Located on the third floor of the forum mall, TGI Fridays is pretty popular with the regulars of the mall.
Styled like an American Diner, with old American pop hits playing, it tries to make you feel like you are in one of those eating establishments that are scattered around in US. It looks tastefully decorated but nothing over the top.
About the safety, temperatures were not taken, however, seats were sanitized. The place was not crowded. The servers were all wearing masks and there was no congregation between them. I don't think one needs to be worried about safety if one is visiting this place.
They are noticably working with a small staff size, so service times are a bit slow but sometimes it became even difficult to grab their attention, which was a little offputting.
However, when they indeed come and talk with you, they are extremely polite. They know what they are talking about. So if you are open to try something new in drinks, please let them guide you. You will be very pleasantly surprised. On the other hand, the food was not the greatest.
They keep running offers, so call ahead and check what is going on. It's a nice place to hang out. Recommended for a nice afternoon chill session with friends.
The food was great as it has been since last 10 years. But Zomato has given it rating of Max Safety which is not justified. The bartender wasn’t wearing gloves/mask. I could even see kitchen staff not wearing gloves and they were lacking on COVID measures.
The fish and chips and pizza is really recommendable . The ambience is equally amazing to sit back and relax and have the delicious food. The prices are slightly high.
This was in my wishlist for a long time. I loved the ambience of this place. Also, the staff were courteous. The manager himself talked to us and asked for our feedback. And coming to the food, the food tasted really well. The beef was well cooked and it was one of the best beef steak u had.

Went there yesterday for a late lunch.
Happy to say that they are following all the health and safety guidelines related to the covid 19.
It was almost empty at the time we visited, so the ambience was really nice and comforting, with not-too-loud music playing in the background.
What we ordered:
Strawberry Lemonades
Sweet and spicy boneless Chicken wings (I'd recommend going with bone-in wings; these were like chicken pakoras rather than wings, although it tasted good)
Margherita pizza with extra cheese
Tenderloin steak in Jack Daniel's sauce
There was a slight misunderstanding while ordering the steak. We asked for it to be cooked medium-rare; but the server heard it as medium-well and what we actually got was more like a well done steak. We expressed our disappointment at this, and the chef was very courteous to replace it with another steak this time cooked to medium-rare. Although it wasn't the best steak I've ever had, full marks to them for their attitude and commitment.
The rest of the food was pretty good. Especially liked the strawberry lemonade.
I went there because of a corporate meet. Nowadays no one even cares to ask you for a glass of water but their staff is really well behaved and offered me a glass of water on his own. The manager Mr Sinha was also very polite and was a gentleman the service is great that I know will visit this Elgin branch for dining surely and I know the food will also not disappoint me.

They are indeed very popular for their fast food (especially pizzas) and mocktails / cocktails of course!
Ordered a Classic American Veggie Pizza for dine in and was pretty content with the overall experience!
Thin crust pizza topped with Mozzarella cheese, onions, tomatoes, sweet corn and black olives – well baked and served to us with swag! They use exotic cutleries for serving their patrons! Good thing was they did not over-power the taste with excessive mozzarella!
We added some oregano seasonings and red chilly flakes to this and thoroughly enjoyed our meal!
Unbelievable to see the pin-point hygiene - indeed a rarity in these difficult times! Ambience is just top notch – have a bite, enjoy the music and relish the ambience!
Service is flawless – the guy at the entry point was a one-man army – attending customers, taking orders, serving the check ……… Nice to see the outlet being run by trained staff!
Only concern is the high pocket pinch!
Overall, very happy to see a brand live up to it’s name!

