Hamro momo serves the authentic momo in the city.Looking for a place to try aome comfort food at reasonable price .Then this is the one. This place is a must visit. Its a very small place but they serve the quantity food at an affordable price.
My school was situated in the same area as Hamro, and hence this was our stop atleast twice a week after school. We would always order momos and sometimes maybe chili chiken or pork. Have too many fond memories of friends gathered around plates of steaming hot momos. It will always hold a special place in my heart.
Streetside momos. Eat in your cars. Try the pan-fried instead of steamed momos.
Great prices and even better food. Soooo good! Can’t wait until quarantine is over because Hamro Momo will be one of my preferred stop. I ordered the Pork Momo. It was so delicious and full of flavor. The dip served along with the momos had a good kick but wasn’t overwhelmingly spicy (for me). For its price, it’s a good deal. There was a lot of meat on each dumplings.

Located just a min walk from the brand factory at elgin. Visited this place before lockdown and I've tried their fried chicken momo and pork momo.
Fried Chicken Momo : it was really soft and crisp, you'll just love this. Do take the soup.
Pork momo : it was juicy from inside, bite and you'll see the oil coming out. Absolutely delish.
The seating could have been better, otherwise the place is real nice. Will come again for the momos.

Tried Chicken Pan fried momo and Pork fried momos. They were good. Tasted delicious. Their sauce js very spicy/hot,so make sure not to get overboard with it,if you don't like spicy food.
It is a small old eatery, nothing fancy.
Liked their momos.
You should give it a try if you love momos.
Humro Momo serves the authentic Momo in the city. Theis Momo were very tasty, the sauce they serve with it is very spicy. Which I liked very much.
This is the best restaurant in Kolkata for Thukpa you get here varieties of thukpa starting from chicken to pork.. This restaurant is best known for its Fried momo and Thukpa which is a must try for all..
I was recently introduced to this underground and competent outlet serving some delicious Pork dishes. With it's old-school vibe and a shack like appearance, this is a place where a few people at once can enjoy an authentic, filling meal at affordable prices.
The service is absolutely fast, and the place hosts a good bunch of customers throughout the day. Some of the dishes we tried here include:
▪️Pork Thukpa: A wonderful soupy broth with veggies, containing thick noodles, and finely sliced Pork. The portion is highly filling for one person. The flavour has a charm of it's own and this has to be consumed when hot, otherwise can taste bland.
Pocket Pinch: 85 bucks.
▪️Mixed Fried Rice: Definitely my favourite from the lot, this has a distinct burnt flavour, and comes packed with chicken, egg, prawns and Pork. The aroma is strong and tastes amazing. Would definitely recommend this.
Pocket Pinch: 150 bucks.
Pork Manchurian: I personally felt like, the sauces used for this dish did not blend well, and an strong uncooked Chilly Sauce flavour shone through. Other than that, the pork pieces were more than a plate full, and it went well with the rice. I hope for refinements in the future.
Pocket Pinch: 200 bucks.
On the whole, an absolutely Pocket Friendly and fulfilling place to visit in terms of the food served here, if you're not looking for extravagant ambiance. Pork is a speciality here, so do hop in and do your taste buds a favour, and thank my boyfriend later! 😊
Want to enjoy some authentic momo... This is the most old and famous place... Just few minutes walk from Rabindra Sadan metro station... Small and cozy place... Recently I visited this place with my friends... I tried the chicken momo... Chicken Momo was big and full of stuffing... You get the authentic and delicious Momo... the warm soup full of green onion... that was lovely combination... Lastly the spicy sauce... Yes price was pocket friendly... Great place for snacking and adda with friends...
Again a general rating and not specific. But then, I started going to this place in 2002, when I started working in Tata Tea. In those days, Tata Tea was a very British company and it was kind of frowned upon to eat at Hamro Momo. You were expected to be a member of the Calcutta/ Bengal Club and dine out at Park Street.
