One of the best place to hangout together with friends or for meeting. I love their coffee it is much better than any other coffee found in kochi at least from my experience.
Had some cakes and brownie during our visit to ernakulam along with some coffee , my fav was their chocolate brownie it's was very rich,soft and moist. Packed some to take home and it was fresh too even after few hours of travel
Nice place to hang out. Do not expect too much privacy but you can enjoy the hot chocolate and banana muffin while relaxing yourself. It's standards and policies are well met
Good place to catchup with your friends over a sip of coffee. The price is high as expected from a coffee shop inside Lulu Mall. We ordered 3 cup of Large Cappuccino which cost us around 580. So be careful , it can put a dent to your pocket.

This place is good,But the communication is difficult,it is located in open space in mall,so their is loud noise...and another thing is their service is too bad...and if we talk about the price ,thats too high, sometimes i used to feel that they are increasing price higher each week...I didn’t like their snacks but i loved their carrot cake and cold coffee

Obviously the place is overpriced but the coffee is definitely worth it. The brownies are worth a try.. The iced tea and mojito was just above average.

This global cafe chain is a personal favourite of our entire clan. Rightly placed at the entrance of Lulu Mall at Cochin, Costa did live up to their standard of getting noticed. Courteous team and good selection of drinks and snacks, the cafe is an ideal place to relax and unwind amidst a shopping spree at Lulu or otherwise. Our picks :- Ginger Bread Latte(seasonal), Cafe Latte, Mango-Passion Fruit cooler, Original Costa Black coffee(recommend only for those who have their coffee really strong!), muffins and croissants.

Tried Costa First time. Drank classic hot chocolate. It was good. I also added some chocolate powder on top to make it more tasteful. Yeah, it's costly but you should go there once to try something different. I prefer to go for latte or mocha than hot chocolate.
Situated on the ground floor in Lulu Mall, just next to the entrance, was a nice place to rest after the shopping. Orders two cappuchinos and were served at the table. Small cup size was chosen, but the quantity was too good.

Hadn't been to Costa coffee before as I frequent ccd and Starbucks mostly. They have a similar menu to Starbucks but are priced cheaper. We ordered the banana walnut cake and chocolate brownie, for drinks we had mocha hazelnut and a regular frappe. The service is pretty quick.
We went in just for a drink and something small to eat. The Manager was really kind and helpful. I had a Coffee which was really tasty and Carrot cake I highly recommend that particular cake. We came in on our holiday ! and I would recommend to all my friends and relative

@cafelatte was awesome and refreshing, even the @hotchocolate with black forest was yummy but the problem was it turned out to be cold rather than hot as the name suggested yet it's good.

Costa Coffee is a nice place to chill out and relax. If you aren't in a hurry then you can lounge here sipping on a chocolate milkshake or coffee. The chocolate brownie and fruit cake slices are really yum. Recommended.
Costa coffee is a really good place here in Lulu mall, especially for the hot chocolate and other varieties of coffees. I usually have the hot chocolate(regular) which is quite filling. Almost all the drinks are good in quality as well as quantity. Whenever you are in Lulu, try checking out this place. I would say its worth it. Staff and the ambience is also good. Good and timely service.

Been there twice, both times to refresh after a particularly tiring session of roaming around lulu. Tried the cappuccino (which was great) lemonade (which I didn't quite like that much and felt was a tad too overpriced for what was on offer) cold chocolate (good, cold and tasty with a generous dollop of whipped cream on top) and hot chocolate (which takes the cake for me! This one is my favourite of all the 4 varieties I have tried at Costa. Loved how thick creamy n chocolaty it was and especially love the hazelnut flavour lacing it.. So delicious! Brownie points for that enormous mug they serve it in. Absolute perfection! The best hot chocolate I have had in Kochi till date!!) Also I love the interiors and ambience of the cafe. Good comfortable chairs to relax in, and open view of the atrium to people watch :)
Costa Coffee is a nice place to have a coffee break inside lulu mall, kochi. I have been here many times. Ambience is really good for a relaxed hangout with friends and family. Service is pretty good. Give it a try. Recommended !!!

