What I ordered - Italian Baked Sizzler
.
The food was nice. Everything was properly cooked, not too much not too less. Ambience was also great!!
In picture Italian Sizzler from cream centre, Ballygunge, Kolkata. the pasta in it is amazing, so is noodles. The french fries are crispy and a little burnt taste adds on to the taste. The presentation looks nice and also quantity is nice so doesn't hurt the pocket pinch.
Manchow soup was also great.
Chef's special sizzler could have been better.
Staff is very courteous.
Tip: if you take time to eat it just get the whole served coz it gets burnt if left on platter for long.
Located just few a distance from the Ballygunge station, Cream Centre is a newly opened restaurant and a real fancy place for dining. However, finding the place is a bit difficult as it is quite far from the Ballygunge-Gariahat connecting main road.
Coming to the quality of food and the menu, the restaurant is pure veg and offers a variety of veg items to select from and each having its own unique taste. The food quality is really good, plating is neat and fancy, however, there are less dessert items to select from.
Staffs are courteous and well behaved. The interior is beautifully decorated with an outdoor dining facility as well. The area is huge and the ambience is really peaceful. Overall, the restaurant is definitely worth of numerous visits.
Heartbroken it’s not there at Elgin anymore ! 😢
Salt lake cream centre is there instead , this space is smaller than the aforementioned but no compromise in quality 🥳
One looking for party bookings should definitely consider this place -
👌reasonable price for unlimited food and drinks
👌courteous staff
👌promptness
👌Bhatoora
👌chhole
👌nachos
👌 chhole bhatoora again !
The food here is tasty. They really have a huge variety on the overall menu. The ambience is amazing. It's a great place to visit with friends and family.
For foodies who r veggie , its a paradise . Great spread of items and awesome taste , topped with fast service . Must visit for every veggie lover . Thank you Creme Center
The place usnice and calm..a gud place to hangout for pure veg ppl.
We ordered:
The big nachos which was really delicious
The italuan baked sizzler was also nice
The paneer ka baap sizzler was average
Overall its nice place and food is filling
Have been here many many times by now. Love their Bug nachos, Paneer ka baap sizzler, Dal tadka, Kulcha, alloo Methi paratha platter, baked macaroni, orange ice cream soda, tutti frutti. Have been a huge fan of this place because of the taste and also mainly because they serve only vegetarian food. They also make amazing Biryani.
Vegetarians' paradise! Loved the pizza. The Macaroni is filled with a hearty amount of cheese and my favourite from this place. The cold coffee wasn't too special. Great for family dinners.
Went there a couple of times with my family. Very expensive but the food is worth it. The staff were polite and it was a nice experience altogether.
This comes under my favourites list. It’s like the oldest place in town to serve best Of different cuisines. My special would be their Italian sizzler with everything cheesy included in it, though I prefer to make arabiata sauce changed to mix sauce. And obviously then there is their famous big nachos (gosh, so cheesy) Also, I could just have their daal makhani with plain roti and love it. Well, I’ll never stop if I keep describing their every dish. But just a warning, my recommendation is order anything except their mac and cheese- I don’t know but that dish though looks good doesn’t tastes so.
Cream centre is known for sizzler it's Italian sizzler is very tasty however if you don't like spicy food then you might find chowmien a bit spicy.
Ragapatties- it is a Mumbai dish with Cream centre twist and is a must try. I also tasted America cheese corn ball and chilli cheese toast both were very cheesy and tasty
Always worth going to this place. Any item that I have ever tried in cream centre has always been satisfying to me. It has always maintain its food quality and Also the service.
Cream centre is one the best veg restaurants in Kolkata the ambience is classy and the food is LOVE!!!!
it also serves delicious jain food which is a plus point. The food is just awesome.

Penne paprika cheese pasta
The ambience here is quite good. This place is for family and friends, you can try different things out here. Though there is not much in the menu.
Items I have tried here:
Cheese balls.
Italian baked sizzler.
Garlic naan.
Biryani.
And two different kind of sabji.
There was a sabji which was mixed with biryani.
The food is delicious. The staff is polite and respectful. The ambience and dining experience is great and I loved it. The advantage of Zomato gold is present.
Want a pure vegetarian restaurant !!! Visit this place ...!! Serves really good food . From all types of cuisines Mexican ,North Indian as well as fast food.

