This is definitely one of my favourite cafes.They have a lovely decor. I am S big fan of their hot chocolate. Also if you are a dessert lover then u must also try their strawberry crumble pie.
What a beautiful place I just couldn't take my eye's off the ambiance every detailing was perfect...comes with the idea of shopping n eating..trust me what else do you need? A classy collection in the store and a yumm menu. By the end I must mention the staff was so good and helpful with my discharged phone and getting a cab for me.

Sienna Cafe is an instagrammer's paradise. The place is beautiful and is a visual treat. I loved the ambience and for a minute, I felt as if I was transported somewhere else - maybe a small bistro in new york or Paris... really it could be anywhere far from this madding crowd. I went in winter with an appetite and I wasn't disappointed. I had the Aglio e olio, roast chicken and the spicy hot chocolate. All the items were beyond expectations and I really had a good time. I also had the date and walnut cake which was a wonderful way to finish the treat my palate had gone through. Highly recommended.P.s. - I keep reading here that it's overpriced. It's priced on the higher side but it's worth every penny.

I went to this cafe on 1st of January. Being new year there was not much of a decoration. But the ambience was still very pretty and bright. It gave us real good vibes. They basically took nature as there ambience and used trees and plants as there props to create such nice, beautiful and such a calm environment. #nature #ambience #good vibes #brightenvironment
Coming to service, it was partially self service. We had to go to the counter and order food. There menu was displayed. But, the food was served on the table. One part of this type I did not like was that it was very difficult to call the server. They were not very attentive. Otherwise, the service was good.
Now coming to food, we ordered four dishes.

The food was really palatable and mouth watering. I really enjoyed the food. The aglio olio spaghetti and sienna fries were a hit. Also these two were speciality dishes. Talking about egg fajita, they were also good but it needs a little improvement. It was tasty but it just tasted like a normal veg pie. There was nothing different about it.
Oh! How can I forget about the hot chocolate. If was also rich and sapid but towards the end it was a little sweet which I did not find very enticing.

This is a cozy place to spend your evenings drowning in coffee and conversation. Had vanilla and rose flavor tea, tuna toastee, chicken sandwich, hot banana cake, date and jaggery cake. I would recommend their brilliant cakes and tea.
Didn't order much but I can say they have the best hot chocolate in town. It was so good and worth the hype . The Ambience is top notch and the staffs are courteous. Will try out their food sometime.

Love this place ...I am a writer and it was always my place to go and pen down stuffs ... so many memories here ... my office colleagues knew where to find me when I was missing ... they even celebrated my birthday here .... love the avocado salad and hot chocolate shots here also the summer coolers are great ... krishna the chef is always smiling and the crowd is elite and earthy .

Kolakata's cafe culture has been evolved with time I must say..This time when I visited , found out this cafe at Hindustan park and m so impressed with the place..Where outside it was noisy , full of people, inside it was that much calm..To start with I loved their hazel but cappuccino as I only went their for a cup of coffee didn't order anything to eat. ..After ordering coffee got to see this almond cake and I can't explain how yumm and rich it was in taste..If you would like to spend some quality time with a cup of hot coffee with a slice of cake this is the ideal one .Ohh yes another thing it's boutique coffee shop , they curated some interesting cockery sets and quite trendy linen clothes..Would love to revisit next time when I m in Kol
I was one of the few customers when this cate started. Back in my school days, me and my girlfriend went to this cafe almost daily after school. Now after 5years, the place is still my favourite. We go there atleast once a month to cherish the good old memories over a cup of mocha.
This is a quaint cafe at the back of a small boutique.
I had a Green Pumpkin Cold Soup and a Hot Chocolate. Both were excellent, had the taste of natural ingredients, freshly made. The prices were on the higher side.
The service was quick. However, there was no menu card and one has to go around the cafe reading the menu kept across the café, some items written at the back of the counter, some items printing on a wall hanging, some specialvl items written on a blackboard. One has to place the order at the counter, and when paying the bill again have to go to the main cash counter. No physical bills are given but soft copy sent to your email.
Overall, a good place to visit.
It is simply amazing how a small backyard of a store selling women’s clothing, accessories, pottery and some traditional artefacts, can be transformed into a stylish and chic café. The whiff of coffee greets you as you enter the place. Laid back ambience with some blue tiled tables, different chairs, some stools made with overturned paint buckets, creepers and green here and there, and groovy music playing in the background.
This cafe is very aesthetically pleasing. I've nothing new to say here as I've one those last visitors of this place. Sill I'd like to point out something:
1. The pieces of the items have been hugely increased but haven't been uploaded online in zomato where most people check before going.
2. The food quality is good but not as good as they're charging.
3. In that amount, I've expected complimentary cookie sizes to be bigger so that at least they're visible.
4. Menu should have been more diverse.

