I recently had the pleasure of staying at Woody's Kodaikanal, and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The resort exceeded all my expectations in every way, making my stay truly memorable.
First and foremost, the accommodation at Woody's was excellent. The location is very near to kodai lake.The rooms were not only comfortable but also impeccably clean and well-maintained. The cozy and inviting atmosphere of the resort made it the perfect home away from home during my vacation.
What truly set Woody's apart was the remarkable staff. Every member of the team was exceptionally cordial and attentive, making sure that I felt welcome and valued throughout my stay.
The restaurant serves veg food and is neatly maintained. We preferred the restaurant food rather than having it from outside.
The picturesque surroundings and the serene ambience of the resort's location in Kodaikanal further enhanced the experience.You can go for a morining walk as the area around is spacious. They provide facility of horse riding also.
In conclusion, my stay at Woody's Kodaikanal was nothing short of exceptional.

Had lunch (mini meal - South Indian). Amazing food. Very homely and tasty. Astonishing to see the low price at which they offer good. Great for vegitarians
Excellent atmosphere.. we can enjoy a lot in this resort.. Economic price and worth for every penny.. veg only available (taste is subjective)..within 100m we have lot of restaurants available...

Stayed here for a day, the rooms are good,not that great though.But the location is great there are plenty of green space to take photos,but should be careful about wild bison 🦬.At night these animals were around the property.And even in the evening we saw one.The owners didn't even bother to say about it,other than that this place is good. They have a veg restaurant and the food is good.
Recommend for good veg food. But little bit expensive. Good location.
Always we choose Woody’s due to authentic food whenever in Kodai. Food was served at time . Good location , need lil more variety
We went for food... Quality and quantity were fine but it's on the expensive side. It's a heritage building..150 years old and looks authentic to that time period.
Stayed on this place around 4 years ago with friends n family , it’s a good option to stay with family , they have cottage as well as normal rooms, we stayed in cottages ,as theae are old style you will get stinking smell but except that everything was good., complementary breakfast was good with multiple options like Idli, Dosa , Upma , tea coffee.
They have a huge lawn with 2-3 swings where kids can play and enjoy.
Perfect location and ambiance, staff in woodys are very kind and hospitality was good. I stayed in the property for 3 nights and 4 days, in my entire stay food was delicious, my kids enjoyed activities like horse riding ATV and zipline within the property. Very much advisable for the family...had a good time with family...
Hotel was good and clean, staff was Curtiss. Breakfast good, and they arranged a taxi for sightseeing.
kitchen was not clean, the doors to the room were flimsy, but that’s not a deal breaker, the view was okish for this price.
I had stayed here for 7 days. One of the best service.

* I loved the cuisine here, it's very tasty though it's a veg restaurant, the menu is really good with reasonable price a huge veriety in vegetarian food.
*Talking about the ambience, it gives you Soviet feel. It's a very interesting place to spend time with your family.
*Very calm and happy place.
*Must meet a dog and her name is Sweety, she is one cutest companion you can have for your evening walks. Very playful and full of energy.
Since I had visited here for my birthday and that was a solo trip but Mr Prakash had arranged a cake and celebrated my birthday with me, the whole staff had come for cake cutting ceremony.
*Must visit their branch in Bengaluru as well

- Staffs were real friendly
- The Food was excellent its just the restaurant was Veg Only
- The Ambience and the environment of the hotel was really good, you would have enough space to wander and kids could play. there were loads of different flowers to admire,
- This place is worth for photography
