When it's a buffet, BBQ nation can never fail to amaze! Had this sumptuous buffet lunch and definitely, wasn't disappointed even a bit! The starters have always been a primary love for me here! The grilled prawns, the seekh Kebabs, the fish grilled kebabs, all were extremely good, soft ans juicy! Loved the crispy corn and the Cajun style potatoes! The biriyani was really good! Although, the pasta wasn't there this time, in the live counter! The chilli chicken that was the live speciality on that day, seemed really good too!
Overall, definitely a wonderful place to visit!
After a long long months, have ordered from BarBeque Nation. I have orders their BarBeque in a box ( NON VEG ). It contains:
▪️6 type of starters: Chicken Tikka, Crumbled Fried Fish Finger, Garlic Mustard Prawns, Coastal BBQ Fish, Veg Hara Bhara Kebab, Honey Chilli Pineapple, 2 type of dips.
▪️Main Course: Naan, Dal E Dam, Chicken Biryani, Chicken Lababdar, Mutton Rogani, Raita.
▪️Desserts: Gulab Jamun, Moong Dal Halwa, Brownie.
I loved all the items, specially dessert section and starter section. It's worth the price and a special mention to their way of delivery. It's superb. They have maintained all the hygiene and precautions. The deliver guy was so good and very humble and have taken all the precautions. Totally in love with their services.
After a long time, i meet with my frnds at this outlet for having some delicious buffet lunch. Price was 695/- on that day. At the entry point they wrote our temperature and ph no. after that they provide us our table, in front of us they sanitize the table and chair also.

We went there after lockdown in the month of August, I must say the monotonous items has been boring now, besides the taste has gone down but their hospitality and service, because of which we like to go there.
I really hope they make changes in their menu now.

What to say, as you enter feels like your the king and whatever the king demands to eat from the menu he gets it. Be it unlimited tikka kebabs, dahi ke sholay, peri peri chicken, mutton steak, prawns, soft and tender fish or be the better naan ,Biryani for mains and finishing upto unlisted pastries, phirnis, sheer kurma or the flavoured authentic kulfis! It is a total delight and the best known destination for foodies. Love to eat, go to Barbeque Nation, which is a good friend to the pockets too.

The first thing that comes to my mind is that I experienced the most friendly and courteous service ever !
We had the non vegetarian buffet which is for rs750 and is really worth every penny.
-Starters are the best part of the meal . Variety, taste and live grill .
I couldn't eat much of the main course but
-Chicken biryani was good.
-Chicken butter masala was not how the dish is supposed to be.
-Mutton roganjosh was okayish.
In deserts , Pastries were soft but not tasty. Gulab Jamun was hot and delicious.
Kulfi sticks were good too.
They also gift you a cake if you visit on your birthday.

Always was a prime for a todo checklist. Finally was able to cross off. A first experience of Unlock diaries. First of all the sanitation and cleanliness was taken care off in a decent manner. The outlet operated with 50 percent capacity at one particular time and had curtailed on the buffet system to avoid unnecessary crowd at any particular place.
There was no compromise on the items . Right from pani puri, live grills, main course , desert s it had all.
Personally I liked the Mutton kebab, that was out of this world. That was the pick. But apart from that also all others deserve mentioning--- malai kebab, biriyani ,butter chicken. The only scope of improvement I thought was on the desert side,the gulab jamun could have been a bit more fresh . But all in all e good experience,hope to try some more outlets.

A few days back, saw a very bad review regarding barbeque nation and trust me, we had a booking from before here. That review made us anxious that should we go or not. Cause wasting money right now is not what we want. But still hoping for the best we went to the RDB branch.
As we booked from before we had no issue to get a place at the exact time slot.
SANITIZATION: They sanitized the entry door in front of us. After that one person went in to confirm our table and we got our table in time. Which was again sanitized in front of us.
SERVICE: Everything came on the table without any delay.We made different orders for each of us.But the service was so good they took no time to give each of us the perfect food. They came to us and asked if everything was fine or not. As usual they had amazing hospitality.
FOOD: What to say about the amazing food. Each and everything was really amazing. They gave us immunity boosting drink which was good too.Beside everything , I want to specially mention about the garlic noodles and the dry chilli chicken and the mixed sauce pasta which was really amazing. In drinks i would say italian smooch was a great choice we made.
COST: Rs 734 per plate.
Everything was really good. We were satisfied with their food and service.