Since i'm not a coffee connoisseur, to be honest i was a bit sceptical while reviewing this place. Also my personal preference of this place over other coffee shacks like CCD, could rile up many caffeine experts. But let me congratulate them for occupying the finest part of Lulu mall. Its easy to find this outlet unlike other places. But you will never get something called privacy in there. Random people walking outside the stall will give you that 'you mad bro?' look. But the ambience is pretty good. Same goes to the furniture & cutleries as well
But the service was a huge letdown. I mean, they are in a world of their own. The guy at the counter was trying to showoff with his coffee knowledge when we ordered for Espressos. You don't need to state the obvious bruv - We do realise that Espressos don't come with Milk or cream. Also this a problem i find with the food stalls in lulu mall. Great shops.. But the guys sitting at the counters never give you proper answers to any of your queries. 'Bleh' is all that comes out instead.
The espressos were served fine. I prefer mine freshly prepared & pippin' hot. The aroma was mind blowing. It gives me a certain kick when i consume them with less sugar. And this one was Gold in that aspect. On a Valentines day it gave me enough kick to relish the feeling throughout the day until i consumed that horrible Cool Blue Ice cooler from CCD. Espressos is a miracle of a well schooled mixture of fine physics & balanced Chemistry. And the Espresso you get at Costa Coffee is one among the finest.
I'm a coffee addict and Costa coffee gives me the kick I need :) Been a Costa fan since my Bangalore days and the cochin outlet seems to have reignited it. The itzy bitzy snacks are a treat too. Way better than a CCD or a regular coffee place but not when it comes to pricing though. Don't expect the privacy of a regular cafe but definitely helps if you want to grab a coffee on the go (whilst at Lulu).

I usually have a 5 star experience while having their drinks. Chocolate truffle cake is ok.
Lemonade and hot chocolate are my go to drinks. Coffees and iced teas are a bit too strong when compared to South Indian filter coffee.
As i was feeling drowsy n fatigue cos of the window shopping at lulu .I settled down at costa coffe to recharge the energy level with double expresso . I like the expresso with out sugar yeah i love the taste of raw coffe !. I waited it to cool down slowly sipped the caffeine . It was awesome, as the caffeine kicked in I was back to full power :D .The ambiance is so good to relax.Loved the comfy sofa . The only thing tat annoyed me is the blah blah of some event happening at the front desk of the mall.

i have been to this branch,previously i have been to costa coffee at middle east and after visiting lulu mall outlet i had a sip of costa from chennai phoenix mall outlet,
i have tried bot hot and cold(mochas).
service is good.
coffe is excellent.
mocha is fantastic.

Wasn't a hard core coffee fan until I tried the Mocha from Costa coffee and it sadly turned into an addiction. Every time I visit lulu I make sure that I've a cup of mocha from here. Later tried mochas from most of the well knows places in kochi but they couldn't even taste nearly good as the ones they serve here in costa.
Costa Coffee should definitely start an outlet outside the mall and it'll become a success for sure.
Try the mocha with 2 brown sugar sachets.
As I had some credit card coupes of this place, thought of giving this place a try. I do read one quote there which says 'brought from London shaken in Cochin' God know if it's true or not;).
We ordered two Cappuccino which was good but nothing extraordinary, it tasted the normal. The place was not that crowded so we got the order promptly. The place was clean and the ambiance was also good. This is that place were you order something and sits there chatting for a long time.
Altogether the experience was nice. But as I said, there is nothing extraordinary about this place.

