Awesome food joint.
U ll fall in love with the chai bhand or kullad.
Hing kachori and radhaballabi is jst mouth watering...
Tasty Corner is a memory of my childhood and school days. It was the place for a break or a snack-time. As time went by, the quality and taste of food improved and I go there often with my friends to cherish the old memories. In a sentence...Tasty Corner rockzzz as always !! :-) :-)
Tasty corner. I still remember the 1st time I visited this awesome food center. I wished to taste the famous Radhaballavi, but ended up having most of the sweets. Now I consider the radhaballavi is the benchmark for snacks available in Kolkata. Keep it up spreading the taste in every corner. :)

Recently visited this place located at ballygaunj, Ordered club kachori with dal, tea. Though the tea was good, the club kachori was not too crunchy. The dal was average. will visit again to try their sweets next week.

The place is pure nostalgia..I used to visit this place with my dad since my childhood days..Over the years they're serving and surprisingly that taste has not been changed ...Now also if you go early morning you will get to see people eating kachuri sabji or ordering for parcel..My personal favorite is hing er kachuri with cholar daal and sweet lassi..
Great place for snacking. But over the years, they have compromised quality, a little bit.
Situated near the south point school, this place have a big fan following. It's very busy through out the day. The kochori, luchi & phulkopi samosa are something which will make you come back to this place again & again.
It was a veg day and nothing better than luchi aloor dom comes in your mind for it.
I ordered
-Luchi (8 piece)
-Aloor dom (1 plate)
The delivery was superfast and the food was fresh and hot.The behaviour of the restaurant and the delivery boy was very polite and patientful. The packaging was great and they gave chutney and salad with it as complimentary. The food was also very delicious and enough for 2 people.
Had ordered Radhaballavi with aloo dum, it was really tasty. The accompanying chilli pickle was mouth watering and heavenly. The aloo dum was a bit oily. I would recommend this delicacy and rate it 4/5.
Hinger kochuri. It's a great place for quick bites and tiffin. Tea and lassi is also very famous. It's just at the bending road of fern road.
food is tasty. But for somedays I am following that u r putting more red chilli in aloo sabzi which is not good for health. Please instruct Ur chef.

And it was 👌
Will visit again soon for sure to try the other yummy items available there..
A very good option for evening snacking..kachori,dal puri, paneer kachori of here are awesome.authentic types of sweets variety .. kesar tea is mediocre..
Yummy Radha Ballabi and Chai that they make. The Rajbhog bomb is a real treat with Gaja. All time favourite for kesar chai with kachori. A nice place for addaaa

Actually went here after getting recommendation for kachuri. I tried lassi and kachori here and both were good. It's actually a sweetshop and you can find different types of sweets here, even gajar ka halwa and dhokla is also available. And also huge sized laddu was also available here. So in total it is a good place to eat farifuri.
left food with building guard without letting me know. wouldn't answer the phone when I tried calling multiple times to inquire where the food was. one container of food was spilled empty inside the carry bag.
One of my favourites since 2004 ! Basically a favourite of all my fellow Pointers since it's so close to the junior and high school! The kachauris are famous here, so much so that it won't need an introduction! The taste of the curry and chutney alongside hasn't changed even a fraction since a decade that I've been having it.. the Radhaballavi is fascinating! Tried the patol mishti this time( didn't disappoint) ! Rest there's a plethora of amazing sweets and vegetarian snacks available here and the quality has always been maintained so definitely a good and safe bet to try anything from here!
Ordered a Club Kochuri n Jilipi just to check whether this Indian snacks joint has been able to retain its taste over the years since my days at South Point. Nope, I was left pleasantly surprised to see that not much has changed. Hats off to them for doing complete justice with the soft kachoris n aloor dom. One could smell the aroma of gota jeera, hing n masalas in the curry while the jilipis where so so sweet n crunchy. I just wished that they had not added so much needless orange color to the sweets. Tasty Corner still rocks !!
No complaints for quality of their items but the price is quite or very (you can say) steep otherwise you will not have any regret but the price??

Located near the South Point School this place sells snacks and sweets. The kachori here is amazing so is the sabzi they serve along with it. The sweets here are lip smacking be it the rosogolla, gulab jamun , kaju barfi. One should definitely visit this place specially during winter mornings and try their delicacies.
Located in Bullygunge area near South Point High School for the senior building. I have tried Kochuri and Amitti from this shop and after that I had tea. The price is quiet pocket friendly and the tasty is fantastic. The taste absolutely goes with the name of the shop TASTY CORNER. There are many types of other items available along with sweets of various kinds. #Sweet #Kochuri #Tea #Tasty
It been long time, I am having dhokla from this outlet. Their food is tasty....specially dhokla and club kachouri...try the kachouri with aloo dum.... rest everything is also good..

This place was my favourite hangout place as a child. Being a pointer, this place was a must drop in at least once in a week. Being a resident of Ballygunge, I still sometimes take away food from here. The Hing Kachuri and Aloor torkari, Radhaballavi, Aloo Dum has retained it's taste until now!! The best part of this place is, they always serve fresh and hot food!!! Price is to the higher side but the quality of food they serve justifies the price.
It was a joint i often visited during my school days!
I loved the lassi the most! I still have those pots in my house😂 a nice place . Nice food.
Size of karchori compare to price is very small

