Definitely the apt place to enjoy the authenticity of neapolitan cuisine. We had Margherita Con Bufala and Spaghetti Pomodoro which were prepared in lovely fashion wanting to be savoured with entice. The price was a bit high but that's what you pay to get a touch of authentic Italian 🍕.

Fabbrica is a pretty pizzeria a small way off of Sarat Bose road. Notice the way I said 'pizzeria' to describe the place, that's what they call themselves and I will be coming back to it in just a while. Now, not many places have reopened post-lockdown and fabbrica too is functioning with a partial menu and the upstairs sitting area still closed. The lack of the full menu, perhaps, is the only reason i could not give this place a full 5 star rating (much to the chagrin of my companion, who is ready to swear by this place after visiting it). But moving on, the ambience and the decor of this place was simply lovely. The small alcove style seats beside large windows, the deco, lighting and choice of music, and even the quiet street outside dotted with cafes, cake boutiques and flower shops - they make you feel like you have been transported to a small roadside cafe in Italy. The service was great and prompt, and the people were polite and helpful. We ordered a fab fungo pizza, budino and tiramisu for desserts and an iced latte. The pizza is one of the very best currently available in Kolkata. The tags 'pizzeria' and 'neopolitan style pizza' was not just for show, they truly delivered on it. The dough was perfect, it was soft, the right amount of chewy, and baked to perfection with beautiful spotting. It even had those lovely air pockets which just shows how properly they nailed the dough. This particular pizza did not come with the traditional marinara-mozzarella combo but had fontina cheese instead which complimented the flavour of the mushrooms wonderfully and had such a beautiful creamy texture. The topping had 2 types of mushrooms that had also been made to perfection. The flavour was outstanding (enough to have tempted us to have ordered seconds if we did not have other stuff to try out) and has managed to remain with us, it is sufficient to entice us to go back to this place soon. In desserts, the budino was absolutely delectable. It was sweet, airy, fluffy and I could have a tumbler of this if offered. The tiramisu came in a smaller size, the full size was not available. It could have been just a tad bit sweeter, but the coffee added to it was extremely good. The iced latte was excellent as well. I have to specially commend the coffee beans this place is using as we don't often get such a strong and good quality coffee in most places around the city. Overall we just loved the place. They have promised to open fully and bring back their complete menu by September end or the beginning of October, and we can't wait to go back to try out more stuff from this place.
The BEST place for pizza in town, in my opinion, and I’ve had a fair few... around the world. These guys know how to whip it up and i absolutely LOVE their pesto! Besides the pizzas, I never forget to pick up their other specialities either. Helps a lot that it’s a stones throw away from work! It’s well-located, great menu (short, sweet & specific), polite staff, and the build-your-own-pizza option is a hoot! Absolutely love LOVE this place!
The most authentic pizzas in town with a queer dining area. Costly but I don't mind shelling a little extra money. Must go for pizza lovers. The authenticity of the pizzas is to the extent, that you feel you have come to the pizza hub i.e Italy itself. This is the best place in the city to taste a delicious bite of this food. Do give it a visit.

It was almost like the first drizzle of rain,when, after nearly four months of lock down I ordered pizza from this place. I haven't had from here before so I went through all the reviews thoroughly. It was all good! I ordered the Polo Picante! It was delivered within the promised time!! As soon as I opened the box after propely sanitizing it, the fabulous aroma just hit me!!! & Then the first bite!! The first bite of any food is just like teenage sex!! You expect something good but don't know what's coming!! In this case it's fantastic!! The moment it was inside my mouth, a barrage of flavors broke down!!! Oh boy..what a experience that was!! But...Now reaching the "not so good" part!! The packing was horrible!! When I opened it it was more like mixza not pizza!!! The whole thing was messed up real bad!! They should've given this integral part a bit more attention!!! Another point is their portion size is not so great if you compare with other joints!!

