The location is little away from public transport. Around half a kilometer from Mathrubhumi junction. Difficult to find parking space on the road side too. Service wise this post office is good. Not crowded. Speedy service.

But i really feel kaloor post office is one of the best post office that i ever know.
The staffs are very friendly behaving well with their people. Usually in govt offices we don't get any friendly response from staff but here it's entirely different.
I had a requirement time enquire about a post which is yet to deliver I called them for a query and their behavior was really surprising. They explained things well and make me to understand and handover the call to the respective postman to clear my query.
I really appreciate their service and I expect the similar kind of service from the other post office or any government Institutions.
Near the main Junction..... easy reach from metro station

Kaloor Post office is a major post office hub. Situated in the ground floor of Speedwings academy. Been a regular customer to this place.The highlight of this place is the well cooperative and quick service from the staff here. Seating facility available for customers in waiting.
Cons: Lack of parking space, lack of proper identification board on the main road.
One of the best post office in Ernakulam. Speed Post, Parcel Post will be taken from 9.00Am-3.30Pm. Also Good customer servicing. Good Opinion from my point.

If there is a sign board side of main road, it would be helpful.
No car parking available anywhere and no through road so take Auto or bike only to get here. No road sign either.