This Barbq Nation is the 1st Barbq Nation of Kolkata. They are the chain of Restaurants who brought the buffet culture in Kolkata.
The menu here is extensive and great.
The recommended ones are the starter sections and the dessert sections. The starters consists of various kebab including prawns chicken and Mutton even fish.
The main course consisted off Biryani rice dal mutton and many more recipes.
The dessert section was worth mentioning and recommended.
The staffs of this branch is very courteous.
This is probably the only bbq nation where you can opt for a free beer instead of a welcome drink. Not exactly sure though! Good ambience and few things that caught my eye:-
The pan flavoured kulfi in this one tastes best. I've been to the park street joint, the lake mall one and the diamond plaza one. Believe me, the pan kulfi in this one tastes the best!!
This one doesn't have roasted pineapples or at least didn't have any at the time.
Kebabs were quite fresh and tasty.
One more good point to add - the size of the chicken and fish kebabs were considerably bigger than the ones we got at the other locations.
To summarise 4.5-5(ish) for me.

I went there for the first time to celebrate a birthday party. They provided a complementary b'day cake and sang together as well. It was a wonderful experience. Now coming to the cuisines, they are just mind-boggling. Remember to go there empty stomach. The kebabs just continue to sensitize your food buds, they are Neverending. The deserts are awesome. They also provide a complementary drink.
This place is an absolute haven for people who love all things tandoor- at a Bare minimum price.
The menu, the quality, and the price, all have more or less remained the same over the years.
While their main attraction is the live grill and the plethora of veg and non-veg kebabs,the main course and dessert were great too.
Not to mention,that we got a complimentary cake because it was my farewell occasion.

I had non veg buffet lunch and all the items were quite good, specially the starters ❤️ and I am a big fan of chrispy corn and chicken drumsticks of this place. Main course is average but dessert are awesome specially those hot gulab jamuns 😍.

I went with my fiance last week ..the environment was pretty good and even the staffs are friendly and tried to help In many way possible..even the food was well cooked the mutton kebab was a bit dry but the attendant took the matter and served us the tender one after that ...I have visited barbeque many times but mostly went to park street one .what I felt to be change is their menu..it has been long dated one and same starters and main course since my college days (2013) ..the food is good here and quite well attend by the staffs but the only thing I feel the change here is old menu which is continuing since ages...I hope u guys will work on it...gonna visit soon...best wishes

So if I talk about the taste , their signature grill items are great. The fish is literally melt in our mouth, and the chickens are so juicy and fresh. I don't like the TANGADI kebab, cause it wasn't marinated well. And talk about the CHICKEN DUM BIRYANI it's smell like heaven, so light full of flavour adequate amount of chicken potato and rice as well. MUTTON SAAGWALA is a new flavour for me, the cooked mutton with methi.
I always preferred paan kulfi here but today I tried mango kulfi and it's really good and refreshing.

barbequenation has opened up for dine-in with all the standard safety measures in place like IR temperature check🌡,hand sanitisation etc.Daily temperature of the staffs are recorded and they go through a full sanitisation every 30 mins.

As soon as you enter they will sanitize the sitting area and table in front of you and the table beside you will not be operated to maintain social distances.

Bar B Q Nation is best for buffet. It’s not that expensive, it’s reasonable and they also serve varieties of dishes. The dessert out their is very delicious and filling too.