Anyway, once in a while we wanted to experiment and this was the place to go to, for high class, low cost Chinese and Tibetan food. The authenticity was unmistakable - the proprietor himself was from Darjeeling and the touch of class in the simple food came from his roots. The momos were steaming hot, with the chilly chutney absolutely guaranteed to make your eyes run. The thukpa was filled to the brim goodness with noodles, mixed meats and greens. The pho noodles I tasted much later in San Francisco were tame by comparison.
I left Kolkata in late 2005 for professional reasons but whenever I went to meet old colleagues in Tata Tea, it was always Hamro Momo for food. Came back in 2016 - unsure how long I will stay, but still eat there when I go that side of town.
In 2005, a plate of veg fried rice cost Rs 30, it is now Rs 90. Still as much comforting and flavourful as earlier. The quality, the service and the authenticity has stayed as good over 17 yrs. If you want high class Chinese go to Tung Fong or Mainland China. But this remains my go to office lunch. Sustenance served hot!

It's a small food joint serving some lipsmaking Tibetan and Chinese dishes. This place serves some of the best momos in town, I tried the pork steamed momo and chicken momo, and both of them tastes amazing. The size of the momos were huge. The place might not be appealing by its looks but their food stands out. A must visit for all momo lovers.
I tried their momo few days back. The taste of the momo was really authentic. The chatni was very spicy which I really liked. The quantity of one plate momo is enough for one person.
A small food joint opposite Chai Break at elgin. Momo is quite good but i like their Chilli Pork more.
This is a traditional shop for momo and finally I get a chance to visit this place and as per All information I tried their
•CHICKEN STEAMED MOMO•
Which is very very authentic and different than all other street Momo and all
Juicy stuffing with authentic taste
Price is also pocket friendly
Would love to visit this place again
Are you looking for a place where you can have a plate full of hot steaming Darjeeling momos?
This food joint, located near Rabindra Sadan metro gate 3, offers you to enjoy some authentic hill-side dishes like thukpa and pork chilly.
Having a small decent seating area inside, they are serving for not less than 30 years and is highly recommended from my side.
We ordered a plate of steamed chicken Momo and mixed noodles accompanied by chilly chicken. You must try the hot soup they serve with Momos and the prawn papad.
All those were good in taste
But if you are really hygiene freak, then think twice before visiting this place.

Never judge a place by it's look. Located near Rabindra Sadan, Hamro Momo is a 32 year old Tibetan food serving eatery which serves authentic delicacies at affordable rates. It is a paradise for all meat-lovers, especially people who are pork fanatics! Genuine Tibetan food with great taste, authentic flavours & spices is what Hamro Momo is all about. From yummy delectable thukpas, to soulful momos, Hamro Momo will definitely amaze you! They do serve some amazing Chinese food also. Their frothy soups are a must try from their enormous menu as well!
Suggestion : Their Pork delicacies are something to die for! Also, they're open everyday from 12pm to 10pm!
In frame : Roast Chilli Pork, Chicken Fried Momos, Chicken Steamed Momos & Limca
This is small corner for Chinese cuisine close to the Forum Mall. It's very simple in it's appearance but serves amazing thukpas, and momos. We had pan fried pork momo and a plate of chicken momo. I highly recommend the pan fried pork momo which has just the perfect blend of spices!
Went there with my friends.... I ordered chicken thukpa... It was simply delicious and pocket friendly.... A must visit for all the foodies... Try the chicken pan fried momos, thukpa and hakka chowmein....
This is a small eatery serving lipsmacking momos and thukpas. The shop is small but tidy. We ordered Pan Fried Pork Momos and Steamed Chicken Momos. The momos were big in size. I strongly recommend the Pan Fried Pork Momo. The gravy was amazing. Even the steamed momo was really good. Though the soup served with momo was not good.
I've always been happy and satisfied with the food and service at this place. The momos are truly delightful. Even their other food is good.

Hamro Momo is a legendary Momo joint located in Exide area. It is just five minute walking distance from Rabindra Sadan metro station.
The place is known to serve authentic Tiberian delicacies, especially momo ( as the name suggests) at extremely affordable price.
