It's the only restaurant in cochin city that has been maintaining consistent quality and service levels right from the day of commencement. Very courteous staff. Menu is truly "world on your plate". Hats off to Abhishek for the involvement which make this happen. Please visit them during your visit to kochi. Clean , neat and true value for money.
Nice place to have a lunch and sleep
Wanna have breakfast and dinner too
A beautiful restaurant with the good ambiance.
Food...Yummy..! All their dishes are must try dishes :-)
Pleasant ambience, courteous staff and awesome food gave a delightful experience along with our outstation friends.
one of the best places that i have been to in Kochi!
the moment you feel you want to try a different cuisine, just go to this place!
they serve a verity of worldly cuisine, and you will love it! the people and the ambiance is simply wonderful.
Pasta and steak is really good plus the good ambience!
Lokah! The best hangout spot in Kochi. Now Then Forever!!
Nice food & nice ambience. Keep it up Lokah cafe
Chicken penne pasta at its best. Nice ambience with great taste.
I had beef vindaloo and naan.. Its a must try.. On previous occasions I had tried pasta, steak, lasagne which were just average. The place is quiet and has a good ambience.
Enjoyed the visit. Ambience was really good! We ordered a Chicken and a Veg Lasagna. It was really good, attractive and was served hot! We had a Mudpie for dessert and it was really yum! They had a competition online which we won and was awarded a Brownie on the house(picture not included). Must visit at least once if you’re in town.
Easily accessible from NH. Enough parking place . Great ambiance. We ordered steak and Biriyani.. Food tastes good . You should give it a try ..
Excellent Restaurant.
Visited this place because of zomato Gold.
Very good ambience.
Excellent food. All the food ordered by our family of 6 were good. Special mention required for the beef lasagne.
Staff were very courteous and friendly.
We reached lokah at their closing time. Still they accomodated us very friendly.
Very good place. A must try in Kochi.
Went here for dinner on Sunday night , they have an interesting menu with dishes from all around the world this can be quite confusing as in to decide what to order. We finally settled for pollo molo Verde which is a Mexican dish comes with a portion of rice and chicken and a chicken Lasagna. Food was wonderful from the preparation to the presentation. Defenitly going back here to give the other dishes a try.
Amazing food and courteous staff. The chilli ice-cream is yum! The Thai fish and rice was also good..conveniently situated on the highway , it's a must visit place
Lokah is a good cafe to hangout while in the NH bypass area. Their roast chicken with fried rice is my favourite. Their Vindaloo is really good too.
A quiet and peaceful place to relax and have food. Even though right next to NH By-pass, the place has an eerie calm.
Since we went there to meet a prospective client, the order stuck to drinks and munchies.
The French fries were salted perfect. Exactly to my level of salt in fries. The iced tea was refreshing and brightened things up during a rather boring meeting. Coffee was the standard issue John Doe coffee without a life to it.
Apart from the fact that a whole lot of flies were flying around us, lokah was just okay.
I just loved it... the chicken steak and the toritos ...yuuuuuum.. Thanku lokah. It's worth it. You can easily land on to lokah for a safe yum food.
My favourite restaurant in town!

Lovely ambience. Especially commendable, is the behaviour of the staff...they definitely deserve a 6-star! Great food...which was also quite aesthetically presented. All in all, a great place for a date 🤩
Chicken lasagna was very good
Lokah is a familiar place to most of us here at kochi, so skipping over the Ambience and service part and jumping straight to food (in case you are not from kochi, the Ambience is that of a cozy place with plenty of room and ambient lighting. Perfect for intimate dinner dates, and the service matches the Ambience) .
Tenderloin steak with chimichurri sauce - I ordered it medium rare. The steak looked like it was over cooked, but when I cut into it, it was perfect. And the sauce was good, reduce a smidgen of olive oil and it would've been perfect.
Pad Thai - This is my favorite dish from Lokah. I have had many pad Thai's in and around kochi. Some were horrible, some passable. But the one here, the yummiest. Not sure about the authenticity ( I have not had the authentic thing yet). But this one passes with flying colors in order of taste, quantity and overall aesthetic.!.