Today I visited this place almost after 5 years since I left my school. This place has always been my favourite since childhood.
Being an ex-pointer I have got some special memories attached with this place.
Coming to the food which they serve Kachori and sabzi is an all time favourite dish of mine. So, today also I had kachori and sabzi and the taste was all the same as it used to be. I also had samosa and Goja. But kachori and sabzi is the best of all I must say and I will highly recommend it to everyone.
So just drop in here anyday and grab a plate of Kachori and sabzi. You will surely fall in love with it.
I just love this place since my childhood days, they are famous for their Radhavallabhi and Kachori. Though I would say the Mishti doi is also fantastic. I would say if u love fried street food and sweets this place is a must visit.
the delivery person are good
First of all, being a Pointer, this place will remain very close to my heart till my last breath.... I am still a regular over there and yes everything is still the same, rather even more better... Best things do come with a good price but they do really serve the best within the acceptable pocket pinch... The Hing Kochuris, Radhaballavis & monster size sweets like sandesh etc. can easily make you complete your breakfast or lunch without the need to rush to any restro. Tasty Corner Zindabaad... !!!!
No word for tasty corner specially for vegetables food lover .. food quality really best .. and all items are made with pure ghee . Really taste
Have been here a number of times since childhood as it's beside my school, South Point. Their lassis are to drool for and their kachori and radhaballabi are amazing. Ps: Don't forget to ask 'bout some extra chutney with kachoris.
Tasty corner I will always remember for Hing kochuri, Radhaballavi with aloo dum. I found these two are the best dishes in this joint. Pocket friendly for school and college goers. :)
Situated at a perfect location adjacent to South Point School, this place serves all types of sweets but their snacks items such as Kachori Sabzi with mango chutney, Samosa are to die for. Try their masala chai and lassi which taste awesome. If you are a Pointer , I am sure you have would tasted these things by now.
Being an alumni of South Point High School, my first days as a child foodie were spent at Tasty Corner. More of a food joint than a sit and dine restaurant, it manages to dish out really tasty food. Their specialities include the famous Radha Ballavi, Kachoris, Big Rasgullas (aka Atoms) and their extremely famous Lassi.
This place is good for breakfast....I had Puri, mater aloo and idli, sambar, chutney it tastes awesome..the sweets were tasty and mouth watering..I had an awesome xprience...
A very old shop serving quality food. Samosa, kachori and jalebi are by far the best sellers. Their lassi is also very good. Surely worth a try next time you are around.
It's a well known snacks corner in South Kolkata which is a hotspot for the students of South point school...I just love the kochuri they offer it really tastes great...the tea is also very good and so are the sweets...but it does come with a pinch on your pocket...
We had phulkopir shingara which was to my delight, a great addition. The cha was great as was their dhoklas and chutneys. A great kolkata breakfast done right !
Headed to this place for Breakfast.
Hing Kachori with Aloo Dum is filling, tasty ,had pungent smell , Crispy & mouthwatering.
Lassi is fells sweet & slightly Soar & Super yummy. Value for Money. Would recommend.
It's an amazing place to have breakfast or snacks.. I have been having their hing kacuri for years now, it tastes the same, you should enjoy the kachuri with the chatnee. They do have other snacks, i really loved their dahi vada as well. Must try.
A fair bengali breakfast and snack shop. The hing Kachori is Good with aloo dum. And also try the Mishtidoi and the rasgulla is out of the world. The other items were pretty okay. There is hardly space to stand. You'll have to eat out and no parking around. It's a busy street
Food was amazing.
Quality was also good too.
We had too many items & forgot to click photos.
Loved the Papri Chaat- Kalakand Mishti-Rabri-DahiVada.
Must visit place if you're nearby. !
This place has become a breakfast favourite for me and my friends. The days we crave jalebi and samosas in the morning, we know exactly where to head. The Hing Kachori (poori served with aloo hing subzi) is awesome. The samosa, crushed and mashed, served with dahi and chutney is amazing. The dhokla served with chutney is great. The club kachori is delicate and goes well with the chutney/dahi it is served with. The best part for me is the Jalebi. Pair it with Samosa or Kachori and you have got a drool worthy combination. Request them to prepare the Jalebi fresh if you visit this place early in the morning. Nothing better than fresh jalebi, piping hot and dripping with chashni, straight out of the cauldron. *drool drops on the phone*😂
One star deducted for the ambience. It is literally at corner and there is no seating at all. Plus there might be traffic congestion right nearby, which kind of takes away the fun of eating such an awesome food.
Highly recommended place.
Now its an AC outlet. Well-known for its Kachuri with sweet chatni and snacks. Now you can have Dahi vada, dhokla and Idly Vada also. They have just started their winter special menu featuring nalen gurer sandesh, Kadaisuti Kachuri, Gobi singara, Gajar ka halwa etc. Lassi and misti doi is equally good.
Nice. Hing kochuri cost 50 , and lassi 50. Taste good.
Tasty Sweet's.
Price is okay.
Size of the rasgulla is smaller than the price charged.
Nice place for a quick tasty bite. Good simple but tasty menu. A little expensive but awesome food. Must try their hing kachori, luchi chola dal, amriti jilipi. The menu has variety for young and old. Well it is a little costly but considering the quality of food it is worth every paisa.
Showstopper item is hing kachuri.. the size is huge and the sabji along side the kachuri has a balanced taste of spices..yes its costlier compared to many but certainly worth the price.. have not tasted the sweetmaeats today, but quite a few of them appeared gigantic in size..service was somewhat lackadaisical
Budget friendly sweet shop near ballygunge. Must try hing er kochuri, singara, rossogolla and lassi. Quality and hygine parameters are well maintained. Bike and car parking available here.
The place is pure nostalgia..I used to visit this place with my dad since my childhood days..Over the years they're serving and surprisingly that taste has not been changed ...Now also if you go early morning you will get to see people eating kachuri sabji or ordering for parcel..My personal favorite is hing er kachuri with cholar daal and sweet lassi
The ambience is not great but the food they serve is amazing, and prices are also very cheap..
Don't miss their kachori sabji, and of course , rosogulla goes without saying..
