There are quite a few water themed leisure activities, parks and resorts near the backwaters in Ernakulam. Paayal Aqualife stands out due it's innovative approach, variety and ambience. It takes hardly 45 minutes to reach there from the city centre. They have arranged a variety of activities in a compact area. The entrance fee is practically all inclusive. You can use the pedal boats, row boats, slides, soft archery set, board games, carroms, golf practice ramp etc. to your heart's content! There are places you can sit or lie down and relax. Ideal place to spend a day or evening with your family and kids. Our grand daughter really enjoyed the archery practice. Our package included a typical hot and spicy Kerala style lunch.
As of now, their ticket prices look reasonable. Hope, they will not be tempted to hike the prices as the visitor volumes pick up!
A nice place where you can go fishing, pedal boating and etc...with the added attraction of heavy food. They literally fly across our boats. And we can buy those fresh fish. There is a hotel where they will cook those fresh fish for us. It is a must-go place for families and friends alike. A serene place, you will surely get a piece of mind. Great place to spend 4 to 5 hours with family. Lunch is delicious with 499 Rupees(inclusive of entrance fee+food+fishing+boating etc...)
A perfect destination, for a day out. The overall ambience of this place is very lovely. Perfect location to bring kids. This place also has a trampoline which kids are going to enjoy the most also adults can, because it supports weight upto 130 kg. The paddle boating experience was really nice and every family including kids are gonna enjoy it well. There are many interesting activities including pedal boating, fishing, cricket, tennis hand football. This place has a sand ground in which there is a rain party, starting at 5 p.m. and I really enjoyed the place. The food was very nice and tasty. Recommended for sure. β€
A simple amusement park to relax with kids and family. Good if you could club 5 to 20 families and spent time here. It amuses kids for sure. Entertainment include pedal boating, fishing, beach football, net cricket pitch, caroms, and other. Safety is ensured and food is good. Sadly there are no rooms available even if you wish to spend overnight!
Overall a good place to spend your half day especially for kids. Activities for adults includes fishing , boating, board games etc. The food is also great with kappa and meenu curry in evening. Heard that lunch was excellent from other guests there.
The best part was boating as we can try all types of boats present there and cost for same is included in the package. Please note fishing cost additional rs 200. We can buy the fish we get out of fishing or leave it back to the pond. Fish is karimeen and tilopi .
I went from timing 3 to 7 and prefer the same as it become bore if we spend whole day there. 12 to 7 is also fine if we have to enjoy the lunch.

Hello, My Name Roshith Poulose Eralll today me myself my sister & her husband my dad and my uncle visited Paayal Aqua Life it was an awesome experience for all of us the authorities was so helpful and so kind towards the guest keep up the awesome work and even food also was heavy & delicious π lunch evening snack & dinner everything was just perfect the indoor game activities also was fantastic for Ex. Bo&Arrow Boating Golf etc... Next time i will visit this place with my more family members and i'll even recommend this to my friends & colleagues. The only problem that we found is from main road it is hard to find out where's the location is atleast a Board which can lead customers to right place without any confusion actually we found out by asking to the outside other shop peoples so try to avoid that next time & apart from that issues everything's was fantastic. I'm really obsessed with beauty of this place... unlimited Boating, indoor games facility, outdoor games, artificial rain, finger licking food and more.. We had a wonderful day-out with family. The service was great and appreciate the support team. The lunch was sumptuous. All the curries for the lunch were tasty. They served food at frequent intervals. There are indoor games, boating, play arounds for kids with slides, swings and hammocks. Batting practice net, mini golf and archery in addition. They have facilities for mud football, basket ball, badminton. They have facilities for artificial rain on the play fields. Kids and our retired parents enjoyed the whole day.
They have several packages based on duration and time period of the day. Weekdays are discounted at lower prices.

Excellent place to enjoy great food and spend a half day with family and kids with all very well placed, clean amenities and super friendly staff.. enjoyed every bit of it.
Especially loved archery, tent, fishing, lunch, snacks, relaxing chairs, .. definetely worth getting fishing rod (charged extra 200 bucks) totally worth it..