Went here wayy before the lockdown started(obviously). Started off with the Wing sampler, where you get 4 diff types of wings along with their respective dips; it was hands down the best dish of the day and recommend it to everyone although it is a bit pricey. Next we had Hangover burger and Ultimate Friday's burger- don't remember much details about the taste to be honest, but the patties were juicy and I liked them well enough. Last we finished it off with the Tenderloin steak, which was a huge let-down after all the previous dishes. The steak itself was a thick slab of meat, not what you'd call a typical steak cut, and even after you cut it into bite-sized pieces it remained chewy and tough. We washed it down with the Ultimate Electric LIIT and the Blackberry LIIT.
All the food items are very tasty but i like most chicken cheese ball so much yummyyyy .. behaviour of staffs are good.. Full hygiene..
Tgi is located in forum mall , 2nd floor . This place is one of my favourites. It has a wonderful staff team, a lovely ambience nd the food taste, quality nd quantity is out of the world! Have tried almost everything on menu as i visit the place frequently , must try the sizzling brownie obsession which is their speciality from the dessert section, must try caribbean seafood,parmesan crusted chicken nd from the drinks cosmopolitan,mojitos. Also, they have an additional kids menu which is worthy of tatse nd price.

Love the ambience of the place... It's quite beautiful... The staffs are very well behaved... But the service is very slow... Food is undoubtedly good here... Quality is top notch but the quantity is bit low considering the price of the dishes... We had some of the dishes and some cocktails too... Taste wise each and every dishes are awesome... But what I loved the most is the Freak Shake... It was just outstanding... I must recommend this place to all the foodies out there... Pocket pinch is very high...
This place has an ambience which is very different in two different situations. When this place is packed it has a very different ambience compared to when there are less people around. Both of them are one of the best in the town. Well the food was delicious. We stacked up on a combo offer where we ordered blackened fish and chicken quesadilla. But the best part was Tenessee Chicken Wings accompanied with a pint of Budweiser Magnum.

The food here is definitely commendable and when it comes to the taste, it's divine! The delicacies they serve are top notch in terms of flavour, aroma & presentation. Though the pricing is definitely on the higher end, the quality food that you get sums it up for it! Nevertheless, the ambiance also suits the place relating to the sumptuous food they serve! We ordered some of their signatures and were definitely blown away by the food that was offered! Loved the perfectly curated dishes! Therefore, a perfect place to sit, chill, relax with your near and dear ones over great food & drinks! Service is quick with an energetic vibe all around. In love with this place totally. Serves Mexican, American, Continental , pizza and seafood .
Loved the Fish and chips , it was very filling and delicious. Rich in protein and spic . Soft inside, crispy outside. On the other hand , the Chipotle pepper chicken pizza . This was big consisting of around 6 pieces , filled with cheese and small chicken chunks.
Overall this place is amazing. A place with a very good reputation. Really enjoyed here .

Good, tasty, wholesome TexMex food in a nice ambience. Courteous staff. An improved version of Chilli's would be an apt description. Their Tenesse sauce previously known as Jack Daniels sauce which was a thick brown dip accompanying the snacks sweet , with a hint of pineapple and onion was a personal favourite. We had chicken quesadilas, chicken cheese ball, spicy chicken burger, salad and hot and spicy chicken wings. All items were perfect in taste, quantity and quality. Peach and basil cooler was excellent.
Loaded Nachos were amazing. Mozzarella sticks, Quesadilla were quite VFM. Signature Long Island Ice tea, and their Ultimate version was good, along with their full bar. Separate Smoking lounge.
The Steak is a must try. I think the TGIF Steak is the only steak that tasted right. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I have visited TGIF multiple times and it has never disappointed me.
TGI Friday's is a brand and it lives up to its name for sure. Great place, delicious food, awesome ambience.

We had a good experience at this beautiful and spacious cafe.The music,food,ambience..etc everything is good.They have recently launched a very very reasonable lunch menu(Mon - Fri) (2pm - 5pm) which is Rs.199 for 2 Course and Rs.299 for 3 Course.It is like 1 starter,1 main course and 1 dessert in 3 course and don't take dessert if one opts for 2 course.We went for veg one and it was worth ordering.In main course We had Cheese quesadillas and in Starters we ate tacos.Both the items were very good and tasty.Quantity was also good.They also give you complimentary Soft drink in big glass.

