I celebrated my dad’s milestone birthday at Sonargaon today and was very impressed with the quality of food, service and the overall rustic ambience of Sonargaon!
The restaurant is located at Taj Bengal. Lovely stylish design with the rural INDIA theme. Great service. All dishes are prepared - just a delight!
They have a good wine list too
Many thanks to the chef and all the staff for a wonderful dinner. The staff was genuinely welcoming and very attentive.
Our Anniversary celebrations were made special by the staff at Taj, they arranged for Cakes and Flowers for us to make our experience a memorable one. Its these small gestures that go a long way in terms of customer delight, I'm happy that we went to Sonargaon.

In my opinion Sonargaon Restaurant at Taj Bengal is among the best for sumptuous Indian Dishes.