The ambience is extremely basic, with simple tables and chairs. Do not expect any fancy decorations. Seating capacity is 8-10, and the place mostly remains full.
On my recent visit I tried the following items-
• chicken pan fried momo
Quality (4/5)
Quantity (5/5)
• pork deep pan fried momo
Quality (4.5/5)
Quantity (5/5)
Although this place might not look very appealing, but their momos are worth trying.
This eatery serves the best thukpa in a very affordable price. The environment is cosy there. The servers are also very friendly. It serves the best mixed thukpa in just ₹100 which contains pork, Prawn, as well as chicken. It's one of my favourite food joint in Kolkata. Do explore this place once.
I went at 12.30 pm one day only to be turned away and they said they would require about 20 minutes more to open. My business went to a competition restaurant.
However, I still wanted to try it out and after getting food packed from another restaurant,I went in and ordered pan fried pork momo(where the momos were deep fried).
It is basically 1 no-nonsense room with seating of about 16.There is no AC but the room is cool.
My order took about 5 mins. It was hot. The sauce was tangy. The momos were crispy fried to perfection.I am salivating while writing this, which gives you an idea as to how tasty it was.The price was lesser than the other similar restaurants in the area(which I call the Quadrilateral-4 restaurants -Tibetan Delight,Orchid,Hamro Momo,Momo Plaza serving the North-East fare just near the Rabindra Sadan Metro Station).
This place is highly recommended as it costs the least amongst the competition.
Probably one of the best place to have momo and cherish. Ambiance is not important if the food is good that's my mantra and this place has been doing it best for many years.
Tried the Steam Pork Momos and Panfried Pork Momos. The former was heavenly for sure with a spicy sauce. Well incase of the latter, some improvements can be made with gravy as it was too sweet and I expected it to be spicy. But both were served with a bowl of soup and the taste was absolutely great.

This legendary outlet is located at stone throw distance from Rabindra Sadan metro station. I have always been a fan of the authentic Tibetan dishes served by this place. On my recent visit, I had the chilli pork and I must say it was delicious. The fat is to meat ratio was perfectly maintained and the pungent taste of the spices which mainly included spring onion, capsicum, ginger and garlic made the overall dish taste brilliant.
The only thing I didn't like here is the quality of momo. Many years back when I had momos here, I loved it but in my recent visit, I was a tad bit disappointed. I am not so sure that is it because I've tasted better momos or the quality has actually deteriorated. The stuffing of the momo had less of chicken chunks and more of onions. I agree that the size of the momos were large and one plate of momo is good enough for a person with medium appetite. So, if you are looking for something filling and pocket friendly, the momos from hamro momo are the best thing to grab.
All in all, I had a bittersweet experience at Hamro Momo. Looking forward tov visit here soon and try some more of their delicates.
It's one of the best tibetian restaurants in kolkata. Must order deep pan fried momo, hakka noodles and thukpa. They serve best thukpa in kolkata. I had been there for several times. Love this place so much
Best place for having pork momos. The size were huge and juicy full of pork. The chilli pork was great as well. Perfect ratio of meat and fat. Price is super reasonable.
Well..! A hidden gem ofcourse! This place is a bit small but cozy.. And they offer you a finger licking cuisine of original chinese food. We had Chicken Chow and Pork pepper fry. The taste was fantastic. And the people are nice. A must try for the pork lovers.😍
Nice place to hang out. Their momos, chilli pork and steamed rice are the best ones to try out. The momos are big in size and one plate is enough to keep you full.
My go to place when it comes to momo .
This place doesn't look good from outside at all , neither has much space , only 12 people can sit together at a time. So if you do not want to sit then you can order their food .
I am fond of their deep fried pork or chicken momos , the size of each momo is huge with great amount of stuffing in it. At every bite you will get some protein if you order any non veg momo. A plate of momo has 5 pieces of momo in it and served with a soup which is very ordinary .
