This outlet at kaloor is only consist of bakery items & If you want to try the real French toast appetizer then you should visit the one at panampalli Nagar & kacheripady.
But although you will get the same interior vibes at both these 3 outlets..!
In fact French toast produce good quality breads, cakes, cold brews & Fizz!
The only fault is price yeah it is expensive stuffs but the taste is worth it..!

The Banoffee Pie is my guilty pleasure. Buttery biscuit crust, sweet chopped bananas, a layer of thick, rich toffee filling all tied up with a topping of whipped cream and chocolate shavings... Amazing!
It is a bit pricey so save up for a bite!
Loved their hot chocolate, with a variety of options to choose from.
The banana toast was scrumptious too. Quiet and cozy place, to go around with a few friends.
Service can be improved, only one staff is there to serve everyone so it took a long time for the food to be served which was a little bad, but the food that was served tasted good and worth it, although cakes are a little expensive.
Big place , ample parking , they don’t have everything on the menu offered at panampally nagar branch. The vibe is very different from the cosy cafe feel... never the less it’s a great place to sit and unwind and enjoy coffee and dessert.
Pleasant place to spend some time with friends. They have amazing cakes, real coffee and their own bread production. I asked for an Iced Americano that was perfect, they just poured down the americano coffee over a cup of ice, simple and delicious for a hot day. I had classic chicken sandwich, tiny and crispy right out of the oven, with a creamy filling made of chicken, mayonnaise and the perfect amount of jalapeños. See, it’s not that we don’t like chilli, we do like, the problem is the over use of it we find in India. I also tried the strawberry mascarpone cake that was fresh and rich, but I was not expecting the coconut on the top, anyway it was good. The price is a bit high, that’s the only reason I don’t visit them more often.

I don’t think the French Toast here would be serving the original menu available at Panampilly. The Kitchen is small.
The seating arrangement is cozy. The ambience is spot on. The desserts and pastries are crave worthy.
Banoffie Pie is the best thing I’ve ever had from here.
It’s a nice hangout place with your friends and family.. calm an quiet with beautifully arranged ambiance..their snacks and cakes are really good.. i have even met an actress there..
The food is good..a good place for timepass and have small bites...It would be more better if you have a tie up with other food delivery apps also other that Uber eats...
French Toast can be easily reached from both Kaloor and Panampaly nagar side. Place gives you a Starbucks kind of environment. Hazel nut latte and Banofie pie is a must try.
This particular French toast is perfectly located, hence making it my go to place when I require some indulgence. The ambience is warm and cozy and a perfect place for a quick and casual date ;)
The cake slices are good. A bit over priced I would say.
Personal recommendation : their banoffee pie - it's creamy,not too sweet and light.
And their Chicken sandwich: I am not a fan of spicy food, hence this is perfect for me. It's cold, slightly sweet and has a lot of mayo- just the way I like it.
A really good place for a quick bite. Love their Mars cake and banofee pie. Not sure if they still have the mars Cafe. Pretty good iced tea and coffee. A bit on the expensive side.

I walked into this place thinking I could get some good cake and some coffee. The 4 rating is purely for the service, the butter almond cookies and the good company I had. The Monte Blanc white chocolate cake was a bit soggy and the Americano wasn't really up to my expectation(I was told).The cookies were good though, cookies :)
Have been here so many times.. but lately not much:/ dont have any specific reason though, may be i was busy trying new places 😂 anyways i really love few delicacies here.. one would be undoubtedly the Mont blank, then the panna cotta aww its yumm, then i like their red velvet dark chocolate cake ( i forgot the name though 😑).
In drinks i m so obsessed with the hot dark chocolate and white chocolate. I like the white even more!! Surely gona visit this week itself. How much i miss them lol 😞
P.S : I only have the desserts here since i have had serious disappointments in trying out the sandwiches n pastas.. its too expensive too!!
Looks and feels are same as that if the panampilly outlet. But here they have less varieties of food. But still it you wanna grab a bite. Chill with some coffee and cakes this is a great place.
Quality food over here ! Tried their sandwich and quiche, tasted absolutely good! The bread and bakery products are delicious ! Priced at a premium. Cafe has a simple but elegant bakery theme !
This has to be one of my favourite places for cakes, tartlets, sandwiches, pies, macaroons and cupcakes. The red velvet cupcake is a must try. The drinks and lemonade needs special mention. I love that they have a variety of tea available. The best thing on the menu is the banoffee pie, the way it melts in your mouth makes you feel like you're having an upgraded version of banana paayasam, it tastes so heavenly. The cakes are unbelievably yummy. A little overpriced but they never make compromises on the produce as they are very fresh.
They serve one of the best dark chocolate cakes in town. It's a small nice place ideal for a quick sugar craving call. Would definitely recommend.
It's so so so goood. The food is great and simply mind blowing . Service is awesome. The only drawback is it's small compared to their other outlet and we gotta struggle to get a parking spot. Though I like the shop I would prefer to go to their panampilly nagar outlet.
My all time favourite dessert place, I am a very frequent visitor and I love visiting this place again and again.. everything is topnotch. Mont Blanc is treat to my palate.Highly recommended

