This place has very good quality food. And has a wide range of beer available. The pizza was very nice. And also they gave a complimentary bread basket which was nice. I tried the calamari here which was not so good. But everything else was nice. And the stuffs are great here and they do give you some nice suggestions.
We had done a home delivery from Serafina on the occasion of my daughter's birthday. Mr. Somenath Banerjee (manager of Serafina) personally ensured that everything was done to perfection.
Food was awesome, packaging was perfect and everything exceeded our expectations.

"Tiramisu is an Italian dessert consisting of layers of sponge cake soaked in coffee and brandy or liqueur with powdered chocolate and mascarpone cheese.
Today,Ā TiramisuĀ is the world's most famous dessert and it is considered a modern dessert par excellence. The wordĀ TiramisĆ¹Ā literally means āpick me upā. It comes from the Treviso dialect, āTireme suā, Italianised intoĀ TiramisuĀ in the latter half of the 20th century."
Over the period of time, many adaptations of tiramisu cakes and desserts have come into existence, but an authentic Tiramisu sans any fusion or replacement of ingredients or tweaking of recipe is what I always seek, but don't come across easily.
However, quite living up to it's name, the one that we had at Serafina was just perfect. There was no crust, no adulteration in cream and no addition of any new flavor or layer. Made of good quality ingredients, it was fresh, soft, gooey, thick creamed and 'coffeeliciously' flavorsome.
Four of us shared it post a full meal and the quantity was sufficient for us.

I would have to give a 5/5 to this dish because it is the best Carbonara experience i had across this city. Generous quantity with hearty amount of bacon and the carbonara sauce cooked to perfection. Very much recommended.

A thin crust pizza with the good old spread of pepperoni toppings. A 4/5 for this one as the crust could have been a little less hard.

So finally my long time pending visit to Serfina was done this time. It is situated on the very top floor of Quest Mall where all the restaurants are located. It is just beside the Yauatcha restaurant.
As soon as you see the restaurant you get the feeling of an European cafe where seating and the atmosphere matches to the feel of those places. They have a good seating arrangement. Some inside. Some a bit outside. All is well placed.
The whole restaurant gives an amazing cozy feel. The decor is super cool.
The staff is good and courteous and even the service is good.
Good place for Italian cuisine lovers. Have good many options too.
We had Veg pizza, gnocchi and baked mushrooms. All were simply wow.
We liked the pizza very much. Simply crisp and awesome.
Cost wise it is indeed costly. A good pocket pinch I would say. But then it had to be. First because it is inside Quest Mall and second it serves amazing Italian. Italian anywhere is generally costly.
This place also has a bar and serves drinks too. This place also serves non-veg items too.
All in all I would highly recommend this if you really want to try some good Italian food. Must try.

Christmas lunch. From the mushroom soup to the goat cheese salad and the pasta with cream sauce with a lemony twang, pretty good. But the prawn starter was too spicy and strange; not spicy and good like Indian food. The fish finger was just ordinary. Now the fails: main dishes, both the grilled chicken and the grilled pork chops were very ordinary. Not quality meat at all. Also the Manhattan that I ordered was too sweet, so sweet it tasted more like Old Fashioned. I wonder if they put any bitter at all. What rescued the drink was the great taste of the bourbon. So basically I had a large whiskey. Last piece; the place is largely a pizza joint for kids and a pasta place for aunties, so awfully loud. You have to shout to have a meaningful conversation with your co-diners. My advice, stick to starters, pizza and pasta and you would have a pretty good meal.
Truffle pizza was way too cheesy. Didn't like it much. Also i didn't find few items on the zomato menu that was there in the restaurant menu. Please update the menu if it has changed. Rest everything was great. Hope to visit again.

