Nice bright place with good food
Went today with my colleagues here for team lunch. Tried most of their dishes and everything was good. Their desert section was awesome lot of items and very tasty too. They had limited number of main course items.
Good thing about the place
1. Very nice staff and good service
2. Easily accessible from Info park since its inside of it.
3. Very good for a large number of people as well as for small group
4. Nice variety of food and some different taste other than the usual ones
Something could have better
1. They dont have lift service from the parking and its not mentioned anywhere
2. Normal restaurant type main courses varieties are less those who wants that will be in disappointment
3. Not all the food were outstanding few were really good, few were okay and some are need improvement
4. Its a bit costly when you are considering a normal price
Overall it was a very lovely experience and I love to visit again

The eatery is a multi cuisine restaurant with buffet as well as a la car te options. We went their with Zomato gold and the entire menu was eligible for gold benefits. We had double chicken breasts amd travancore pizza. Both were amazing. The service and hospitality is really commendable. The staff made sure we were having a good time.

A really wonderful place to spend your evening. The buffet spread was pretty good. I especially liked the starters. The main course too was decent, though I would have added more brownie points if we had a little more spread in the main course. But not complaining!
I liked the staff over there. Simply an amazing team to take care of their guests. Also they have a large seating area so you can bring along a whole team with you as well. If I were to make a suggestion I would highly recommend that the Jerk Chicken to he replaced with another continental dish as I found it a bit too blant for our taste but that's just my opinion though.
Overall a very good place for your buffet and yes it is great value for money!!
Yet another exquisite hotel in Kochi ! It’s a multi-cuisine restaurant with a wide variety of sapid dishes. Special credits to the desserts. Lovely place to have a toothsome family dinner. Great service as well.
A newly opened place in infopark with there warm welcoming staffs. Had a great buffet lunch with lots of varieties of salads, desserts. Everthing was just perfect🥰
We were greeted by the entire team individually with extreme warmth and hospitality. It was a splendid feeling as we checked in to the hotel really hungry after a flight from Kolkata.
Very well greeted and served by the Stewart on duty and the personal touch by the Chef made our meal even more satisfactory.
Coming to the main : lunch buffet laid down is expansive and spread over 3 continents. More so Pizza and Pasta weren’t on display yet the chef offered the same to my daughter. Now that’s a personal touch that goes a long way.

Visited The Eatery last night to try out their Grand Iftar Dinner Buffet and I must say we had a wonderful time. The last time we were here was for the New Year's Eve Extravaganza which was splendid in itself and if possible, things have simply gotten better! The spread was lavish, the desserts were indulgent and the service impeccable. Usually in a buffet spread, there aren't too many dishes that make me want to go back for seconds but here, there were so many that did.
The Iftar snacks were excellent. They have different varieties of snacks every evening. As for last night, they had Fish Cutlets, Chicken 65, Vegetable Puffs, Chicken Puffs, Samosas and more along with Thari Kanji, Dates and Fresh Cut Fruits. Everything we had was extremely good, my favorites being the Fish Cutlet and the Puffs, which were the best I've ever had - soft, flaky, melt-in-your-mouth goodness! They also had Chicken Shawarma which was again, hands down, the best I've had in Kochi till date. I'd be ecstatic if they offered it on their regular Menu.
I'm usually very picky about salads but I was won over with the options here - Chicken Tikka Salad, Grilled Beef with Spicy Baby Potato Salad, Cottage Cheese with Beetroot Salad and Raw Mango Sprouted Beans Chaat. Each one was delicious! There were a few other Starter items, my favorite being the Tandoori Chicken, as well as Soups, Breads, Cheeses, Poached Seafood, Veggies and more.
As for the Main course, the spread was extensive with many winning dishes. Our favorites included the Amritsari Murgh Makhani, Beef Koorka Varattiyathu, Veg Biriyani, Roasted Chicken and Seafood Napoletana though everything else we had, tasted pretty great as well. We also tried a few breads like the Laccha Paratha, Kerala Porotta and Palappam. The Laccha Paratha was yet again, one of the best I've ever had. We also tried the Thin Crust Chicken Pizza which was light and cheesy with just enough crispiness in every bite.
Finally getting to Dessert, there was a wide selection of Cakes, Sweets and Ice Cream. Some of our favorites included the Mango Cheesecake, Coffee Mousse, Chocolate Cream in Chocolate Cup and Chocolate Pudding. The Indian Sweets deserve special mention as well.
The Eatery offers one of the best dining experiences in Kochi right now and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy a delectable feast that's also quite affordable. Definitely looking forward to our next visit!
Great Place to hang out and the prices are also not as steep as other high end restaurants. The staff is doubly courteous and helpful especially the Head Chef was a delight They have some great buffets just what you need not unnecessary items. The A LA Carte is also great. The chef actually treated us to some delicious Tandoori Paneer.Also the Ravioli was the most authentic I have tasted outside of Italy. Definitely the place to go for family dinners there is something for everyone available. Full five stars for this gem of a place, hope they continue their service in the same way in the future as well.

When you walk into @fourpointskochi, you are walking into a premium experience, the person from reception to the person at the service counter, they all see you as a princess (This line goes for me, guys please adjust this phrase accordingly 😇). They leave you breathless with their utmost sincerity. It's a varied ambience, they have different restaurant at your service, you can choose any of those accordingly to your liking but as I tried buffet I will elaborate more on that.