3 sauce bottles are kept on the table for you 2 of them spicy and 1 is a tomato chutney. They pair with every momo and make them special. I don't like their pan fried momos as much as the fried ones. The sauce of the pan fried mono seems like tomato puree.
Besides momos they also serve rice /noodles thukpas ,soups which are pretty normal in taste. But believe me their momos are one of the best .
The thukpa was really very tasty. The noodles were very nicely boiled. The soup was salted properly. The veggies were fresh and gave a good taste to the noodle soup. The shop is a bit small but that's not an important point. What is important is the food which is great here. The ambiance and service were great too.
This is my favourite momo joint of Kolkata. Do not go by its looks . It looks terrible from outside. It is small and hardly 12 people can sit together in it. But it served exceptional momos . Tried alsmot all of them , from steamed to fried and pan fried everything is delicious . Specially I go theee to have their deep fried pork of chicken momos.
Size of each momo is huge. And stuffing is worth the price it charges. Each plate contains 5 huge pieces of momo served with a soup which is not tasty at all. The soup is more of oil. But three types of sauces aee kept in bottles for your use .
One of which is extremely spicy which I love the most. It makes me sweat but still I love it.
This is a small place serving lipsmacking momos
The pork pan fried momo is a must try here ..
I would have given it a 5 star if the ambience would have been better..
Will visit again to try out their other dishes
Location: Near Brand Factory/beside Shambunath Pandit Hospital
Best place for pork momos in this part of Kolkata. They serve the most humongous sized momos in Kolkata probably. But the menu is not just limited to momos. Their thupka is truly amazing. Be sure to try it out. Other than that, the stand out item from the Mains section would be Hakka Noodles and Roast Dry Chilli Pork/Thai Pork with a decent serving of Pork fat(for all pork meat lovers). For the momos you can either go with the traditional Steamed Momos Or you can try out the Pan Fried Momos. Both are equally good. Whenever I visit Elgin, i make it a point to visit this place. Sitting inside might make one feel cramped out with limited number of seats to offer. They largely cater to online orders. Getting a seat might be a problem as there are very few benches inside, so in such a case make sure you be seated outside which is the best choice during summers. But the best part is the pocket pinch. Very very economical but at the same time no compromise on the quality.
i have been there for several times. love their deep pan fried momo and fried rice. chicken, pork both momos are too good. nd besides that their thukpa is the best that i ever had
Absolutely loved the white gravy noodles. The only issue is the lack of space they have. Rest assured, the food is great. Specially the noodles !
Simply superb food. Great taste good potion. Very reasonably priced food.. Heaven for momo lovers.. Seating capacity not up-to the mark, but food makes up for it..

Went here today with my mother and ordered one chicken thupka and one steamed chicken momo.
A popular, small, non-ac, eatery on Elgin road just near Rabindra Sadan metro station and beside Momo Plaza, serves excellent Tibetan and Chinese menu. The thupka was a hot, delicious, wholesome broth with its adequate share of condiments and chicken while the momos were succulent and rather large for their size, the soup tasty and pleasing our taste buds. Price range is quite affordable and student-friendly.
The interior is quite simple and ordinary, with two small tables, each fit for 4 people max and one large table which can fit 6-8 people. The service is quick and prompt. You can definitely try out this place!
We ordered online 3 soups from here and Mark my words they will simply be a delicious treat to your tongue. Whether its the chicken manchow soup or the chicken clear soup or even the chicken talumin soup u'll simply love all of them
Hamro Momo is located at a stone's throw from Rabindra Sadan Metro station and has been on my wish list for long. Went there yesterday in the evening on a friend's recommendation and we ordered pork steamed Momo and chicken deep pan fried Momo.
The size of the momos is the first thing I noticed!!It was the size of my palms!!Each Momo had perfect amount of delicious and juicy filling!
The stuffing that was made for the pork momos had the authentic taste intact!! Recommended.
The deep fan fried momos came slathered in a lipsmacking sauce.
Both the momos were accompanied with a bowl of clear soup which was quite bland to be honest.
The service was prompt.
#HappyEating!