Ambience -7/10
Service - 5/10
We ordered :
Chef oreintal special sizzler - it was amazing, must try
Half and half pizza ( corny and spicy, overloaded exotica pizza ) - It was nice, crispy and cheesy.
Nachos with Mexican beans - not a dish I would recommend.
American corn cheese balls - if you're into cheese, you could try that, not that amazing
Masala Pani poori ❌❌ - don't try this, I don't know why we did
And obviously, brownie with ice cream, can't end the day without that, can you?

Recently I paid to visit to Cream Centre outlet located at Elgin road to dig my hands into the ongoing paratha and biryani festival.
Cream Centre Kolkata is a vegetarian restaurant which serves an array of delicious vegetarian food. The decor is kept very classy along with dark table and chairs which perfectly contrasted the white background. The muted lights and soft music makes the ambiance very comfortable and relaxing.
I started my meal with the Virgin Mojito and it was very refreshing. Moving on, I tasted the paneer tikka masala paratha and the mughlai paratha from the paratha menu. I personally loved the paneer tikka masala paratha. The stuffing of the paratha had a lot of paneer and the flavour of tikka masala was very prominent in the dish.
I had the Tandoori aloo biryani, Lahori biryani and the Hariyali biryani from the biryani menu. I loved the way Lahori Biryani tasted. From the way it was presented to the aroma it left after opening the pot, everything seemed perfect about this biryani. It made me realize that veg biryani can be delicious too. Another pick from the biryani menu is the Tandoori aloo biryani. The biryani had an enriching flavour of Tandoori aloo. The caramelized onions on the top tasted surreal with the biryani. Moreover, how are you not supposed to like a biryani with an aloo?
We ended our scrumptious meal with the Sizzling brownie paratha. I must say I'll go back for this again. The way chocolate sauce was poured over the paratha made it look divine. The taste was undoubtedly delicious.
I had a very good time at Cream Centre. Do not miss the paratha and biryani festival as they have a lot to offer. Each and every dish from the ongoing festival is very uniquely crafted. Looking forward to my next visit very soon.
The STAFF AND FOOD IS AWESOME. Cream centre's Foid is tastyy.
They are very polite .
The food is also crazy
It is great to be over over here
I visited them previously... And I personally love their Sizzlers... But today I went to attend the "The Biriyani & Paratha Festival"... And it was an amazing experience all over...
The place is big with comfortable seating arrangements... Also they are running a beautiful photo exhibition...
The service is extremely satisfying and the staffs are very courteous too...
Coming to the food... Do try...
"Italian Chilli Cheese Paratha", "Veg Mughlai Paratha" from the Paratha menu and "Hariyali Biriyani" and "Lahori Veg Biriyani" from the Biriyani menu...
But don't forgot to try the "Sizzling Brownie Paratha"... Yes, You heard it right... And it will simply going to be more out of the world wala experience for you for sure...
Pocket pinch is very very acceptable...
So, don't be late... Do give them a try...
Disclaimer: This review is based on invitation from the Cream Centre Management...
Awesome food and ambience is also good simple but classy the fact which makes it special and running is only good food and service ambience is average
this has been a wonderful experience.... ambience is good... so is the food.. courteous staff...
this has been one of the most wonderful and memorable birthday... although the celebration was not allowed but they went out of their way and let us celebrate our heart out with our customized arrangements and decorations....three cheers and kudos to akash kumar das for his amazing service... such employee can obviously retain clients with their behaviour and services and bring more and more clients for the restaurant...
The biriyani is super yum 😋. The aroma will leave your mouth watering. The quantity of the biriyani is also good. Raita with biriyani is fresh and soothing😊
One of the best places for pure vegetarians!! The food is absolutely scrumptious! Especially the chole bhature, if you’re a fan of dilli ke chole bhature, this is the closest you can get here in kolkata! Also must try, the loaded nachos! Its super filling!
Pizza is also very good !
Only drawback is, the place gets congested and noisey quite easily, but the service is still well managed!
This place is located just opposite forum mall. Food is worth trying. Cheese balls and nachos are lip smacking. Pizza is good as well. Loved my first visit here..I would refer this place to all. Ambience is soothing as well.
Definately revisiting this place
Loved the chole Bhature and chat
Failed to capture pics of chat was soo tempting so.

