The place has Fort Cochin written all over it, the ambience is simply superb. True to the name loafers corner It's an excellent place to just relax,may be read a book with your legs up by the window, or just gaze out to one of the most famous streets of Fort Cochin and watch people from different ethnic backgrounds roam around for which again Fort Cochin is the best place to be. But the best comments should be reserved for their food everything from salads to the omelettes to the sandwiches, the drinks are super yumm. The freshness of the ingredients and the unadulterated food served are commendable.

Yeah, we’ll give it the full 5 stars ... a little pricey, but it is after all catering largely to western touro’s.
Easy to find in the heartland of Fort Koch’s tourist shops, with a single door on the street for an entrance. You’ll find a good range of seating, a few with cushions, to pad the hard wooden seats. A couple of low-level padded seats are available ... as are 3 window alcoves. Where you peer out of and watch the world go by ...
Some nice lemonade, fruit juices etc. And coffee was nicely flavoured, served in a cafetière, so you’ll get a couple of full cups at least. I believe there’s a range of teas and other snacks too (no meals, though)
My wife tried a slice of one of their cakes (walnut & something?) and reported back with a thumbs up.
Wi-fi’s up to par, as is the ambience. Nice little garden, but will need to keep a weather-eye out for mozzy’s, any time of the day ...

I visited Loafer's Corner Café to chill out and have some light snacks.
The ambience here is nice with pretty windows opening up to the street. The outdoor seating area downstairs is really pretty too.
The food however, didn't quite impress me. I had a sandwich. The stuffing inside was too much, unevenly placed and thus was hard to bite into. The cold coffee was alright. My friend, on the other hand, who has visited the cafe on other numerous occasions likes the non vegetarian food here.
The finest banana pancakes ever!
A nice place with nice food. Had Oreo milkshake and lemonade. Both were awesome. It's a hangout for all who likes to sit and spend time - alone or with friends.

This place was my ambience highlight in Kochi.
The open wall windows into the back mini court yard jungle garden space was a work of nature's art, and beautifully curated.
I also am a sucker for lots of wood. The raw rustic feel here breathes life into it.
I had some form of sweet iced cardamom coffee which if I'm honest was faaaaar too sweet, but was delicious nonetheless, and I'm in India after all so I kind of expect everything to be loaded with excess sugar.
I'd visit here again for sure. Good job people.
Loafers is the best cafe restaurant in Fort Kochi. Its such a beautiful, pretty place with lovely hosts. Coffee is really amazing and so is their sandwich.
The cafe opens early morning so is an ideal spot for breakfast.
You can spend hours in the cafe and they have arranged enough charging points for freelancers.
The cakes are a must try.

True to its name. This place is at the corner of Princess Street and you can really loaf around all day here. Especially like the seats by the windows which give you a view of the lanes below. Watch the people go by. Ambience is really nice inside and food is also terrific. I particularly liked the sandwiches and omelettes. Even the tea and ice cream brownies were good. I think this is my favourite cafe in all fort Kochi.
One of the many quirky cafes in a quiet bylane of Fort Kochi. The decor and ambience is rustic with window-side seating overlooking the lane and garden. We went there for breakfast and ordered Crunchy Meusli with fresh fruits and honey, Fruit platter, Toast with butter, Cheesecake and Green tea. Everything was fresh and delicious. They have different flavors of cheesecake on different days but it was so soft and appealing. They also have a unique way of serving different components of tea separately and the customers have to mix them according to their taste which I liked the best. Though a bit overpriced and vegeterian options are limited but definitely worth visiting.
The ambience is top notch and it has a quite zone perfect to read and chill. The ambience is really welcoming for a traveler or tourist in Fort Kochi owing to its authentic infrastructure.
The roasted chicken garlic pasta was worth the wait and the flavors were well balanced and perfectly cooked. The pomegranate lemonade, and ice tea and hot chocolate was nothing but just average and not worth the price I would say.

In this beautiful artist city, there is a small cafe hidden. What a view, what a cafe!! They serve delicious sandwiches with tapioca chips and have one of the most refreshing drinks in the city. Such welcoming environment with humble hosts. For people who don’t take sugar “ginger lemonade” is must try!! Can’t wait to go back again:)

A cosy place to have a meal. I ordered for a veggie burger which was not only good to taste but also pretty big in size, perfect if you are really hungry. Cold coffee was Italian style which was a surprise. Make sure you take the seating by the window.