I cannot get over the decor and relaxing ambience. Simply love the colour palate and the quirky pieces around the café. The food is good. A little on the higher side. It is absolutely one of the most aesthetically appealing cafes on town.

After hearing a lot of hype regarding this place I had to give this place a try. When you enter through the main entrance you come across a beautiful Sienna store that sells soaps, notebooks and so on. You then come across a very beautiful, lit cafe that gives you the feels of an international location. Ordered the iced caramel cappuccino. If you like your coffee strong this is your choice. I had to add 2 spoons of brown sugar to the coffee for it to fit my taste buds. Gonna visit soon for some appetizers.
One of the best cafes I visited till date. Special mention to the decor, it's fantastic. If you want to have a long conversation without any interruption, you must visit there. We ordered hot chocolate, capuchino, grilled chicken cheese sandwich and Sienna special pesto pasta. Hot chocolate was great and I loved the sandwich as well. We didn't like the pasta to that extent. Price was on the higher side I felt but still I will love to visit this place again.
If you want peace and quiet you should definitely visit this place. This is a quaint cafe on the Hindustan park which also has a store attached to it which is selling handicrafts.

This place was bookmarked from a real long time like almost back 2 years 😁. Really wanted to visit this place but somehow couldn't manage to come. But today finally without any rescheduling visited the place (LIKE FINALLY) 😍.

Now coming to the food part I am really bad at remembering the dishes name so putting the pictures, so that one can understand 😐 The sandwich which we ordered that tastes yummy and other dishes were also good. A new try. And it's pocket pinch too as the bill came 872 including the tax and all.

Small things matter and that is what this cafe has been portraying. The first tremendous thing that i saw was that there was no menu over there. They wanted to go paperless. We saw the menu through Zomato. Then i noticed was that there was one menu on the counter and that was too written on chalkboard. So great thing. Even we received the bill through mail so makes that too paperless Second is that they are promoting the handicrafts so much. That is so good to see.
To talk about food we ordered french fries and aglio e olio spaghetti. Quantity was less but it was decent i would give that 3 out of 5.
We ordered cappuccino and cafe latte. Both were upto the mark (Similar to that one's of CCD's). We also ordered hot chocolate. Well that is a complete mood changer as it tastes so good. No comparison for that. I guess that is the best till date i ever had.

Sienna cafe has an outlet in hindustan park and recently it has opened a new outlet in Park street.We visited the hindusthan park outlet.Needless to say ,the ambience was remarkable.We tried the following items:
1 Mango Smoothie
2 Tender Coconut (muddled)

The hot chocolate was better than most of the hot chocolates served in this city .It is the season of mango so how could we not have a mango item? So we ordered a mango smoothie which was nice as well.The tender coconut didn't have the same spark as the other items so would love to see that dish a bit innovated next time we visit this place.The date walnut cake was the best among them with it's soft interior and beautiful exterior.The cheese sandwich had just the right amount of cheese to savour the taste buds.
Sienna has the vibes, the food and the charm. Upon arriving, it was a little hectic with trying to get a table. The hostess was moving around a lot, on calls, dealing with delivery orders and dealing with customers. But eventually we were able to get a table and we weren’t disappointed with the food at all. We ordered the duck leg confit, Xmas roast with pork belly and honey glazed ham and the makha sondesh. All dishes were absolutely delicious. It felt warm, cozy and like I was enjoying a home cooked meal from grandma. I can’t say much negative about this place except that it does take quite a while for the food to be served. BUT the positive side of that is it is WORTH THE WAIT. I can’t take off any points for that, the food alone is simply that good.

The mushroom, parmesan, and Gobhindobog black rice risotto was among the best I've ever tasted. It easily rivals the finest risottos served in any trattorias in New York City. The roasted pumpkin soup was hearty, and the avocado toast was perfectly balanced with just the right amount of pumpkin seeds and arugula. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we're looking forward to returning with more family and friends.

One of the most quality cafes have found in kolkata. This is a cafe cum boutique store. Their rustic chic appearance would catch your eyes for sure.
Totally blown by their ambience and food definitely. They have variety and each item is made with care.

