We went there during the Christmas Eve and even though there was a crowd,the staff still managed to take orders, clean tables and handle queries. For our order, there were no more chicken wings so they had to replace it with a choco lava cake and mayo dip. The food was excellent and it was fresh. A
Chizza was in there menu only, they couldn't serve it. Chicken peri peri was better than the chicken wings. Quite a bit spacious and well organized. Good for friend groups and also for families. No waiting.
While I do like most of their products, the service isn’t the best. On multiple occasions, I’ve had to wait long for my orders, even though the restaurant has been empty. Most items are spicy so specify if you don’t want spice. Also they charge for everything that they ‘offer’ you like dips etc so
I recently visited KFC Park Street Kolkata, and overall, it was a good experience. The ambiance was well decorated and clean, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The food was absolutely awesome; I enjoyed every bite!

The workers are novice and cannot handle any situation, nor give proper solution to the customers. But the food quality is really great, that hot and crispy chicken pieces, the seasoning and everything is great about the food. Upto the standards of KFC.
Always a big time fan of KFC.

It was really awesome experience after a long walking on Park Street. Me, wife and son ware so hungry. We found all time favourite KFC. Very charming welcoming from the counter impressed us immediately.

KFC is definitely 'Finger licking good'. Went to the Park Street outlet and tried their Hot wings, Chicken Popcorn & Chicken Strips.
My personal favourites are Chicken Popcorn & the strips. Love their dips too.Though a bit pricey,but the taste is very good.
This place is moderately crowded and the place is a bit small but well can accomodate about 50 people (not individual). The delivery is just instant. All the covid protocols are maintained.
The meal packs are just value for money. The Ultimate Savings Bucket at about ₹700 is just perfect for 3 peop
It's a good place to chill with friends nd family nd njy some good fried chicken nd burgers.

Great hanging place around park street, nice ambience and cool staffs. Many pubs and bars are there round the corner. McDonald's are difficult to find in there. So thanks to KFC being so close to our eyes.
