Best momos I've had in Kerala since I came back from Delhi (hub of all things street food). Reasonably priced as well. Highly recommended. Especially the fried chickn momos and the Schezwan chicken momos!!
Hello,i have been eating at Shifus Momos for almost 2-3 yrs now.The maintain the same standards and quality.The owner is a very cool person,has no ego or attitude and is very humble and kind.The staff are also equally good and professional.Their steamed /fried momos are excellent and served with both mayo and red chutney/shezwan sauce.They also have chowmein,Manchurian momo and chilli momo.Their Ice tea is also great,but finishes fast.Best way to enjoy you plate of Momo/chowmein is also to have it along with the Iced Tea.5/5 Stars.I apologise that i should have posted this review long time ago.Will definately recommend this place to all.
I really loved the service and would like to recommend for others as the food items are money worth yes, there is a great portion of food. there are having a really good presentation with cute packaging and of course timely services even in this plight of the covid-19 epidemic. the momos were reallyy tasty I really loved its taste and I really want to try the next items which are there in their restaurant
We have had momos from here umpteen number of times and Shifu's has never let us down. It's very reasonably priced and completely worth the pay.

Tummy filling momos at budget saver prices!! I tried the classic momos full plate. Their quantity is filling and the add-ons are freeee.... Just that there ain't much place to sit or anything. Its a small stall kinda place, so if you are in your car, its the best to place go have ur evening snack cuz the view frm road side is towards a park, so it's a soothing feel and spicy momos

Ordered for a snack pack the chicken noodles that was good and above expectation this is what I felt please try yourself and rate them . The delivery is also fast and I went there so many times after the delivery I got the place is good and it's awesome. The vibe near to the central park is too good and the chicken moms is excellent over there and it made mouthwatering. The shifu special consists of a portion of noodles and fries momos. A half plate is enough to fill u up and a full can be eaten by two. The noodles are tasty. Momos were crispy and fully filled. Finish Ur meal with the ice tea which is absolutely fantastic.

The best momos in the town works just 24 hours or 36 hours and week from 4-8 pm awesome and stunning momos steamed fried andwith Manchurian sauce ewen they gave chowmein the food is yummy and it’s well ready delivered fast
The best momos I ever had. If you never tried it or if you don’t like momos you have to go for it. We had Crispy fried chicken momo and Chicken Shifu’s Special (which is chicken chowmein plate with some crispy fried momos on top). Both were amazing but the star of the show is momos for sure! Can’t wait to go back!

Starting from my school days shifu momo was my favorite & not only for me, It is an heaven for almost all momo lovers ! They serve really yummy and mouth watering momos at affordable price, about ambience nothing much to say , In the end it's a pocket friendly place & definitely a must visit place for all momo lovers out their!!

Shifu momos is more like a dhaba.. with all it's Chinese decorations and friendly attenders we get the food of our choice within minutes. There's no place to sit and eat. Very cheap and affordable. Best place for a snack or even for heavy fooding you may approach here. The ice tea they serve is super. The shifu special momos and the Schezwan momos with noodles is irresistible. Also Easily approachable from town.

We parked ourselves at this small eatery quite late in the day but were lucky enough to gorge on some delicious momos. We tried chicken momos only since they had run out of veg ones. The momos, both steamed amd fried ones were done well without the unwanted tasteless stuffing and with a thin wrap. The sauce was also a perfect blend and could be tamed with mayonnaise for those who don't like it too spicy. The chowmien wasn't really a good try though and tasted like noodles fried in oil and soya sauce with some accidental salt and chilli dropping into it.
Overall, it's a nice and economical place to have momos at Kochi. A delivery would be a good option since they donot have any seating around.