I wouldn't exactly call this a cosy place but its definitely a place for conversations although it gives very little or no privacy. They have comfortable seating and the ambience of the place is quite peachy considering that it's inside the mall. The Interiors of the place are similar to what you would see in the other chains of Costa coffee.
We had a caramel creamy cooler and a caffe Latte which were served promptly. The presentation of the drinks was adequate but a little more improvement wouldn't hurt. The drinks were just satisfactory, it wasn't exactly a revolutionary coffee experience.
The staff were polite and friendly and by all odds they need to improve their music. Also, it's a bit over priced than most of the coffee places.
This is our Substitute to Starbucks coffee :) Good Ambience, Good Serving and Aromatic Coffee everywhere :) Worth visiting when you need your caffeine vaccination :)

Loooove their cappuccinos.. They have good quiches too. My second favorite of the lot.
Chocolate truffle... It was warm and they put caramel beside it... When the spoon in put over the cake it just slides down smoothly... Thereby mixing the hot chocolate mix inside the cake and the caramel that's poured on the side of the plate... It was simply memorable...
Right at the entrance of lulu mall, this cozy coffee shop packs a punch. Superb ambience and the perfect setting to enjoy a hot cup of coffee. Very friendly waiters, service is awesome. I'm giving it 3.5 (and not 4) as it's a but highly priced. But the coffee is really good. I would gladly recommend this place.
One of my best Costa Cafe in the south Indian vicinity. Right at the entrance of the mall, the cafe gives a very welcome feeling to me.

Costa at Lulu for me is an esacpe from the congested place the Lulu is. Costa offers a kind of secluded time pass for me(whenever I visited the place there were few customers). Costa and Starbucks are for most Indian ppl (not the new generation or the ex-NRIs :p) waste of money but they do offer a certain charm of sipping coffee and having a chat with friends privately (no spots nowadays with these metro cities). Taste wise I did like it, but not being a routine customer to different outlets(not just costa) , not comparing. Recommend giving this place a shot, people.

Finally costa is here in kochi. I visited costa just a week after i made a visit to starbucks whitfield. So naturally i was comparing everything with it( of course i agree its not worth a comparison when it comes to brand value). And i found this place a more value for money thing than starbucks.
I ordered a medium coffee, which was pretty big. Price was a little above 100. I found it worth the price. Also had one roll which was also pretty good.
As its inside the mall, its too noisy. And thats the only thing i didnt like about this place.
It is located on the ground floor of the mall, right at the major central area. Easy to spot. Seating available for more than forty people. Parking is easy as it is inside a mall which has ample parking spots.
Service is really good, they bring your order to the table. Slightly slow during peak times. Coffee and food are typical Costa fare.
Ordered the cream coffee . It was a good experience. The place was good , spacious and the service was good and they were friendly.

It's a cafe we all have passed by a hundred times and think must be overrated.... But all thanks to my friend who treated me there, I loved every thing I ordered. Their coffee is so good, and the highlight was their Paneer Tikka sandwich using brown bread. It was a killer combo. The muffins were good and pie was okie-dokie.
Once you drink hot chocolate from Costa you will never like it anywhere else. Soo good. The small cup cost Rs.240. Large cup, despite being double that of small, costs just Rs.40 more! The chicken sandwitch was also very tasty.
The place offers a variety of hot and cold coffees. The place has a good ambience and the staff are friendly. They don't offer much for quick bites. The items are way too costly because of the brand. Their cappuccino with flavour tasted good.
We had coffee, of course!! I added an extra shot to my cappuccino, it was perfect for me. Paneer tikka sandwich and smoked chicken sandwich we also very good. Especially their bread, it had nice texture. The caramel cold coffee was also good. The best part was their service.

If you go to Lulu, you must try sitting at Costa....Have an Americano or get something cold to drink...and look around...there are a lot of things to see...

Had a cappuccino there which is one of the great taste I had. There is a bit delay for processing orders but that waiting time is worthy. Seems bit over priced, but sometimes quality demand price.
I love their hot chocolate with walnut cake. Hot chocolate is on point with sweetness and walnut cake texture is so good.

As I am a great coffee lover, searching about a place I found it,and it was my first visit here. While I enter to costa, got a warm welcome and great ambiance. The place I feel more relaxing with my friends. I ordered a cappuccino, varieties of muffins and pastries. The taste of pastries were outstanding and fabulous. I saw a great crowd because it was at the ground floor of lulu mall. I wish I want to visit again and again.