As I said their ambience is varied, they have two spaces for providing buffet (The Eatery), one very closed (normal buffet structure) section and other one is bit cornerish having a outside view. Usually corner space is shuttered with blinds during afternoon inorder to get a relief from heat and in evening its open, so choose your time to make the most of the experience.🤩

Now about the food, the buffet spread out here is really different and humongous! Starting from starters like Methani Murg Tikka(must try), Paneer Tikka(best one), Natholi pepper fry, Baby corn & mushrooms salt&pepper, grilled fish(many more), Main course part like: Mutton Biriyani, Prawn Thai red curry(awesome), Murgh Lababdar(must try), Mutton korma, Plain rice & naadan curries, tandoor roti, latcha parantas with Dal Makhani, lasooni palak, methi paneer, kashmiri dum aaloo(loved all the veg spreads), salads, till desserts like: Gulam jamun(oh my😍), strawberry & blueberry soufflés, mousses, bread pudding, rasmalais, caramel custard, mud cakes and many more were outstanding!
Literally, for 899+tax(lunch) and 999+tax(dinner), this buffet must never be missed! And yea, I felt the dinner buffet had much more spreads compared to the lunch buffet. So, check it out NOW guys!💓

Luxury has been redefined in our city of Kochi. In the very recent years we have been noticing the hospitality industry in Kochi has been redefined by the entry of internationally renowned elite brands.

The buffet table at Eatery has multiple counters with fishes and lobsters, the Punjabi kitchen where kulchas were a star, Asian delights with dimsums and north east Asia’s cusines, Mediterranean with shawarmas and salads.

The restaurant was packed with delicious cuisines curated from all continents. The sushi from Japan stood out and chef was happy to demonstrate. The seafood deck had huge lobsters, squids, octopus, tuna and crabs. As a huge fan of desserts, the line up had not at all disappointed me. Ranging from cakes to tarts, from regional favourites including passion fruit based desserts to North Indian sweets were on display. I have counted a few dozen varieties of desserts till I lost count, but I made sure each one of them had been tried and tested and none of them disappointed me. Scrumptious!!

I loved the hospitality of the hotel, and the amazing line up of cuisines they have in their buffet. With Four Points making its mark in Kochi, I’m sure the hospitality industry of Kerala state is on an upbeat and there lies a better further ahead.
The rating for service is 5 star even though the overall rating is 4 stars. The service was exemplary. Been here on the day of Holi and had the dinner buffet. They had a lot of sweets to offer. Starters were good. Sweets were great. Main course was ok-ok as it lacked number of items. Desserts was also good. Ambiance is just awesome. Has got every feel of a 5star hotel.
I had vegetable lasagna and it was amazing. Will be back for more. Jibin who served me was polite and helpful. The ambience is pretty nice considering its a new hotel.

Awesome food and great service. We went to eatery for our team dinner and had a blast. Food, especially the chicken and prawns were awesome, so was the wok noodles as well as the dessert spreads
I tried the breakfast buffet! And it left me totally impressed! Quite worth the price for fine dining breakfast experience with a variety of breakfast select from classic English breakfast to French breakfast to South Indian options. The baked items were nothing less than perfection. And staff were pretty courteous and saw to it and every requirement on the table is met with.

It was a lazy Tuesday Afternoon and we zeroed in on The Eatery a vibrant, five star All Day restaurant at the Four Points Hotel.Of all the buffets I have had till date, this one stands out as the best! The ambiance, variety of cuisines, taste & the Signature Marriott flawless service is all top quality. Mr. Muthukumaran- Director Food and Beverage with a pleasant and friendly personality visits each table personally and makes sure you have a good time asking for suggestions to improvise.
If you are a non vegetarian, then you are in for a delight as there are very good dishes in chicken, lamb and fish. Even the vegetarian food was tasty. Desserts leave you spoilt for choice & you will end up eating up a whole lot of calories! The Eatery is surely one of the best upcoming Buffet Restaurants in town & if you are looking for a very fine dining experience then this is very much recommended.

I have been here few times and I liked their food. They are open 24 hours and they have breakfast/lunch/dinner buffets at very reasonable pricing. A great place for team outings near Infopark. Pretty decent and less crowded restaurant as a part of the Sheraton. Visited there for Buffet dinner with family. The cuisine of the day was Asian which made us left with minimum options to choose from as we don't like Chinese dishes.
Found The Eatery while searching for a spot to spend and evening with family. Went for the dinner buffet and was truly baffled. The spread was awesome. The salads, the slow cooked lamb leg, and exquisite desserts. Elegant ambience. Will recommend the Eatery to friend and family..

Deli is the lounge cafe at Four Points By Sheraton Kochi Infopark. A good place for quick bites. They serve delicious desserts and snacks. I have been here many time and love their food and service. They also have happy hours on displayed bakery products in the evening. Try this out. Recommended.

Great place to have a buffet. Special thanks to the chef Vivek for the yummy delicacies. Closer to Infopark and well maintained. The blueberry cheesecake for dessert was just yummilicious! The restrooms are super clean and the bar is a nice place too.
