Good ambience with excellent service. Continental foods were good. Although their signature 'moroccan chicken' wasn't worth the hype. Recommendation: spaghetti meatballs, cheesy fish fry. Overall a nice family dining place.

Going to this pocket friendly family restaurant for like five years now. An easily communicable place just at the hub of Jadavpur. A nice cool sober family restaurant. Serving delicacies that bliss taste buds. Fish Moffat is one of my favourite. A good recommendation this place is.

Calcutta Bistro Jadavpur A really good restaurant and I went twice with this one. The environment here is really good and the behavior of the employees here is very good. And the food here is reasonably priced, some dishes may seem a bit pricey. But the quantity of any dessert here is really much more than other restaurants.

Nice flavours of food, price a little bit high but according to the test of food it's ok. Vetki cheese stack must try.

Calcutta Bistro is our long time favourite restaurant. Reasons: Good Food (almost in all varieties), Value for Money, Placed in a very vantage position (Near Sulekha More), Excellent ambience for a quiet family dinner or lunch. Now what new added here. They have amped up their decor and now it looks like a brand new ambience and we loved it. Be there for sure, ask for Navaratna Pulao with Chicken/ Mutton/ Paneer dishes, and you won't regret it.

This restaurant never disappointed me till date. Decent taste with new cuisines and also not so expensive. Although I feel they should do better in their dessert section.

The quality and quantity of food served is pretty good for the price. There's ample of options in the menu. I wouldn't recommend ordering mocktails though.

It surprises me how i did not find this beautiful place before. I always pass through the petrol pump area but never noticed. The restaurant is neat, clean and beautiful with amazing staffs. Especially the manager who himself served the guests even tho there were servers present. I had a long talk with him and didn’t even feel for once that we met for the first time. Food is delicious. The quantity is humungous for the price we are paying if compared with other rest. Coming to the taste and quality. We ordered: 1. Chicken tandoori: usually i find tandoori chicken to be dry unlike here the pieces were moist and tender with no redness inside. The masalas were nicely soaked up the meat. Yum. 2. Egg wrapped noodle: The potion was HUGE! My mom and i could finish it. We parcelled it and still it was enough for my dad and me for dinner. Tasted good as it should be. Had a lot of shrimps & chicken. Not at all dry. And the egg wrapping was a piece of art. Must try. 3. Mongolian chicken: Very saucy. Had tender stripes of chicken with crunch bell-peppers which i loved. Went well with the rice. And this too was huge. 4. Tutti frutti: its my mom’s favourite. It was nice and had a lot of fruits. But we both felt there was too much bananas which didn’t quite go well with our tastebuds also I personally didn’t like the banana-ish smell. 5. Arabian delight: this one again had a lot of fruits. Too much fruits. And too much bananas. I didn’t like this one. Tho the desserts weren’t the best part for which I’ll give it a 4.5/5. The other dishes were brilliant. Will go frequently now as it close to my place. RECOMMENDED.

See, honestly it's good in its price. It's really affordable and best when you take in groups. The place is neat and unhygienic. It's not photographic or aesthetic. Just a sobar place to eat with a gang or family. You can moderate the level of spices in the food by telling the waiters before they make. I tried both main course and starters. Nice experience overall.

My go to restaurant since forever. Everything is amazing, the taste, the portion, the prices, no complaints whatsoever, do visit them. They are behind the petrol pump near Sulekha. Recently tried their desserts as well, evem those are amazing in taste.

Very good restaurant, quietly tucked away behind a petrol pump near end of Sukanta setu flyover (not far from 8B) - no hype, no glam but well located and great food. We started with pan fried momo, and it was excellent. The fried rice and especially crispy fish were simply delicious. Good value for money. Another good thing is availability of Indian, Chinese and continental cuisine providing choice plus flexibility.
