This place is amazing. I’d put it on the must do activities in Jodhpur. We were greeted by Gulabji. Very homely welcome and also guided us on what we could eat. We ordered the turneric and onion dish. It blew our minds. Gulabji was so hospitable he even squeezed fresh lime on our dish and served it to us. The other phenomenal dish on the menu was Kabuli pulao. It’s favors we’re delicate and balanced. Highly recommend trying it. Once done you can wash it down with a mewa cream which is a sweet dessert made out of fresh cream and dry fruits.

Very antique combinations are offered here, but you can try. They offer gulab jamum Sabji, rasmalai sabji, etc with loads of ghee on top of it along with Naan.

What an amazing place!! We went here after a kot of recommendations from local people of Jodhpur. These people serve everything made in milk and Ghee only. No vegetables, no water, no compromise with quoins and taste. Shandar Sweet House serves one of the best food with their unique concept. Friendly staff and good ambience are add ons. If you’re visiting to Jodhpur, then do not miss this place.

Amazingly delicious traditional food!! Special thanks to waiter Mahendar ji.. Highly recommended ! Shandar Sweet home is known for its unique dishes like Gulab Jamun Sabzi, Rasmalai ki Sabzi and Kaju Kishmish Sabzi and so many interesting and delicious dishes like these. When I heard about Gulab Jamun and Rasmalai sabzi I didn't thought that these sweets can make such delicious and full of richness dishes. I was totally amazed after taking first bite of there Gulab Jamun ki Sabzi made in Pure Desi Ghee with Kaju paste. The Cashew Paste gives a whole punch of richness and makes it really Shaandar as the name of restaurant suggest. I hope they keep innovating these type of unique dishes and serving us for generations.

It's a desi restaurant with pure Desi food...their Lassi, Rabri and Kabuli is quite heavy and bang on in tatse....quite pricey these days but go in a group ...bcoz single handedly you won't be able to finish most of the food items ....as it's clearly made with pure Ghee....

Unusuall menu card.. special sabji should be tried, all are tasty. Well managed hotel in a limited space and good service. Almost crowded at lunch n dinner time. Sweet dishes are also too good and different. I liked the distinguished things of this place. When in Jodhpur dont miss a chance to eat here. A foodie should deifnitely try this place once.

Authentic Jodhpuri cuisine is what you experience here. It is more of a takeaway like counter. The shop is too obscure to go unnoticed until you are a Jodhpurite and have heard the natives praising its Chakki ki Sabzi, Kaju Dakh ki Sabzi, Gulab jamum ki Sabzi, the list being of about 20-25 items. About 200 g sabzi costs Rs 200 (roughly). Sabzis are fat rich made in ghee. Jain sabzi is also available though the choice becomes restricted. Some sweets are also available. Lassi is very thick with fine smoothie texture, you must definitely try it. It is better to go by a two wheeler as the road there is very busy.

Sandaar sweet home. Jalori gate bari, Jodhpur a north indian panjabi eatery. The food of Marwar region in Rajasthan is considered to be the best and delicious, I felt the same when I went to eat at this restaurant. The main specialty of this place is Punjabi food which is prepared in Rajasthani way. Malai Kofta curry is one of their special vegetables curry and sahi paneer is also damn superb. Cooked in pure ghee and a different kind of vegetable gravy in terms of taste. The quality of their vegetables have a different level with the pure ghee content and the wonderful gravy taste. Garlic sauce made with pure classy spices. Along with this, the quality of tandoor roti made in pure ghee is superb. The quality of lassi here is also very good. A glass of lassi filled with dry fruits after meal satisfies the soul. 💕👌 . . . #Jodhpurdairy Sandaar sweet home @dinraj🌼🌸

Good budget place for full meal or quick sweet items. Very famous and always crowded. Looks very oridinary from outside but inside it has great new ambience. It has seprate seating arrangements for family. Ground floor is for males and 1st floor is for family n girls. Service - super fast serivce got food order within 5 minutes as they have everything ready. Food taste and quality - good food and taste limited options but all were good. They make all vegetables in pure desi ghee. Must try is dahibada and lassun ki chatni. Bit disappointed with Roti Maida roti better would be wheat chapati or tandoori roti. Overall a must visit for quick bite for desi rajasthani food in budget.

Don’t expect good service or even cordial people to share your table with, but the place does serve up some good food that’s a little too rich (heavy on the stomach) for any reasonable person to indulge in more than once a month. Lassi looked delicious. May come back to try some.
