Food is good but they do not look at the instructions carefully... I have many times requested them to send hot sauce but to no avail
I had longed for a taco outlet in Kochi for a while and to my surprise, found Taco bell in Lulu mall during my last visit.
Tried the naked chicken taco and crispy tacos and they were a delight to the taste buds.
Overall, a great visit and would definitely visit again.
Nice place we love it..weekend hangout for lunch...the staff are very polite and helpful. The ambience is good but the Air con is bad...need a little cooling to relax and enjoy your meals. But food ,staff are the best and value for money. Must visit..

The Taco Bell in Kochi is actually delicious! I’m disappointed by all the negative reviews on here and think that they deserve a much higher rating than a 3! The service is also great. I’ve been going to Taco Bell my whole life and I definitely approve of the food they’re serving here in Kochi😊

Went there someday just after the inauguration.. Tried their crispy tacos and soft tacos (non veg) with unlimited drinks.. which was an combo offer.. i feel even the tacos is non veg but the filling is 75% veg and 25% chicken only
The place is nice. Service is good. Food is good as well but you should order according to your twisted preference, if you don’t understand what is what’s, clear it with them before ordering. Also they have unlimited Pepsi if you order a certain combo.

The last time I had been to a Taco Bell Outlet was wayyyy back in the 90s,when I used to study in Doha - Qatar.I loved their Salads,which we mixed & made on our own.Those times,didn't know much about Tacos.That day onwards,I have been praying that they open one here in India,in Kerala,if possible in Thrissur...but somehow,it came finally at Lulu Mall,Kochi...Boy..am I happy??!!😍😍😊😊😊Yesterday I also got the chance to taste their food for lunch.Since we were there for the first time,was confused what to order.There was a promotional offer "The Big Basket Meal" which they rated at 199rs.Was so happy & went to the counter to know more about it.They said the basket included a Taco,Burrito,Spicy Fries & Sweet Cinnamon twists along with unlimited Pepsi...but it wasn't exactly as they printed in their ad...in small letters,I didn't see they typed "for non-veg pack,it is 246rs + tax"....don't know why they opt for this "GUERRILLA TACTICS"of hiding the truth.Finally opted for The Basket meal(non-veg) & Bell Rice Chicken Bowl.Within 10 minutes,our order came & both fitted in a tray,confirming the quantity of the stuff we ordered.The basket meal looked tempting,with the Taco filled with loads of lettuce,hiding the minimal chicken with hot n spicy sauces.It was different👌👌👌👍👍, the only problem being the wafer-thin ,pappad like Taco,trying to contain all ingredients in it & spilling out within a bite.They could have made it a little harder.The Cinnamon twists & fries were good,nothing much to rave about.Then went on to taste the burrito,which looked fully stuffed.When had a bite,it was indeed stuffed with spucy rice,with chicken pieces & different kinds of spicy sauce...👌👌👌 The rice bowl,almost resembled that of a hot & spicy Chicken pulao with yellow rice.It wasn't bad either.The beverage,as promised was unlimited.First it was Pepsi,then we opted for Seven-up,as that was more drinkable.Since we were in a hurry,couldn't order more.All together,the food was great,tasty,a little bit expensive,less quantity.There is nothing much of an ambience,since the space was very congested.Hope to go there soon & taste more variety dishes..👍👍👍
The big bell box is a steal. The quality of burrito was great. The taco bells says that food is spicy, but our indian tongues can surely handle some more.
The 7 layered burrito too was fresh and a good mix of chicken, rice and beans.
Taco Bell is Situated right next to the metro entry from Lulu. Compared to the outlets I have seen in Bangalore, this is slightly smaller.. Tried the naked chicken tacos which is fried chicken that's a substitute to the tacos. The vegetables are crunchy and the French fries served along with it are crispy. Overall a one time try.
Have been here once. First taco bell outlet in Kochi. They have got many varieties of tacos and loved it. Service needs improvement. Try it out!
Had my first taco from taco bell 6yrs back from Bangalore when I went there as part of school trip. I fell in love with their taco. I was so happy that it has come to Cochin. Had the naked chicken taco meal. It was really tasty and so delicious. Great portion of fries and the unlimited pepsi. Also love their motto Live Mas🔥.
This is not the first nor will be my last time to a Taco Bell. Having said that, this taco bell is as good as any other taco bell, so I need not say much about the quality of food and taste. But however I don't think the actual Mexican food is supposed to taste anything like this, but when someday I do taste actual Mexican food I can tell about it. The place deserves a 5 star and the 4 star is because the place is an open outlet and thereby the ambience is on the down side and also being located near the metro entrance though it can attract a lot of people, affects the customers equally.