One of the few places that serves amazing vegetarian sizzlers
The food was served hot.
Ordered manchow soup, italian sizzler-one of its best, panner shashlik sizzler.
Loved the experience of truly great vegetarian meal at Cream Centre. Even the basic street food was done with great flair and authenticity. Loved the Puchkas and Paav Bhaji. All time favourite Chana Bhatura. Great consistency and super value for money. This restaurant is located perfectly near Forum mall to go shopping and have a delicious food at this restaurant. The food out here is really good. Must try is Bombay ragda. The dining mats here are full of puzzles and find the differences, so its fun to solve them. In desserts, the triple chocolate is yumm. The food is very tasty and all our wishes (we eat without onion and garlic) are fulfilled. Rice was very spicy and when we say to stuff they brought plain one. Very good stuff. Nice interiors, very good surroundings and overall the restaurent is very good and you should go for it. It is worth the price.
Cream centre is one of the best veg restaurants in Calcutta. If you are a veg lover and you go all Gaga over sizzlers, this is the best place for you. Awesome sizzlers and a wide variety of options are available. The food is delicious and it's pocket friendly too. A perfect place to hang out at with both friends and family. #Sizzler love#cream centre love
Awesome food .. well cream centre is always been my favourite. But here the service was too good and sizzling Rabdi jalebi was awesome .. loved it
Very pleasant ambience. The restaurant staff is also very courteous. The food is amazing. One must try the Big Nachos here. Never had nachos as good as these. 5 stars.
If you are looking for a restaurant that serves great vegetarian dishes, then you are in for a treat. This place is at a walks distance from Forum Mall and can be easily located without any difficulty.
The ambiance is great ,this is not the first Cream Center restaurant I have been to therefor i can say that it does match upto the hype of Cream Center restaurants across the country. The food did not take much time to be prepared.
We had nachos Then going on to the main course we had Paneer Makhani , Paneer Tikka Masala along with Tandoori Roti. It was tasty also the preparation was great and mesmerizing to the eyes.
For the desert part we had the Fruit Factory and Triple Chocolate Sundae.

Amazing ambience.Loved the food.Must try!
Staffs are quite friendly.
Would suggest you to try sizzler.Chola Bharata is also good.
Great place for family dinner!

The food was really nice and the service too. Visited for the first time and was highly pleased with the sizzler and the coffee. A must visit with friends or even with family .
The place is very good for a family outing. Each dish is made with care. The staff is also very courteous. Would definitely visit again.

Vegetarian joint Cream Centre serves everything from sizzlers, tikkas to pastas and more. With an aromatic, informal ambience, you can dig into your favourite cuisine, only at this Mumbai franchise. Located in the most happening area of kolkata, cream centre has silently creeped up the list with its lipsmacking food catering to all jain and non jain people across the city.
Stuffs we tried:
1) Paneer Ka Baap SizzlerUndoubtedly the baap of all sizzlers, it is a sinful combination of their best-selling sizzlers. We all are tikka fans, and this platter has every kind of tikka you can think of — original paneer tikka, lal mirch tikka, kali mirch tikka, hariyali paneer tikka, and tandoori salad. Their steamed rice is drizzled with aromatic cashew-onion sauce, and black pepper sauce, adding an exotic element, and giving a multi-cuisine feel. Heath-bugs, you can pig on their delicious veggies, and mint chutney too.
2)Penne Paprika cheese pasta:
seriously one of their speciality, the paprika gives a very strong flavour to tanginess of the pasta and in fact goes well together. served with english vegetables , this dish is a must try for all the foodies.
3)Three Kharis:
i do hope everyone is aware of Khari biscuit( the crispy and lightest morning biscuit), Cream centre has fused khari biscuits with different toppings giving it a new makeover altogether. the toppings are corn & spinach, cheese & bell pepper and paneer & cheese. Each of it tasted very good.
4)Strawberry and Basil Mojito –
This was quite refreshing and well made.
i really like strawberry so it standed out for me out of the two beverages which i ordered.
5) Citrus Mojito-
The flavours were well mixed and the peach added reduced the sourness of the drink and gave it a mild yet refreshing taste. I enjoyed sipping on this.
the staffs were very courteous and the service was also very prompt. Every one were updated with the menu and had no problems whatsoever explaining the stuffs. so yes, this is a plus point. Kudoos to the team
I have always believed that a restaurant can only stand out when there is a constant balance between quality and consistency.
Cream centre for me has always been one of those to top the above mentioned category.
The quality of food, courteous staff and warm hospitality speaks volumes about the Brand.
Serving vegetarian food is quite a challenge if you ask me especially in a city dominated by carnivores.
But Cream centre seems to have lived up to that challenge by providing quality food and hospitality over the past few years.
From Italian to North Indian Sizzlers to bambaiya chaats, their genre of food is quite amusing.
Ps: Do try the penne paprika cheese pasta and pav bhaji if you haven't tried it already.
One of my favourite places for a unique cuisine. Family restaurant and delicious food. Just one problem when it is crowded the service becomes very slow.
Very very very delicious veg food! At very low price, you will get much better food. Taste is fabulous, no matter what price was! We enjoyed lunch.
It has been a longtime wish to visit this place but somehow could never happen.
The ambience is pretty ordinary and nothing so great. As we settled down, ordered for cheese balls, chilly cheese toast, paneer tikka, chilly cheese misal pav. This was followed by sizzlers and brownie. Each and every food item tasted great. It's a heaven for foodies and cheese lovers. Absolute delightful experience.
Absolutely loved their Indian food.
One of the few places that serves amazing vegetarian sizzlers
The food was served hot
The staff is a little inattentive even when the crowd was less we had to call them twice or thrice to actually grab their attention
Also ordered the orange icecream soda it tastes really nice and the quantity is more than sufficient for 2.
Also try the cheese balls and the big nachos (one of the best items on their menu)
Cream Centre is a Pure Vegetarian Restaurant, serving many types of cuisines ranging from pastas to sizzlers, from their famous nachos to chola bhatura. This place is a must visit for every Vegetarian as well as Non Vegetarian person. What we ordered:-