Situated at elgin this is a small eatery with very limited seating space but as it is said dont judge the book by its cover ... This place serves very amazing chinese food and specially if ur taste buds are on spicier side u will really enjoy their food. Our order was very simple consisting of one chicken pan fried momos, one chicken fried momos, chicken 65 nd hot garlic hakka chicken noodles. The most catchy thing about this place is the size of the momo pieces they were huge, each plate consisting of 5 pieces but the size of each will put a smile on ur face nd yes they tasted amazingly good, very soft nd juicy. The noodle was perfect accompanied by chicken 65 which was dry nd spicy with nicely fried vegetables. This visit we only ordered chicken bt They also serve pork items nd they are equally good specially the schezwan pork.
Though the interior will be unable to satisfy the Instagram citizen but it's one of the appropriate places for foodies. The pocket friendly warmth with very simple atmosphere team up with the Delicious food. But more specifically Egg Thukpa is the asset of Hamro Momo... A tinge of hilly flavor on the lap of Kolkata...
There's a well known saying, "Don't judge a book by its cover". Whenever I eat here I'm reminded of this saying. The place might not look presentable or tastefully decorated but their food doesn't disappoint at all. I regularly eat momos and chilli pork from here! The price is so pocket friendly! It's just a five minutes walk away from Rabindra Sadan metro! There's enough place to park your car and enjoy a plate of hot momos!
Was in the wishlist for a long time , uff the Momo's are to die for
Ordered
Pork Momo
Chilli pork (this one tasted a bit bland and sweet in taste for no reason)
Veg fried rice
Have been visiting this Joint since college days and always enjoyed the momos and thupka here.
Recently visited this place after couple of years and quality hasn’t changed. The size of momos are big and it is perfectly steamed. The place is very pocket friendly as well.
Best chicken momos in town. All other things do not matter. Good taste and portion sizes. An absolute must for momo lovers!
Additional recommendations: Chilli chicken (Dry) and Fried rice. The Chicken fried rice which was served had a slightly burnt flavor, which made it even more delicious.
A nice eatery for momo lovers. It may not be as decorated as its counter parts located on the same lane. The seating is also small one. But it doesn't disappoint u in the food department. The momos were juicy and big in size. A big thumbs up..
Really underrated momos. They're so Delish my God! The pork and the chicken. Whether it is steamed or pan-fried, its way better than so many brands out there!
Have heard about hamro momo a lot, but visited this small food joint today.
There is a seating for around 8-10 people, but its crowded most of the time so u need to share tables.
For food we ordered:
CHILLI PORK AND
CHICKEN GRAVY NOODLE.
The quantity of food is really good as compared to the pocket pinch which is quite light
But if u are someone who is all about ambience and proper hygiene then definitely this place is not for u but you can opt for takeaway!
A really good place for college goers and pork lovers!
Located near Rabindra Sadan Metro Gate Station, this is a very small joint serving Tibetan cuisine. It has a capacity of around 8-10 people. It's dingy and the ambience isn't worth mentioning. Service was okay. We ordered Chicken Fu-yang, without knowing about this dish. It tasted better than how it looked.
On our second visit to this place,we tried their pork pan fried momos. There were five pieces which were large enough and sufficient for two people for snacks.
During our third visit, we tried out the chicken fried momo, chicken thukpa and chilli pork(dry). All the items were prepared to perfection. Price was reasonable. Overall, a decent outing.
Swarnava Sadhukhan
I'd rate this 3.5. This is quite small place near Elgin. It's famous for its momos. So we tried a plate of pan fried chicken momo and fried chicken momo. The momos are quite big in size, unlike other places. It was quite good. But definitely not worth the hype.
Food: 3.5/5
Ambience: 3/5
Staff: 4/5
Value for money: 3.5/5
This joint is located just beside the sambhunath pandit hospital at elgin road. The sitting area is congested... Best option will be like either you order the food and enjoy it in your car or takeaway the parcel.. they served the best quality of momos, thukpa and other chinese items at reasonable price... I was just passing by this joint after a long tiring day.. so i ordered one chicken momo.. they served it really fresh with an extreamly delicious soup... The momos were massive in size. After eating only 3 pcs i was feeling like full.. it was 75 rupees for a plate of momo.. its a must see place for all momo lovers....
