This place is good for family dinners. They even have candlelight dinners which I thought was really cool. The food is delicious, as are the drinks. We had Chicken hot pan and a mojito both of which was tasty.

We initially went to heritage restaurant, but we were put on waiting list, so we decided to come here and try something new. We ordered soups, manchow soup which were decent enough, next came, the chilli garlic chicken , the taste was good however the oil was more than required. The tandoori lollipop was the best of all. Good taste and good masala over it. Coming to The main course, the curry could have been better, but over all the curry was thick and spicy. The waiter were serving us properly , service was quick. Until the bill, they took a long time to make the bill and it was past 11 , we needed to go home soon. But over all I think the food was good and tasty enough, also the ambience is good. Smeet Kamble

Nice ambiance, it's a restaurant in the resort. We ordered for soup, starter, maincourse etc. The real part of the review is the food was yum. The service was bit slow and could have been better as there were staffs roaming. We ordered for manchow soup, chicken tandoori lollipop, chicken tikka masala, veg handi, dal tadka, veg pulav, jeera rice. The restaurant was nice had good parking space the security was prompt enough to help us with parking space. Overall a good experience will visit again.

I had visited bambooz on weekday & luckily it happened to be the day of candle light dinner. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The music was going along with the theme & the ambiance was quite romantic. Food served was very appetizing. Especially the chinese menu. would love to visit again.

Out of all the restaurant I have visited in Kalyan and near by places I think this is the only restaurant wich has ample parking space.
Being a huge fan of non vegetarian food I was expecting some non-vegetarian dishes on my table but my hubby wanted to try some vegetarian dishes so finally we ordered vegetarian starters.
We tried paneer safari and chefs special naram dil tikki wich was mouth watering. Main course was also delicious n dishes were well garnished.
Bambooz has impressed me equally with their non-vegetarian as well as vegetarian food .
Service was prompt and attentive.
The ambience is definitely a huge plus and the food just adds on to it.

I have visit this place frequently, but giving my review for the 1st time. A good family restaurant with decent ambiance. We generally go for family get together & hence need to reserve this place for 15- 20 people. Service is excellent. The staff is genteel.
The preparation is quite good also the ambience. Perfect fine dine restaurant for family gettogethers as well as family celebrations.
We ordererd Chicken noodles which were delicious .Chicken is perfectly cooked.
Also panneer chilly dry was little spicy yet taste best.

Went on to have a lunch, the place is located inside The Palms Resort. The ambience is quite bright with natural sunlight making it look more beautiful with wodden structures all around. Got disappointed after having a look at der beer list, there was no bud on der list, so ended up having fosters. We ordered for Crispy Roomali Roti to begin, it was perfect combo with beer. The Squid Koliwada made my day, it was made up to perfection, We ordered an repeat of thatπ. Later came Peri Peri Tandori Chicken Lollipop, it din meet my expectations but still it was delicious. Service is quite great very well trained staff.

This is one of my chosen places in Kalyan to have my parcel when my mom is bored to cook food. However this time I went there with friends.
The place is part of Palms water resort situated near Roshan Petrol pump, very next to it. The place is huge and has an ample of parking space. No valet, you won't need it anyways as the parking is adjacent to the restaurants.
The place is silent and well lit, the ambience though I feel is low. I don't like the blue lights specifically. Ruins the modern feel.
The staff is well behaved, however I think they need to be more attentive coz I feel that "service factor" is lagging.
Talking about the food we ordered the below.
Time crusher :Masala Papad.
Soup : Chicken Manchow soup (Non-veg) and Palak Soup (Veg)
Starters : Chicken Chilly, Chicken Sholay Kebab and Prawns Koliwada
Main course : Chicken Malamaal
Breads : Butter Naan, Tandoori Roti
Talking about the food, the soup was decent like any Manchow soup. I did like the Chicken Chilly it was kind on the spicy side but lip smacking. The Sholay Kebab and Prawn Koliwada were equally good.
As part of the main course, Chicken Malamaal is a tandoori chicken cooked in red gravy. Have to tell you the portion is enough for 5 people. Definitely worth a try if you going in a group of 4 to 5 people.
They have good options for alcohol as well. The range is available till Glenfiddich and Jack Daniels. So alcohol consumers won't be disappointed.
It's a good place, however I think they need to work on their interior and the lighting. Also should be working on their service skills.

It's a wonderful place to be if you want to enjoy your company. Subtle music (not much to overpower your conversation), huge open and comfortable space. Been here a lot of times, one of our choice diners. Food is good and the service is equal. You can look for a good time out here and if you have your preferences clear, you can expect it to be met. Best for family gatherings especially with small kids, very good for couples and recommended for good overall experience.

