Everytime i come for South Indian food, & Cheese corn dosa just makes my day.❣️
I ordered Military Ghee dosage. It was great good taste and tasty Sambhar.
This place is my all time favourite specially for south indian food. The sambhar is a mouth watering mixture much in quantity with all the ingredients perfectly mixed. The chutnies are of 4 different varieties including coconut flavour, garlic flavour and few more. The cheesy dosa and crispy fried idli are my all time heart melting dishes. These are the two best things which I can recommend without a second thought.
One of my favourite places to have South Indian food in Jaipur, never ceases to amaze me always the food served is always good, tasty and hygienic and the staff are always happy to serve.
I was craving for south indian food so visited here few days back.
They have simple interiors and ambience was average average.
Had masala dosa, masala was yummy, dosa should be more crispy, sambhar was finger licking.
Always our family place to have the most amazing South Indian experience. Try anything you will rejoice only. This time tried Malabri Paratha with Chettinad korma and it tried out to be wonderful.
What an amazing food and service. Extremely happy and satisfied. I can be there multiple times for South Indian dishes.

Must visit, try and explore and repeat the place....
Visited here yesterday and already want to visit here again. It is a very simple south Indian restaurant with variety of dosas and south indian starters. They serve different types of chutneys and extra Samber as complimentries. Eat here for Fast service, affordable and authentic south Indian flavourful delicacies.
PS - did not click pictures as the food was attacked by us immediately after it was served.
The dosa was undoubtedly tasty...if you really wanna have a good South Indian food..than Sankalp is the best option in the city..apart from South Indian food brownies was good.
I am definitely not a fan of South Indian cuisines.... But sankalp is that one restraunt I always come along with my family for the amazing chutneys and blend of flavours they add to this bland cuisine.
What I love:

Packaging could be improved to keep the food items hot.
overall food was delicious, but u should send more sambhar.
Hygienic, TASTY south Indian food chain with lots of variety, which means not just limited to idli n dosas, but other authentic south Indian dishes too. place is peaceful especially in day times, where you can enjoy your food without any disturbance.
We had our usual Rava masala dosa with mini podi idlis and bisibelle bhat. we also had pinacolada ( coconut milk + pineapple juice) which was a thumbs up. they don't shy away in giving extra sambhar or chatnis ( 4 different types). Prices are nominal or in budget. IN THE END, they serve you with some tasty coconut n gulukand filled paans as a mouth freshener.
A south indian chain which keeps their taste as is. Whenever I miss south indian tasty food I visit them. Menu is very vast. Preparation n Serving both deserve applause. Still I am giving them four as they need to work around their Ambience. Plus I find them expensive too in comparison to other south indian chain options available in Jaipur. Thanks for your time. Keep exploring and Enjoy the food.
There are very few places in Jaipur for authentic South Indian food, and Sankalp is one of them. Great food and amazing service. Do try Chettinad dosa.
Renowned for its rich variety of south indian food, a visit to this place will tell you why it is highly rated amongst the best in business.
We ordered rasam idli, medu vada, schezwan dosa, paneer dosa and cheese corn dosa that all tasted wonderfully well. We specially loved thier thick, creamy sambhar and the different varities of chutney they gave out as well.
It's a big name in India when it comes to South Indian food.
I ordered Mysore Masala Dosa and Rava Masala Dosa.