This place is near Excide Metro Station. This place is very small and not well decor but the food of this place is so delicious that you will forget about their decor or anything else.
Specially their Pork Roast...if you are Pork lover you should try their Pork Roast and Pork Momo as well
Also their Chicken Momo is very good not like other place's momos.
Their Pork Thugpa and chicken Thugpa also tests delicious.
If you love tibetian food you shoud visit this place.
A pretty regular place for me and my office colleague for lunch destination. A small outlet not with too much sitting. Our regular order includes a plate of chicken or pork fried rice along with Chili pork. I just live their portion size. Neither its too less or too much, just a perfect quantity. Their chili pork is very well cooked, and I got the same taste!!.. The balance of meat to fat is also good. There as a time Tibetan Delight was my favorite joint for chili pork, but now this place has taken over..
One of the best Momos of kolkata are served here. Specially the pan fried ones are yummy. But what they serve the best is Thukpa and Gravy Chowmin.
If looking for wonderful air conditioned ambience then this is not the place for you, but if you are looking for some really good food at pocket friendly prices then go for this place.
A small resturant. . . Quiet untidy in it's appearance. It has an outdoor seating as well as indoors. Nothing much to say about its interiors but the food here is a gem. I ordered for a special chowmin for Rs. 140. it was enough for 2 people. The momos here are heavenly. I highly reccomend everyone to try these atleast once. You won't be dissappointed with the food quality and quantity as both are sure to keep to satisfied.
This place simply never disappoints.. had ordered pan friend and chicken steamed Momos.. it was tasty as usual.. it is not too expensive.. the size of the Momos are good and the Momo fillings is yummy .. overall it is a good place to have Momos .. but yes, the place can be renovated nicely..
Though this place is small and roadside, they have sitting arrangement for almost 10 people at a time. This momo joint is situated between Rabindra Sadan Metro station and Brand Factory Lee Road. We tried Pork Steam Momo and Deep Pan Fried Pork Momo. Both of the dishes were quite tasty. The momos were quite large in size and fillings were sufficient. The pocket pinch is also within budget.
At a nice place...
Big Taste in a Little Shop...
Highly Recommend to try Any one of MOMO dishes... It's completely Satisfactory...
Lovely and pocket friendly...
This one is a very small and shabby place to be true. Won't really attract you by it's looks. But the food is quite good for the price.
I ordered :
Chicken Momo (steamed)
Chicken Thukpa
Chicken Pan fried Momo
For the last one they asked me whether I want steamed pan fried or fried pan fried, then I ordered the fried pan fried one. And it was really really good.
The other items were also decent.
Had steamed chicken and pork momos, roasted chilli pork, mixes fried rice and garlic chicken. Cost only 960. Quantity enough. Taste amazing. Not a fancy ambience but if you are a food lover, you should definitely visit the place. Exit through the Rabindra Sadan metro station 4 no gate, cross the road, walk for 2 minutes and it's there. Went around 1.30 pm on a Sunday, was quite empty. Overall highly recommended.
Best quality of food and especially the pork.
But the place is very small with 9-10 people seating arrangements at a time.
Although the food is good on a reasonable budget.
*Hamro Momo* is a great Chinese food place especially for momos.🤩♥️
ADDRESS - It can be found in front of Rabindra Sadan Metro Station after exiting Gate 4 and crossing the road. It is next to Sambunath Hospital.📍🚦
Space - The shop is not very big, with seating for about 16 people inside. 🙂
Time - The shop opens from 1 pm.🕐
🤤Food - Among the food here are notable - "Chicken Momo", "Pork Momo", "Deep Pan Fried Momo (Chicken & Pork)" taste as good as soft😋.
