A unique concept of barbeque on a bike with excellent preparation of smoky veg and non veg dishes...no proper place to sit...ate BBQ chicken drumsticks and cheesy chicken burger...both were just perfect...if someone likes that smoky taste in food then this is a must visit place.
Lucky enough to have them in vaishali nagar. Whawwwt a joint, seriously!! They are too good in their job. Tried almost everything from here. Show stopper is Chicken burger 🍔. Must try!! Also go for their chicken platter😁😁
Very delicious and affordable place though the low price point DOESN’T effect the quality and taste of the food served..the staff including the owner is very prompt and gracious..recommend it to everyone looking for good food to try out!!
If you want to have some tasty barbeque chicken, ministry of smoke is a must visit, i have tried almost everything there and i was never disappointed, staff is good the only problem is there is you dont have place to sit.
Being somebody who dreams of a restaurant with signature dishes, Ministry of Smoke makes that dream a goal that is achievable. We tried the chicken drumsticks, chicken wings and their chicken burger and all I can say is all three were top notch. The marination was good, the chicken was fresh and cooked to perfection. A very creative idea of having a barbeque attached to a royal enfield bullet serving veg and non veg dishes on the street. Its the food on wheels created at jaipur serving food at 3 places in jaipur. Good barbeque food at ministry of smoke is a must try place. Very hardworking staff is there which serves dood in the evening only.

Royal Enfield transformed into moving barbeque station.. located in front of MTS.
I had mix veg platter including paneer, pineapple, and potato..It was yummy

Ministry of Smoke is a Barbeque Bike, located every evening at near to Amrapali marg, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur.
The concept of this bike is slow cooking and give smokey effect to the dishes.
This bikes serves both Veg. And Non-Veg. Food, but the Non Veg variety is more as compared to veg.
The setup of Barbeque on Bike is good, and the Food price is also reasonable.
In Food, I tried Veg. things only, which are :

Finally! Sweet n Savoury Barbequed Chicken
It was a heavy rain day in Jaipur and I was walking beside the long trail of street food carts. Golgappas, pappdi chaat, paneer tikka, chicken tikka, momos everything was available in abundance. Yet, I had no appetite to fill myself with any iffy food options.
Just before Amrapali circle, a bullet bike with a side cart caught my attention. It was a food point and they were grilling something. The first look was sassy.! But, these days we see a myriad of decorated abd embellished food points right?
It was far from my imagination that, they would be serving Barbequed chicken, right here in Jaipur at such an easy availability.
Because barbequing and grilling is slow pleasure. It gives a scrumtuous mouthful of deliciousness, but only if its dedicatedly cooked.
I tried their Non-veg platter, which was barbequed Chicken drumsticks. The moment I had it, I was obsessed!
It was charred tastiness roling in my mouth with right pair of sweetness. It was happily barbequed, savoury, bit spicy and bit sweet. No green chutney, onion dressing required. Though, they had onion option available.
Another thing I tried was their Veg platter which contained Grilled Potato, Pineapple and Paneer. I was ecstatic!
This inventive place offers more than we can expect. Just grab your favourite drink from the nearby market and you can have a delicious and fufilling dinner under 300 bucks.

When I saw fist time on zomato that they make good barbeque on bike. I wanna try this at any cost finally got a chance to visit and try it. Love the concept they did with the bike attached with barbeque about the food well that's the real deal they make the amazing barbeque chicken specially the drumstick omg so juicy and with sauce it's like heavan in your mouth and guys don't miss the grilled pineapple it's amazing. If you guys love barbeque and try something new you do visit this place.
An amazing concept, a barbecue on a cruise bike.
They serve lip smacking, smoky and juicy vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.. Also, they have created their own sauces which they use to cook and garnish.
I ordered Smoky Paneer, a single piece of Smoky Pineapple and Paneer Burger.
Burger tasted so good and had an essence of barbecue.
I should have ordered Smoky Pineapple and a single piece of Smoky Paneer to taste. The Smoky Pineapple was amazing. Paneer was also good but Pineapple won the match.

The non veg and veg BBQ kinda stall in Vaishali Nagar.
The special thing is, the guy opens the stall on a bullet at around 5-6pm in front of Amar jain hospital. Non veg is too nicely served here and you can actually watch your food being prepared 😋

The Idea of transforming Royal Enfield in to a street food wagon is outstanding.

Just AWESOME is the word for food & for entire concept.
100% Hygienic even on the street. So y to go in a restaurant when u have MOS in the house.
I have been here taste is awesome and unique concept which is takes from first world war and they are making it on a giant beast bullet by royal Enfield which is my love all the very best rahul and his mos rail team the taste is awesome.

Tried the chicken tikka (boneless) suggested by the owner.
Tikka was awesome and mouth watering. Also the person who was cooking is good in nature.
Location is so perfect for the item and the bike setup is so amazing and eye catching. You will found easily in vaishali nagar.
One of the best barbeque stalls in Jaipur. The grilled fish is to die for. Overall delicious spread of various grilled meats and few veg too.
I’m not making this up guys if you want grilled chicken this is the best place to have it in whole Vaishali Nagar.
Grilled chicken here is juicy, delicious, mouth watering lively and what not.

The best place to have BBQ chicken,fish or fruits!!The price is also very nominal. Paytm service is available. Packing and home Delivery option is also available. There are two outlets of it. I tried from the Vaishali Nagar outlet. Other one is in Nirman Nagar. The sitting arrangement is open.
Need someone who serves lip smacking quality food with passion, this is the place.
Give it a try and u wd recommend it to 10 more people.
