Excellent food with very good taste. Place is fairly hygienic. Service is customer friendly. Reasonable prices for all non-rice items. Walkable distance from railway station. Car parking available nearby.

Good choice for both the snacks and the meals; although only vegetarian food is available. There is some issue with parking space though. Food quality and cleanliness are good. However, the place is crowded (and, that's obvious too!).
Recently I had breakfast along with my friends at Hotel Gokul. The food was delicious......we ordered kanda poha, idli, idli wada, sheera, masala dosa, tea and filter coffee........each dish brings its own unique taste to the table. It was a delightful array of flavours. If you are in Kolhapur you must visit this place.
Best option to have vegetarian food, I had "kurma puri" for breakfast here, the taste is authentic, prices are slightly above avg... customer service is nice, cleanliness is maintained, toilets are ok, little crowded to find a table for you, parking is freely available but you have to find a slot for you!
I often go to Gokul for dining and snacks. One thing which I noticed today is for dinner, the customer has to get up from their seat, go to billing counter, take the coupon, pay the amount, come back and give the coupon to service person. This is really inconvenient. If all other items can be ordered directly from the table and bill can be paid later, why to take coupon for dinner which is a part of the menu? Management should change this! Customer will probably feel discomfort doing this.
For restaurant:- All day menu... Fully crowded but you will get a place in 10-15 minutes... Misal and sheera is recommended for breakfast..thali for lunch and Chinese and other Punjabi dishes for the diner...
For hotel:- hotel is nicely maintained and rooms have adequate size..hot water was there all day long ... The hotel is at the centre of the city and makes it easy to roam anywhere you wish to..staff is very friendly and nice..speaks hindi and marathi

I had the pleasure of trying the Misal, Cheese Pav Bhaji, and Shabu Wada during my visit. Each dish was a delight to the taste buds, showcasing the chef's skill in creating flavorful and authentic vegetarian dishes. The Misal had the right balance of spices, the Cheese Pav Bhaji was rich and indulgent, and the Shabu Wada was a crispy and satisfying treat.
The staff at Hotel Gokul deserves commendation for their service. Their efficiency added to the overall positive dining experience.Despite of being crowdy making guests feel welcome and well taken care of.
In conclusion, Hotel Gokul in Kolhapur is a must-visit for those seeking a diverse and delectable vegetarian dining experience. Best missal pav and masala dosa I ever had.
Delightful blend of tasty and authentic flavors.
Our first time visit for breakfast.
We went there after watching reviews.
Place is pretty good and clean.
Sheera puri tasted good.
Misal Pav was less than expectations.
Missal taste is bit different from what we have in Mumbai and they serve Bread 🥪 not naram Pav.
Special Tea 🍵 was good.
Staff is professional and cooperative.
Best place for vegetarian food options.
It is a very old and respectable place and I have been coming here since my childhood...they have all vegetarian options with Punjabi and South Indian thali...good food and decent service there is a little bit problem of parking as it is located in city..The quality and quantity of food was adequate. A good pitstop for vegetarians for breakfast, lunch and dinner
Veg Manchurian was tasteful and crispy. Hakka Noodles had just the right flavour - not too much, not too little. Dahi wada was the besssst; must try. Also had veg kolhapuri with chapati. Food is good but the place is just a bit too loud because of the crowd. Overall 8/10 experience.
Firstly I booked this room for one day on advice from one of my friends.
After staying, I extend it to another day. Because of the room's cleanness, and services provided by their staff. And the best part is I can get wonderful meals/food from the restaurant beside this hotel.
I am happy to stay in this hotel room. The environment needs to improve in walking alleys.
👍🏻🙏😊
My all time fevret place breakfast and lunch superb, sarvis is very best .
I am Immensely Impressed by the Hospitality provided by the Gokul Staff.
It's Always Crowded and have to Wait for the Experience.
The Breakfast and Lunch is Amazing and the Service is Also Fast.
I would Recommend Everyone to pay their Visit at Hotel Gokul.
Gokul is a famous Vegetarian hotel and guest house in Kolhapur. Located in the heart area of city it's almost crowded. It's so famous because they serves breakfast, and main course at any time. And they have lots of varieties in food. One can get South Indian, Chinies, Maharashtrian dishesh at single place. There will be some waiting but, it's worth. Prices are also affordable. Must try dishesh - Paneer Chilli, Kulcha Paratha, Pav Bhaji, Medu Vada.
Probably the most well known hotel in Kolhapur.
I have been a visitor over the past 50 years or so....this time though the service seemed a bit slow and the food quality was definitely not up to Gokul tradition.
Very centrally located and caters to vegetarian options. Great place for South Indian and chaat.