Always been a fan of Lokah and will continue to visit!. ☺️☺️😍
Happy fooding!. 😊😊
pasta was very tasty and healthy.
I luv it keep up the good work..☺😎
good food, nice service, pleasing staff and fast delivery
It’s a very nice restaurant.we ordered two chicken biriyani and one fish curry meals .We are satisfie with the food quality. Very nice ambience and great service .we forgot to take pics .sure next time
This place is an all in one package of lip smacking food, wonderful ambience, food varieties and good service. I've been to this place quite a lot of times and I've never been disappointed. I don't have any particular suggestions for the best dish of this place but my personal favourites are the Nasi Goreng, Chicken Biryani and Chicken Kariveppela Fry❤️(Must try). The desserts, even are not of wide varieties, but are still amazing. The Tender Coconut Soufflé and "Poached Red Chillies and Fruits with Ice-cream" are my all time preferences. The prices are reasonable, can't say it's cheap but trust me, it's worth the price. The waiters are friendly and they do give us suggestions. I'm taking off one star from my rating because of the long waiting times. No other issues so far 😊
Lokah is a restaurant that has been in cochin for a long time.
It's one of the first choice when it comes to meeting friends.
Food - we ordered Tom yum soup, paneer tikka and a pasta. The soup was a disappointment. The rest of the food was served fresh and promptly.
Service - was quick. The staff could be a little pleasant and Courteous.
Ambiance - For a hot summer afternoon, two of the ACs were not working, and we had to switch tables. As the crowd increased, it got a little stuffy.
The place has become a little dull compared to 3 years ago.
They could play good music, so people could enjoy their time spent there.

Timely delivery. Food is good.
quick service! good food!!
The food here is just so yum. Their chicken lasagna melted my heart. They also serve one of the best tender coconut souffles in town. The ambience is quite amazing. They are also located at a prime location.
Went to this place on a whim.. but was pleasanty surprised. We had ordered the chicken dimsum..the filing was a little dry but the peanut sauce was delicious. For mains we went the pan asian route.. We had the pad thai chicken noodles and the wok tossed beef with black bean sauce. The noodles were perfect and light and the beef was just right. The black bean sauce was not over powering and tasted delicious. For dessert.. I would highly recommend the mocha caramel.. the caramel with the hit of coffee was a wonderful treat on the taste buds. The brownie was another delight and best enjoyed with a scoop of ice cream..
Lokah is my go to place in Kochi. Their mutton dishes are pretty amazing. The continental dishes (cottage pie, lamb kibbeh etc) are not exactly authentic but they have done a good job with it.
Food not upto the hype, but still one of the oldest place of mine. Service is good. I prefer their own coffee shop by the side, its menu is much better in comparison...
This is one fine place in Kochi which is my favourite. They never disappoint. Food is fresh and yummy. First time we were running short of time, so we could just have veg lasagna which was yummilicious (5/5). Second time, we had veg pad thai, cottage cheese steak and grape and cucumber juice. Everything was again (5/5). Ambience is good and price totally reasonable with sufficient quantity for two. Thank you @Lokah for being our savior in Kochi 😊.
Just had a meal here with a clients meeting. This restaurant is one of those which is good in this area is what my client had told so tried the same. The place is very decent look and filled with people. Tried their biryanis and Fish Thali 🐟. The taste also is great and the portions are very decent it fills the tummy.
Location 4/5
Food 5/5
Service 4.5 / 5 this was because we told the person serving that the Raita is Bitter and he told that’s how it will be....
Very good space to have a dinner or lunch. Nice range of food across all categories, Their Ambiance is also good. This place is also recommended for office get togethers.
If you are craving for the best lasagnes and steaks in town..this is one of the place..thai dishes are one of a kind here .it takes time for the food to get delivered..but worth the wait
A cool and calm cafe to spend with your friends chatting and giving your taste buds a treat with Pan Asian Delicacies. Ordered Pad Thai Chicken noodles. Unexpectedly it was served quick and it was brilliant! Service is friendly.
