One the best places in Kolkata to try authentic Bengali food. The place is a bit over prices comparing to the quantity you get. But taste wise it's a 💯.
Warning: During Durga Puja the original menu is replaced by overpriced meals and so if you're planning to take a Non-Bengali friend, please beware that the normal 350/- thali is offered at 650/- with minor alterations! Not worth it during Pujo.
Dine in place is small. Loved the food its delicious. But one staff was taking wrong orders and serving the food which we didn't order. They are friendly. Interior was a bit different. I liked it. Overall it was a good experience. We ordered prawn cutlet, chicken cutlet, daab chingri, mutton dackb

Went to Hazra branch. It has small capacity. Ordered quite a few items and liked all of them. The items tried were-
1) Fowl Cutlet- 10/10
2) Plain Rice, Aloo Bhaja, Dal - 8/10
3) Shukto - 6/10(taste was good but the item served was cold, if it were lukewarm it would have tasted better)
4) Chicken Da
Totally love with fish. I ordered Bethki fish. I don't like is the amount of greavy they give to you. And bad part is you can not event buy extra greavy.
Rest if good. I don't event like interior so much. But it's ohk. I had lunch over there. That was worth .
The authentic Bengali food here is amazing. I ordered veg food cause it was Saavan time, but please do try their non-veg items they are amazing too. The cows was crazy for non-veg dishes. One bad part was they make you wait for more than 45 mins or so. No early reservations.
Really nice place with some authentic Bengali food. Loved it.
Very small restaurants with 15-16 people can fit comfortably. Average interiors. Service was ok. They recommend for veg/non-veg thali + your favourite dish. Taste was ok as I had better expectations. Price is on a higher side. For good meal for two people, it will cost you Rs. 1800-2000. Would thin
One of the best restaurant for Bengali cuisine. All of you are requested to visit Bhojohari Manna once. It has many branches in Kolkata. A little expensive but the food is great.
Been there many times. One of Bengal's most iconic restaurants. Please visit for authentic Bengali cuisine experience. There are many branches but I like Hazra and Esplanade branches.
The place is good for dining in at any point of time be it lunch or dinner. They have a wide range of nenu to choose from. It's a Bengali restaurant with most the menu being exclusively eaten in West Bengal.
Good, decent place to eat traditional Bengali food.
This is not one of those places where you'd go for the ambience or for aesthetic. This is one of those where you go for good food, good service.
