This is my favorite place to go with my family..... Love its sizzler.... I go every month here specially for its CHANAKYA SPECIAL SIZZLER. If anyone go here try it.
This restaurant is highly recommended for sizzler... I always was in search for sizzlers.. There sizzlers is of original recipe...there ambience is little bit quite.. Perfect for lovers if you just want to grab dinner..
They Had a place for garden for kids too 👶.. It was cool when fountain is there ..

Quantity is sufficient according to rate. Quality is better for sizzler, but ice-cream could be more attractive and customised. Awesome ambience. Open, covered, n party venue all in one. Fast service. Fine dine. Live singer is an add-on. Simple sober interior makes it more sophisticated.
Soothing environment helpfull nature of staff... Its gives a view of an old hawali sought off... Really like the place... Its a family based place to go

Chanakya is one of the oldest fine dine restaurants of Vaishali nagar and perfect for group parties and bookings. But let me tell you, their Chanakya special sizzler is just out of the world delicious. Do give it a try.
A restaurant situated in chitrakoot ,which i have been visiting since childhood ,it has a open garden with a indoor restaurant .
The ambience is like a regular restaurant . Staff is very formal , experienced and impressive.
Their specialty are Baked veg and Sizzler ,you got to try it , everytime it tastes the same and reminds me of my childhood.
The part where they lack is the taste of the food ,except the two.

Dine in here was a good experience as this is old wine in a new bottle kinda restaurant it had it main branch on Mirza Ismail road and was everyone's favorite around some years ago. It was my first visit here and i really like the ambience of this posts place. Food served was also good. Polite staff members act as a icing on the cake. Overall it was a good experience been here
Though many people dont know about this place .. it is a very old restaurant which keeps on changing its dining area! A regular visitor with family here! Sizzler amd baked vegetable are highly recommended! ☺️

One of the oldest restro in town n me a fan of food served here right from the first time i had dinner at MI road restro
Though the restro has changed alot but the food taste remains same mild n flavorful.

My review is based on my dining experience a year ago and may not reflect the current state of this offshoot of renowned Chanakya restaurant.
We have been regular to this place earlier and always had a good eating experience in the past with family and friends.
The place is undoubtedly little expensive as compared to the others in the vicinity.

Great family restaurant with wide variety of vegetarian food. Food is always up to the mark. Don't remember the order particularly but everything was good. Ambience is nice with a really good entrance. Interior is basic. A one try place.
Great food and very prompt service! We went there on 4/10/2014, saturday. The food was excellent and so was the service. Every dish was great, be it the tandoori platter, the paneer tikka, the vegetables, namely paneer butter masal and dum aloo. The garlic naan was great! so was the ice cream!
We were a group of 17-20 people. The staff was very cordial and cooperative too. The children had a blast as well as there was a play area for them.
Its very well priced too!

Chanakya was such a pleasant surprise! I walked in not expecting much from the restaurant. I guess you could say it has an old world charm (read, a place my parents would dine at). Very much used to swish bistros and quaint cafés, I turned up my nose at the regular pink-peacock decor at Chanakya. What piqued my interest was the unusually large amount of diners, considering it was a weeknight.
When the food arrived, it was accompanied by an aroma rivalled by most upmarket kitchens. The hot and sour soup was delicious but needed a bit more broth in it. We tried the tandoori platter which was very satisfying and whet our appetite (I daresay I've been converted to a tandoori pineapple chunk person by their chef!!). It was followed by Masala paneer and dal makhani with a variety of breads, and finished off with a dessert of gulab jamun with vanilla ice cream.
This is a no fuss place that you would go to for a quiet and satiating meal with your family. Do not go in with high expectations from the ambience - it can be best described as "meh". But do not make the mistake of judging a book by its cover, give it a chance I say.
Now coming to the best bit - the service. Its been so long that I was lovingly looked after by warm and friendly staff that I'd begun to forget what it felt like not to have a plate literally thrown at you. If you do turn up at this place, please ask to be served by an elderly gent named Mohan Singh, he is one of the best staff members I have had the honor of being served by.

this restaurants is so far serves one of the best veg. dishes. it serves the best in plate. service is no doubt impressive.
and ambiance is decent. its a family restaurant and one can always be satisfied with its food.
i have been there many a times and its also a pleasant place for keeping small parties.
management cAN STILL WORK a bit on their interior and can try to make it a bit more spacious from inside.
overall- a nice place to dine out with family for dinners.

Amazing Sizzlers n Baked veg. We visit regularly. Quick Service. N u can also get customised veg of ur choice. Even Thalli available. They also serve Rajasthani Food. All tandoor preparations made without Egg. Purity is what u can be sure of.
