We had a wonderful four night stay at Suryaa Villa and are looking forward to our next visit to this friendly heritage hotel. The staff was welcoming and very helpful and the restaurant was clean and high quality. The hotel is within walking distance of many sites and reachable by a short auto ride to the old city. The premises are gorgeous. Coming back every evening felt like returning to an oasis within the hustle and bustle of the city.

The hotel is nice. Decent location, excellent staff, clean and big rooms. Unfortunately, they have a policy of charging 1500/- per day for the dog. They do not provide any extra facility/ food etc for the dog for this monet. This is not justified if the dog is not spoiling/ soiling the hotel property. Due to this policy we cancelled the extra night at the hotel and shifted to another one which permitted pets without extra charges.

Visited Surya Villa in November 2022 with family. It is a family run heritage property. This a good place to stay with family. It was peaceful. Hygiene & cleanliness was well maintained. Food served at restaurant was delicious. Ambience of restaurant was good. Initially I thought food is expensive but after exploring other restaurants I found it is at par rather it good place to eat. Swimming pool is a plunge pool. Though I did not use due to winter season was looking clean and well maintained. Only drawback I found was limited hours of restaurant.

I am a resident of Noida (UP) and was on a solo trip to Jaipur from 13th-15th January, 2023. I checked-in on 13th evening and was offered a pleasant room with adjoining wash room and beautiful open sitting space just outside. The room was spacious, clean and bed was absolutely spot less. The room service was prompt and the staff was humble & polite. The dinner was served warm and was delicious. On 14th January, while enjoying kite-flying on the hotel roof, I unfortunately suffered an Angina pain. I called the reception from my room & intimated my condition. To my great comfort, two employees immediately arrived and after assessing my condition immediately made arrangements for providing me medical assistance. I was rushed to SMS Hospital where all necessary paperwork / consulting the Doctor were accomplished by Hotel staff. I subsequently had to undergo Angioplasty for blockage in two arteries. I have been discharged from Hospital and have returned to my home town. I am eternally grateful to the almighty who sent me two angels who not only arrived in my Hotel room quickly but also professionally dealt with an acute medical emergency. I am perhaps still alive due to their quick grasp of situation, helpful nature, resourcefulness and dedication. Thank you Surya Villa , I will certainly return one day.

Off-centre hotel for a few nights in Jaipur. N26.9004544, E75.8213753 This villa hotel is a multi-storey U-shaped hotel next to the Rajasthan Palace hotel in a dark alleyway. The same solar panels on the roof of both hotels tells us that both hotels are from to same owner. The Rajasthan Palace hotel was dismissed of its poor quality due to tourists not arriving in Jaipur in the years of COVID-19 epidemic. The hotel is 2,5 km south of the Ram Niwas Public Garden. Autorickshaws from the hotel costs ₹100 to ₹150. In November 2022, our room 126 was in the corner on the second floor (3F). The hotel has many stair cases and no elevator. Porters carried our luggage to our room. Instead of a normal door lock, a large gate lock was attached to the room door. Necessary security? The room has a large shower, air conditioning, good Wi-Fi connection, a hard double bed and one single bed, refrigerator and room save. No hair dryer. As usual in India, cleaning and maintenance was below par. Laundry service is available Normal breakfast was included of Indian and continental items. Nice seating around the pool. The female hotel manager does a good job and staff are attentive. Suryaa Villa hotel is an off-centre hotel for one or two nights.

Thank all of you for such a wonderful experience. Felt lot of warmth from the entire staff. There is genuine care for the guests. Food we had was such a delight Fresh and tasty. We will definitely come back again. Even Owners of the property are very friendly. Its a pet friendly property thus even your pet will be comfortable.

My father, Professor Anurag Joshi had come to the Surya Villa two weeks ago. His stay was extremely pleasant. Before I even get to the nitty gritties of the stay, let me just say that the staff is extremely supportive. At all levels. Before his official stay, since he is absolutely vile when it comes to technology...there were a few issues with booking & then, with his arrival also since his phone gave out. I was coordinating with the hotel & they were extremely reassuring. As a human being before a customer, I felt relieved to have booked this place which is so proactive in alleviating the other fellow human's concerns. Now to specifically talk about the hotel, the mobility, the aesthetics & the quality with which they've maintained the place - par excellence. There is no other word that comes to my mind. I had seen photographs on the website & the ones shared by my dad were the same. I recall that he was beaming after coming back because staffers such as Mr. Omar & Micky were very generous. People whom he recalls very fondly in the backdrop of his stay. I had spoken to the owner also who was very very supportive on the few calls that we had. As a conclusive thing, I just want to say that I'm looking forward to coming to Jaipur soon to stay with you all. This is truly a wonderful place to stay in because you're offering a beautiful experience at a price point which is affordable for most people. A dream come true for any traveler. Will recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good stay with a wonderful team that will ensure that it's smooth process for you.