The perfect place for all the vegetarians in Kolkata. We had tried their Tandoori Aloo, Nachos with Cheese , Hot n Sour Soup , Fresh Mint Mojitos and Dal makhni. The dal makhni was just out of the world. The place has soothing ambience and can accommodate quite a few people.
Cream Centre is an ideal place for people who have a Vegetarian Appetite.Pure Family Restaurant. The ambience is simple and place is spacious too.Coming to the food We had their signature “Italian Sizzler” which tasted heaven and it’s a must order if one loves spicy stuff.Next came “Peshawari Paneer” with “Masala Kulcha” which is actually a slow cooked paneer subzi. It was mouthwatering.Really loved it.
Service was good. Its a place worth coming again. Most of the items are reasonably priced and some were of premium end but the taste and quality is top notch.
After 1207 reviews for this extraordinary centre I am just trying to give some of my likings for this place..
Starting from the reaching convenience it's quite easy to find this place on the street of ablyen.
This place makes correct the proverb "Don't judge a book by its Cover" because from outside anyone will find this place small but u can't believe if I say they can serve 140 people at a time. And with some extra awesome ambience with live sports screening and nicely painted wall painting.
From ambience now comes to the food anyone will start liking vegan if comes to this place once they have some extraordinary varieties of Veg specialised Foods..
1. Three Khari - Don't judge by its name it's a crispy Khari biscuit toppings paneer tikka, cheese corn, cheese veg..
2. Bambaiya Pav Bhaji Sizzler - Might u had tasted Pav Bhaji but it's quite unique it is a Pav Bhaji sizzler with a mind sizzling taste.
3. Paneer Ka Baap Sizzler - It's a with some huge amount paneer sizzler with different versions of paneer
served with steamed rice.
4. Hydrabadi Hare Masale Ka kofta - It is a paneer kofta with hare Masale(methi is quite dominated) in hydrabadi style with tandoori roti.
5. Classic Cheese Double Baked Macoroni- Turely it's like icing on the cake on our menu the amount of cheese is quitely dominated. In one word "taste buds boggling".
6.Triple chocolate sundae and fruit factory.. This one u will have to come here and try it once.
After this visit From a Non-Veg Food Lover to Vegan.. This joint has changed my mindset..
Bon appetit 😀