You can visit this place and enjoy nice South Indian food.
Awesomely good authentic south indian food.
Dosa, idli, rice all taste good.
I specially like the sambhar 😎.
I also find the cutlery used as unique.
A must visit place for South Indian food lovers, they have great variety ranging from authentic south Indian food to modern version of south Indian dishes (with North Indian texture). They also have included some fusion dosa's like one with stuffing of cheese and corn (strongly recommended for cheese lovers) in their menu. In last they give meetha pan in place of mouth freshener which is something I liked most.
Cons:-
1.Bit overpriced (Not for zomato gold member).
2.Service was slow.
Loved the food from here. Ordered for the first time after bumping into this outlet on zomato and driving to it. Well what can I say, Good south Indian food is hard to find in a place like Rajasthan and this eatery has come like a breath of fresh air. Not only its expansive interesting menu, but its taste is worth the exploration. We ordered mini idlis, cheese dosa, military dosa, medu vadas and kesari. The chutneys were thick, luscious and delicious. The dosas were crisp and tasty including he fillings( the military one was too spicy for my liking but i suppose it was supposed to be that way and I didnt specify while ordering so no fault of theirs). The cheese dosa was yummy and the mini idlis were soft and delicious. The three chutneys as accompaniments were really tasty. The kesari could have been a tad softer, but the taste was good. Overall a place i would definitely recommend if you are looking for yummy and innovative south indian. Check out its menu on zomato you will be impressed and dont forget to thank me if you read this review and ordered 💕
Well sankalp is best known for south indian dishes for so many years
This was my second visit there and i ordered cheese chilli utthapam and dosa platter with 4 types of chutneys available there (one should try this )
Apart from the food this is a family restaurant . So if u wanted to try variety of south indian dishes u can visit there
Sankalp is one of the most amazing food chain of South Indian cuisine. And I am a big big fan of Sankalp. Whenever it comes to South Indian cuisine I always visit Sankalp. As my mom loves south indian cuisine so go there often. I have tried a lot many items like Dosa Platter, Mysore Masala Dosa, Masala Dosa, Mint Masala Dosa, veg. Masala Idli, Steamed Idli, Medhu Vada, veg. Uttapam. Every dish was simply Wow! What I love the most about Sankalp is the Paan which comes at the end. 😍
This place is famous for South Indian food and i love south indian dishes so i visited here. The place is good with much varities of dishes. The dosas are sooo tasty and other food items too. I really enjoyed my food here ..I would suggest people to visit here for enjoying south indian taste!
Thank you for serving me.
One of the very few proper south indian restaurant in jaipur. It is part of very famous chain based in Mumbai which is also world record holder for longest dosa. Dosa is best thing they serve. Ambience is normal. They had a large variety of south indian dishes. Must visit place to south indian food lovers
Go for South Indian food.
This is a famous South Indian chain at Gujarat. They give you a variety of dosas including a dosa platter and a 4 foot long dosa.
You can try a variety of uthapam and idlis too
Didn’t like the filter coffee much.
The ambience of this restaurant is a little dead. They should sync that with their food taste which is nice.
When Harry Is Hungry
+3.5
Sankalp is a pretty place to have a nice south indian food.
The interiors would not please you really well but be patient and order some dosa, uttapam and idlis, which will impress you!
.
What did I order?
Military ghee roast dosa
Three barrel dosa
Masala vegetable idli
Special tomato masala uttapam
.
I would specially recommend you MASALA VEG. IDLI, which had 8 little idlis with a spicy onion and tomato gravy.
.
Also, three Barrel Dosa was great. Three little dosas with different flavours and stuffing, it was better to order this if you want to try many flavours but cannot order so many things from the menu!
.
Uttapam was soft and really good. Military ghee roast dosa was a masala dosa, with a nice ammount kf ghee!
.
Best part? SAMBHAR AND A VARIETY OF CHUNTIES 🖤

Nice place for south indian food. I tired vegitable masala idli, steamed idli, medu vada, mysore masala dosa and sambhar rice. Vegitable masala idli was really spicey and something i relished. Mysore masala dosa was also different and chatpata. All in all a good place to visit.
Visited this place for 2nd time after a gap of 1.5 year. We ordered rawa onion masala dosa and nilgiri dosa taste is same and delicious. It is good to maintain quality, quantity and service.
Best place in town for South Indian Cuisine and value for money meal.
Keep it up.
Coming here since this place is open, and when it was on MI road Writing the review on my recent visit
Sankalp is A south Indian chain, which serves in india and outside india too
Idli/Vada 1/5
Idli's and vada's here is never fresh specially in the night, they are made together and just heated up in oven and served. Idli's here are made of Suji not Rice
Rava Dosa 4/5
Nice crisp dosa with good amount masala, but the taste of masala is blunt. But 4/5 for the crispness for DoSa
Kara pura doaa 4.5/5
Form of Paper dosa, but liquid karrampodi is applied inside the whole dosa and served crisp
Mix uttapam 4/5
An uttapam is a thick dosa, there is jo difference in the batter of uttapam and Dosa..All veggies, topped on the uttapam, with good masala'a and cooked to a good crispness
Chettiad Kurma 5/5 ( Must Must Must Try)
Wake me up at 2 Am and i am ready to have thier Chettinad kurma
I always go to Sankalp to have their Chettinad Kurma, very few people order from that section of the Menu, A proper mix sabzi made with their Secret Chettinad Masala, served with malabar porotha.
Thier sambhar is much better from other chain's in Jaipur and chutney's are equally good
Service little bit on a slower side
Food, ambience, service, location everything is superb. Food tastes so good. Typical south indian chutneys. Great ambience for family outing. Service is awesome. Food arrived on time. Location is approachable.

