They had lots of great vegan options and though they weren't labelled it was fairly easy to figure out. I got the Arabic Mezze Bowl which was great. I also had the cranberry iced tea which was great. Another time I had the lime and mint lemonade which wasn't as good as the iced tea. They were one of the only places that I saw in Kochi that had almond and soy milk.

Cocoa Tree is a nice cafe located within Avenue Regent at MG Road. The ambience inside the cafe is nice and quaint. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Ordered a cheesecake, a couple of mocktails and garlic bread. The pastry was delicious. The mocktails and garlic bread were okay. Overall a great cafe to visit for couples, families or friends.

Still my favourite place to hangout in Cochin. The food options have changed but still going strong. The best feature of this place is the ambience, even after years and all the changes it remains real cozy(a tad bit colder for me)

In case you are looking for continental food, shakes or pastries then Cocoa tree restaurant attached to Avenue regent hotel is the best in Kerala . Their shakes are to die for . Sandwiches ( Steak and onion especially) and burgers are world class . Portion sizes are good. The presentation is awesome. Seats and comfortable and the whole restaurant is child friendly. Service is good . Overall a must try restaurant in Kerala, not just in Ernakulam.

Those who love a cozy quiet place to dine in, this is the place. Seats are arranged in such a way that every person is entitled to their much needed privacy of their own. This place is famous for their Continental cuisine. Salads, steaks, Shakes, Pasta, you name it, they have it! The food is delicious and the presentation is really commendable. Friendlier staff and awesome ambience too! A must visit!

We ordered the Fish n Chips & Gordon's Chilly Prawn Spaghetti. Both were delicious. I liked the Spaghetti a tad bit more 🙂

I went to Cocoa tree twice for desserts. Cocoa tree was on my list for a long time and finally was able to satisfy my sweet tooth. The ambience of the place is excellent. The staff are courteous and friendly, and even though my order was just desserts and not any main course, they took the order with utmost professionalism and even gave us suggestions on which one to choose. They also gave us advice regarding the order quantity as we had ordered a lot and told us we might not be able to finish the order, which was actually a first time experience for me. The Mudslide is excellent and one will find it difficult to finish it alone as it gets too sweet towards the end. The Mississippi Mud Pie was also good. The Sizzling Brownie didn't come to my expectations. They have much more desserts and main course on offer. They also have ample parking space. Overall a good restaurant / cafe in Cochin with excellent ambience, courteous staff and a classy crowd

Good cafe in the premises of Avenue Regency hotel at MG road. Excellent choice of snacks, coffee and patisserie. Slightly pricy but you won't regret it. It's worth the buck. Parking can occasionally be a challenge especially on weekends. Limited seating space so larger groups not possible. Gift hampers during Christmas and Easter is a definite hit.

Ordered the chicken alfredo pasta and the mixed berry cheesecake. Expensive but very delicious. Worth the price. The restaurant had a very good ambience and it's a fun place to hang out. Would go there again. 😋😀

My favourite place to have continental food in Kochi. It's evolved so well over the years. Came here first as a college student and absolutely enjoyed every visit ever since. To say a bit about the attenders, they are really friendly and their recommendations are worth trying.

Cocoa Tree is a delight for the senses. From the flavorful C.T Club sandwich to the zesty Buffalo Chicken Wings, every bite was a treat. The Seafood Cannelloni was a homemade masterpiece, and the Rocky Road Sundae was a sweet symphony of ice cream, caramel popcorn, brownie, pecan, fudge, and salted caramel. The cozy ambiance adds to the experience. Cocoa Tree is a must-visit for its diverse and satisfying flavors

The desserts are to die for! The service is cheerful, friendly and helpful, albeit a bit slow. But no complaints there. I absolutely dish their flavored water. Their baked goodies are always awesome. The salads are always crispy and fresh and perfectly done. Meat is sometimes a bit chewy and needs some extra jaw action but hey... Yummy is their lodestar. Now if they could make the music a little less intrusive I'd say this is the perfect chillspot in the city...

One of the most happening places in Kochi and surely the best where my wife and I, with our little kiddo love to go for big bites. The place is open till late night hours and thus helps you to sit and enjoy your favourite cuisine when all other restaurants in kochi are closed for the day. Their vast variety of sandwiches with chicken, mutton and pork dishes are simply amazing. Their pastries are yummy and my favourite is fig & honey and double chocolate along with Berry Blast. They have interesting setup of chairs and tables with Moroccon tiles and complementing crockery and dishes. They have ample parking space and you can easily park your bike or car and enjoy comfortably. Vallet parking is also available. However since it is on the busy road so it is a bit difficult to park your car during the day time on the adjacent road side, evenings are quite OK. Most important thing is that the visiting crowd is decent and you can go there with family during late night hours too. In if you want to see some luxury super cars you can visit cocoa Tree on Saturday evening. Further more their internal setup is nice wherein they have decorated the area with some antiques n lots of photo frames. Flowerpots kept by them give fresh look to the restaurant. The area is nicely lighted and decorated during the Christmas. Have a look at the some of the added photographs and you will be able to appreciate the the resurant better. I will soon be adding some more photographs of the restaurant. You can also buy some farm and organic stuff like honey, however I feel their rates are on the higher side.

This is a review going back to 2006 when they started with chocolate fountain that we could dip strawberries into, valentine's day 2006. Since then I along with my mates have been a regular there. Our absolute favorite used to be the excess avalanche (warmed chocolate excess pastry with a scoop of vanilla icecream), poor boy sandwich, beef bolognese. Service has always been good.

Great location! Great food! Friendly staff! Cocoa tree has been the to-go place for most of us 90s kids if wanted shakes or cakes! I would also recommend their sandwiches!