Of all the American restaurants, TGIF is always top notch. We ordered Meat Lovers pizza and Chipotle Yucatan Chicken salad and I must say the pizza was hands down, the best Pizza I've ever had!! The food was delectable. Relished it. The ambience is also great. Excellent service. Loved how we were warmly welcomed by their staff.
Tried out on of their combo pack for the very first time and I must say it was really good. The ambience is very soothing. This place has got me high expectations and I hope to visit it again.

Visited there on a friday with friends. Obviously for the one on one drinks offers! As usual on Fridays, TGIF was filled up to the brim. Had to wait for a tad bit until someone came to take our order but that's understandable on such a busy day! We had ordered for two classic tenderloins, a parmesan crusted chicken and a Tennessee tenderloin burger for 4 of us. Had 1+1 on beer buckets with that. Amazing afternoon spent. Though it felt overcrowded but 1+1 alcohol offer covers up for that part! Ambience and music feels best for the weekend vibes and the prices are on the same range of other American style steakhouses like Chili's. Would definitely visit again.
Tex Mex themed gastro pub located at 2nd floor of Forum Mall. A little costly, but worth it. We ordered executive lunch platter which is exactly value for money. Wish to try their steak soon.

1)Basil Peach Cooler - Despite being slightly expensive, this mocktail is a must try. It does have a flavor much refreshing. Absolutely amazing.
2)Meat Lovers Pizza - As has been justifiably pointed out by quite a number of food critics, this happens to be the best pizza from the place. The ultimate combination of lamb and bacon is difficult to resist.
Overall, This appears to be quite a trendy place in South Kolkata, but it is essential to note that almost all the items are priced much higher.
No complains regarding the service and quality offered though and thus the place is worth recommending.

This restaurant is situated at Forum Mall, Elgin. We availed the Dineout 50% off offer here, a few weeks ago. Went with a friend in the evening.
We ordered Chicken Quesadilla for starters. It had 5 pieces and was served with salsa and a curd dip. It's basically tortilla wrap filled with chicken pieces, tomato and onion. It was nice but not nice enough for the amount they charge. I've had better ones in other places at half the price. Next we ordered Pepper Roasted Chicken for main course. It tasted amazing. It contains four medium to big sized chicken pieces and comes with veggies and french fries. This dish is more than enough for one person. It can be shared between two. For desserts we ordered Sizzling Brownie Obsession. It had three layers of brownie topped with a scoop of ice cream, drizzled with nuts, caramel and hot caramel sauce. It tasted as delicious as that sounded. The three layers of brownie become a bit difficult to finish after sometime, especially because they provide only one scoop of ice cream. It would taste perfect had there been two scoops.
Overall food quality and food quantity is commendable. Prices are on the higher side. Ambience is really nice. The place is big as well and can accomodate around 50 people easily. Service is nice. Would love to visit this place again.

Visited TGIF to celebrate my Birthday. The guys were awesome and so was the food. Was really touched when they handed over a gift bag to my little niece. This place was mainly located at forum mall. Place very prompt. Interior was amazing. It's a American style bar. Bar counter was mind-blowing. I really love the place. Staffs were nice. The food was finger licking good. Yes definitely recommend.
Had heard a lot about this place and I am so happy I could finally tick it off my bucket list ! I really had a good time overall ,despite the prices being a little heavy on the pockets , it makes up for it by its delicious items , the taste here is quite intricate and makes every penny worth it .We had ordered the infamous Tenderloin Steak with side dish of choice ,Liit , and Draught beer. They had a special menu going on where all the items were priced at 249rupees .That was really cool .
The Tenderloin Steak was the best steak I had ever had till date , juiciest,sofest and perfectly cooked to savour every flavour . It was served with a generous portion of Spanish rice and Mashed potatoes that too tasted heavenly .I highly recommend this .