Very rarely i talk about a vegetarian place but when the place is super duper with the kind of Vegan food quality and taste then there has to be talks about it.
7 years is quite a long time for any restro or cafe to make their name heard and Cream Centre is one from them who is very fortunate to celebrate their 7th anniversary.
Yes i am talking about Cream Centre Kolkata which comes up in the city located at Allenby Road opposite road of Forum Mall.
They have got a beautiful ambiance with soft sitting as well as separate cabins for small groups of 4 to 5 people.
If we talk about their service so its a 4.5/5 from me. Staff is very courteous and quick to their feets.
Lastly the food here has got a combination of North Indian, Mexican, Italian, Fast Food. The menu looks so versatile and wanting.
They have got the delicious street foods in the lights of Pav Bhaji, Puchka and Ghugni Tikki. In the main course you have something which wont let your eye blink from the food.
Talking about my evening so it started with a refreshing and energetic drink in form of Ice Tea.
Later it started to pouring deliciousness on the table and at the first place we had everyone's own
=> Asli Makhan Pav Bhaji : Who dosent love Pav Bhaji and ladies are die hard Pav Bhaji fans. You get to see this whenever you go to a market but when you get the same in here with such a decent price and excellent quality like this then who can even resist. Rs. 99/- only
=> Penne Paparika Cheese Pasta : Another Superhit dish on the table which is another most wanted dish. Whether Red sauce or white or Mixed it tastes great in all attires. The Pasta looked so appealing and tasty with the complementing breads. Rs. 239/-
=> Dum Matka Peshawari Paneer with Stuffed Kulcha : Peshawari Paneer is one of my loved veg dish and with stuffed kulcha that taste heavenly. The gravy was and the paneer was soft as it can be. Rs.219+99/-
=> Sizzling Brownie fundae : Lastly we had the classic Brownie burning in the hot choco sauce and it was cooling down with the vanilla ice cream. Cant express.
For the Pure Vegans and for the non vegans too this place is too good and with the redesigned menu the menu looks even more wanting. Drop in here and enjoy some vegetarian delights.

Good, tasty and reasonable vegetarian food is what Cream Center, Elgin is famous for. We visited is casual dining restaurant couple of days back for some evening food fiesta. Thank you DelishCherishRelish for the voucher. We were really stuffed eating these items and promised to return for desserts after a while.
In picture:
Strawberry and Basil Mojito - This was refreshing and well made.
Citrus Mojito-The flavours were well mixed and the peach added reduced the sourness of the drink and gave it a mild yet refreshing taste. I enjoyed sipping on this.
Three Kharis-- An Indian biscuit preparation with three different toppings of corn & spinach, cheese & bell pepper and paneer & cheese. Each tasted different and is a newbie on their menu. It's a fusion preparation.
Penne Paprika Cheese Pasta--Words fall short to explain the taste of this heavenly pasta. The Paprika gives the strong flavour to the tangy tomato sauce. The cheese added to sauce makes it thick yet not too cheesy and heavy. #Highlyrecommended
Paneer ka Baap Sizzler--5 types of flavored Paneer tikka served with rice and vegetables. I personally felt the paneer should have been marinated a little longer because the flavors of the ingredients were not coming out to the fullest.
The staff was courteous and had full knowledge about the items on the menu and gave us the right suggestions on what we should order. Do drop by if you havn't yet visited this vegetarian lovers haven.