After the suggestions from our friends when we were in kochi,tried the French toast at kk road.It was almost empty since we reached around 10.30 pm.
We took a red velvet cake and a mars chocolate cake.Both were equally good in taste but the red velvet was extra soft and moist.
A must visit place in this area.
A perfect shop for pastries and muffins ... one of the best cafe providers in Kochi. The top quality butter is one of the highlights. The pastry shop has also got a perfect ambience to hang around. The money spent over here is worth.
A quaint little cafe on KK road.Serves light continental fare.Enjoyed a light brunch of herbed chicken sandwiches followed by creme brulee.Was well prepared . Service is albeit slow and one needs to be in lazy idyllic mood to come here for breakfast or brunch.
Quality comes at a price and French Toast is an incredible example for that ! Their house made products are pricey but the quality will always be top notch.. This one at KK road is not that easy to find as a tree is blocking their name and shop from passersby on vehicles.. Parking is an issue too.. Coming to the food , I had a piece of their Banoffee Pie and it was great.. U really need to have a sweet tooth to consume one full piece ! The whole place is well maintained and beautiful.. Their staffs needs some 'smiling lessons' though ! At least, a one time visit recommended !
An easily accessible French Toast outlet in kaloor-kadavantra road. Good place to hangout with friends and family. Ambience is great and pretty good service. They don't have a live kitchen for this outlet. So the menu is limited to some tea- coffee varieties and wide range of pastries, cupcakes, breads etc. They have decent parking space available for this outlet. Try it out . Recommended !!!
French toast essentially combines taste, presentability and ambiance. This kaloor joint has warmth that not many cafes have and the décor is classy ! The price factor has always been a deterrence (on a personal level) but haven't really kept me from going there though. The pastries and bakes are a world apart and a must try - if you have a palate that welcomes different tastes. French toast, in short, is pricey yet snazzy. A feel good place that serves fantastic dishes.
The pastries are really good here! It is a little pricy but worth every rupee. I like the fact that everything is fresh and that there is no compromise on the quality as well.
Slightly high priced outlet with less options and may or may not satisfy your taste buds. (I know the chocolates are imported.. Belgium... costly... But I tried Apple pie, then some mint mio sandwich and ice tea.)
Got a huge glass of ice tea, but something was wrong with the composition. Got the feeling that they added a lot of water which made the drink worse.

I think they have named this place French toast for a reason, it's a nice way of saying try our French toast before anything else. Decent location, nice modern interior and delicious French toast. I've tried their different French toast and a few other dishes and I think this is very nice place to come over and over for the food. I'm not so happy about the service I would say they can do better but it's evident that they are trying hard to make it better. If your in a hurry to have something don't go here Coz good things take time. So my verdict is I like the place for what it is, to spend time enjoy some good food above all THE Best stop for FRENCH TOAST. Will I go there again most definitely yes.
More accessible of 2 branches for me. Less choices but equally good ambience and taste. Regular Sunday haunt for bread and coffee. Very helpful people out there
A nice little cafe with some pretty amazing desserts! A place you can catch up over tea! The lady Santa is my personal favourite and I can just keep eating it everyday!! The cupcakes are great too and their hot chocolate is just so good! Their pastries like their tarts and the pizzas and the chicken puffs that I've tried have all been good! Overall love the place and they have a few jams you can buy!