Best - brownies, kanchipuram dosa, spring dosa
Delicious food
If you r lover of south indian food go for it
You'll get to taste the best varieties of dosas here. It's a good place for hangout with friends and pocket friendly. The service is a bit slow otherwise the staff is friendly.
4 ft dosa it was amazing experience just loved the simplicity of the restaurant and food quality is good and service was quiet quick.... Overall beat experience today....
It is only south indian food restaurant which does not have any dosa with patatoe masala in their menu. If you want masala dosa contain patatoe you will be charged extra for it. I think it a clever trick to make foolish the customers.
A nice place to satisfy ur south indian cravings....on of the authentic South Indian restaurant in Jaipur.....The food is good .....A lot of varieties of dosas and other south Indian dishes......
If you want to eat South Indian dishes in North India you go somewhere that specializes only in that and Sankalp is good example for such a place. You can definitely get the authentic flavor of the dishes and the accompaniments here.
All the Dosas are good - from the good old masala dosa to Rawa and Mysore Dosa each one has its own unique taste.
I dish I'll recommend if you are a Cheese lover like me - Crispy Cheese Idli
I just loved this item. Mainly cause of the amount of cheese they add.
The staff and service are also great
If you want to enjoy spicy south Indian food, Sanakalp, Vaishali Nagar is the place.
I went there to have dinner with my family and here is my take on Sanakalp:
1. Ambience (4/5): A general thinking is that South Indian people are a bit serious :)
This place is no different with a decent setup, everything from cuttlery to food looked very hygenic but yes it looks a bit serious :)
2. Staff & Service (5/5): Staff was attentive and our food was served in the best possible manner with proper gap between servings so that we can enjoy every single thing :)
3. Food(5/5) : We ordered Paneera Dausa, Rawa Achaari Dausa, Rasam Vada, Kanchipuram Idli, Kaikari Biryani and Cheesy Idli for the lil one.
Everything was up to the mark and as I am a Spice lover, I fell in love with the fragrence of South Indian spices which I last had in Kerala.
This place surely beats any other South Indian restaurant in Jaipur and I highly recommend it.
If you have a special love for south indian cuisine, this place must visit for you. Shree Balaji Cafe situated at tonk road. They only serve pure authentic south Indian cuisine. The chefs and cooks at this place are also from southern part of india. They serve the best South Indian in Jaipur. They serve different varieties of dosa, idli and many more. They serve a whole meal of south Indian food in South Indian thali. There prices are also affordable. There service and food will satisfy you everytime, so you should at least visit this place once.
Yes They serve Authentic South indian food . The shree Balaji cafe is situated at Tonk Road .The main thing about this place is perfect south Indian taste .
You can see south Indian stars on the wall and the proper sitting .
We tried Cheese Paneer Dosa , malga podi idli and the SBC special Dosa along with South indian Thali . The Dosa was good I tried malga podi for the second time and my experience was good with it . I loved the most was their sambhar and red chutney ( imli waali ,) I tried south Indian Thali for the first time( i liked it but but not loved it 🤭🤭). The main attraction from this place is their SBC special Dosa ( A gient dosa ) which was crispy af and the last South Indian tea a drink which is mandatory from this place . Though they needed little bit improvement in their services . But the food was awesome . Love to visit this place again 🤗🤗.

For a South Indian food lover , here it's a place where he/she can get tastier food at an affordable price as well as in various varieties too😋 every time I cannot stop myself from being here. The food , the customer services and even the atmosphere is too good . I think this place should be marketed at a best scale so as to get more and more customers and best reviews too.
Great place. Great taste. Staff is very kind and helpful, though a bit slow in service but it may be improved. Location is very easy to reach. I guess all of the things I've tried there are best. I definitely recommend you all to visit this cafe.

Nice place to have south indian food in Jaipur, rajasthan with nominal price.
Extremely pure south taste, hygienic great value
One of the best South indian cuisine in town, rich service, little place to dine in, with waiter dressed up in south indian attires i.e., lungi and kurta grabs tge attention , nice ambience, friendly staff, quality is excellent in each aspect and one of my favourites here are which i suggest is paneer cheese dosa and rawa masala dosa😋😋 overall nice experience.

Good place for totally south food and other also.
Food was very delicious.. I loved this place for specialy south Indian dishes
Amazing cafe with great food
Good cafe with great experience
Good hangout place for students and also for families
I think this place is one of the most underrated place for South Indian Cuisine in Jaipur. It was my 5th visit and as always, they didn't disappoint us. I have tasted a huge variety of dishes here, from the humble idli sambhar to the sumptous south indian thali. Everything is just perfect.
The price is moderate, quantity is sufficient, staff is courteous and place is clean.
Special mention: The owner has appointed 'Divyangs' as waiters, a nice step towards equal opportunity and sel respect for them.
Must haves: Any Masala Dosa, Ghee Podi Uttapam and Filter coffee.
I star less for using Mozzarella Cheese in cheese items. Processed cheese would've been better (personal choice though).
