The hotel look good and clean like luxury. And the food table and all is set to good .. the server are good manner .. we order pasta and Schezwan fried rice.. i don't like the taste of the pasta and the Schezwan noodle .. i don't know why .. it's upon preference .. every one have there on taste .. some don't like chicken .. i think it is because my first try pasta .. that's why ... But the overall experience was good .. and thank you ...

Had a buffet lunch at Blue Bell yesterday. The ambience was peaceful and the staffers were friendly. While the spread was mostly Indian with only a couple of other dishes, there was a good variety and the dishes were, by and large, delicious. Most buffets skimp on the non vegetarian options but it was well represented here. The seafood soup was very well balanced and their bread collection was nice and fresh. The tomato bread salad was surprisingly flavourful despite being so simple. Chicken in green pepper sauce was non spicy, perfectly cooked and yummy, just how we wanted it! The chocolate candy dessert was wonderful. However, for me, the local dessert - a kind of kheer with jaggery and coconut - was the star of the dessert selection; sadly I forget its name.
On the negative side, there was a preponderance of large bits of onion in the salads, and the tomato onion parmigiano just didn't cut it. The Kerala parotta was more chewy than expected, and the chocolate ice cream was dark, bitter and had plenty of ice crystals.
The cost of the buffet is 700+ per person - so that information at Zomato is outdated.
Overall, we would definitely go there the next time we have a couple of hours between flights.
Trying authentic food from Kerala was the Icing on the cake for me this week,I managed to eat a lot to be very honest as I just couldn't get enough of it.The beef,chicken,mutton and seafood preparation were extremely flavourful and made in coconut oil.
What impressed me most was that the Keralites even got their vegetable preparations healthy,different and perfect.The variety of dry vegetables is shockingly extensive.
Staff were all humble and willing to help,services were good.
An unplanned visit turned into a pleasant surprise here! It has a nice ambience,they keep it well organised and the staff is very courteous. We opted for the Buffet dinner,and the food is excellent for the price. They have a good spread,and it all tastes good. A nice place to spend time if you are early for your flight.
Very nice hotel in vicinity of kochi terminal.. Food and service are appreciable.. Many a visitors about to fly or recently landed at kochi may be seen here..
During our stay at the hotel we were offered complimentary breakfast. Nothing to brag about. All the same regular stuff u find all around the restaurants who offer breakfast buffet in Kerala.
But still everything was warm and fresh.
While traversing between Pune and Kochi, the arrival/departure time at the CIAL is nearly always around lunchtime. Though I first entered Flora because of its perfect location, bang opposite the airport - Decent food, a pleasant setting and quick service has made it my go-to option for lunch before/after flights.The buffet is nothing exceptional but I've had no complaints with it so far. It has always been consistent and reasonably priced. Also the place is mostly empty with the exception of a few tables, facilitating a quick and fuss-free service. A relief when you are running late to catch a flight!
Things just cannot go better. Abundant variety and each item equally authentic & tasty. The buffet here is just amazing. From soups , starters , munchies , North Indian , South Indian , Continental , Veg , Non-Veg et all...You name it & it is there , almost. Superb ambience , well-behaved staff. Value for money , highly recommended.
Good spread at justified rate.. Superb when it comes to their buffet breakfast.. Abundant morning drinks.. Be it juices, cold coffee, milk, lassi..Though a lavish spread, they can probably add few more local delicacies to it.. The dessert part needs to be worked upon.. Gulabjamuns, halwa, kheer and many other regulars can be added rather than plain boring ice creams and pastries..

Lovely place with yummy food close to the airport. We visited for a long lunch with my director from the US, Kanta Kochhar. We spent almost 2 hours chatting and eating. If you are close to the airport then you must try their buffet or the special menu. Both are really good!
And good service from the ever smiling staff. They make sure we eat well and are comfortable!
Good restaurant near airport...spent 3 to 4 hours with friends who were on transit... good, hot vegetarian food...courteous and caring staff...clean and good ambience
Very good experience with good accomodation and sumptuous food. Even our two days corporate meetings were great in the hotel with quality service by the staff.
Whereas need to mention the rude behaviour of the Front office Manager Davis who was unparliamentary with the guest from Singapore which need to be viewed seriously. The management need to take a call and failing which we are going to take this matter through all platforms

The food was very well prepared loved the taste. They did have a buffet option but we were looking for specific things which was not on the buffet so we placed the order. However the kitchen closed by 3 pm so we could eat more.
Were ataying close by and while on the lookout for a decent restaurant, chanced upon Blue Bell quite serendepitously. The ambience is nice and the wait staff are polite and attentive. But its the food that stood out the most. We had karimeen pollichattu, king fish tava fry, chicken fried rice and beef ularthiyathu with chocolate brownie ice cream at the end. Every single dish was well prepared, flavourful and tasty. Fish was fresh, good portion sizes and tasted of authentic kerala cuisine flavours. Prices were so reasonable compared to other places. Even the dessert was on point. This is a lovely restaurant which one must try if passing by the area or staying for a short trip in the vicinity. It deserves full marks for quality of food, price point, service and ambience. Thank you Blue Bell for a lovely meal.
Staffs looks very lethargic and they don't respond to the guest properly.
Most of the staff there are very rude.
If we request for anything they don't deliver it ,it takes hours and hours to deliver guest's request.
Washroom in the rooms stinks.
But the authentic kerala food and the banquet choices of food are yumm.
Don't miss it, my family & I enjoyed dining in a bit more than we should've 😉 The spread was wonderful and each dish was delicious. We'll be going back!
It's only 500m from international terminal and 1km from domestic terminal. Attached to Flora airport hotel. Parking space is available for few cars. Fuffet lunch was tasty and good. Suitable for arriving/ departing passengers.
Excellent food. Tasty and well planned buffet. Visit this restaurant to experience the taste of Kerala. A few dishes from North India are available for those who do not prefer traditional fare from the Malabar coast. Service provided was warm and friendly with the necessary professionalism.
Part of Flora hotel. We had breakfast buffet here. Clean. Good staff. The walkway to Blue Bell was a nice covered arch. Loved it

Nice restaurant with yummy food. They have multicusine restaurant serving north, South and continental dishes. Buffet lunch includes 4-5 varieties of rices, soups, juices and pastry with veg & non veg dishes. Non veg is yummy. Beef items are superb. Idiyirachi was superb and mouth watering. Fish items are also yummy.Good value for the money.

Tried the breakfast buffet. Indian cuisine could be better. It's worth for a good family atmosphere.
Great tasting food and the service was excellent especially at the restaurant. Abin and Ajit were great, excellent service.