Had been to grab some pastries. I was happy to see such a cozy place to hangout in kaloor-kadavanthara road. The place is decent enough to accommodate upto 20 people. As i went in for a parcel, i didnt get sufficient time to look at the entire menu. However, the daily specials had many varieties. I could also spot some jams in the stalk, which looked interesting. I will surely try them ones.
I must say that i got a warm welcome with a sweet lil smile when i went to the counter. They had nearly 10 variety of pastries which looked delicious. However, everything in the row was highly overpriced. Being a fan of red velvet cakes, i chose red velvet with creme cheese, red velvet with chocolate ganache, and a bonoffee pie. The size of the pastries were considerably small compared to the price charged. However, all of them were a treat to my palate. I enjoyed every single bite into the sweet awesomeness. I will surely go back but only when my pocket is heavy.

Ended up here on a Saturday for brunch. The ambience was pleasant, we ordered cold coffee, bun tikki and red velvet cupcakes. The service was quick. We were a little disappointed with the cold coffee as it was watery. The bun tikki was tasty, it was like vada pav but better. The red velvet cake was delicious and made us crave for more. Vegetarian options were limited. I heard that the menu at their other branch is better.
Good pastries and pies. Okay ambience though a little expensive. Had one of their pies which was heavenly,forgot the name. It had a banana base though.
A quaint little place that serves yummy cakes, pastries, pies and savory snacks. Love the ambiance, the friendly service and the fragrance of fresh baked stuff that is very soothing. They always have loaves of variety bread that are really good. The chocochip bread is my favorite and I absolutely love the Dulce de Leche. Everything is slightly pricey, but mostly worth it.

This is one of the closest joints from where I stay and I must say,they make some of the best beef pies.The desserts are very good and the ambience is quite.Some of the items did seem a little overpriced but you'll surely be able to find a substitute for that.A must try place.

The ambience was amazing.
The interior was ordinary but classy.
The service was good.
The food they served was delicious.
What I had was tender coconut pastry and chicken mushroom quiche,both tasted superb.
Only drawback is parking which is tough to get.
It's a gud place to kill time....my favorite combo is Banoffee pie and Americano. The place is famous for its pastries...trust me, they r amazing. The ambience is not top notch but still it's not bad. I would recommend this place for dating,meeting up,for old time sake stuff lik that wer people meet up to talk cox i feel the ambience is made for talking but then, this is how I feel...... Its worth a try. Gud luck.
This is the first outlet of french toast . It is on the kaloor kadvanthra road and can be missed very easily. We went here for breakfast and were disappointed to find that they dint have much options. I prefer their panampally outlet to this one. We tried their red velvet cake and did not like it much. We also tried their chocolate cake and that was pretty good

Ive been here quiet a few times and what really made me come back again n again is for their hard boiled egg with mint mayo sandwich and lemon meringue tarts..their cakes are so good and moist that u will want it again n again. The chocolate red velvet cake, lady santa and fresh fruit cream tart cake..they were all worth the try. The only thing that holds me back from giving it a higher rate is their indigestable rates and no parking. But yet again people will come for the authentic french loaves and pastries.
Flour-rich cakes, sweet apple-cinnamon treats, warm pies and neat ambiance. Fresh food at your table :) ... Always thrilled with French Toast!
It's a wonderful bakers. There speciality the mount blanck is as exquisite price of art and taste. This a place where really like to eat slow and feel each flavour of sweetness.

