I had it while my travel from Kolkata airport. The shops was newly opened then. I had ordered the latte Cappuccino and it's was a great experience. I am a coffee person and for me it was up to the mark. You can try there vast menu. They have an outlet in Quest Mall, Kolkata too.
Had been coming to Coffee Bean since it has opened and simply love the Cappuccino. Wish to
point out that the service has deteriorated since last 3 weeks as because it is understaffed for sometime. Take care of the issue or else will be reluctant to come.
This is one of my go to places for having breakfast.
I love the omelettes here. The omelettes come with 4slices of toast. The omelettes are really soft and fluffy which I didn't get at any place till date.
Try their mushroom omelette and ham n cheese omelette.
One thing which is disappointing about this place is the behavior of the staff.

This is a cosy little coffee shop tucked in one corner on the second floor of the Quest Mall. Their coffees are great. I especially recommend the caramel latte which you can see in the picture. It has just the right amount of sweetness and a whiff of caramel in every sip. I have also had the chocolate brownie, the blueberry cheesecake and the Chicago cheesecake. And while all three were great, the Chicago Cheesecake stood out for its unique, subtle flavours. And the best part is that it came with a cake base instead of the biscuit base which I am not really fond of. I think I am going to be a regular at this place just to enjoy the Chicago cheesecake.
Have been here a couple of times, coffee is good and so are the sandwiches. Food is fresh and taste consistent. A must visit if you are at Quest Mall.

We went to Quest Mall then came across to this place.. Its in corner and cozy place. We ordered Penne Arrabiata, Garlic bread and Choco fudge cake. I didn't like the garlic bread so much but yes i liked the pasta it was yummy and even the choco fudge cake.. It became my favourite i just loved the taste.
Liked the pasta and salad both...they gave the chicken separately for both on request. The chicken was little dry but the main dishes were much filling. The service was slow. Ambience was nice to sit and chat over. The table size was very small to accommodate all the plates properly so had difficulty with that.
I love coffee. So always visit the coffee shops where ever available. This is a well known brand. The interior reflects classic style.
Ordered blue berry muffin,lattè with whipped cream and mocha with extra chocolate. Satisfied with the quality and taste.

I've always loved this place for it's amazing food, it's an irony that I prefer their food over coffee. Love their omlettes, pastas and almost every thing! Well their pastas are a must try actually, because of the generous quantity and those two pieces of garlic bread, which are satisfying to the soul.
Also their sandwiches are different, with good amount of fillings and lovely crisps.

Such a cute and comfy place. Loved every bit of it. The pesto spaghetti was heaven. And the creamy salad too. I have never been fan of salads but this one was awesome. Would love to visit again to try their desserts. They have a good varieties of them at an extremely reasonable price. Also value for quantity and quality both. Visited this place on Sunday. A small but pretty café! We had the regular Cappuccino, iced Caramel coffee and the chocolate Fudge cake! The Cappuccino and the cold coffee was of their usual taste. But the Fudge cake was amazing! I would highly recommend it. If you visit this place, please try it out. It costs 180rs but the amount they serve and the taste, is worth it!
Our Sunday morning outing at Quest Mall Kolkata for Spider Man ended up here.. during my stay in Bangalore I have seen this place quite many a times but the zomato rating was below 3 which deterred me from visiting this place
But this time I went in timid steps to venture out in unchartered territory but to my surprise it was good although not the best. We ordered for pasta and chicken tikka sandwich...the latter was really good and healthy but the former could have been better. Overall the ambience is good and welcoming

I am a regular there and the staff is very kind and humble! Love going there to work from time to time. I love their food menu and the quantity is very good and the quality is impeccable. However, the drinks menu needs to be updated. Or else love it.

The lighting is just right. It made the softness of the ambience very soothing.
We ordered plenty, starting from scrambled egg garlic bread, fluffy omelette, mixed sauce pasta, coffee and peach iced tea. Well the food was yummy!
The staff were cordial but seemed to be in a lot of hurry. It's not a complain but a little patience wouldn't hurt anyone.
Overall, the experience was pretty good. I wouldn't mind going there again but am surely going to go by my pace.

Nice ambience to relax or read a book. I like the vanilla and chocolate ice blends. The masala and cheese omelettes are absolutely delicious. Light and fluffy with toast, butter and roast tomatoes and potatoes. Also love the chicken sausages. Would definitely recommend.

