This place is good value for money. Do try the chilli momos and sweet corn chat. They're delicious. You can also give the patashi chat and papad chat a whirl but they aren't too special.
The main selling point here is tasting authentic chaat without contracting jaundice. Seriously, you need an utterly reckless attitude and intestines of steel to eat the stuff street vendors make. Chat factory, thankfully, has good hygiene practices and good service.
The interior design too is modest, which is strangely refreshing. The only reason this is a 3.5 star review and not a 4 star review is because of the unholy abomination that is the 'nimbu paani'. DO NOT even think about ordering that thing. It's something that manages to mess up quite possibly the simplest beverage in the world, which, frankly, is its own special kind of astonishing feat.

Search for hygienic street food took me to this recently opened place. You'll find a variety of tangy n spicy food here, you just name it.
◽I'll recommend their Chilli Momos, Cheese Golgappa Shots, Katori Chaat, Corn Chaat, Pizza Dosa
◽They offer both outdoor n indoor seating options.
◽Chatfactory is a good option when it comes to "hygienic" street food and that too at pocket friendly .
I had following street food dishes here:-
◾Chilli momos were super duper awesome. It was tossed with veggies in soya sauce and had deliciously spicy.
◾Corn Chaat was crispy, tangy and spicy, had perfect ingredients and corn were well done n crisp enough.
◾Cheese Golgappa Shots were loaded with cheese, filled with potato mixture and topped with chutney.
◾Katori Chat was made using crispy all purpose flour tarts and had a layer of mashed potato and tamarind chutney and coriander chutney. It was mildly spiced.
◾Pizza dosa is an open dosa with a pizza spread and similar topping and was garnished with grated paneer. It's a fusion of south Indian and Italian cuisine.
◾Hakka Noodles are a good option if you like mild spices and light flavours.
