This place is very fashionable abd has a great ambiance. The place for liquor is really good. They have decorated the place with amazing santa and new year theme. The pool side area is even great. You can click nice memories at this place. We ordered a lot of food but the garlic prawns and butter milk were definitely not up to the mark( given they were expensive). So this place is really expensive (worth for some dishes). Chicken curry and ghee rice, It was totally different taste from what I have tested in northern part of India. Masala Paneer with Kerala spices was amazing here.

During our stay at Forte Kochi, we were spoilt for choice when it came to food. The head chef – Gejo George and his entire team was full of enthusiasm and the food was mind-blowing. We had our lunch, dinner and next day's breakfast at the hotel. Although there is only one restaurant - Jetty, it is more than enough with its indoor seating and extended area of bar that further opens into poolside seating that offers more intimate set up in the evening / night and a bright cheerful set up in the day time. Here are the details of our meal experiences at Forte Kochi. We started our meal with Spinach Dal Vadas served with tempered coconut chutney. Crisp on the outside and soft inside. Some Paneer Tikka that was charred to perfection. The food was washed down with a flute of Berry Spritzer. For mains we had Parotta that was made more like Kizhi preparation with veggies instead of chicken. For dessert we were served Porappu Payasam, Sevaya Payasam with Papadam and Banana. I must say the papadam added so many different layers to the flavor profile and the sweetness of the payasam. This entire combination was out of the world ! Dinner was by the pool. We started our meal with Tempura Veggies with honey chili sauce and Rajasthani style Kurukuri Bhindi. This was accompanied by Pina Colada. For mains we had Bhindi Mappas – This Bhindi preparation in coconut milk curry was so aromatic and with a dash of pungency. And Malabar Veg Curry with Appam. These were the finest appam we had in our entire stay in Kerala. Cooked to perfection. Due to pandemic they have been serving A la cart Breakfast. We had Ghee Roast Dosa with Sambar, Coconut chutney and Tomato chutney, along with Fresh Pineapple and Watermelon Juice. Followed by Egg curry ( Thattukda style) with parotta. Though this is a beef speciality, as we are eggetarians chef made it an egg preparation. It was spicy and tasty. And finished our breakfast on a sweeter note with Waffles with maple syrup Throughout all our meals, chef personally looked into our food preferences, likes and dislikes. His recommendations were spot on and only made our experience unforgettable.

I guess the food choices i made here were not right, i was trying the dishes for the first time, the fish was alright but the other one was a big no. The place is pricey compared to the food. The sitting is available all the time, in case you are planning to come during peek hours, reserve your table in advance. The staff is polite. They accepted all modes of payments. The waiting time is around 10 minutes only.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Jetty Restaurant in Fort Kochi, and I must say it was a delightful culinary experience. The first thing that struck me upon entering the restaurant was its welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. The service was attentive and efficient. The architecture of this hotel is very beautiful. The hotel's dining options were impressive. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu of local and international dishes. The presentation of the food was visually appealing, with each dish being meticulously arranged.

Ambience was excellent and staff were friendly.. The only issue was mosquitos which is common in kochi and cannot get rid off.. They tried hard but seating near pool was tough.. Had to move in to complete our dinner. The food was good whereas for North Indian dishes , I would prefer not to make it in Coconut oil though I myself have been using it since childhood. Authentic North Indian should taste as it should be.. Rest is good and would look for variety of Veg options .. Thank you to staff and management to keep it clean and for the great hospitality.

The food is really yum. The ambient is great, beautiful property and good service and staff. It can get busy as the place is not too big, so plan accordingly. We ordered one egg roast (curry) with kallapam and one chicken gravy with ghee rice, for two. They have these combos of gravy with rice/appam/parotta, which I liked. Their ghee rice is amazing! Mostly food was good, however, egg curry was slightly salty. Their portion size is not too big, especially for a lunch meal and for starving people πŸ˜€. So, we ordered two plates of parotta separately, which was for 100/- per two parottas. They also serve liquor. Pricing is on the higher side though, but good experience overall.

The food was great. Authentic taste and adequate portion. Great service too. The ambience is really nice. The interiors are very picturesque. They also have a swimming pool. Facility to conduct poolside events too. The washrooms could be better maintained. It was neat, but the wash basin was clogged and overflowing. Otherwise good.

Located at prime spot , has lot of salad and seafood options. Waitress , pretty and courteous, Interiors great but ambience was spoilt by the maintenance work going on right in the restaurant. Drilling and hammering could hv done prior to opening hours!!!

We found this place by chance and were pleasantly surprised by the service and good food. We ordered kalappam, egg roast, duck roast in coconut gravy, masala peanuts and fish orly. Everything was very good! In drinks we ordered pineapple mojito which was so-so. I wish they'd used pineapple juice instead of a packaged crush to make this. Overall, the service was prompt and courteous. Will definitely go again.

A beautiful restaurant set amidst the Dutch inspired Forte Kochi. The interiors exudes serenity and the hospitality was impeccable. Seafood starters, desserts, fresh waffles all deserve a high mention. All were delicious and brought in quite promptly. Quantity was appreciable. Parking is roadside.

We were visiting Fort Kochi for the first time and needed a place for lunch, and found this restaurant in the old part of town. It was attached to a very nice and upscale hotel, obviously a remnant from days past when the British and Dutch were more present. Food was quite good, though service was a little bit slow and needed quite a bit of prompting. The fish and chips was very good. Would visit again if needed.

Exceptional experience. Sitting al fresco by the pool, disconnected from the hectic pace and noise from the street. Either you go for local fresh fish curry (without chili for me, really delicious) or for pasta, pizza, fish & chips, steak was a (good) surprise. All of this with a fresh beer by the pool. What else?

Jetty has a wide range of delicious dishes. Chef Jijo will go out of his way to cater to your personal needs and tastes. The Kerala food items are particularly delicious πŸ˜‹ and must be tried. Fabulous value for money Lunch time non-veg Thali is a must try. You have the choice of eating indoors at the beautiful AC section or outdoors at the poolside.