Had to visit Sienna during my trip to Kol since they were ranked the #5 restaurant in India by Conde Nast Traveller. Overall I felt that this is a very good cafe (good food, decent service, nice vibe) but #5 in India may be a stretch. The dumplings were really nice and I’d recommend folks to def try that out. I also liked the pork belly noodle bowl. The drinks menu is also pretty exhaustive and the coffee was decent.
Would definitely recommend folks to visit this chic cafe as the vibe and food is pretty good, but temper your expectations if you’ve had meals at the other top 50 places in the CN Traveller list.
Fabulous is the first word that came to my mind when I let my taste buds enjoy the food on offer here. It takes enormous amount of skill, loads and loads of imagination, unwavering courage and above all an unmeasurable amount of love for the craft of cooking to come up with this end result. They overhaul the whole menu twice every week, as claimed by the nice guy who served us. I had seen the chef Koyel Roynandi in one of the popular youtube channel's show. Now I am of the opinion she must be celebrated.
In addition I used their stable wifi connection and power connectivity to get a half days office work done from there without any hindrance (apart from the distraction cause by the enormously impressive food off course 😀)
There are not enough words to articulate how impressive Sienna is in the Kolkata food scene. You can tell they really mean business, and so much care and attention goes into the place. One of my two favorite restaurants in the country (the other being Bombay Canteen). The menus (that change weekly as well as the regular menu) are meticulous, thoughtful, intelligent fusion with the freshest of ingredients and executed with flawless technique. Have never had a mediocre meal here, always exceptional, always surprising.
All I can say is this place is perfect for your Instagram.. You can get some really cool pictures to showcase your profile along with some good food..
Though I found the food a little bit overpriced..
But overall the ambience won my heart and the staffs are well behaved and courteous..
Food is really nice. We tried the cheesy egg toast with mushrooms and bacon. And the pulled chicken burger. Both were extreme tasty, didn't expect it to be this good honestly. A tad too pricey I felt as both dishes were priced at ₹ 500, but it very filling as well. Service was fast.
Also tried the kombucha, but it can be skipped.
Loved the food but the portion should have been better at that price point. Also, service needs to be improved

We came here on the recommendation of a food blogger friend.
Had a special menu for Durga Puja.
We ordered these
1) Dumplings in Lal Jhol - The Jhol (meat gravy) made it a nice fusion with the usual momos.
2) Muro to Lyaja Ilish Thala -
This was the best Illish I had in a while.
3) Mangsho Jhol Carnitas - with naan-puri - This was my favourite. The mutton gravy was simply out of the world.
4) Caramel Mishti Doi - Looks like a caramel pudding but tastes like caramel flavoured mishti doi. Very well done.
The food was mind-blowing and service was top notch. It was the most sumptuous meal I had in the last few months.

A beautiful cafe cum store where crafted potteries n stuff is the main attraction. Located near gariahaat this place gives a completely different vibe that you would surely love. Was here with my sisters and in the end, all I can say is Sunday was well spent. The food is very good quality & quantity wise. The beverages rock. Services & hospitality are good too. They also have a cute store where you get real handmade stuff and end up purchasing cute earrings.

Sienna was at the top of my bucket list during my last visit to “amarbhalobasharshohor”. And it turned out to be a prized experience, in ways I never expected.
I went there without any company….and I regret it…for not getting to taste more things that a companion would have ordered.
But because I was a solo diner, I got served in their “Baranda” (verandah) which elevated my experience surprisingly to the next level.
I was met by a waiting staff (sadly can’t remember his name) who was unassumingly knowledgeable about the menu and patiently helped me when I became a damsel in distress unable to choose what I should try from their bazaar specials.
I ordered:
- Deshi Dim’er raviolo with black truffle and peyanj koli: The best raviolo I’ve eaten so far
- Pot roast with maangsho’r jhol inspired sauce served w/ Yorkshire pudding: Yes…Yorkshire pudding in a Barandah…i teared up and I kid you not.
The price point might come across a little expensive to some. But is worth every penny spent…and is unlike the many pretentious low quality neighbouring cafés.
Concluding: A place I will never mind returning to, again and again.
Excellent food quality and taste. Much better than Flurys. Very friendly owner!

* Mango Mille Feuille: flaky crusty strips with soft cream and mango, perfect sweetness, fabulous dessert.
Overall, highly recommended! Excellent food, but very high priced.