Lulu outlet was jam packed with family and Teen crowd. One thing I noticed , here they serves only Pepsi as Unlimited soft drink. In Bangalore you will get multiple options.
We ordered 10 Taco shell , it was good we chosen two different flavours ( Mexican and Arabic ). I m not a nachos fan. It was okey for me. They designed nicely outlet space.
Customer Service excellent. They are nicely speaking with patrons. Noticed Malayalam words which is written in malayalam on the wall. Appreciate such initiatives from Taco Bell Te

"Tacos are back @Kochi".Bliss of an Ambience and great gesture by the support staff at the entry. Great piece of illustration of the items on display, that anyone new to Tacos can catch it up very easily. Ordered Naked Chicken Tacos with Nachos and Chalupa Meal with Mexican Fries. It was great, my fiance loved it as she was having it for the first time. I suggest Chalupa Meal is a must try here. And don't miss the Taco Special HOT Sauce. It just rocked with Chalupa. So TACOS, It's a wrap for now..Will catch up some exciting combos next time..!!
Taco Bell has good food albeit not amazing. It was slightly costlier than expected. We bought a naked chicken taco(meal for 2). Instead of Pepsi, which has unlimited free refills, we got a strawberry flavoured icee, because the Pepsi machine was broken. Fries and nachos are present in the meal. Give it a try!
Tried it out yesterday. I must admit, in Ernakulam (Kochi), you get the best taco here. Burrito too is just fine. The first thing I noticed was the ambiance and this place being a bit congested. The service is good. And oh yea, very competitive pricing. I had a Taco-Burrito meal with unlimited Pepsi for 249 bucks, it serves purpose. I liked their flavour.
At the bottom line, it's not a QUICK bite. I would recommend it, for I've not located another bristo that'd get me better Tacos. And "Taco Bell", I'll get to you sooner. (4*)

A popular outlet that's finally set up shop in kochi at lulu Mall. The food is tasty and the fries are large and flavourful. Drinks are unlimited and makes sense for the spicy sauces they offer. Their burrito is delicious and the ingredients fresh but not adequately filling in my opinion. Could do with some more quantity for that price range. The ambience is classy and eye catching and the music upbeat. Seating is limited though and it can get hard to find a spot.
Pros: authentic quality ingredients and some tasty Mexican food in a trendy setting.
Cons: quantity is lacking for the price range and seating is limited.
Its was a great experience, its was my first time having a burrito and a taco well taco was a kind of small and burrito was kind of medium size just a little bigger than the ordinary shawarma both of them tasted well . The interior is beautifully decorated or you can say the ambience is good .According to me the 4 for 229 or 249 is the best option as you will get to taste both taco and burrito with some good French fries and Mexican sauce. It was really a great experience 😇.
We ordered Burrito and Tacos. Burrito and Mexican fries were my favorite. Tacos were also good. I am not a big fan of nachos but the salsa was great.
Always been a fan of taco bell since they entered India and was more than delighted when I came across this outlet in Lulu mall. Pretty much your standard taco bell and taste is consistent compared to all the other outlets I've tried. The staff is courteous and the service is quick. Best place to grab a quick burrito or taco. My all time favourite is the chocodilla.
The only downside of this outlet is that it can get really conjusted due to the limited seating availablity.
Currently The best place to have tacos and burritos in kochi....They tastes amazing... their serving also tooo fast, actually when i saw a msg from the lulu group i was very eager to go there...and I visited this place ...on second day aftr inauguration... Too nice place... with some amazing wall arts....

