It was a wonderful kulfi experience in Bombay Kulfi. They have great collection of varieties of Kulfi and they do upgrade the tastes once in a while. My personal best are Malai, tender coconut, and Oreo. Would recommend this to anyone who would like to try fresh desserts.
Malai Kulfi.. Its a must try at Bombay Kulfi. Very authentic taste. Do not miss guys.
Very unexpectedly got a chance to try kulfi yesterday, even though, I was never a Kulfi fan.
Gotto know from the guy @ Bombay Kulfi, that all these kulfis are from Bombay.
The kulfi is amazing! They have a quite a variety of Kulfi’s . I recently discovered the likeness towards the age old sweet.. I loved the malai kulfi . Maybe next time I ll try another type :)
After a long wait ,me and my friend went to this place,Itz actually really nice place, which is located near by Cake hut in kathrikadavu, one of the best cravings place...As expected The Kulfis are Lit, mouth watering kulfis.. i loved their malai kulfi, one of the best
Everyone should try
So many varieties and pocket friendly!!! I had one jackfruit kulfi and one roasted almond kulfi. Both were nice. Fresh juicy jackfruit pulps were there and almonds were nicely roasted! I liked it so much
Well this might not be the best time to post kulfis in this weather but i just have to!
1. Oreo kulfi .
2.malai kulfi
.
This is how kulfis should be! One of the best in town if not the best.Tasted absolutely amazing! Haven't had better to be honest. Both the texture and taste on point.
There are many more varieties and i would definitely come back for more!
Price - around Rs 75/- each
Rating- 10/10
One of the best kulfi / ice cream shop in town. My favourite of the lot would be the jackfruit natural ice cream. The best way to eat is to wait for the ice cream to melt partially and then have a go at it. The price for ice-creams are also reasonable at around 70 rs.
Finally, all I have to say is that with the given quality and taste, you get more that what you pay for.
Some serious dessert craving???😋
Go and check out the"bombay kulfi" of kaloor..
This place serves the best kulfi in town. Do not get decieved by its size;theres somthing so lipsmacking is waiting for you in there. The place is so tiny and can fit 6 to 7 persons hardly. But they have some authentic indian kulfi. 😍
I was determined to try the most hyped "guava with chillie" and trust me it just takes you to next level with its deliciousness😍😍 the kulfi literally tast@es like frozen guava and omg 😄those chillies on top of it just adds on its taste. I also tried the "malai kulfi" and the malai just melts in your mouth.. Incredibly authentic in taste and texture. Will go back again and try other flavours.
NB: no parking space available ; don't even think of riding your car to the outlet😛@bombay kulfi
I am a kulfi lover, and i came to try it here. And boy! I liked it 😘 We had matka kulfi and their kulfi slabs which were a delight. They melt on your tongue and are so sweet!
Having had it in Chennai and Bangalore, was eagerly anticipating its arrival in Kochi. Every flavor here is worth a try, and I prefer the slabs more than the traditional Kulfi sticks. There is no compromise on quality as it’s all made in Mumbai and send to all their stores across the country. They quickly go out of stock as the stock arrives only once a week. And they are open till midnight..
Hello Foodies,
Ambiance - Good
but small
Desert- Mouth Watering. I can say go and have all the flavors. The only one destination for Kulfi lovers.
Price - Fair
My notice - Go again and Again..You will love always. Must try Malai Kulfi, Caramel, Butter Scotch & Gulkand
Visited many time and enjoyed every time. I used to have Kulfi there as many I can and then parcel some for next few days at home. He he.
Eat healthy stay healthy
A kutty outlet meant for kuttys of all age groups :P for the love of indian icecream.Cochin known for its humidity ,kulfi is best option to get away from it.Our favourites being Amrud or guava kulfi ,Seethaphal or Custard apple kulfi,Matka kulfi and recently tried out Shahi gulab or Rosemilk kulfi with pistah!.I still have a long list to try out in this place. Till then happy kulfi nibbles!