Cream Centre celebrates it's 7th anniversary in the city!
CC is a very well known family restaurant, located at Allenby Road serving pure veg delicacies.
I recently visited this beautiful restaurant and tried some of their signature dishes.
We started our meal with some drinks. They were - Peach Iced Tea, Lemon Iced Tea, Virgin Mojito and Cold Coffee.
Let's delve deeper into the menu for the evening.
• Bombay Ragda- This delicious mashed potato patty is served with a side of even tastier channa masala, hara pudina chutney and meethi chutney. This roadside delicacy from Mumbai has been elevated here at cream centre with a filling of peas and indian spices which leaves your appetite kindled for the main course.
• Pav Bhaji Sizzler- This pav bhaji with a western twist was as lip smacking as it was filling. On the sizzling platter we had 2 soft pavs toasted with butter and a spicy potato patty served on a bed of steamed basmati rice as the centre piece. On one side of the platter we had the amazing buttery dense bhaji and on the other were croutons to help wipe the plate clean.
• Penne Paprika Cheese Pasta- This was one of my favourite dishes. The pasta was cooked to perfection and adapted well with the creamy tangy and rich sauce. The dish was served with the traditional side of toasted herb and garlic multigrain bread.
For main course we were served -
✓Dum matka paneer (A yummy tangy and spicy diced paneer curry, cooked in the traditional handi with a flour paste lid.)
✓Hyderabadi style hariyali kofta (sweet minced paneer balls/kofta cooked in a spicy green spinach and garlic gravy.)
With Masala stuffed kulcha and Garlic butter naan. The combination was authentic and divine.
Lastly the desserts -
• The Brownie Sizzler - This was a treat to all our senses. A slice of chocolate and walnut brownie, topped with generous scoops of vanilla Ice cream and finished off with melted hot chocolate syrup poured all over it, all on a sizzling hot plate which decieves a full stomach to eat more!
• The Fruit Factory- This sundae was layered beautifully with a sweet fruit squash on the bottom a mixture of vanilla ice cream scoops and cubed fresh fruits for the body with a shimmering cherry on the top. Nothing gets better!
I've had a fantastic experience at CC, and would recommend it to all my friends and family. And I would urge everyone to not give the Pav Bhaji Sizzler a miss!
The service and hospitality was excellent, which makes this restaurant a must visit!
Good vegetarian food... very good staff.... have been there for lunch with some business colleagues And we all enjoyed the hospitality and food there. There is a good variety of food available.... keep up the quality
Went there to try their sizzlers. Ordered a Chinese sizzler and an Italian sizzler. The Chinese sizzler was too good. A Must visit if you love sizzlers.
Few minutes from the Forum Mall, this pure vegetarian food joint is one of the favourites among the people living near Bhawanipur.
This place has a sitting capacity of approximately 100 people with a very cosy and warm ambience. A perfect place to dine with your family and friends. Private places with individual televisions are also available if you want to enjoy matches with your friends during a meal. They have recently revised the prices to make the bill more pocket friendly. So let’s check out the dishes we tried yesterday!
We ordered-
•Aasli makhhan pav bhaji - Toasted pav bhaji bread loaded with a lots of butter is served with a delicious creamy gravy. The gravy had a twisty tangy taste which turned out to be the perfect companion of the pav bhaji (₹99)
•Bombay Ragda - Ragda Patties is a popular snack served piping hot by the roadside food vendors of Mumbai. This is basically potato patties drowned in ragda which is a gravy with chic peas and spices. It’s another of my recommendations from this place (₹199)
•Bambaiya Pav bhaji sizzler- Asli makhan pav bhaji served with vegetable pulao along with steaming vegetables like peas, onions, tomatoes and potato chips. The cheery on the top of the cake is the frsh gava ghee which is spread on the top of the sizzler! (₹299)
•Penne paprika cheese pasta - This is my personal favourite from this place and highly recommended! Pastas are cooked in a creamy and cheesy sauce with lots of black olives but with a hint of paprika which is the main twist in this dish. The spiciness and the creamyness are perfectly balanced in this dish along with the taste (₹239)
•Hyderabadi hare masala kofta - Soft malai paneer is used to make the koftas and then it is cooked with special hydrabadi masala and vegetables in a creamy gravy (₹179)
•Dum matka peshwari paneer - Cubes of paneer cooked in a lip smacking cashew onion gravy and cream added to it. The paneers are cooked on dum in the delicious fragrant onion gravy (₹219)
•Sizzling brownie fundae - Freshly baked fudgy brownies with walnuts is served with a scoop of vanilla icecream topped with hot chocolate sauce (₹299)
Being a non-vegetarian, it's tough to judge vegetarian places. However, this chain of restaurants makes the task quite easy. Cream Centre have been always my favorite for its vegetarian specialities, and this year it completed 7 years in Calcutta. The restaurant's revised prices are gonna leave you amazed along with the food quality. Very recently I was at Cream Centre, and had ordered the following dishes - Aasli makhhan pav bhaji - INR 99,
Bombay Ragda - INR 199, Bambaiya Pav bhaji sizzler- INR 299, Penne paprika cheese pasta - INR 239, Hyderabadi hare masala kofta - INR 179, Dum matka peshwari paneer - INR 219, Stuffed kulcha- INR 99, Sizzling brownie fundae - INR 299, and The fruit factory- INR 199. Their revised prices makes the billing quite reasonable. Loved the taste and food quality too. Definitely a recommendation from my end.