Mont blanc it's a definite thing to try out.. everything's overly priced but the quality of food is undoubtedly gud.. I also had flour less chocolate cake and hot chocolate... hot chocolate was always gud from their panampilly outlet but I didn't like it here.. 😐
Holy Mary mother of God just don't give me diabetes. I had so much sweet today. I ordered a chocolate tart,bun kebab,chicken and mushroom quish,and a black forest pastry. In Short this place is very expensive but but but worth every penny. Best cake shop in Kochi without a doubt .
Their best is banofee pie and mont blanc it is a must have....but i found their sandwiches and meat items were over price and bland ....Although there were many desserts , i always stick on to banofee pie and mont blanc...It is definetly over priced
Convenient location and they sell the best beef pies in town. Close enough taste from an outlet in US. What negative I felt is that the menu is slightly overpriced.
Had some good time here ☺️ with the lovely ambience and good food , French toast has always been my favourite ❤️ it's a shame that I've not tasted the signature French toast from the place! But no worries , there's always a next time 😉
If good food means everything to you and you would prefer quality over quantity then this is a place you better try. The pastries, the sandwiches and the drinks, with their limited variety is definitely one of the best in town. I tried their dense chocolate cheesecake lately that just melted in my mouth. The cheesy cake is supported on both sides by chocolate. the cracker base adds a lot of texture and crunch to the wholr dessert. I would have loved it to be slightly warmer, but it still tasted wow.
This place is definitely not for people with a faint wallet or a big stomach.. The food quality is an absolute stunner. Loved the flourless cakes and the cup cakes. The tuna salad sandwich was also a perfect crisp on the outside and juicy inside.. Unexpectedly even a lime soda was perfect to my taste.. But a bill of over 1000 for two ppl is why i said its not for a faint walleted person. The service can improve though..
At Kaloor, it is located on the main road yet it is a calm and quiet place. The white wooden chairs and tables are really nice and gives an airy feel.. The pastries, macarons, brownies are one of the best in town.. The food is expensive but if u are a pastrylover, u will forget the price when the yummy cake melts in ur mouth..
This place is located in Kaloor - Kadavanthra Road, opposite to Deccan Chronicle. Loved the white chairs and tables which gives it an elegant look. Quiet and cosy place. Avid readers would love this cafe. I guess the people behind this are really hardworking and passionate which are the major reasons for it being a good cafe. Loved the Strawberry Red Velvet cake when I visited this place for the first time. However, when I went on an other day, it didn't excite me much as compared to my previous visit. Other than that, almond cake is also a good option. The lemon tart had always been my favorite and I loved it, without doubt. The prices are a bit steep. Nonetheless, I would suggest going here at least once considering there aren't many patisserie's maintaining good quality and drooling cakes. My Verdict- Go for it. Cheers!

People will pay any price of your quality is good. That's what this store has proved. When it was launched I suspected it may not have many takers at that price level. But it's proven me wrong.
French toast sells by far the best mont blank cake in india. If you have another option let me know. I am sure you won't.
I conclude by saying there are bakery and cafe's in kochi. Some are good, few are very good. And then there is benchmark called French toast.
Stepped in here today for a quick dessert after a heavy lunch. This outlet is a tiny one located close to kaloor(walkable).
White tables and chair gives this place a smart look despite the non fancy furniture. We took a look at the cakes displayed and I was bought by the looks of the strawberry red velvet and chocolate cake. My friend went for a dark chocolate truffle cake. We paid and soon it was on our table. My cake was pretty good. Looks wise impressive taste wise not as heavenly as I expected but nevertheless very good. Dark chocolate truffle was ok. They had their signature Mont Blanc available but we this time I gave it a miss.
The 2 pasties cost us 400 bucks which is quite steep. You can get a kilo of cake at some places for this price! But quality and taste comes at a price. Definitely a must try place for some of their unique pastries.

So been knocking off all the 'famous' places on the city list and reached here. Must say it can easily be your go-to place for some quality time. The white theme lends the outlet an airy and spacious feel and a sense of ease. Even the tomato crates painted over to store magazines are a thoughtful touch.
We ordered a chicken sandwich, sundried tomato and cheese quiche and a homestyle chocolate cake. So the man at the counter hands me the cake first and I stand there telling him I need the savouries first. And then they are served, everything comes with only forks here for some reason. Would have liked a knife to cut through my quiche. Or rather, that's how it should have been served in the first place.
But because we are all about food, the fork is used in more ways than one. The sandwich was so-so. And the quiche had a delicious salty pastry. The sundried tomatoes were perfect but would have liked the quiche to be microwaved for the cheese topping to have melted.
Coming to the cake - OH GOODNESS! It's this huge slice of super soft chocolate cake with the thickest layer of delicious chocolate frosting and topped with hazelnut. Will easily take two to finish. But SO SO good. Worth every penny! (170rs).
All that said, I would have liked a knife. Just too know that all these 'famous' places look at the small but fine things too!
French Toast at kaloor is kind of a calm place to have a cup of coffee with best pastries in the city.. Last sunday went there to jus taste out there best cakes of the day..Had to confine to jus Mont Blanc as I dint find those cakes which i was looking for..About Mont blanc...Its so yummy..jus melts off n don't give u chance to chew..
Jus check in to this place to sit,relax, have coffee n super coolll pastries..N of course the place is so photogenic n sure it will giv u prof pic...