This is my favourite place to go to for special occasions in spite of the distance I have to travel to get here. Four visits already in three months and I am already planning the next visit.
This is gem hidden away in a rather obscure surroundings. With a petrol pump on a side and some local shops all around, the entrance of this place doesn't leave you with much to look forward to. Once you enter the compound, you are pleasantly surprised by its greenery and cleanliness.
The 'campus' houses this restaurant and two banquet halls, a pool area and lots of open ground. The Bambooz Restaurant is a spacious, super-high-ceilinged area surrounded by greenery. It has enough room to host around 70-odd people at a time.
Service here is above expectations; I have been attended to almost immediately. The serving staff is courteous, knowledgeable and quick. The waiting staff knows the dishes well on the menu, suggest items that can go with your orders and portions.
Let me get to the food. For every visit, the food has been above expectations. For the latest one, we ordered the following:
Veg platter: five different types of starters: tandoor paneer and cauliflower, seekh kebab, Mushroom in green Masala, babycorn pakoda. Each was packed with flavour, cooked well and presented beautifully. Delicious salad accompanying it as well. 4.5/5 for the dish. Half a point deducted because the cauliflowers could have been smaller for better eating.
Fish Tikka: Rawas roasted in tandoor. Lip-smacking delicious. The fish was cooked just right, succulent and marinated perfectly. We repeated the order. My mouth is watering even now writing about it. 5/5 for this one.
Chicken lollipop: This is a staple for my 5-yr old. Well-portioned, well-seasoned. My kid polished it off without any complaints - and mind you, she knows when it's not good. 4/5 for this one. Needed a salad.
Vegetable Manchurian Dry: I never have high hopes for this dish because it most often turns out to be a mulch of veggies in a bland batter. But the dish here didn't lack the punch. The vegetable dumplings were seasoned well and not oily. 4/5 for this one.
Chicken Malamal: Pieces of chicken cooked on bone in a tandoor and then in red spiced gravy. The serving staff pointed out that this is a large dish serving 5 people at least and it was a hearty dish with a large portion for 5 adults. The meat was cooked just right, easily falling off the bone. The gravy was richly flavoured. 5/5 for this dish. It serves well with breads, albeit we ate with the following.
Vegetable Burnt Garlic Rice: This was a good combination with the tandoor chicken as it was lightly seasoned, not oily or pungent. Lots of garlic, which we loved as we are garlic fans. The rice was flaky, light and had enough vegetables. 4/5 for this one. The portion could have been larger.
Chilly Garlic Noodles with Vegetables: This was a surprise. Laden with chopped green chillies, it was super spicy, which I didn't expect. The chillies were chopped similar to the capsicums and therefore, unrecognisable at a cursory glance. I would have liked the person serving to give me a warning especially for my child. 3.5/5 because all said and done, it was flavoursome.
All of this with two drinks as well and the total bill was only 2930/-. A pleasant surprise there again.
Overall, a great experience again.

Sometimes I wonder what makes people write the reviews that they do. Before I went there, I was quite skeptical about the place, thanks to a certain couple of reviews. To my pleasant surprise, the restaurant is not too bad ! It's just adjacent to Roshan petrol pump. The area is huge, with ample parking space. Call it the weekday advantage, but the whole space was delightfully empty. The idea of speakers playing soft instrumental music by ur footstep as you walk towards the restaurant, can be appealing to some. The ambience inside is neat and tasteful. The food was fairly good, all the dishes. I had chicken seekh kabab and tandoori lollypop (yes, they make a hybrid these days), neither of which was a disappointment. The liquor rates are reasonable too.

We were skeptical if the restaurant would be good from the outward appearance and the deserted look. But we realized we hit a very good place after entering inside. Ambiance was more like a young and lively. And serving some tasty Indian cuisines. Alcohol was expensive. Some good dishes we enjoyed were Chicken Nihari and Fish Koliwada. Naan was soft. Cocktails were mediocre and not worth the money.

We ordered chicken soup, paneer Starters and Biryani.. soup was awesome quality and taste was great.. paneer was awesome.. Biryani was ok ok type.. they take 20 minutes for serving the order wo keep dat in mind and order accordingly.. the waiters over here are not so responsive.. we paid the bill and was waiting for finger bowl but they was waiting for us to call them n ask for it.. so there is a room for improvement in service..
In short ambience is great with good quality food with the expensive rates..