The place was quiet and relatively empty on a Friday afternoon. We went for lunch at around 2pm.
The ambience was fine. Background music was being played, but it was not overly loud. Me and my friend could still converse at a reasonable volume.
They suggested we go for the options from the BOGO (Buy One Get One) menu, but upon detailed examination, we felt that the normal menu had more attractive options (unsurprisingly).
We ordered chicken wings, calamari rings, pork ribs, and Caldera beer.
The chicken wings were ordinary, nothing to write home about. The calamari rings were extremely cheesy and just about perfect in terms of crispiness, flavour, and quantity.
The pork ribs were very tasty, and the meat fell off the bones quite easily. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
The beer was great, but this compliment should go to Caldera, and not to TGI Fridays.
The washroom was quite old and not very well-maintained. This is something they need to look into.
The bill was quite heavy on the pocket, and we were saved because of the Dineout discount. Not a place you can visit regularly, that's for sure.
A good Resturent to be if you like American food and beverages. Booze options are also quite larg (based on my inexperienced view)
Food : must try meat lovers pizza, shrimp pasta, double burger, brownies.
Ambience : if you like loud music place evening is the best time, for a cozy and peaceful time brunch is perfect!
Cons : in evening sometimes music gets too loud and can be irritating for anyone.
Omg ... The best part was their live music.. the choice of songs and the singer ... really impressive. Loved their food ...the taste of the mashed potato was unique( sounds funny) but the sizzler was a must try dish... A bit costly but worth the money.
Located in the 2nd floor of Courtyard Forum near Elgin Road, a quite classy place to visit. You can do your shopping from some of the best brands here and go in for a drink and dinner to this place. The place has a great vibe, good food clubbed with best service and atmosphere. You can sit and sip drinks at the bar enjoying the matches during the happy hours for relaxing. We had a beer and Sangria(1+1 for happy hours as suggested) along with fried Calamari and Fish and chips as starters followed by a medium rare Classic beef steak and finally a caramel hot brownie with ice cream. Quantity is good and the quality of taste is great. So not to worry of the price. Anyone will return happy from this place. A great place to visit.

Loved the food as usual and TGIF is always one of my favourite cause of the great ambience as well as super tasty foods that they serve. We were again quite happy with the welcoming atmoshphere of this place. Mr. Biswajit Sinha took care of our today's dinner and served us real well, couldn't thank him enough for being so polite, kind and easy with us.
Also thanks to Mr. Monty for giving us such nice discounts on the food.
Overall great experience as usual.

This is located on the 2nd floor of the forum courtyard mall. One of the busiest and most popular places in the area.
We went on a Sunday afternoon and as expected, the place to be crowded. Firstly the atmosphere is awesome. There was a live music performance and it was really good. The smoking room, AC and toilets all are fine.
The helpers and staff (Vandana) are very polite and attentive and she cleared all our doubts regarding the menu. We ordered Chicken Quesadilla, Pepperoni Lamb and Bacon Pizza, Champion BBQ Pork Chops and Friday's Whiskey Glaze wings. For the drinks we went for beer, so we ordered Caldera Craft Beer and KF Draught Beer Megamug.
Coming to the taste and quantity, to be precise they are really tasty. My only concern is the quantity vs price for the items are a mismatch especially for the pizza and wings although they were very tasty.
On the top of it we had a 20% discount from Swiggy Dineout so that helped as well.
Overall this is a place surely worth visiting with friends or as a couple.

I went there with 10 of my friends for my birthday party, the staff gave me a free dessert of my choice as it was my birthday. It's a little pricey but I would definitely recommend this place! It's always happy hours with TGIF!!!
Decent restaurant with variety of American Cuisine options. It was my first visit to this place and felt the service was great. But felt the food was a bit overpriced and also portions were very less compared to the price. The Fish and Chips, Quesedila were decent but didn't like the others. Also the place has blaring music playing from all directions making the dining experience very uncomfortable.

A great place to have drinks and continental food in the city..the ambience is great and cozy, the drinks menu is vivid and one can find beer to hard booze all the way.. exclusive vegetarian menu is also another great offering for veggie lovers, steaks and ribs are there speciality. Service and hospitality is great and prompt. In house smoking room is a great add on..
Happy hour is another great advantage for booze lovers and young groups to have a pocket friendly booze party over there.