First things first: there are soooo many flavours here!! There were so many I wanted to try! Was a disappointment when we saw that the popular guava and chilli was over. Tried custard apple instead and was yummy. Havent had kulfi in slabs before, but this I loved! :D
For someone who has eaten kulfi's since childhood I am fussy about the authenticity of kulfi. The kulfi needs to be creamy in texture to be a great one. These were perfect in taste, economic in pricing and sufficient in quantity and quality. We tried Mango, Rose, Matka and Rainbow. Special mention to Rainbow, it is a layered kulfi of malai, pista, strawberry and kesar. Must try.
Delicious. Scrumptious. Melt in mouth delight. Kulfi with a flair that you will not find anywhere but Bombay Kulfi.
Yet another kulfi hub at Kaloor - Kadavanthara Rd...!! This will stand out more because this has place to sit n enjoy ur kulfi unlike the other one..!
Such fresh varieties of kulfi for quite less price..!!
*Kesar Pista has a unique taste tingling in ur mouth*
Over All, anything for Kulfi ❤️
I love kulfis, so this place has been in my bookmark since a while now and finally got a chance to visit. The shop is quite small and simple with many wall paintings. There are a lot of varieties on offer. Unfortunately 50-60% of them were not available at that time. I tried chocolate chip slice, mango stick and kesar pista stick. The taste was good but not exceptional. I will visit again to try other flavours.
Actually i was actually not fond of khulfies.. But then, heard so many good reviews about this place.. So just tried out.. Omg seriously loved it.. We ordered mango and malai khulfi.. It had that richness of taste.. Wanna try out other flavours too.. Even though it is a small shop.. It has got a great ambiance too!! Happy Happy!
A small shop with less than 100 Sq Ft but lot of kulfi flavours available. My favourite is kesar pista.
Just Rs.40/stick.
Since the shop is too small, I Prefer to enjoy the kulfi in my car. Three to four staffs are there and they are all young guys working for part time it seems ..
Service is too good and I'm a fan of this place .
The perfect place to go if you don't want the normal icecream.
The taste is wonderful! Tried the chocolate chip one, surely coming back for the remaining ones! :)
This might be the only place where you can get actual, authentic Kulfi. They have a good selection of traditional and modern flavours, with the best being the original Malai Kulfi, of course.
The Kulfi sticks seem reasonably priced, and the staff are quite friendly. I would strongly recommend their Mango Kulfi.
Decent kulfi at okayish rates.
It takes a while for it to start tasting good as the Kulfis are stored at freezing temperatures, and like Gelato, Kulfi too needs to be stored above freezing temperatures for the tastes to really flow.
Their hit product, the Guava Chilly kulfi was unavailable, and the server expected it to be back in stock somewhere around next year. Similarly quite a large number of products were unavailable, which I assume is them owing to be seasonal products made from whatever is fresh and available in the season.
The Malai kulfi and the Kesar Pista were quite good once they started melting. Feels like refrigerated Soan Papdi (with a dash of Milk) if you try to eat it straight when the guy serves it.
It's a kinda small place with a seating for 6-8. Parking is tight if you are gonna drive up in a car.
Rates were okayish, but to me didn't feel worth it compared to the Rs. 7-10 kulfi sticks (fresh - made on demand) that I used to get near my home a few years back.
Tried the Tender Coconut and Jackfruit Ice-cream too. Tender Coconut tasted great. A bit like the real thing. Jackfruit was a total waste of moolah, like the jackfruit treading the fine line between ripe and about to rot.
They need to improve in terms of display, as a couple of items and their tags were mixed up and the Tender Coconut tag was kept in the one containing something tha looked pinkish - I'm sure it wasn't a Rose variant of the Tender Coconut.
Will try their hit products before stopping from being "okayishly satisfied".