A 60 years old restaurant having outlets all over India and running an outlet in Kolkata for 7 long years - Cream Centre, and I never got a chance to visit them — few days ago I realised this tragedy!! ☹️ And soon after I decided to visit them to try out their 7th Anniversary Special Menu! It’s one of those rare vegetarian restaurants which runs full house every single day! Yes, you read that right. (Btw it has got huge seating capacity, so it’s not housefull because it’s cramped!) And me being a hard core Non-Vegetarian was super satisfied after my Vegetarian dinner at this place.
Cream Centre Kolkata has been one of the consistently good Veg restaurants in the city and they are truly popular for their best selling dish - Original Channa Bhatura and other Punjabi dishes. The restaurant has already adapted to changing trends and created amazing dishes like the World’s Best Nachos, Mera Sizzler, Bake Me To Heaven and Sizzling Brownie Fundae. On their 7th Anniversary in Kolkata they have introduced a special menu which is a reflection of their popular dishes including classic and contemporary ones co-existing harmoniously.
I really loved the Dal Makhani and Stuffed Kulcha from this special menu. And yes, the Emarald Coriander Paneer was just fabulous, surely do try that. Also I tried the Cream centre magic chats platter, Aasli makhhan pav bhaji, the kharies (paneer, jalepano, corn, cheese) and I liked them all, especially the Pav bhaji was one of the best I have had in Kolkata! Then I had the Paneer ka baap sizzler which was also filling and loaded with fresh paneers! The Penne paprika cheese pasta was not great for my taste buds but then food is subjective and someone may be absolutely loving this. The fruit factory came in the end and wrapped things up on a sweet note. Overall this menu is a must try according to me and especially if you are fond of vegetarian food! I am coming back real soon to this place!
Cheers!
Cream Centre has been spreading its wings across different cities in India such as Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Lucknow, Rajasthan etc. Along with that, it has opened their international outlet in Karama, Dubai. Also, Cream Centre is quite a hit among the vegetarians. I was invited to Cream Centre by a friend of mine for 60 years celebration. This particular outlet of Cream Centre is located at 1 Allenby Road. It’s very easy to reach it here. The lane diagonally opposite to Forum is Allenby Road and that’s where you can easily find Cream Centre.

Bloggers meet at Cream Centre Kolkata
Even being a hard-core meat lover, yesterday’s dinner was so satisfying packed with healthy veggie meals starting from phenomenal Indian Vegan Street foods, Meatless Main Courses meals embraced with global flavours to gloriously rich desserts.
This is my first-time opportunity to visit Cream Centre - a vegetarian restaurant that also serves Jain food located right opposite to the lane (Allenby Road) of Forum Mall. The off-white textured wall, handcrafted lights hanging from the ceiling with long sitting arrangements adds a classy taste to the decor.
The bite to the veggie treats kicked off by the 2 aromatic welcome drinks to slake the thirst
Traditional virgin mint mojito
A perfectly chilled long glass of iced tea
This is followed by some timeless classic party munchies -
Cream centre magic chats platter - Served with Sev and Dahi Batata Puri, Dahi Phucka and Aloo Tikki. Hearty Indian street charts all time favourites with fluffy puris stuffed with ‘chat pata’ mix and drizzle with tangy sweet chutneys.
Aasli makhhan pav bhaji - In few words, superb delicious taste, smooth, yet a chunky texture. This mouth-watering Mumbai Street food has always grabbed a cornerstone for every foodie.
Karari Khari platter - Twist to a traditional puffy pastry topped with 3 variations - lips smacking paneer tikka masala curry, chill cheese curry, corn jalapeños cheese. A perfect Hi Tea snack that adds a taste of happiness to its every bite with a burst of flavours.
Main Courses -
Paneer ka baap sizzler - Delicious and tasty paneer marinated in a tandoori masala grilled to perfection and served on a bed of herbed rice, tangy makhani gravy of bell peppers and fried potatoes wedges.
Penne paprika cheese pasta served with garlic bread - their signature pasta dish. Penne tossed with creamy garlic cheese sauce seasoned with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, paprika and chilli flakes. Tastes truly Italian, very smooth and spicy flavour.
Dal makhani - Authentic flavours from Punjab - Steamed Black Lentils cooked in enough butter, tomatoes and cream. Smooth velvety texture and the flavourful aroma with a blend of its exotic spices touched the buds.
Stuffed kulcha - Soft and crisp delicious Amritsari Kulcha stuffed with spicy potato fillings.
Finally, ending the meal on sweet not, the signature treat - Fruit Factory
A classic combination of three premium sauces - strawberry, pineapple, peach-apricot on the scoops of vanilla ice cream loaded with fruit salad, topped with cream and cherry. Most luscious fruity treat with a perfect viscosity.
Thanks a lot, Prashant Menon and Biman Das for being a gracious host.

