This was the first Sankalp I had ever visited , I became a fan of the place and have visited there outlets at various locations .
I have been to Sankalp Jodhpur many times , Love the masala Dosa , Rava dosa and Dahi Vada .
Location is also perfect and lot of space for parking on the busy road .

I was searching for south indian food in jodhpur so find sankalp most famous and near by to my location also.
Had masala dosa and biryani here. Biryani was average because it was quite oily, loved their masala dosa which was served with 4 type chutny.
If you are a Dosa lover like me and looking for authentic South Indian food in Jodhpur Sankalp is the right place. Best service and South Indian food .

A quick meal at one of my favorite places in Jodhpur - Sankalp. I can eat South Indian food for breakfast, lunch, evening snack or even dinner. Sankalp is possibly a benchmark when it comes to authentic South Indian food. Anything your order here is accompanied with 4 types of chutney - coconut, tomato, gunpowder & mint and sambar🤤. Tried a little different cuisines that usual today. Sharing a glimpse of my order.

I think the only place which serves authentic South Indian food in the city. Loving it since ages, still loving it. Staff need to be more knowledgeable though.
After a long wait I did get time to visit this authentic south indian restaurant.
Being a south Indian I know the actual taste of all south Indian dishes.
I had cured vada and rasam vada.. both the dishes were spot on especially the rasam. Very nice. So when I miss home this can be the place to visit and relish rasam.
They also have many dosa varieties and idlies uttapam. Next visit will try dosa yay...

The place offers variety of Dosa. I liked cheese corn Dosa and Sambar vada. All Dosa served with 4 tasty chutney.
Service is quick and cleanliness is maintained. Staff is also polite.

Tried the military ghee roast dosa as well. It was ok compared to the ones you get in south India.

If you want to eat Dosa this is the best place to have one. the filter coffee they serve is really nice. they have many options in Dosa I tried almost all of them and all are really delicious. they serve dosa with 4 varieties of chutney which I like the most. I love the "Paan" they serve after the meal. One thing I always wanted to change is the taste of sambhar it should be better excluding this one minus point everything is really nice... suitable for family visits
It’s the best place for South Indian food. The service is also really fast with food always being fresh and piping hot. The staff do not interfere much and lets you enjoy the food properly.
The famous Masoor Masala dosa, recommended by a friend, surely did not disappoint me, the taste is still alive even after a week, nice and cozy place a bit old-fashioned, but really enjoyed here!

Sankalp is a chain of south Indian restaurants spread across India and their Jodhpur outlet is probably the best place to have south Indian cusine in the city.The menu is stuffed and has a lot of variety.Dosas they serve may seem too oily for some people but I never had any major issues with then.Apart from the traditional south Indian cuisine they also serve fusion dishes like “spring barrel dosa” which is a fusion of dosa and a spring roll.The prices are on the higher side IMO.

Only place in jodhpur where you can relish true South Indian taste..limitless supply of Sambhar and chutney ..friendly staff and reasonable price..in short if you want to have South Indian food just go to this place and you won't be disappointed... arey ek filter coffee dena!!!!
Excellent food, great ambience, loved the glasses, chutney bowls, Sambhar pourer in shining silver. पान was the cherry to end the meal. Must must try for south Indian food lovers.

Perhaps the best South Indian Menu chain in the Western India. Outlets are sombre, easy themed and comfortable. The seating is wonderful, decent and hygienic. The menu is well diverse and well combined as also authentic and tasty. All preparations are great. Sambhar and chutney are unlimited so keep pampering your taste buds on each visit.
A great place to satisfy craving for South Indian food. I had medu Vada Mysore and onion dosa with cold coffee. The dosa was good, though medu Vada is a big no from me. Medu Vada was very oily for no reason.The cold coffee was also okay.
Sankalp continues to be one of the good places for South Indian meals. It's a purely vegetarian restaurant and one can enjoy the table service. I visited after many years I guess - covid pandemic ++ years. The normal order would have been masala dosa but we opted for Kaikari biryani, Bagale bhath and Kesari. The food is still good and it's wonderful to see that they have maintained their quality for so many years. They still have so many varieties of dosa and uttapam. The food was piping hot, the serving time was quite short and our server was very polite. The meal ended with the customary paan. We enjoyed our meal and the hospitality. Thank you Team Sankalp 👍👍
Since childhood I'm a big fan of dosas, and uttapam, love sankalp for their taste. Went there today, it's good, but I felt that they have degraded their taste from the last time I visited. But chutneys are still fabulous.

Best south indian restaurant in town everytime i go there i can feel the authentic south indian vibes. Their menu also describes calories per dish which is very appreciable. They serve the paan (mouth freshner) beeda at the end which make your meal complete and it's free. All dishes available in Jain also

One of the bestest south Indian food i ever had in Rajasthan. This is one of the bestest branch ever. They use good cheese quantity in all the food varieties. At the end they surve complimentary paan which is best.

A road facing property on Residency Road near Jaljog cross roads. Food is good and service nice. But the standard is not same as Ahmedabad. The signage needs to replaced . Parking is in main road itself.