My family and I keep visiting the place whenever we are in Kochi. This place never fails in its taste !!! Absolutely brilliant food, have tried most of their menu over time and it never disappoints!! Would definitely recommend this place if you are in Kochi.
The world on your plate it is ! I tried the Chinese cuisine with a dash of desserts. They could probably improve on the choice of ice creams they serve. The Szechwan fried rice was yum! The wonton soup was great. I've tried the Ras Malai too, but couldn't find reasons to appreciate it much. Check out their array of pickles too, beef pickle isn't a bad choice !
Food was excellent and the ambiance was great , as usual. I suggest the Meloni Thatkari in the Indian Section and I loved the Mushroom Vindaloo..
Food was awesome ,good service and good hospitality ,this is my second visit ,I want to come again and again, keep doing well, thanks for your hospitality
Have been visiting this place throughout the flow of time for the past couple of years now and it wouldn't be good if I didn't penned down a review for what has to be one of my favorite restaurants in all of Kochi.
Definitely alleviated the restaurant's ambience recently with all the fancy posters of places from around the world. The service and friendliness of the staff is enough to give one a good impression and the variety of the dishes they boast of is definitely bound to leave you frazzled over which dish you would like to feast upon.
In the soup categories wht exists as my essential favorites would be the Vietnamese pho which is their national dish and justice done rightly so, and the ukranian borscht which makes u believe beetroot can be made as an actual quality dish.
In the main course - the Korean beef bulgogi is the one to go for if you feel peckish for some good modern Asian flavors and the Jamaican jerk chicken or the southern fried chicken of USA.
Their Italian dishes and steaks too are promising.
And yes I feel every rupee worth for a satisfying dish which accentuates my taste buds.
Would really appreciate it if they could have an equally special menu made for deserts and their drinks.
Not every dish that they boast of will have it's essential authenicity , but lokah is definitely a very good example as a restaurant which makes it's mark on the ever evolving food map of Kochi.
We visited Lokah for lunch , parking was readily available , arrival experience was great... the menu is a mix of flavours from around the world .... tried the biryani with Salam, chicken tikka , Nasigoreng, Naans, Somtum salad, schezwan fried rice and chicken in black bean sauce....brownie with ice cream , churos and masala tea to finish.... overall great experience , service was excellent .... asked for tender coconut soufflé was not available .... mirchi ka saalan could be better ... somtam tasted good was not authentic otherwise fantastic .. pricing I would say value for money ......considering ambiance , portions , quality and service.Certainly one of the good restaurants in kochi
Wonderful food, great ambience and good service! The menu has a large variety of food from around the world which makes an interesting meal every time. The churro dessert is to die for! Overall great place, 10/10 would recommend.
Prompt service and nice ambience. We ordered a cheese macroni and veg pasta which did justice to their place of origin. Parking facility is also good. I would give 4 out of 5.
The best restaurant in town.. There dishes are attractive and tastey .. Excited to try other dishes too...I'll definitely visit again.. 🤗😘🤗😘🤗😘🍪🍮🍬🍫🍰🎂
So lokahhhh... I really got the word after I went through the menu...the ambience is a wow...I mean you feel like you are about to embark on an exploration and all but sadly it was sort of an anticlimax for me!! I mean the menu was all great but the table in charge could not get us that excited about the food options and since me being a vegetarian,I was just asked chinese or continental... Anyways.. Food was great and the iced tea was great... I liked the self inflating towel and the candle light but I guess..expectation was more...still,proportions could have been generous; my husband's chicken lasagna was tummy filling i suppose but my lebanese dish(forgot the name)had just four halved pita bread and well..(he had fun i guess!)I felt like I was given a ration or something.
The hummus was yummy!!
A one time visit is a ( must?maybe ) well if you dont mind the bill and the guilt ;)
To say about lokah - went at a time of closing but was very friendly behavior
Had a lasagna was yummy and I guess it's best to get from kerala
Filled with meat 😍😍😍😍
And even there roasted chicken with rice was also good
Overall a good experience
Ambience -4./5
Food -4/5
Overall 4/5 should be fare ✌️✌️✌️✌️
My collegues and I was planning to go out to have lunch.Wo do it once every month (we usually go to places where none of us have gone before). We decided to go to lokah. The place was good. Liked the food, the servers as well as the ambience. Not much of a reviewer, but wanted to give a review about this place since one of the servers was quite nice and really loved that guys attitude. Keep up the good work guys!Cheers!!