Loafer's is a small, artsy cafe on the first floor of a quaint old building. The paintings on the walls give the place it's character. We ordered Ginger Lemonade, hot chocolate and a big slice of chocolate cake with chocolate sauce drizzled on it. The service was slow but the food and ambiance made up for it :)

Priced like the usual cafes in fort kochi. Cozy ambience and drinks taste really good. Service can be improved as there was a long waiting time and it was hard to get the servers attention.
I love the cafe! It's on the first floor of an old building and has a very quaint, feel good, warm vibe. I ordered a chocolate cake with ice cream and a cold chocolate, and both dishes BLEW my mind. The cake crumb was heavenly, and the cold chocolate was familiar sweet chocolate, but much darker and more itense.
The service is a little slow, but, that gives one all the more time to soak in the atmosphere.
I had a chicken gourmet burger over here and it was just fabulous! I mean you take a bite and you’ll guess is it juicy? Is it just a chicken burger? No. You’re surely going to say mmmmmmhhh!! With the first bite.

We walked into the loafers cafe on a sunday evening, which is a pretty busy hour of the day.. The interiors were neatly done and provided ample space for customers to wait, especially people like us who prefer a good view along with sumptuous food.. we waited till the window side table was up for grabs and it was worth the wait!
We ordered a mango lassi, since it wasn’t a seasonal fruit, it was only flavoured yet tasted decent.
We got a peanut butter milkshake, which was so rich, thick and creamy, it left us wanting for more! The only downside was it was so filling and was served first, which kind of compromised our appetite for lunch!
Press coffee was served next, which again is a must have for coffee lovers out there!
Then came the beef sandwich, decently presented.. the tapioca fries on the side was crispy and yum! The sandwich filling was minced meat, it tasted good, and was quite filling.
We ordered a minced meat omelette and chicken n mushroom omelette, both served with sides of toasts and freshly cut water melons. We felt the omelette could be a little more cheesy and less salty, chicken fillings was a bit blunt, but overall it tasted ok.
The pleasant evening and the window view put us in a good mood, although all the orders of mains were a bit salty, it tasted good, and it was definitely worth the money.

Loafer's corner is at a corner and if you get a seat by the window grab it ! Was here last week during my trip to Kerala and boy loved this place. Though didn't order anything apart from Iced Tea, the ambience made me stay a little longer. Was sitting by the window with the cool breeze flowing in and was typing my blog posts. The cafe is interesting but the menu is quite standard. One thing I observed that all the cafes in Fort Kochi have a similar menu. Overall a good place to hangout and spend time. If you are with your spouse and want to spend some we time, head to their ground floor area behind the cafe 😉

We got in here after seeing the beautiful windows from the outside. The interiors we're equally good. This is a small Cafe. There is not much variety in the menu but the food they serve is amazing quality and quantity vice.
We tried the creamy garlic spaghetti, fruit and herb lemonade and pomegranate lemonade. All three equally good. :)

Exploring Fort Kochi, i ended up in this place that looked small and cute from the outside.
But as we entered we realised it was much bigger than it looked, with a very nice ambience to sit in peace.
I ordered :
1. White sauce chicken pasta : One of the best pastas I've had in Kochi! This was DELICIOUS because it's got pulled chicken generously added to a plate of delicious white sauce penne.
2. Molten chocolate French toast with icecream : This was so heavenly and also very light. I'm not even a sweet tooth and I absolutely loved it!
3. Marshmallow milkshake : Definitely a must try if you like marshmallows.
4. Lemon ice tea : one cannot go wrong with ice tea and they didn't.
Overall, I would definitely go back here very soon.

We ordered many dishes and each of them tasted fresh and had a soft taste of flavours which made it a unique experience for our taste buds.
Some dishes which we ordered were spaghetti, green pasta, herbs sandwich, tomato and cheese sandwich, veg burgers, sprout salad, toasted butter bread.

The cappuccino I had here this morning is one of the best I've ever had in my life. Perfect brew. Chicken, mushroom and cheese omelette was good. So was the chicken melt sandwich. They have an inner area with a small bookshelf, and an outer area with window seats facing the road. Loved the ambience, the smell of fresh coffee in the morning, and the vibe. A must-visit while in Fort Kochi.
Went back again to have their chocolate cake, but it wasn't great. This item is avoidable.

On a not-so-late night, we randomly bumped into this cafe that turned our heads. From the outside, you don't see much and it's a regular old building that falls under the Portuguese charm. You climb a flight of stairs and voila! An endearing serene atmosphere with window seats that are open to Old Kochi streets and you could sit and chill with your favourite people over a scrumptious meal.
We ordered Pasta, Chicken wrap and lemonade. Pasta was well prepared, though the chicken wrap could have tasted better with more toppings and seasoning. It felt bland.
The ambience they set up downstairs is mesmerising. The aerial view plus the dim lights fabricate a chill vibe.