The beautiful aroma of coffee which drives a caffeine addict crazy, welcomes you on the 2nd floor of Quest Mall. Being guilty of that addiction I was instantly drawn to the cafe lying in a corner of the floor.
I wanted to try their ice blended drinks and their hot chocolate but neither was available. So I went for a Caramel latte. It was decent, I feel it could have been better.
Of the food items, I chose to try the chocolate fudge pastry and the chicken ham platter. The pastry was nothing short of amazing and the chicken ham too had an unusually lovely flavour. I would highly recommend both.
I was just a bit disappointed with one of their staff's behavior but I'm choosing to overlook that because the rest of the staff members weren't like him.

This outlet is located at Quest mall (not in food court) and accepts gold for food.
NO question it has the best ambiance possible, their coffee range is amazing and have amazing varieties.
Their desserts are crazy, such huge and dark chocolate pastry is always worth every penny.
Coming to their food by what I tried:
Panner Tikka Sandwich: Amazing , filling and messy.
Baked Tomato Cream: Their version of mixed sauce pasta, loved the sauce, a perfect plate of pasta.
Hash Browns: The best thing that goes with coffee for breakfast, love ordering it here for my late breakfasts.

This branch in quest mall was the go to place when I worked with Academia English in Park Circus. I used to go here to unwind after work or to meet friends. However, comparing this branch with other international branches of Coffee bean, there is some room for improvement in the service and the quality of the drinks provided for the price. This branch charges extra for whipped cream which is usually included in the drink internationally. However, details aside, this is a nice branch with good ambience to work or read or catch up with people. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.
This place is a gem in Quest Mall. You can hang out with your friends or grab a bite after a shopping spree. The interior is so chilled out and the service is real fast. The latte is so good. The ceasar salad is so delicious. The spaghetti roast chicken and pesto cream is decent. I love this place

I have visited this place recently after hearing alot about its hazelnut latte unfortunately when i went it wasnot available however the one i ordered was pretty good which was recommended by them.i would really like to recommend raspberry cheesecake if u ol lyk cheese cake ,it taste is very pleasant as its not so sweet in taste so people gonna like it

I have never been more impressed with a cafe which is also in a mall and not in the food court. This small yet pretty cafe is located in Quest mall opposite to the Adidas store. This place is mostly full but if you want to have a nice time with less disturbance from your fellow diners you might want to be seated out.

Now they have limited food options along with pastries and beverages. They also have Zomato Gold facilities which is applicable only on the food items.

The best thing about them is they have very helpful staff. Also, they have good hygiene standards and most of the dishes taste pretty nice.

Now coming to the dishes I had ordered—
1. CHICKEN TIKKA SANDWICH— this is more on the spicier side and has a really tasty filling prepared of chicken stripes prepared in tikka preparation along with veggies served inside brown bread.

2. GRILLED CHICKEN AND CHEESE SANDWICH— if you are totally into sandwiches and they are your go-to food for quick bites then you must order this dish of cheesy delight along with perfectly grilled chicken served in between fluffy white bread.

3. GRILLED HAM CHEESE AND EGG SANDWICH— grilled ham salami topped with cheese and poach in between brown bread slices were quite an ordinary treat.

I recently visited The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf inside Quest Mall and had a wonderful experience. Here's a brief review based on my visit:

I love hot and cold both kinds of coffee.
The food l love here; spaghetti Aglio e olio, spaghetti in pesto sauce, penne arabita, hash browns, veg gratin croissant.
In veg options these are the best items to choose from.

I had Honey Spiced Cappuccino which was good. I didn't try anything else as the prices were a little on the higher side and when you have a huge food court why try such highly priced menu. I will definitely try their food some other day but today I was not in the mood to splurge.
Our table still had dirty cups from the previous customer and we had to request them to clean it so giving only 4 stars. Please clean your tables after your customer leaves or atleast after the new customer occupies it.
Had iced tea ....it was refreshing and I always love their ambiance ...do I need to say more go visit it yourself take a chai or coffee break between your shopping....wonderful place for friends family , couples as well as kids.

Recommend this cafe for a Latte , Americano & Biscotti!
Latte was flavourful with one shot of coffee and whole milk. If you enjoy a black coffee, Americano is the order to place.
If you wish to indulge in slightly sweet and crispy treat, then do have a Biscotti. A bite of dried cranberry and slight flavour of Vanilla is tasted in this bar. If you indulge in shopping and wish to relax, then do stop by this cafe. The staff is attentive and courteous.
