I absolutely loved this place..the staff were a bit slow but good and cordial..i had gone for a brunch on a lazy saturday..pouring outside..inspite of being just two people they let us sit on a huge couch beside the roadside itself exactly as per my choice..the food tasted well..so did the drinks..the music was funky and had the perfect volume..as i wanted a place which wont be too noisy loud or too crowded..and this place absolutely matched my preference to perfection..loved the decor..the ambience..and the bill was surprisingly quite reasonable inspite of my tummy being so full..perfect place if you wanna go with your partner on a lazy day and spend hours after hours chit-chatting and gossipping..also recommended to visit with friends...one last thing i loveeed their bacon dishes..!!!!!!!

In love with this place....can't stop going back to it over and over and over again...it has a magical food and even magical and soothing ambiance.
We had caeser salad and chicken cheese sandwiches which were mouth watering. It came with potato wedges. We also ordered cold coffee and milkshakes where were unreasonably low priced and quantity was sufficient for one. Food was tasty, ambience was great. Five stars.

This was my third visit here, and somehow it gets better each time. Food wise, it's always been great. The staff service I felt could be better in my initial visits, but that too was bang on in the latest visit. Had a great great time here. Even during pandemic, it felt so good to be here.
Love the interiors and the variety of seating arrangements. They have everything from chairs to bean bags to comfortable sofas.
Food taste and quality is absolutely top notch. A little heavy on the pocket but that is justified by the service provided.

As pandemic is going on and I am just thinking about certain places where I’d absolutely loved going and Terminal 11 does hit the mark. I haven’t had such a fresh ceaser salad in my life ever. I feel like I can still savour all the taste. The coffee was refreshing and really amazing. I miss this place a lot.

This place is basically our go-to place for early morning breakfast, evening snacks, a nice dinner date, and everything else. The staff is courteous, the ambience is cozy, and most importantly, every single dish on their menu is to die for. I have visited this place close to a hundred times by now, and not one of their dishes have failed to amaze me. And this place serves the best Chicken Caesar Salad in town. Favourites include Honey and BBQ sauce chicken, Seafood Thermidor, Creamy Mushrooms with Toast, Chicken Caesar Salad, Chicken Stroganoff, Choconado, and Chocolate Chip Pancakes. They also accomodate your requests to the best of their abilities, and that makes them really special. All in all, worthy of the 5 out of 5 stars, if not more.

Visited this place for the first time after lockdown. Welcomed with a temperature check and hand sanitizer, which is the new normal. The interior is contemporary with the color palette consisting of different shades of green, white and wooden textures. The ambience is very warm and welcoming. We sat in the hookah room because of obvious reasons. For drinks we ordered Irish Coffee, Lemon Ice Tea and Watermelon Mojito. The coffee and Iced Tea were good but the mojito was tasteless. It had no flavor and it felt like it was diluted. For food we ordered Traditional English Breakfast with Bacon Strips, Penne Pasta with Arrabiata Sauce and Garlic bread and French fries. All the items were delicious except for the bacon strips which felt a little less fried and not very crunchy. And obviously with that we had hookah. Don't exactly remember the name but the flavor was related to paan and mint or something like that. The service was good and and the staff members were very professional. The price is on the higher side I must say. It's a great place to hangout as it also has board games and stuff. Overall its a good place to hangout or go for a date and enjoy quality time with your friends or loved ones.

Out of the very few places in kolkata that open for breakfast... Is this place! They have quite a wide range of menu for breakfast spread... Starting from cereal to sandwiches to omlette and other combo platters. We ordered cheese omlette and regular chicken sandwiches. The omlette was pretty dry otherwise good to taste!

Visited this cafe on Christmas eve! It's a pretty cafe but the prices are bit on a higher side. Nonetheless, as me and my friend were very hungry since morning so first we took one traditional English breakfast platter. The Platter was very filling and we took chicken sausage which tasted really amazing!
And then we took, stuffed chicken breast in misone. The quantity was pretty much ,& it was ample for 2persons. The stuffed chicken was really delicious!
Only con is,it's a bit expensive.
We ordered two types of coffee and french fries. It was good. The quantities was well enough to suit our expectations. Ambience is pretty✨👩✨.
I've visited a lot of restaurants in Kolkata and to say this is in the top 10 would NOT be an exaggeration. I've never had such good thermidor and their concept of chicken cheese fries was scrumptious and addictive. The biggest part of it was that I went with rather a large group of friends and NONE of them were disappointed with their food - not the beverages nor the main course nor the desert. The cute cafe decor with the good collection of books, the nicely touched romantic chain locks and the comfortable variety of seating adds to the charm of this place. One of the best in Kolkata and definitely the best in Salt Lake. It's a MUST-VISIT.