The ambience is just too good. We enter the cafe by climbing up a flight of wooden stairs and we immediately get this vintage feeling. We had the Molten Chocolate French Toast and Bubblegum Shake and the shake was very unique and different and the toast was equally good. I’ll definitely visit again to try their savouries.
Visit to Loafer's corner was a desperate attempt to find a decent place to have lunch.The places we had visited did not have credit card facilities and finally we ended up here.When they said we accept cards,it was music to our ears.
The place was homely and the atmosphere relaxed.It was true to its name.They had decorated the place wonderfully and many customers were just hanging out, listening to music,reading, conversing.It was a quiet and peaceful place.
However,we were dismayed on finding only sandwiches and no viable vegetarian options for pasta salads.However,they kindly agreed to prepare Veg Pasta for us.And it was mind blowing!I am pretty sure I have never tasted such an excellent pasta.The quantity was substantial enough to fill two hungry stomachs and we ended up not eating anything for hours!

This was one cute little cafe, with nice seatings and decorations. There’s even a spot if you go downstairs where you’ll feel like you’re out of Fort Kochi! To the food, I ordered the molten chocolate French toast with ice cream and it looked beautiful (did resemble a brownie at first). It was good, although I do think the toast needed to be done a little more. However the marshmallow milkshake made up for it and allowed me to try something new.
The ambience is incredible..!! The service offered to the customers is something to be appreciated. Its worth visiting. The food is good. Especially the wraps, they are juicy and delicious. Pastas too remind me of the authentic Italian pasta. As far as to my concern..I felt that the food they serve is not very unhealthy. A diet controlled person can definitely go there once in a while.

Cafe's are the best kind of distraction. Loafer's cafe helps in enhancing such an experience. An ideal spot to bring a date or a book. Cafe's are more about the asthetics and Loafer's bring in a retro style format which is pretty understated. Fom abstract graffiti to vintage furniture the ambience is relaxing and puts one in a right frame of mind. The different sections of the cafe make it feel like you are in a totally different place. I happen to try the Chocolate Cake and trust me it is worth craving for. The chocolate sauce on the top compliments its gooey consistency. The texture is soft and subtle and can be addicting for those with a sweet tooth. The marshemello shake is a treat in itself
Unfortunately couldn't try other dishes due to time constraints but hoping to be back for more of Loafer's comfort food.

Lovely ambience and breezy music will definitely uplift your spirits before the food does. Staff waiting our table were polite. Wasn't long enough before we got our food. The Chicken burger was given with Tapioca chips which were neither too oily nor too salty, just right. The Sphagetti with Beef Marinara was also fulfilling. For desserts, I strongly recommend the French Toast dipped in chocolate and mounted with an ice cream on top. One of the finest cafes in Fort Kochi.
I happened to visit this place with 3 more of my friends. Amongst all the beautiful cafes in this place, this one is a must visit. We ordered Peanut Butter Shake, Banana pancakes, molten Chico French toast, tuna sandwich. All the dishes were really delicious and the choco French toast was one of the best desserts I have tried. Loafer's Corner Cafe is a beautiful little cafe at the Princess street at Fort Kochi. Since my wife is from Fort Kochi, she had been nagging me to take her to this place for a very long time. So one fine day, we (my wife, brother, dad and myself) found ourself staring at the wheelbarrow shaped menu board at Loafer's.
The Cafe itself is on the first floor of the building and has a wooden floor. We were seated by the window which opened up to the street. There were a lot of beautiful graffiti too. When we were in, they were playing reggae versions of popular songs which added to the ambience.
As for the food, I went ahead and ordered a cardamom press coffee, while my brother and dad ordered the cold coffee. The press coffee came in a portable coffee maker thingy (not sure what its actually called !! ) and milk seperately. The coffee had good flavour balance between the coffee itself and the cardamom. The only problem i had with it was that it was not hot enough. The coffee was just mildly hot and after a few minutes, its turned cold.
Along with the coffee, we ordered two omletes. One chicken kheema and chicken mushroom. Both of them came with two pieces of toasted wheat bread, a chunk of butter and two watermelon pieces each. The omlet was light and fluffy and had the filling kept on the omletes and folded into two. I personally enjoyed the chicken mushroom omlete a lot. The chicken and mushroom went very well together and there were chunks of mayo in the mix.
For desert, we ordered a kiwi cheese cake and a banofee (banana - coffee) pie. I loved the kiwi cheesecake. It was light and airy with enough sourness to cut through the sweetness of it. I am not a fan of the pie though. 3/4th of the pie was caramel and it dominated it. The coffee and banana flavours were very passive.
For me the positives were the omletes and the ambience. Its definitely one of those places that i will visit again.