Good food with nice ambiance and very warm service. The place offers a wide range of dishes from around the globe. We tried chicken lasagna, jerk chicken (Jamaica) and polle mole Verde (Mexico) , Hakka noodles and fried rice. Noodles and fried rice was not that good but the rest were really nice and filling. Lasagne offers the perfect blend of cheese and chicken flavors. The gravy of polle mole Verde is a beautiful combination of spices and chicken. Although a bit into costly It is worthy.
Nb : The restaurant closes after 4 and reopen at 7. The timing given is incorrect
The stars are for the restaurant food and not the cafe. The restaurant serves one of the best steaks in kochi. You have a variety of food to order. But I have had bad experience ordering from the cafe specially the brownies, it tasted really bad.
It looks like an old house turned to a restaurant. We stepped in by around 11 in the night. Though they were planning to close, the entrepreneur lady offered to take one order from us. (thanks to her) We ordered clear chicken soup, a spicy steak and lemon ice tea. Steak and ice tea won our hearts. Never tasted such good ice tea. It really includes the flavor of tea and lemon. Highly recommends the ice tea. A big (y) for the ice tea.
Different restaurant concept, good food. Menu here seems like a taveller s favorite pick from all over world. Nice ambience and friendly service.
Tasty food and great atmosphere and cleanliness but a bit expensive. A great place and will visit more often. Variety of dishes available and great service.
Though this place has been there in existence for quite some time, have been there only twice so far and the gap between the 2 visits is in my fair guess anywhere more than 4 years and consequently, my review is based on my recent visit there. This time around we were quite a few about 13 adults and 5 toddlers.....They were delighted to accomodate the large group into their AC conference room/cordoned off space on the 1st floor, with absolute privacy. The room though doesnt have anything fancy to talk about in ambiance terms, was a blessing for us considering we had as many as 5 toddlers with us (imagine the din they can create) and even though it was a sunday afternoon, it was not all that crowded and resultantly there were no takers for the outdoor (covered with adequate fans) space on the 1st floor and we had that space also to our disposal. So in short an ideal space for a friends/family get-together who wants privacy and also at the same time some space for their kids to breathe. Food wise, even though the menu is in true sense multi-cuisine, none of the people were willing to experiment, as they were all catching up with the rest of the group and the ordering responsibilities were cast upon 2 of us. We decided to keep it confined to mainly Asian and for soup, we called for the Wanton Chicken. The soup was a total flop as a lot of people found it too salty (could have been my bad, i didn't warn them about how it could turn out to be) for their tastes and their portions are extremely limited. For starters, we ordered the Chicken Satay, the Beef Quesadilla and Chicken Quesadilla. The Quesadilla's turned out to be really popular with all enjoying the fillings. For main course we ordered regular chicken fried rice, szechwan chicken fried rice, chicken nasi goreng and chicken hakka noodles along with Pla Lad Prik and the Wok Tossed Beef in Black Bean Sauce. The rice and noodle were really good, but the beef disappointed. However, the item of the day was Pla Lad Prik, which is basically a Thai preparation of Crispy Fish Topped with Chili and Garlic Sauce topped with a lot of veggies. This was liked by all on the table and we could see people licking the sauces off their plates. We also called for quite a few drinks and juices and in my opinion, all of them were nothing but average. I wouldn't give top ratings for the place for the food, but what made us happy was the setting for us that afternoon. I would be definitely recommending this place again to such groups provided they can confirm the availability of the private room and/or exclusive access to the roof top/outdoor space on the 1st floor.
Great ambience and service - very clean.
We tried mostly Kerala food - parottas, molee fish curry and ullali roast was super. Desert was lovely - coconut soufflé and for the adventurous - poached chillies and dry fruit with ice cream.
Nice place to have a quiet lunch. Have been here a couple of times with friends, and every time I'm pleased with the wide variety cuisines that they have to offer. My favourite by far is the cheese steak and ice tea.