It's at quest mall.Very Nice decor.Staffs were very hospitable..we were served bread basket with olive oil which I found really nice.we ordered pepperoni pizza which was average.we also ordered beef preparation which was not good as it was very dry and chewy,but the sauce given with it was very flavour some.I will visit next time to try their veg selection.
The one with the cute yellow scooter! Recently had lunch at this place and let me start with the best. The tiramisu and yes this is post trying tiramisu at Venice and Rome. This place does a decent job of making it. Loved it. We tried their fish which I loved a lot. Yet to try the rest! Will definitely go back ( for the Tiramisu :P )
Excellent truffle pizza but other vegetarian pizza options are underwhelming. Apart from 2-3 signature dishes, it has very little to offer. Avoid classic pastas such as penne.

This is place should always be on your go to list if your craving for some delicious italian course! Their homemade pasta is one of the best pastas ive had so far as a suggestion do not go for too classy mocktails as that isnt really their forte. Stick to italian dishes and im sure ur going to love it as for salads also i guess you all wont be very pleased but ya if ur there make sure to have their tiramisu! The best in the city i can vouch that!

We had Penne Primavera All' Arrabbiata Pasta. (Saying it in an Italian accent š). It was delectable and more on the tangy side. The amount served in a single plate is enough for two people. And yes the prices are on the higher side.

From my past experience at Serafina in Hyderabad, I was confident of being served good Italian at this outlet in Quest mall. As expected, I wasn't disappointed.
The pastas here are without a doubt amazing and so are the prices ( high-price alert!).. It's a good place to go out on a romantic date though ;-)
They have both buffet and ala carte options. Coming to food, I fell in love with the chicken lasagne (oozing with cheese, butter and minced chicken - creamy, heavy and heavenly!!!) and ham wrapped chicken rolls in appetizers - different taste but yummy nonetheless . Also, the complimentary basket with baked breads is really nice. Service is good too. Do check out their chef special menu too - parmesan crusted chicken with spinach and veggies and shrimp spaghetti were amazing!
Overall, Serafina is a great place to enjoy Italian cuisine once in a while. Probably if it wasn't too expensive, I'd frequent more often.

Kolkata was always lacking these branded eateries. Serafina serves the finest Italian food in Kolkata but unfortunately many a times weāve had mixed experiences here. The seating is extremely uncomfortable though and the tables are too close to each other, you can literally hear even if the next table is playing Chinese whispers ! Must try - apple and goat cheese salad, Gorgonzola ravioli, penne in vodka sauce, truffle pizza and the worlds best Tiramisu for sure... overall itās satisfactory and the staff are friendly too...

Serafina is a place that I wanted to visit since a long time but was unable to visit because of the renovation..and it definitely was worth the wait. The ambience is very nice..a nice cosy dinner for two..for the perfect romantic evening..this is a place that you may consider..they have little tealights on each table for the candle light dinner effect..but I think the overall lights are a little too bright for it.. nevertheless, the pizza is really nice and so are the drinks so a little extra light lifts your mood! The staff is very courteous and they bring each course in sufficient time so that you do not miss out on your conversation. A scooter outside also helps you add something to your Instagram post!

The place serves authentic Mexican and Italian cuisine and believe me when I say this, their pasta was so so delicious. I would say one of the best in town. Also, they give you a complimentary basket of assorted breads with butter which is refillable. The mocktails were also very standard.

Had an amazing lunch, I think I ordered a bit too much as we couldn't finish it. Food is absolutely outstanding. Specially the aglio olio with prawns. It was an absolute delight. The pizza was unlike any other. The bar was a bit of a let down. The beverages came after the food, I didn't understand why it would take so long to get three drinks ready when the restaurant wasn't even busy. They need to check their air conditioning as its centralized and due to heat water condensation drops out of the acs and on to the tables. Sit in the center to avoid any mishaps. Overall a good place, alfresco dinning experience. They have made it like a open floor now. Not sure if that's a good or a bad thing to have it in a mall which has poor space management. The truffle tasted so good that I felt like having all ,by my own
Tiramisu : this is yet again my favourite dessert !!it made up of coffee and cream cheese !! The flavour was extremely rich and good

The only flaw I found was the truffle was little expensive and slightly a pocket pinch but yes I do realise that truffle cheese

The pizza was awesome and so was the chocolate ganache.
The staff was very polite and courteous. They also cared to share the combo offers, which actually were some very value for money combos.