Best taco and burrito place currently in kochi... But I would highly suggest not ordering delivery through Zomato as you all should know that Lulu Mall doesn’t allow zomato to use their delivery service from any restaurant within Lulu.. So please don’t order.
Furthermore even after knowing this Zomato won’t remove Taco Bell from their delivery list to make it look cool and make people angry and feel bad and make them wish they could order Taco Bell and get some satisfaction from customer’s disappointment.
Zomato loves disppointing customers as much as they like satisfying them. It’s personal motto they have chosen. They like to play with peoples hunger

Now about the taco it was worth for money actually and it was good..! The one which I loved other than tacos was there Mexican Cheese Nachos which was lit...❤

Located just next to the metro entrance inside the Lulu mall. They have their own dine area which I S such a relief when compared to finding a place to sit in Buzz of the food court. Coming to the tacos... This the first time I ever had one but I felt for the price I paid (₹99) it was filling. So basically on this base of chicken made roti they have added in mustard sauce and veggies.
For those of you are spice lovers. I challenge you to try their chilli sauce flavouring😁
Good to have a Taco Bell in Kochi finally. They have all the standard menu items although modified a bit for the Indian taste buds. We tried their Cheesy Nachos, Chicken Fajita chalupa, Naked Chicken taco and Guacomole(could have been better/fresher). Everything apart from the Gauacomole tasted good with it being a pretty filling meal along with the Free refills on soft drinks. Look forward to try their other options another day.
Taco Bell is yummy! They have lots of tasty choices, but its too expensive. It's a fast and delicious place to grab a meal.
Have been here two times till date. Good Tex mex dishes are available at decent rates. I loved the Tacos and Burritos and it's a must try. The last time I tried their ultimate chicken rice bowl. Myself and my wife faced some stomach issues after eating the rice.. something was not right about it..did not taste that good too. Every other dish we tried was excellent. The staff provide excellent service. The atmosphere is also good👍🏻

Pleasent experience, but couldn't get crunchy veg tacos at nominal rate. Soft taco doesn't match much to our taste buds.
An overall good dine in experience of Tacos 🌮 by Taco Bell we had there. I would recommend the Naked chicken Tacos. The burrito was not up to the mark. Drinks are unlimited with some combo meals.

We just loved the quality and quantity of Teco bell. We ordered a Big Bell box Veg. It was too heavy . It's a good meal option . This combo helps us to get almost all flavours.the fire sauce is also too good. It included one veg Habanero Burrito, one Crunchy Pinto Bean Taco - Hot Sauce, one Mexican Fries, one Cinnamon Twist and one coke. It's 249 plus tax. We have to option to scan make card payments.. i just loved cinnamon twist and 🌮 tacos. It's a must try point inside Lulu
It was the best place for hang out with friends or family they serve good food at very reasonable price and very you will get unlimited drink also.
I have skipped this place more than once and I regret for that right now.

Went there on a weekday. When we asked for the menu, they said that we can order at the counter or if we are paying online then we can order the food online after scanning the QR code on the table... Took some time to order the food online as its cumbersome... But the food was good... Kids enjoyed it... Service was good....
Worth the pay meal box 261/- including tax. Tacos are always a refreshing feel for us. As it brings us some South American flavour. Staff are pleasent and very friendly. Unlimited drinks are always a plus.
Taco bell in lulu mall next to the metro entry is a great place to hang out to have some of the best tacos. Love their crunchy tacos and the fries with their peri peri sauce. Consistent and delicious as always.They follow good hygiene and you can order completely contactless.