The ambience will remind you of some Old Italian village - Rustic painted walls, potted pink flowers, wooden tables, halogen lights, a porch with hanging flowers. The soothing music and pretty lights add to the mood of the dreamy ambience. The corner on the balcony by the window is my favourite place. Next up are the highchairs by the blue door. The 40-seater space is divided into a base floor and has a mezzanine floor. The wooden décor with checkerboard floors and floral pelmet is stunning and has Italian touch and will take you on a trip to an Italian street pizzeria. 🍕 the service is friendly and competent, and the kitchen consistently produces well-executed Neapolitan plates—a significant accomplishment given the massive menu.

It was absolutely great in taste🤤(Recommended) 🍕

The entrance stunning with its wooden door, checkerboard floors and floral pelmet. The soothing music and pretty lights adds to the mood. No, this isn't Italy, this is Naples in Kolkata. Presenting the second version of the famous Fabric a Della Pizza in town.
Where? The address reads city center 1, salt lake complex Plot no.1 Block DC Shop no. A301C Block A, 3rd floor. You can't miss going to this one when you hover around City Centre, Salt Lake.
What's it about? This cozy spot glows from its wood-burning oven, wafts garlic goodness and buzzes with freshly mortgaged couples given to the dreamy ambience. The pink florals and the pastel bikes creates the whole Naples look. The atmosphere is relaxed, the service is friendly and competent, and the kitchen consistently produces well-executed Neapolitan plates—a significant accomplishment given the massive menu.

The Cal-Ital cooking in this breezy, all-white room is vibrant and aggressively addictive fever of Italy is commendable. The quaint Italian restaurant serves a scrumptious affair full of exotic Italian delicacies ranging from varieties of pizza to buratta, rigatoni with mascarpone, truffle cream with charred mushroom and bruschetta.

Gamberi fritte - This superbly crunchy Panko crumbed prawns and marinara was subtle and rich on the palate.
Burrata Bruschetta - Heavenly Burrata Bruschetta with Oven Roasted Cherry Tomatoes on Crusty Italian Garlic Bread and finished with pesto is heavenly.
Pasta served al dante :
Spaghetti carbonara - The perfectly done carbonara with egg yolks , bacon and cheese which is near to the Parmigiana - DOP grana padano, which makes it too cheesy.
Rigatoni al pollo - The Rigatoni done with minced chicken, white wind and DOP grana padano cheese serves a new taste to the palate.
Pizza:
Pepperoni - The numero Uno - This thin crust is heavenly as it can get with tomato, mozzarella, Italian pepperoni and Basil.
Mains:
Pesce al forno - The wholesome meal with the perfect flavours, this is marinated bhetki fillet, olives, capers, garlic and chillies.
Desserts :
Panna cotta - This one fruity and heavenly - vanilla bean Panna cotta with raspberry coulis.

Fabbrica opens up in CC 1 with a revamped outlook and an upscale presence. This outlet is an extension of the first branch of Fabbrica at Elgin.
This is an Italian cafe beaming with exotic beauty. The place is enhanced with a pink and blue theme of colours, and the brick wood walls are but artsy and colorful in this outlet.
The place is all set to serve it's customers with the charm and flavour of the Italian Cuisine. Pizza is definitely a speciality here.
One can try from a fine range of creamy Pastas, to Bruschetta, and other healthy dishes of the sort.
The Desserts do however steal your heart away with it's blendour and subtleness. We tried the Tiramisu, as well as the Budino, both of which were the highlights.
Drop into this beauty, for pretty pictures, lovely food, and most importantly a fine time with the ones who share the love for good food and company. 😊
Never eaten a margarita so good. Loaded with cheese and the feta cheese on top was like the cherry on the cake. Very filling. Enough for 2 people to fill themselves up. I enjoyed every bite of it.