As usual it was a great experience in Serafina last Wednesday when we had a small get together. As u expected the food was good enough. All though it is little expensive but the quality u will never get in kolkata. Coming to the service part. It was really very nice. After hearing a lot about this place I went there after my movie at inox quest . Undoubtedly they serve the most amazing authentic thin crust pizza that actually tastes super good and like a thin crust should be. The ravioli main course dish was also really very nice .
We tried to book through Dineout but was showing full so we tried directly & manage to get a table. The staff was courteous, friendly & helpful. The service was prompt & the food served was hot.

Ordered Bruschetta and Pepperoni Pizza. Bruschetta was really tasty and the goat cheese used in it complimented its taste. Pizza was also good but the pepperonis were little over cooked it seems. Price is a bit of higher side.

The menu is small but everything on it is delicious. I really liked the steak, it was well cooked. The staff is also very courteous. The flavours were very authentic and not altered to āCalcutta/Indianā taste.

If you are here.. do not miss out on Tiramisu, it is a must have.
The Restaurant is placed inside the Quest Mall and has a very attractive n comfortable atmosphere. This is a great place to have quality Italian food. Their special vegetarian pizza is a must. There is generally a wait time and they take a bit longer to serve the order. Also it is a bit expensive with an average of Rs 600 - Rs 9,00 per head expense without drinks.

We've been going to Serafina from the time it first opened. Their quality has remained good throughout. The kids knew exactly what they wanted, some things were not mentioned on the menu, but they made it for us and packed up what was left for us to bring back home.

Featured here are Minestroni Zuppa (Soup), Spaghetti Alla Vodka (Pasta) and Petto Di Pollo Griglato E Pepe Nero (Grilled Chicken Breast and Black Pepper Sauce). The only downside I feel is that the prices in comparison to the portions is a bit high.
Top floor, quest mall. Wow is the word you can utter. Food category continental and Italian variations. Superb presentation. A one stop place for Italian taste buds consideration. Pastas here is awesome. Serves premium alcohol. Baked fishes like bhetki in Italian style is a great fusion.. Best part you can leave smiling if you taste mind blowing dessert ....that is thiramisu ..it's the best here
A restaurant with nice ambience .Serves italian nd continental food items.All dishes are nice to taste .But the prices might pinch the pockets . The table decor is stylish specially the oil bottle ! I liked the Sphagetti nd Tiramusu with the perfect coffee flavour .

We visited Serafina today for lunch in search of authentic Italian food and we weren't disappointed.
We ordered a Ricotta and Spinach stuffed Ravioli to start with. The pasta, the filling and the sauce were all very well balanced and delicious.
Next we called for a Spaghetti Carbonara. I was worried I would be stuck with pasta in a mess of white bechamel sauce as is the norm in the city but was pleasantly surprised and relieved by the egg yolk-cream-parmesan liaison the spaghetti was tossed in along with flavourful bacon bits.
This was followed by the Pepperoni Pizza which was perfect in terms of the thin base, the quality of meat as well as the seasoning of the marinara. Simply beautiful.
And finally we ordered for a Spaghetti Bolognese. This was great too but i felt this was the weakest link in our meal. The meat ragout could have had more texture for sure.
The only reason for not giving this place five stars is that I felt the price in comparison to their portion sizes were quite disproportionate. A portion of pasta that costs Rs 1200+ is barely enough for even one person. I also felt the wait time for the food was pretty long considering we were the only other table seated at the time and the bread basket offered to us while we waited contained 4 tiny bread rolls for the four of us. I observed through the afternoon that the same number was given to all tables that came, whether they were 4 people or 1 person.
Overall I felt the food here was authentic, delicious and the ingredients sourced were uncompromised. However it failed to feel value for money despite its fantastic food due to its portion sizes and lack of few touches. I would however recommend going here for the food for sure when you are feeling particularly generous.