Our plans to this place could not work out many times earlier, and finally when they did,it was totally worth the wait!! They keep the place very neat and clean, and the staff is courteous. Coming to the food,we tried the famous Malai kulfi, kesar pista and chocolate kulfi. Everything tasted just divine,my favorite being Malai kulfi!! And it's not expensive at all!! Definitely worth multiple visits. The only drawback is the small seating area, but Kulfi lovers should give it a try nonetheless.

+4.5
So yummy.... Tried malai and kesar pista... Both were awesome.. Gonna try more... Prices were reasonable too.... Place is very small... Very little seating space
A place which serves pretty good kulfis at kochi. You will get better kulfi at a lower price, compared with the ones you will get from barbeque nation. Tried Chilli Guava, Kesar Pista, Malai, Chikkoo. While chikkoo was a let down, chilli guava gave a nostalgic flavor, kesar pista tasted kesar pista and malai, the original flavor, tasted original.
There is no place to sit down and enjoy your kulfi, as this place is pretty small, and mostly will be crowded. The staff is quiet friendly
As we were driving down Kaloor-Kadavanthara road, this sign managed to catch our attention. Being kulfi [explained in the next paragraph] lovers and not having a dedicated joint in Kochi to this point, we were excited to check out what this place had to offer. In case you do not know what a kulfi..........
Finally had a chance to come here after hearing a lot from the eat kochi eat page and the food kochi group. As like everyone suggested tried the guava and chilli. I must say it is a must try. Tastes exactly like a real guava and chilli sprinkled over it.
They have kulfi sticks, slabs and natural ice cream as well. The guava and chilli is not exactly kulfi but it's natural ice cream.
Very small place and no tables... Otherwise very good place for Kulfi lovers ..Again most of the flavours are not available at 10pm itself wherein the shop remain open till 1am
I tried the Calcutta pan kulfi and my heart can't get enough of it. I am going back for it ...innumerable times. The pricing is just right not too pricey.
This place deserves nothing less than a 5 star. They have an exotic range of kulfis and icecreams. The nutty caramel ice cream was just nothing less than heaven😍😍. I can't wait to go back and try all the flavours there. This is definitely a must try dessert parlour in kochi.👍👍
Foodies,
A good joint for the kulfi lovers with a lot of choices along with kulfies they also have natural flavoured icecreams too...
Malai kulfi is kinda aswmm
The place is small which can only occupie aroung 5-7 at a tym
Goodspot!
10 years ago I used to have kulfi with my sister which used to cost roughly around 5 in Bangalore.Gone are those days.Just like barbeque nation they offer you a lot of different flavours but you don't have any toppings here....I would strongly recommend malai flavour...Their seasonal slices are great. Altogether it was a good experience ( great staff, worth the money)
Don't let the size of the Bombay Kulfi store decieve you! Less is definately more in this case. The malai kulfi was out-of-the-world and two kulfis weren't enough for me! I'm waiting to try out the other flavors and I'm sure I will be pleasantly surprized! ☺️
We tried their special "guava kulifi " with chilly and malai kulfi !😃Both were delicious .The only downside is that they don't have much space.Only 5 people could sit there :(
A must try place for sure..... I had malai and tender coconut kulfies.. tasted awesome.. great quality..
Reasonable pricing..a great place to have superb kulfii
Guyz... A must try place for the khulfi lovers. I had their malai khulfi and ghulkhand and tried their natural icecreams too... People with sweet tooth should try this place for sure.
Nothing to say...superbb....especially Guava with chilly powder , but it is seasonal. I think it's the best Kulfi place in Kochi.............
Yaay.. Kochi has a new dessert place !! Here's a shout out to all Kulfi lovers --> Check this out.
This quaint lil place has a vibe that one can't resist. And the kulfis there are to die for (I mean literally).
What's more. They have this natural set of flavours in blocks.
Letting aside the fact that the place is a little too small and can get cramped with just like 8 people in it, this sure is worth all the Hype !
Verdict : Bombay Kulfi - Quiet the dessert joint Kochi deserved !