With excellent ambience, this is one of the best places to hit if you're in the mood for Italian cuisine. Try out a variety of soft-crust pizzas, including Barbeque and Margherita! The quality of the food is good, though the price is a bit high.
The pasta were perfect. While the pizza was a little too thin crust and soggy. The panacota wasnt really set enough to be served. The ambience is good for a date or a cozy get together with friends. Overall a nice joint.
P.s: the veg options turned out tastier than the non veg ones.
A beautiful pizzeria place near forum. As soon as you enter it seems you are transported to a trattoria. I think they have one of the best wood fire pizzas. The pizza base is thin and yet fluffy at the same time. We had order the pollo caldo which has the basic neapolitan flavours. It simply melts in your mouth and the hazelnut latte is just the perfect accompaniment. I can sit for hours at this place. The service at this place is impeccable. A definitely place to visit for your list

Visited this restaurant with friends for a Christmas lunch. This place definitely has its aesthetics on point. And with all the Christmas decor they put up we were surely having a good time. Coming to food we ordered a pepperoni pizza and Spaghetti Carbonara. Now the pizza here is made the Naples style. It was good, fresh and with ample topping but the crust surely wasn't to my liking. The Spaghetti again was cooked beautifully and had good amounts of bacon inside it, so no complaints on that. For drinks we ordered a strawberry milkshake which tasted divine but I wish it had less whipped cream. Prices are definitely on the higher side just but this place is worth hanging out with your loved ones.

The Pizzas had a thick crust with lots of toppings, it tasted good. The only thing that we didn't like was the middle portion of the Pizza became very soft and soggy due to the heavy weight of the toppings and sauce, otherwise we had a great time there with our awesome friends. We customized our pizzas. Waiters were helpful in choosing the sauce and vegetables with the kind of chicken preparation we preferred. Pizzas were soft and fresh tasted good too. We ordered spaghetti, it was bitter in taste. It was cooked in tomato sauce. Waiters were friendly, it is a pretty little place but the price is in the higher side. Good place to hang out with friends.

Grab a bite of authentic Italian pizzas in one of the best pizzerias in town, Fabbrica. It is located on Allenby Road, just opposite to the lane of Forum Mall.This is one place in town where I will never get tired of going to. Their pizza's are made from wood fire, making this place so unique. Extremely soft, with sufficient amount of pepperoni will melt in your mouth after taking a first bite. The dish was indeed to die for.

Since the names are too complicated I can say in short we took FAB Lemomata, 2 large pizza customised by our choice and speghatti pesto and a pastry for dessert

Want to try some authentic italian cuisine in kolkata?Well then this place is a must visit..One of the best pizzas I have had in kolkata till date..I tried Polo Piccante with the toppings of caramelised onion,feta cheese and roasted chicken..The sauce was pesto that I opted for the first time over there!!The pesto sauce they put was balanced and the taste will remain on your tongue for long..The thin crust of the pizza took the brownie points..it was very soft and not at all heavy as an item..quatity of food is sumptuous..here you all should definitely try dessert like Pizza Al Nutella..its a cookie based dessert with ricotta cheese,almonds and nutella..you will be not be satisfied with only one slice of it and would crave for more!!😋😆talking about the decor and hygiene now..the place looks like a town in Italy with soft italian music and the lights are wooowww and also they maintain good hygiene and would provide you with sanitizers before meal🤩extremely pretty place to chill and hangout with friends..I think many people don't know about this place as it is not very easy to locate..it is in Allenby park road!!I would suggest all of you to try some pastas and spaghettis..I would definitely like to visit here again😊

My friends ordered the Margherita which was done in classic style. We ended with a Nutella pizza on a cookie base. Courteous staff... But kinda heavy on the pocket 🙂

Sometimes the smallest of the places make you feel at home and comfortable. This is one such place. The ground floor has the oven with a few tables. The major seating is on the mezzanine floor. A typical Italian bistro look has been given to the place. The place is an absolute value for money proposition both in terms of quality and quantity.
Definitely the best pizzeria in the city. The ingredients were rich and the food was flavorful with the promised taste of authenticity. The service was comforting and the ambience suited the vibe. The price is on the higher side but it is worth every penny.
Wow! Very very good pizza cooking in a proper wood oven. Excellent quality ingredients. The staff was super friendly. This place is highly recommendable.