It was a great experience. They are taking all the measures possible for covid 19. I have been there with my family for lunch buffet. Staffs were really nice. Food also was testy and good. From starter to main course every item was really nice. I really liked the crispy corn, mutton sikh kabab, Chile chiken, mutton curry in main course, kulfi and the pastries in desert..I guess it's a really nice buffet in this range. If I get a chance, I would like to go there once again for a buffet lunch.
Barbeque nation is very much famous for there kebabs and live grills in ur table. But now the taste of food has changed it is not like before. They starters are awesome.. My favourite - mutton seekh kebab, chicken wings, fried corn. But the main course part is very much dissappointing. This place is perfect for any kind of celebration like bday, anniversary, they even give complementary cake if u r having special occasion. The desserts part is total bliss for desserts lover. ❤️❤️There are many varieties of desserts(special - kulfi). I will recommend u this place for kebabs and their excellent desserts. This was my first time at Barbecue Nation and it came at a very weird time considering what is happening these days.
Anyway, we walked in after our temperatures were checked and hands were sanitized. Before we sat, our table was also sanitized properly. So, all safety precautions were top notch.
We were served starters first and they had prawns, chicken tangdi, fish ans chicken kebabs, dahi kebabs and of course their sweet corn and aloo in sauce. And, I loved each one of them. There wasn't a single starter that I didn't have more than thrice at least and you would crave for more literally. Favourites were Dahi, Fish and corns obviously.
In main course, we had the Biryani, which was really well made and Mutton and Garlic Fish. The other two were okay.
In desserts, their famous pan and oreo kulfis and cakes.
In short it was a lovely experience and their staff were extremely nice and well equipped for the situation. So, thr extra 0.5 is for that. Otherwise, it was a 4.5/5 for me.
So, do not hesitate to go now. All safety precautions were taken and the quality of the food remains top notch.
The bill for 3 came to 2350 for dinner buffet.

The elaborate buffet spread is way too delicious and value for money. You can eat as many kababs as you want and that's the best part of this spread.. From starters to the dessert everything is super tasty and there is no way you can complain about their service.. it is and it will always be my favorite buffet place . Highly recommended to all.

Barbeque nation is well known for their starters . Coming to the main course, we had biryani, mutton , chicken preparations . Main course was pretty good. And the dessert was amazing . There were kulfis, gulab jamun, different kinds of pastries, brownie and ice-cream. There was a live pasta counter, malpoa counter and all. Staffs behaviour is awesome . They are so humble and sweet. I loved the experience in barbeque nation .

It was my birthday treat at Barbeque Nation and the food was very appetizing and filling.
The starters had many varieties and everything tasted unique and tasted fresh.
I loved the corn, it was crunchy and fresh.
Besides that, I loved prawns, mushrooms and potato covered with some sauce.
The overall experience was great.
The starter itself was so filling that we could not reach the main course stage, I would really love to try that too.
And even with the filled tummy, I tried dessert and I really liked, key lime pie.
And they even asked whether it is anniversary or birthday and it was so they gave me a small sized cake.

Went there with my office colleagues for dinner on a Monday. For each person it costed 682 approx. Last time got 150 off for booking from app first time, but this time booked from another phone but did not get it. The ambience is almost same as the Park Street branch, cozy and beautiful. Now coming to the food, they have the best starters and desserts compared to other buffets I had.
In starters :
There were multiple number of starters consisting of Chicken, prawn, mutton, veggies, sweet corn, pineapple, mushroom, paneer, fish and hot soup.
In mains :
There were different gravy items in mutton, chicken, fried rice, plain rice, biriyani, nun, salads, papad and different veg gravy items too.
In deserts :
Different types of pastries, gulab jamun, firni, cakes, fruits, ice creams, kulfis, payesh, but I think in the other outle there were mousse and many other varieties of desserts.
In live counter :
Only fuchka was available whereas in the other branch I had squid and papri chat also.
For my late birthday celebration they offered us a tasty strawberry jelly topped vanilla cake. Each and every item was simply awesome and finger licking. Staff behavior was also impressive. Surely wanna visit again 😊

A wonderful place to try out mouthwatering food in unlimited quantities. May feel overpriced but absolutely worth it,you even get complementary beer if you go for the lunch buffet. Being foodies we were and came on a empty stomach beforehand well in advanced we kept out food consumption slow and even tried all their deserts. For chats you also have a panipuri counter as well. At the end of the meal all we can say is that we are truely satisfied with one of the best buffet experience we had.
Well, I was quite aware of this place and their service but couldn't visit it myself. Finally, last tuesday we paid a visit there and it turned out to be a sumptuous dinner. Kabab section was a warm treat where as dessert section was a treasury. Main course too deserves a mention, as mutton adraki and chicken dum biryani were also delicious. We started at 7.30 and the dinner episode went on till 9.30. Then we were full 😀

Located in the heart of saltlake, sector 5 near SDF this is one the best buffet resturants I have ever visited till date. Though they only serve buffet in this outlet but the food quality, staff's behaviour will definitely make a food lover fall in love. Main attraction of this place is UNLIMITED food in fixed price.
Food :: Starting from starters to desserts, each food items were mindblowing specially chicken wings, crispy aloo in meyo, prawn kabab, moroccan chicken kabab. In main course Tai pai chicken, mutton railway curry, chicken dum biryani, malai paneer were extraordinary. In dessert section, except the firni and orange soufflè, rest were very good in taste. And lastly in kulfi counter my personal recommendation will be the pan flavoured kulfi and chocolate kulfi.
Staff's behaviour :: very friendly and co-operative. They even organised a cake for one of our friends whose birthday was on that day.