For me, momos = Shifus. Whenever I feel like having momos or Chow mein, I go to shifus. I love their Schezwan Chicken Momos and their Chicken Chow mein :)

The best momos I have tasted in kerala. Quick service . Tried varieties of theirs but I still love the classic steamed ones . Fried ones if u keep for sometime will get soggy to eat hot hot .... 1 plate will keep ur tummy really full.
This is one of my favorite spots to get a quick bite. The momos are above average... The location has a good vibe and the staffs are really friendly and quick. I haven't ever been disappointed with them ever. They always deliver quality and satisfaction. And the momos being delicious and budget friendly only adds more charm to this place.
The outlet is small, service is fast. Their veg-fried momos are delicious. The beef and chicken fried is a must for any non-veg momos lover. Ice- tea is too sweet tho. Regardless, the place gives good quality and quantity for a very reasonable price. Overall, it is a must try once.

Tried their schezwan chicken momos and their Friday special Prawn momos. The schezwan chicken momos were yum but the prawn momos failed to impress. Cost wise they're priced pretty reasonable. Ambience wise, it's a street food joint. Service was quick.
Super good momos for the price offered. The only drawback about the place is in spite of proper dustbins and disposal measures many people still feel littering premises around is a fun thing to do. The management should seriously alternate plastic with an eco-friendly measure and use bamboo cases for momos that which could be reused. This is one good way small joints can set a class apart for bigger nonsensical ones to open eyes and be sensible about the mounting litter and use and throw culture that's spreading.

Well to start off this ain't a review about the outlet at Panampilly Nagar but their new branch at Thevara.....
The most famous momo place in town set shop close to home about a couple of months back...
Whoever has had from Shifu's would certainly vouch for its VFM and definitely the branch at Thevara too ensures the VFM factor is totally maintained as far as momos are concerned.
We called for the chicken schezwan momos, which was totally yum and also the chicken chowmeen, which was unfortunately a let down, when compared to the benchmark set by the Panampilly Nagar outlet.
Costs: Rs.90 each (all inclusive)
Ambience: Simple yet trendy and 16 seats is all you have.
Location: The location for this one is: when going from Thevara Junction towards Thevara (SH) College, once you cross the Mattumel Bridge/Mattumel Junction, within 50 meters on the RH side, before you hit St.Jude's Shrine (St.Joseph's Church).
They also have a couple of very economical combo meal options.

A small kiosk situated in the heart of Panampilly nagar famous for its momos. Had bookmarked this place long ago, going through its popularity on zomato. Did not disappoint! Had crispy momos that satisfied the evening hunger, quite pocket friendly. Will be back for sure.

Best place to have momos in town, and very pocket friendly too. 4 variants of momos to choose from. Have tried their Schezwan, Crispy & Manchurian momos. Best of the lot was Schezwan, with the sauce being the right amount of spicy and felt heavenly in mouth with the mayo. Manchurian gravy also went well along with the mayo. I didn't enjoy the Crispy momos, as it felt lifeless after having Manchurian & Schezwan. There's no seating facilities here, so that's a bummer, but the food does make up for that. Go to this place of you are a momo person and want to try out something different with your momos.

Really amazing food at great prices, a really great variety of momos. My favourite is the schezwan fried momo. The lack of seating arrangements causes an inconvenience but still worth it.
Well being a regular customer i can say that it always tastes awesome. Located at a great spot . Menu packed with Momo's , Chow Mei and also some special someday and it's all worth it. Shifu special is something which gives you a bit of everything, with Chow Mei, Fried Momo's and some of their sauce and mayonnaise it's the best deal you will get.

There's nothing much you can say about Shifu's Momos. It serves quality stuff at affordable rates. I've been eating from here for the past 3 years or so. The only downside is that the momos have gotten slightly smaller. But the taste and price is still the same and I really don't mind the slight decrease in size. Would love to see a lot more varieties of momos as well as other stuff to eat from them.

I prefer Schezwan momos over other options. They boast delightful taste and excellent quality. Additionally, drinks like boba tea are also a good one, making them my top choice for delicious and satisfying momos.
Whenever I crave momos there is only one place I go, that is shifu. I love everything there but especially fried and Manchurian. The steamed is also pretty good. The drinks are also great especially cold coffee and ice tea.

I visit this place regularly but management should be wary that quality of momos served is coming down. Also try to serve healthy sides like chutney which is more authentic and healthy alternative to mayo. Be mindful that momos is most healthy when steamed, so enjoy steamed momos 😍