It is just the right place for you....They serve you the originals neapolitan pizza which originated from city of Naples, the birth place of pizza......Neapolitan pizza is very distinct from the regular pizza that we get in India, the tomato sauce is rustic and tangy, Bread is light and fluffy with edges being beautifully charred and puffed out and topped with fresh cheese and basil and dough is so soft you can literally fold it.
I have been a regular customer at this place....and i totally recommend to give a try who wants to taste the original pizza as the Italians have them
Sweet and classy place on the rooftop of city centre, just beside burger King.
The place has a cozy and classy vibe with eng music playing. The lights are dim enough to give a cozy environment.
The staff are very courteous and some give a warm welcome. The food taste is great. It's authentic international cuisine and doesn't have that Indian mix in it. Loved the drinks and super loved the pizza s, though the toppings could be a bit more. A bit on the pricier side but for the ambience and all one can make do.
I tried Piazza.. It's really so good in taste.. I never had a Pizza like this.. If you wanna try the best pizza in Kolkata hop in Fabrica.. For dessert you can only try Tiramisu.. If there is a next time I like to try Spaghetti/pasta and hot chocolate.

I was always of the opinion that I have a thing for Brick Oven Pizzas.
Seeing those reels and posts flaunting those charred borders, minimal toppings, that extra spread of olive oil, dollops of Mozzarella cheese. Yes definitely I have a thing for them because I am kinda drooling writing this up.
Fabbrica has been in Kolkata for some time now. It's one such place, that every tourist is recommended as a must visit.
They serve proper Italian Cuisine that actually tastes Italian.

There are a lot of talking points in this review because this was the first time I had something like this, and how is it different from the Pizza we get from more household names like Domino's?
1. Crust: This was a thin crust Pizzas and when I mention that, trust me, the Pizza base was very different. Yes it's chewy, but not like bread. It's more like a Mughlai Naan! You are gonna truly love having that. Moist as it should be, the Pizza base is a killer.
2. Toppings: Tomato, Foot di latte, Spinach, Roasted Garlic, Red chillies, lots of Feta Cheese! Minimalistic and Exquisite! In every bite you can taste all of them without actually being able distinctly see them other than the Spinach and Feta Cheese. That's so unlike our Domino's Pizza, isn't it?
3. Olive oil and other adds on: The use of olive oil makes things very different. I could actually taste the distinction. And I have to say, this was so good in itself, that I didn't feel like using the Oregano or Chilli Flakes at all. Do we ever do that at Domino's? No!
To conclude, I cannot forget this taste. Domino's is still a good place to have economical pizza but if I crave for pizza, I now crave for something like this.

One of the most beautiful cafe which serves mostly italian. I really loved the place. The music, the ambience and most importantly the food. One who likes jazz music should definitely visit the place. Pasta is a must try. The most delicious hot chocolate i guess. One of my favourite cafés for sure. Definitely a recommendation.
It is a great place to hangout. The pizzas are perfect. ❤️ The ambiance was very simple and beautiful.

Visited this cute little restaurant with my friend few days ago. The food is absolutely amazing. Like literally finger-licking delicious.

2. Gamberi Al' Salsa Di Vino Bianco e Aglio (Prawns in White Wine and Garlic Sauce) + Sourdough Bread (to suck up all the goodness)

4. Prosciutto Pizza
5. Vanilla Panna Cotta with Strawberry and Balsamic Reduction
The place offers a variety of toppings and dips of your choice. Alcoholic beverages are not available here, but you won't miss booze for even a moment.
The food was really nice especially the pepperoni pizza. You should definitely try when in town.
Nice cosy environment and serene ambience! Heard a lot about this place specially for the unique pizzas. Tried one pizza and it was really very unique and authentic. Loved it. One mid sized pizza is enough for two people! The pizza crust was thin at the middle and had a thick periphery. Pizza prices are more on the higher side but I will say it's worth it.

Pros - One of the best Pizzas I have had in the city. Quaint little romantic place. The music and the lighting set the mood; the music wasn't too loud and the lighting was not too bright/dark. And every item on the menu was worth the price paid.
Cons - If I had to nitpick, I'd say the washroom is horribly cramped. But even that was squeaky clean. So not really much to complain about.
Overall - Worth a revisit.
