"Bhuter Raja Dilo Bor" atmosphere is awesome and decorating ideas is very unique. The menu had a decent variety of options.Vetki Fish fry , Vetki butter fish fry, dab chingri, vetki paturi are so delicious.
Food quantity and quality both were satisfactory. Staff are very friendly who provided good service our launch time.
But Mutton duck banglow's mutton is hard and Amar chatni test is like a sugar syrup. But overall experience is good.
I recently visited "Bhooter Raja Dilo Bor" and tried their 🐐Mutton Bhooter Raja with Basanti rice 🍚 The taste was authentic and enjoyable, although it could have been slightly better. The low oil preparation was a plus 🌟 I also ordered the Vetki Macher Paturi 🐟, and the mustard spice level was off the charts! 🥵It might be too spicy for those with a low tolerance 🌶️ so be cautious before ordering. The prices were a bit on the expensive side and could be lowered 💸 The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, with friendly staff who provided good service. The menu had a decent variety of options. The presentation of the dishes was visually appealing, and the portion sizes were generous. Overall, it was a good dining experience with delicious flavors, but some improvements could be made in pricing💸

This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, wide wine list and wonderful dessert. I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again.
It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing wines, food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations.
This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Kalyani. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! Servers are also great and always efficient, happy and polite. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in Kalyani.
Excellent food. Menu is extensive and seasonal to a particularly high standard. Definitely fine dining. It can be expensive but worth it and they do different deals on different nights so it’s worth checking them out before you book. Highly recommended.
I have to say, I enjoyed every single bite of the meal in Bhuter Raja Dilo Bor. I had a 3 course meal. Considering the quality, the price is reasonable. Ideal for those who want a romantic night out. There was also plenty of room for bigger groups.

Let's divide the review in parts as usual....
Let's start with interior. It was great, every minute detailing, every wall art and patterns....they were on point. Small mirrors and earthen tiles and plates were used to decorate the walls. The chairs were made with bamboo stem and were on point.
Now to the service. We really didn't like the manager. But the guy who attended us was pretty awesome and with such a lovely smile. They asked if we liked the food quality or not... for me that was a good point.
Now to the food...it was good.....not super awesome ...but we liked it...but as for that high price.....the quantity could have been better.
So...
Interior: 9.5/10
Service: 7/10

This place is awesome for dining in with lots of authentic Bengali dish options. Foods are well cooked and tasty. One thing to add that I have noticed, they don't have all the menu available even while peak lunch time. IMO, this is a good thing that they doesn't store those to serve for long time. So you'll get to experience the fresh food items here.

We have ordered “Fish Fry(4 pieces)” which was the best so far, fish quality was awesome.
In main course we have ordered “Mutton thali” and “Aamlokir thali” among which sukto,ichor,mung daal were good. “Dhokar dalna” was okayish. For Bhetki paturi the fish quality so not so good,with so much of mustard paste which turned into slightly bitter in taste.
Mutton pieces were with full of fat and little sweet in taste. For “katla kalia” fish was not so fresh.Mutton curry and the fish needs to be improvised in terms of quality. Rosogolla,chutney,papad were good.
Would suggest them to focus on the food quality, rests are very good if you want to spend a quality time with your family and friends it’s recommended place.

Very nice full AC theme restaurant near Kalyani Central Park. It is a restaurant chain and thus food quality is very good. It provides authentic Bengali cuisine 😋

Food quality is very good. They provide authentic and fresh fish and other items. All the items I tried there were cooked with authentic Bengali care. The good thing is, food is comparatively less spicy.

There is a wide range of Bengali authentic items served here. There is also various Bengali thalis which is very attractive ( such as Gupir Thali, Bhaghar thali etc). However it takes a unreasonable long time to serve thalis. One thali is not sufficient for a healthy adult and the quantity of the items are also not sufficient.

As per my opinion, price of the items are little higher than the reasonable price in other restaurants at Kalyani. I suggest to opt for thalis instead of ordering individual items.
Hospitality: ❎
This restaurant need to review thier hospitality section. The person who took my order, was not polite enough and discouraged us not to order thalis rather insisted to order separate items to avoid delay. I went there exclusively to try their thalis and that's why I sticked to get Thalis 😀😀😀.
Final tip:🎯
Avoid weekends because on weekends there is a long queue before entering the restaurant moreover they take further long time to serve the food specially thalis.👍

One of the very few bengali restaurants I personally prefer to visit. Food was good. Staffs are well behaved. Prices are on the higher side as usual but it surely won't go in vain.
