I would like to review Ajvi ocean restaurant. It is located in Kodibag, Karwar beside Avery beautiful Rock Garden. It is one of the very spacious food court with a sea facing view. They even provide catering service for small functions or any birthday parties 🥳. Lot of parking space with multiple food options under one roof. You can hangout with family or Friends or loved ones here. They serve both vegetarian and non vegetarian food here. There is a variety of options like north Indian food, Chinese, chats 😋, sea food etc . You can order of your choice and can enjoy the delicious meal with a good atmosphere. The food is very hygienic. Ordered a sandwich 🥪 and the taste was soo good, as per the pricing it was really worth it. Overall a very good experience...
We have booked party hall for a small get together for approx 30 members. Members of Ajvi Ocean welcome us very sweetly. All the staff of the restaurant was very nice and very helpful even he was a service men or manager also.

We ordered 14-15 varieties of foods including dinner and starter. They delivered the food within 3-4 mins of order. Service was very awesome.
Sitting area and nearby atmosphere was really awesome 😎.
I recommend 10/10 point for Ajvi Ocean.

Very decent ambience with lots of parking place. Honey chicken was best. Comfortable sitting. Its bang on karwar beach. Butter chicken was not upto the mark as hardly we got any shredded chicken pieces in it.
If in karwar my next destination for food will be Amrut or Shweta palace.

let me get in details: [ *this property is of an army officer* ] this got me curious and following are our observations
1. Atmosphere: amazing and I will say to an extent that its better than all commercial properties.
Reasons:
A. Staff is so caring and supportive.
B. Sitting is extremely comfortable and cosy. adding on to that there is space for dance and enjoyment.
C. Ambiance is so soothing and welcoming, it feels like being in company of cool and polite people. Lights are so well designed and coordinated that there is no unwanted reflections. Sound is also very surrounding and balanced. And some how it's been designed in way that personal space feel secure and inclusive.
D. Parking is available, amenities are very clean good. My wife liked that approach of owners and architect towards the making a customer centric space.
2. Food: Best in class,
We even know the chefs because they are so professional and welcoming. Customization of food is looked into details and almost everything is made to your liking and palette.
Try one cuisine at a time. There simple add ons improve the taste. My kid was taken care off personal by the staff so that we can enjoy.
3. In total a must visit place. Because the officer [ army wala] sometime do come and talk to customers ensuring that everything is in ship shape.

Good place and taste of the food is quiet good. They dont have AC section for the customers but due to the breeze from the ocean and cross ventilation you don't really feel the beed of AC