Barbeque nation needs no introduction. Literally, a heaven-like abode for foodies and barbeque lovers. It offers only buffet option and the buffet spread is an absolute treat to the eyes. The live grill option is an absolute favorite! They serve all the starters on the table and they are piping hot, thanks to the grill attached to each table. The main course options are limited and average in taste but is compensated by the elaborate dessert spread (special mention- the several flavoured kulfi) as well as the live chat section that has been added recently. Pocket pinch during weekends is around 1000 per person (non-veg). The ambience is nice and they also have special birthday arrangements ranging from elaborate arrangements to simple complimentary cake cutting. Went there a few days back with friends and loved the experience.Staffs were great,we got the early bird offer which gave us free beverage,for which we chose beer,the starters were amazing,i really liked them,main course was good too but i skipped on that as i was trying to save some appetite for their desserts,which were good too but I wish they had more dessert items,lastly had their koolfies,which were great.Will visit again!

Ambiance - good ambiance, clean and well lighted.
Food - good assortment of food items. For non veg; mutton seekh kebab, fish fingers and grilled prawns were really good. Overall good spread.
Service - nice service, the starters were promptly filled. The cleaning of soiled plates took time though.
Server - Abhijeet, did an excellent job.
Overall it was a great dining experience, staff was nice and polite.
Excellent buffet restaurant situated at the heart of sector 5 saltlake. Great value for money with all the starter options , main course and desserts you get. Food quality is very good as well. All the staff members are really helpful..... Very much recommended.......

The biryani and mutton curry was decent, understandable that they make in bulk!

It was a great experience, we had a buffet for 2, and enjoyed it a lot, everything's taste was great except the Prawn and Fish kebabs, from my side i wont suggest ocean foods.
But their services were top notch ⭐.

I went to BBQ 3 times, a very nice buffet in Kolkata. If you book from Nearbuy then you get a nice discount. Try it at least once when you at Kolkata.
Located in sector 5 opposite Infinity benchmark building. The buffet is widespread with a range of options in both vegetarian and non vegetarian. However the food taste and quality can improve. They have many dessert options as well. The best item here is the mutton at live counter for main course and pan kulfi in dessert. Most highlighting part is the staff warmth and courtesy. Server Rajkumar was really good and warm in his service.
I like the food taste-wise each item was good and specially kabab was delicious.
Best experience and if you also want to ever experience unlimited food of such great quality that you should consider it as a must.
The taste of all food items starting from starters to dessert is very just perfect. They serve a very wide range of food, and Cater to variety of taste buds. Just love the place. They also provide Cake free of cost on occasion of birthday or anniversary.
Great food great service prawns 🍤 were great. Main course was not so good but the starter were star of the meal. Dessert were ok.
Really amazing place for food lovers 😋 with great food and service. Have loads of options on unlimited starters and maincourse on both veg and non veg items. Also dessert , ice creams and kulfi . Pan kulfi is a must try.
The in-house chef and their team members are excellent and willing to give you great service. Also take care if you have any special requests or suggestions.
Not to mention they provide complimentary cake if you go there for occasions like birthdays or anniversaries.

I've visited over 5 times in month for dinner here and I loved it every time . Their starters are tasty enough to make you skip the maincourse and keep eating the starters over again. Their is live Chaat counter for panipuris and Chaats as well . The fish and mutton starters are my personal favourite.

Buffet are awesome! But choose wisely as theres too many of food items to choose from. Don't full yourself by eating lots of barbeques as I do every time 🤣🤣 Keep some space for the main course and obviously the delicious deserts and my hot favourite kulfi (if available). I recommend to visit with friends or family as lonely visit might feel dull. Enjoy 😁