Calm n peaceful place at first look. But it's a place having huge potential. I visited this place couple of times. Trust me each seating there gives you different mood and ambience. An aesthetically pleasing spot along Princess Street in FK. Had a variety of juices and shakes and they were all pretty good. Loved the garden area in the middle but there can be smokers there. The cushioned area as soon as you land on the first floor looks cozy as hell :)
We went here on a recommendation from a local who told us about their gooey chocolate cakes (if you like Kaashi Art Cafe, you'll love Loafer's because they have the same kitchen, but the chocolate cake is more gooey at Loafers) So here we were, after another intense cycling session on our third day at Kochi. This one is a lot more cosy compared to Kaashi, and I think a lot bigger too, isn't it? There's a common area for families and large groups to sit in, there's a small enclosure with beautiful windows that I'm sure couples would enjoy, and an al fresco seating arrangement in a garden of sorts, surrounded by green plants all over. If you're lucky you can get a window seat overlooking the street, but if you don't, that's all right. The entire place is gorgeous. The vibe will calm you down😇❤️

Kochi is all about the churches and Cafe's. This one particularly grabbed my attention due to its astounding street view and cool ambiance.
After strolling on the Kochi streets in scorching sun one must definitely try out the KITKAT shake here. Just one gulp of the chilled shake will rejuvenate you. You can relax and chill out here over a wonderful English breakfast and can chat around with other solo travelers there. Lot of foreign crowd hit this place.

Very nice place ! Quaint , rustic and peaceful. Went with the whole family (which means a bunch of kids ) and we all had a wonderful time. The food is so yumm ! Try the turkey ham s/w, the cheese chicken mushroom omelet and the press coffee !
Excellent food, decor and service. It has a very old European charm to it, you could just sit for hours on end and watch the world go by. On your own, or with friends or lovers, this corner cafe will leave a satisfied smile on your face :)
The most striking thing about Loafer's Corner is its ambience. The weird looking filaments in the bulb, the wood finish and the coffee aroma, brings up a different sensation while entering. Best suited for reading and for having intimate conversations. I think a 'gang hangout' would ruin the atmosphere. Had pasta and Kit kat shake, I don't think it is overly priced, but taste wise, it could improve. The turn off was that we had to shift because some guys were smoking in the garden area. Recommended visit when you're in Fort Kochi.

The name of the cafe describes the ambience on point. Spend a lazy day right at the center of the buzzling streets of Kochi with tourists and foreigners, with complimentary WiFi and cheap, delicious food. The staff is friendly and don't mind visitors spending several hours at the cafe. It's a place perfect for modern & chic young people, as well as older beings.

Chocolate Cake: You can't really go wrong with warm, moist, and sinful chocolate cake and a rich chocolate sauce poured over with.
Cold Coffee: A pretty unique way of serving coffee, with all the elements that made up the dish served separately.
Ginger Lemonade: What a refreshing drink with the perfect amalgamation of citrus, honey and gingers on a hot summer day!
Jackfruit Ice Cream: Trying out this flavour was my first time and I absolutely loved it!
I was a big fan of their food since the Kashi days..... their traditional farmer's omelet and their chocolate has been my fav combinations for years.
Staff is a little slow

A great place to sit about, especially the way down the stairs. It’s unique how they have created different vibes in around the same cafe. Pretty amazing drinks and decent food.
I literally loved it. The place’s got an amazing vibe. The best ambience you can find. Food is great. I had an Oreo shake, chocolate brownie and a cheesecake and they were ❤️. Do try it out.
This place is just amazing. The ambience is so beautiful, you wouldn't want to leave the place. They have a small library too. The banoffee pie is a must try here. Comfort food, friendly staff and they are put up at a prime location at Fort Kochi. This is a must try place if you're at Kochi.
Had a wonderful time in this place! I really wanted to try out so many other specials out here but then my tummy was full already. Next time would love to come here and spend more time. Ambiance wise, very unique and interesting. Service wise, delivery got delayed as in we had to wait for a long time. Other than that, we really loved the place! 😊
Its a best place to spent hours and hours. I'm in love with this place. The food, ambience and services are excellent. The grilled chicken sandwich and chocolate cake are a must try👍🏻