Terminal 11 is a go to place in case you are looking for a Sunday morning breakfast. I had toffee cold coffee which was filled with caramel and whipped cream and was heavenly to taste, hence totally recommendable. Also tried Choco chip pancakes but they were pretty thick and didn’t taste well with honey, still were fluffy and chocolaty to some extent. Ordered a few more dishes from their breakfast menu which were very tasty too.
Being a great place for coffee, snacks and chats, this café & bistro is most popular for gen z and pretty much recommended for first chatty (coffee) dates. Also, pretty well known for the good cafe music in town. Saltlake, you're lucky!
Chicken Lasagna with the three layered cheese filling will take you by charm. Perfectly cooked with fun and dedication. The moment the dish rests at your table, the air smells of well cooked cheese and mouthwatering look.
The platter of French Fries are better and tastier than that in McDonald's or KFC. The Fries were not at all soggy, but had the perfect crunch outside and softness inside.
The innovative, out of the box inclusion in the cold coffee menu, Coffee on Rocks, though had an odd first impression on presentation, tasted cool and on point. Starbucks might have a better frappe but doesn't have this.

A very well decorated book lover's cafe present in Salt Lake area. Perfect for the bookworms around the city of joy. Terminal 11 is the place where you can have a nice time with your friends and family and gossip hours after hours. Though a bit expensive on the food side, but the taste is worth it. This place also has a huge bookshelf stacked with various genres of books which you can buy from.
Talking about the food we tried couple of items from their menu on our first visit. They are:
1. Chicken Lasagna: By far, one of the best lasagnas I have tasted in this city. So full of flavors that it creates an explosion inside the mouth.
2. Creme Brulee: Had heard about this desert through a Disney movie and always had the wish to try it. Here, I was able to fulfill this wish of mine. The creamy custard was yummy and the crystallized sugar cover cracked beautifully. Just the blueberry sauce on the side wasn't as good as it should taste.
3. Hot Chocolate: Rainy weather and Hot Chocolate makes the ultimate combo ever!

It's a warm cozy cafe in Sector 1 Saltlake City Near Baisakhi Island.The interiors are nicely done, there are fun games like Jenga and boardgames. They also have an in-house community library for those Whose love to read while having a warm cup of coffe or Hot Chocolate.

This is one of those places that gives you a warm cozy feeling.The place is also not difficult to locate. A great place for some me time, nice n cozy set up, with a huge collection of books which they even sell at a disounted rate, they even have a small store where they sell instant coffe, bookmaks, cups, diary, notebook, pens n a lot more. Talking about the food and the menu they a proper breakfast menu they also serve brunch and there are other various options, taste is good, we ordered the roated garli and asparagus soup which was soo good that we repeated the order, and a veg burrito which i dont know why was baked but the filling inside was so we had it anyways. Good experience.
If you want to enjoy a nice time quietly with a book then this is your place. If you want to have a nice chat with your friends in a comfy bean bag chair then this is your place as well. Like cute novelties? Buy them on spot from their collection. This is a place with good food and ambience to suit all kinds of needs.

Then there is a door from where you can enter the actual world of terminal 11.. yes the hukka parlour... The taste of hookah is really mesmerizing... The behaviour of the employees are too good.... If you are visiting terminal 11 then I would suggest you to taste at least once the chicken soup... They serve the soup with toast but the taste of the soup is mesmerizing... I tried Darjeeling tea, chicken & honey BBQ, and a fish platter. The tea was crystal clear and flavorful. Every spoon I take the more I realize the rich taste of every dishes. Cannot explain how much I like the food. Overall you can spend a great evening.
I have stayed in Bangalore and pune and have been to a lot of book cafes there. I didnt know a super amazing cafe is located in my hometown Kolkata as well. Went there to meet my friend and the ambience made me go wow!! Staff was very courteous and the the walls full of books can make any bibliophile go crazy. We went on a weekend so there was a live band playing, on other days they provide games too. But people dont go to cafes just for the ambience right? Well the food was equally amazing. They had one of the best mac n cheese I have ever had, hot chocolate was also decent but what took us by surprise was their banana oats protein shake. All in all one of the very few places in Kolkata which was an absolute hit in all the criteria 1 can judge a restaurant in!!!
One of the better breakfast places in the town. They have a good variety of continental style breakfast menu with pretty good coffee and tea. The shakes are pretty awesome too. Lunch is also on similar lines. And they have a collection of boardgames and tabletops(casual, not for hardcore gaming mind you). Good selection of books you can read in the cafe or for purchase. The live music is an added bonus, if you are visiting on one of the respective evenings.
This is a pretty decent place. Quiet, nice ambience, a place where we can talk and spend some quality time, not like many other places where there is loud music and we have to shout and talk. I really like the place. Foods are really nice whatever we tested and very good staffs.
Love this place. Never disappoints when you are craving comfort food , whether is cheesy pasta, fried bacon or the cheesy fries. Saying that i prefer their savory dishes 100 times more than the desserts. The creme brulee tasted more like a cheesecake ( nice one though) and not an authentic version of the dessert.

This place is decorated with musical instruments, music records, books, a love-lock bridge, projector screen etc. They have placed a few beanbags at one corner, and this is the favourite section for young crowd. They also have separate a hookah lounge. You can purchase books and other tokens from here.
We ordered one caramel hazelnut shake, one chicken lasagne, and one chicken stroganoff with herbed rice. Taste, quality and quantity everything was top notch. The pricing could have been a little more pocket friendly. Adding to our delight all the staff members were very patient, polite and friendly.