My second-time visit to the Cream Centre on the occasion of the vegan cook-off
What better way to spend a lazy weekend afternoon while participating in a cooking competition for the first time with a group of young fellow food bloggers.
Felt very happy to be associated with Cream Center - when they called for vegan cook-off which involved some of the food enthusiasts who are passionate about cooking with all the kitchen and the recipe needs providing and a well-planned judging process as well.
Your love for food doesn't stop just by exploring but stretches a few miles further when you stir up a passion for cooking. But how good I am as a cook always remains a BIG QUESTION MARK. I developed such passion by watching few culinary channels and obsessed with the Western cookery shows of celeb gourmet chefs - Gordon Ramsey, Nigella Lawson which inspired me to build the love for cooking while trying some hands-on in my small kitchen.
The contest kicked off by a live cooking demo of 3 dishes presented by the talented chefs of the restaurant. Post completion of the demo, three teams were formed with 3 contestants in each team. A timeline tied for 45 mins. to complete the 3 flavoursome dishes
Bambaiya Pav Bhaji
Sev Batata Puri
Exotic Veg in Hunan sauce
It was really a fun to cook with my 2 fellow young energetic sweet bloggers - a joyous moment for all of us.
Many many congratulations to the winning team !!!
Thanks a lot, Prashant Menon for being a gracious host and the warm gestures. It's really nice meeting you in person. Admire your venture to keep engaged in the participation for charitable causes and looking forward to extending the hands for the Kerela relief.
Please extend my thanks to the team for their support and warm service.

This is one of those places whom I was referred to visit by my closed ones. To be honest the quality of food was excellent and the ambience was fine too. I opted fr north indian food and the taste was amazing and the service was good too. Overall a nice place to go out for a fine dine out.
I am a frequent customer at Cream Centre And the food is always of good quality. My friend and I enjoy the aloo patees sizzler, it is amazing.
Located in Allenby Road, the Cream Centre is a pure vegetarian family restaurant with good food, prompt service and competitive pricing. The place has Live Musical performance on Wednesday evenings and Karaoke nights on Thursdays. I was there recently on an invitation from the management.
I quite liked their Italian Herbed chilli cheese toast and Pasta in pasta. They have some good mocktails too.
Overall a good place to drop in with your friends and family. Oh and did I mention the paintings that you see in the restaurant are actually part of their art collection and is up for sale.
One of the best vegetarian choices in Calcutta. Situated in the prime location in Elgin road (opposite Country Roads). The ambience is very nice, feels like family restaurant. The food take over everything. Have had few dishes but all were exemplary. Have a look on photos of finger licking food. Sizzling Brownie Fundae is must try.
An ideal place for vegetarians in Kolkata. Serves some great vegetarian delicacies. The place is not packed always so getting a table quickly won't be an area concern, even if you're heading with a big group.
An all time favourite vegetarian restaurant.I love your nachos, chole bhature ,sizzlers, daal makhni and brownie with ice-cream .You also serve Jain food and that is really nice .The kids are busy with your puzzle sheet .Keep moving ahead by adding more delicacies to your menu .
Another great experience ..Kudos and keep up to your taste .
This restaurant is only for pure vegiterian, it has also delicious menu with veg.
From check in to check out, the staff is fantastic. At check in they gave us great information on local restaurants and things happening at the resort for the week. The in house restaurant staff is very accommodating and nice. A breath of fresh air to most places we have been. The outside pool service is great for food and drinks. We used this almost everyday for lunch. The beach at this resort is fantastic as well. At low tide you can see all sorts of things from starfish, crabs, shells, sand dollars, etc. We even found three horseshoe crabs in the tide pools at low tide. We will definitely vacation here again.
Cream centre is a family restaurant and a perfect place for veg lovers!
In my plate-
Sizzling brownie fundae- freshly baked brownie with a scoop of vanilla icecream topped with hot chocolate fudge sauce and nuts served in a sizzling platter is a must try here! ❤️(Rs-349)
The BIG nachos - piled high with beans, onions, lettuce, olives, tomatoes with salsa dressing and special sauce and sour cream was something really different. I liked the crisp nachos but was not that delighted with the stuffing, presentation was something which I loved.🙈(Rs-439)