Good place for couples or for some alone time. It's inside an old building and has good ambience. There's books to read and much Flora inside. I had a marshmallow shake. It was okay. The staff was friendly and helpful.
So this is another typical Fort Kochi cafe, which has a brilliant 'make you lazy' ambience, and yes as the name suggests, is one place where you can kill time and the ambience is really set for it. Lovely furniture, very airy and some greenery. Decent service i got, though i have read about quite a little bit of bad service. Food was the factor which actually pulled down this rating, the penne was a bit too salty and the burger was just decent, nothing wow about it. But, the food being not the best, would not hold me back from going there again, just to dissolve into the fantastic ambience and while away time......
Ambiance is very soothing and the food is equally satisfying . Must have is chicken mushroom omellete and grilled chicken sandwich . The service is fast with good presentation of food .
I just tried this place on a rainy evening and must say it didt disappointed us. Loved the decor, food and everything about this place. If I visit Kochi again I will definitely visit this place.
Have been there for somany times...nature friendly cafe in fort Kochi...the sitting arrangement is the centre of attraction...can enjoy the whole Beauty of princes Street by sitting in the entry portion of the cafe...the another side is attractive...the under steps sitting and atmosphere is outstanding...when it comes to food they tried to serve varieties of cakes....shakes... sandwiches..etc... English breakfast is another attractions... customer friendly service... affordable price...the top cafe in our fort Kochi 😍😍😍

The excellent presentation of the food, the great service, the beautiful ambiance... It's very much a 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ experience, and right in the heart of the best/tourist-friendly area in Fort Kochi. Worth a visit, for sure. 👍
Had a lovely cup of cardamom coffee here - really delicious black with a little sugar. My partner had a delicious iced coffee. They make their coffee strong in a French press. Will be back for espresso soon. Lovely atmosphere and a talented local artist was painting a mural whilst we were there.
Ambiance and the vibe is really good.
Watching the street and people from the window is something all together new experience.
Cleaning and the service is fine.
Had garlic pasta. That was the only reasonable option for a vegetarian. Taste and the quantity is very sufficient.
So is the price.
If you like the aesthetics and non vegetarian, without a second thought go for this cafe in the evening time.

Desserts were too good. Had brownie ice cream & strawberry cheesecake. Both were very impressive.

A lovely cafe with a cute window setting to peek out to the streets of Kochi. The burgers and sandwiches were yum and the beverages were refreshing.
Food was great taste. The vibes are awesome. Great decor. Nice music. Smac in the corner of pricess street. Totally hip place to hangout ... I did so with my 80 year old parents 😊😊

The ambience and cheese cake are one of the best in fort kochi. Cheese cake just melts in your mouth and have the perfect sweetness(not over not less). Peanut butter shake was too much. Cheesy keema fries was okish. But other juices and shakes were good. Hot chocolate was not thick and creamy. Run by a group of friends had good service and is a great place to njoy your evening or night.
Really nice place to sit and relax in fort Kochi. Shakes are fun and the food is good. The fruit of the fruit platter was really fresh as well
The place looked very asthetic and beautiful. We ordered KitKat milkshake, Blueberry milkshakes, which tasted great.
We have also ordered brownie with ice cream, very well baked and served.
Frappes are also recommended.
Shakes if you are almost tummy full, then would recommend sharing, as these are served with ice creams, makes the servings good in size and quantum.
One of the good cafés in Fort Kochi. Food is worth for whatever you pay. Their coffee, pasta, sandwich everything was awesome. And ambience is so classy.
Service could have been better and could be more friendly towards customers. Sometimes lack of hospitality might give negative idea even if everything else is fine.
This cafe has the best lemonades I've ever had. Went there just to try out their food, amazed by the quality and the quantity of dishes. The price is also affordable. Pancakes and chicken nuggets tasted really good. Had out stomach and mind full. This cafe is on the first floor.
Has a dedicated place for smoking too. The place has a nice vibe to it. Spacious interiors, vintage designs and greenery makes this place a unique one.

We had dinner at this aesthetic cafe located on Princess street, Fort Kochi. The food was appetising and delicious. We liked their cappuccino, spicy fries and crispy veg burger with a side of tapioca chips. The tomato and cheese toast was not good: the tomato was undercooked and tasted raw. The chocolate cake was a delight!The ambience was retro and cute but despite a February night, it was very hot to sit in there (no air conditioning). If they can do something about the ventilation, I highly recommend this place for a quiet date night!
Visited with family on evening. The cafe is located upstairs. Warm vintage mood with lovely ambience. A good peaceful spot for couples. Delicious food. Appreciable service. I ordered tuna sandwich. Price is ok.
I loved everything at this place; the food, ambience as well as the service! The Mushroom and Chicken Omelette was the best thing ever, and along with a fresh glass of Iced Coffee, it was absolutely divine! Perfect to begin your day at this place with a brunch along with your buddies!
