandoori Chicken. But almost everytime the taste is same, impeccable and the view and ambience from thia rooftoop restaurant is just magnificient. Also there is huge screen for live matches or music. The rates are bit high though, but i became year long member to avail 50% discount throughout the year. Service is extremely fast and courteous, and they serve beer and wine along with food at the rooftop too
Burj is a rooftop restaurant of The grand uniara in Jaipur. The place is a perfect choice for dinner during the monsoon with pleasant weather and cool breeze. Not only the place but also the food was also tasty. We relished and enjoyed the dishes we had. The only problem was that the staff wasn't personable and also the music that they played ruined the tranquility of the place.

बुर्ज रेस्टोरेंट काफी अच्छा है इसकी सबसे बड़ी खूबी ये है कि यहां से मोती डूंगरी किले का जो व्यू दिखता है वह बहुत ही मन लुभावना है बैठने की व्यवस्था अच्छी है कहना भी अच्छा है बियर के साथ बारबेक्यू का असली आनन्द यही आता है दीवार पर इन्होंने प्रोजेक्टर से मैच चलाने की भी व्यवस्था की हुई है जिस से ये जगह स्पोर्ट्स बार का भी काम कर देती है साथ साथ आप म्यूजिक पर यहां डांस का भी माज़ ले सकते है