Good place to try out different cuisines in a peaceful ambience, although a little on the pricier side
P.s: Do check out their dessert and bakery section which stores homemade cookies.
I like this restaurant for many reasons like their fusion style wide menu, ambience, quality, etc. This is a perfect place to take your family for dinner. Well few dishes are bit over priced and quantity is less
The first time I was at Lokah my wife did not lIke the place as the plates were a bit stinking. Today I was around the corner during lunch time, so thought of trying out the place. The place was 90% occupied, but still the waiters were pretty lively. Although I was more inclined to order something Italian or Mexican, I settled for a sweet corn soup and a biriyani, just to be safe. The soup was excellent and the biriyani was above average. The quantity defines the price. Nice ambience. Surely will be there next time to try the others. I am giving only 4, coz my wife or any other Kerala vegetarian is never gonna visit unless you pump up more Indian Veg dishes.
The waiters were really lively and happy to serve which you rarely see anywhere! The ambience is good. The table size could be a little bigger for 4 people. The quality of food was really good, maybe except the Quesadilla(for my taste)
Nice ambience and attitude of staff. Ordered Mexican soup as it had many reviews. Though tasted above average, it was somewhat like a curry than a soup.. Korean fried chicken was a good starter. The steak was cold.. Chinese roast chicken was a bit hard, but its gravy tasted good.
My friend took me to this place for the first time and i loved it. It was absolutely wonderful. The Menu had so many different options and moreover the ambiance is so wonderful. Its calm and there is absolutely great lighting. Nicely Air Conditioned and if you want enjoy the sun and fresh air you could opt for outdoor seating as well.
A premium restaurant providing quality food. They offer authentic continental food. Their steaks are way good. Perfect for family dining. Moderate crowded place. Without requesting they provide candle lit dinner. Courteous crew who are ready to brief us on the menu. Highly recommended.
The best thing about this place it's ambience. If you are looking for a quiet place then this would be the ideal location ! The food taste good and offers a lot continental and Kerala foods. FYI it's on the premium side but then you could guess that from the outside view of the restaurant itself. For a fine late night dinning this place is a perfect choice.
Lokah is a good restaurant with unique dishes by there own. Beef steak which they served was out of the world. If you are around vytilla it's a must try restaurnat. Ambience is good. Staff are well behaved. I recommend you to go after 7 pm so that you will get all there special dishes.
The place is situated beside the highway and is very easy to locate. Upon entering , I found the place to be charming and quite spacious. Since we went in the afternoon, it wasn't very crowded and was immediately attended to.
From the wide array of dishes in the menu, we ordered the Chicken Lasagne and Lamb Konji Crispy Stir Fry. They did take quite a long time to bring the food to our table, but the wait was absolutely worthwhile. We were completely floored by both the dishes. The Chicken Lasagne was wonderful as it was but the main star for us was the Lamb Konji Stir Fry. Made with dark soy and pepper, the lamb was extremely crunchy and super delicious. Do give it a try the next time you go there!
Good Ambience. Great Western Foods. Moderately Economical. Tried the Fish & Chips and Pie - both Pretty Good.
Great Ambience and friendly staff. The food is very tasty although price is a bit on the higher side
One of the good restaurant in NH bypass Vytilla for small gathering and family get together
Inconsistent quality , some lucky days you get great food but some other days you would have not so good experience there
Good service. Better Food. Many choice
Great food. We had been here for a team lunch. Great ambience and good food is synonymous with lokah. Unfortunately they have shifted locations.
Good place for a variety of multi-cuisine food. Food is enjoyable, though depending on the cuisine which fits each one's personal taste. Ambience is good and could be fit for a fine dining experience. The service however doesn't fit the bill of a fine dining place, though they are friendly and helpful. Location is pretty easily accessible and the parking is normally quite easy. Hope the Lokah management continues the good work and not let the standards drop.
Best restaurant for all types of cuisines at reasonable prices. Must try their steak's.
Good ambience, tasty food and reasonable price.
Tasty food with nice ambience. A welcoming atmosphere.
