We didn't expect much but the place was surprisingly good. Not too much oily/salty and food was served very hot too.
Momos and honey chicken were all really good.
Recommended for a quick oriental bite!
It's a small restaurant in Kodaikanal town where we get authentic Tibetan and Chinese food. The restaurant is not that spacious.Food was not bad. Parking is a big issue inside the market. If it's on weekends then it will be a problem. We need to park somewhere else and come.
It's a small place, nothing fancy but serves great authentic Tibetan cuisine. It's best to have food at the restaurant as they serve it fresh and it's steaming hot. Food is well cooked, price and menu choice is minimal, quantity is very good. A must try restaurant!
Good food and great service! Tupa and momos are a must-try here! If you're an Indian desi Chinese lover, you might not love their Chinese rice and noodles because they were bland and not as tasty as Indian Chinese
Great authentic food... Lightning fast service... Didn't expect that kinda speed of service here but was pleasantly surprised... Owner was very polite and helpful... Value for money... Definitely recommended!
It's a very small shop...but oh my god the food..!..delicious, comforting and hearty.. made my soul smile..! & it's 100% halal!
It's quite an old place, if you like to visit an 80's place with some quite atmosphere it's the right place to be in kodai with hot momos. Ordered beef and chicken momos, totally worth the place, the old grandpa owner was so polite and humble.
Food is decent nothing extra ordinary...the place is very affordable as per the location the manchurian momos is must have..Avoid the Rice items and go for thupa or chowmein
Good place to hang with friends and enjoy Tibetan foods.
We ordered steamed and friend momo.
Location can be easily spotted.
Price is affordable.
During our visit in Kodaikanal, me and my friends were looking for a good dining spot or atleast with good food with reasonable rates. And we just saw a Tibetan prayer flag and we got in with good hopes. And we weren't disappointed.
It is not an easily noticeable place especially with too many buildings close by. We had the best meal from Kodaikanal. It was all so good in taste and they served good quantity of food too. The thukpa, Chowmein and momos were so delicious and filling. We had all these for dinner alongwith some boneless fried chicken from there. And this satisfactory experience made us revisit here for lunch the next day while returning from Kodaikanal.
If anyone is looking a good filling meal other than South Indian cuisine, do check out this place. There are only few tables here. The service is good and were helpful in ordering the right quantity for us. And regarding parking, since it is within a busy street, you have to find parking spot anywhere.
Best tibetian food to try and explore. Its near bus stand .The restaurant is simple ,tiny, neat but the taste is awesome. The chowmein which is the noodles is the must try dish.Have it and njoy with ur family
What a place. A small cafe situated on top of the shop named "Danish Display". The food is very good here. Delicious, finger-licking good. The prices are also cheap compared to the quality and quantity of the food they offer. We got one Chicken Thukpa and one Chicken Fried Rice for two people. It was more than what I and my girlfriend could eat. And the service is also very very prompt. We got our food under 15 mins of ordering.
A must visit place whenever you go to Kodaikanal. This will be one of those places which I will always go whenever I visit Kodaikanal.
The beef wasn't cooked properly..otherwise everything was good. The quantity is slightly bigger than normal restaurants. And the uncle there is adorable.
Food is halal
Fried rice ,chicken 65,Noodles was so good
Potato momos was not good.
This place is compact space for some authentic Tibetan cuisine. Tried nongshim noodles, chicken thukpa, dragon chicken, and honey dargon chicken. Everything we tasted were extraordinary.