🤩The best and tastiest is "Roasted chili pork" with "fried rice". so yummy and mouth watring 🤤,Fun is different. ❤️❤️
Besides, "chicken mushroom" is also very light to eat.
If you ever want to eat some good pork in Kolkata then you should definitely come here and enjoy it to the fullest. It's Pocket friendly 👍🏼💸
In my opinion, you should eat Roasted chili pork with fried rice here is heaven.❤️😘
Few days back we visited Hamro Momo.
We ordered Chicken Steamed Momo, Pork Steamed Momo & Hot Garlic Chicken(dry).
Stuffing of the momo was too good. The soup was flavourful as well. They serve 5 pcs in one plate. Hot Garlic Chicken was spicy and delicious. Quality was upto the mark. Price is also reasonable compared to its quantity and quality. Though the seating area is congested but still I recommend this place for their food. They accept digital payments as well. Would love to visit again.
Must try..the place is really small and old..but the food is just love..so authentic and tasty.
I had recently found out this place, it's close to Exide crossing. Though the place is not much big in space, with just 3 tables, the food is great in taste and quality. I had taken 1 plate steamed chicken momo and 1 plate chicken fried rice and it was such a great food to taste. I loved it. I recommend it as a "Must Visit"
Tried their chicken & pork thukpa . The food was tasty but could have been better by adding more vegetables . It's kinda raw better for those who likes less spicy food
According to the price quantity & the quality of the food was absolutely good. The service was quite fast and their behaviour is also good.
Went there on 10/09/2021 and had a wonderful lunch with delicious Tibetan food ! It's a very small food joint without any fancy interior, but the quality of food they serve in such a reasonable price is really satisfying. Their Thukpas are very famous and totally worth all the hype. The portion they serve is equally satisfying.
I tried:
Chicken steam momo: 110/-
Veg fried momo: 95/-
Chicken thukpa: 120/-
Momo's are good. My first time being here. The place isn't large but the flavours in chili fish is full. It was quite busy and the service was top notch. Foods are fresh and they serve it within 2-5 mins even with more customers. Mix chow was good too with good portions of pork, prawn and chickens in it and it's heavy. Egg fried rice was decent. Prices are okies not so overpriced. It will cost you around 500-600 for two people depending on what you order.
Hamro Momo serves wide range of lip-smacking authentic 𝗧𝗶𝗯𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗻 & 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀 at very affordable prices.❤️
Basically this is a 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁 Outlet for momos.
I tried:
📌Chicken Steam Momo Rs115
📌Chicken Fried Momo Rs130
📌Chicken Deep Pan Fried Momo Rs160
Every weekend I go out and explore undernamed places.. This week it was hamro momo...
Getting to ratings now:
Food : 4.5/5
Service :5/5
Cleanliness :3.7/5
Ambience: Some places are not for ambience.. You gotta go and have some fun..
Accessibility : just near exide ( rabindra sadan METRO)..
Tips: try their pork dishes.. Specially pan friend pork momos...
I mean... My goodness...!! It was an underrated gem.. I can't hype enough about it!! What a service!! You can sit inside... Outside... In car... In bike.. Where ever u want and they will take ur order and serve you... This kind of service was new to me and I felt it very free and who doesn't love a boho sorta service ain't it?
Non impressive sitting area but one of the best indo Chinese food available here.
Must try
1.Pork/chicken Steam momo
2.Roast pork(if you eat pork you will feel the heaven while eating this)
3.Mixed fried rice(or prawn fried rice)
4.Chili or garlic chicken
For two if you eat a lot then also it will not cross 1000
Average cost for two -₹ 600
Small Momo Counter, though there's sitting arrangements but consider it as street food outlet.. Small place with wooden table n bench, shabby place.. Old discolored utensils (which they should change immediately).
Apart from all these negative point, best part of this place is food.. Big Chicken Steam Momo In very small price of Rs. 110.. There are Veg, pork & fried Momos also..
Along with these u get tasty Chinese food in budget chilly Chichen 8pcs at Rs 220..
Food Quality is very good n reasonable price too.
Great place. Its cheap but items tastes good. The amount of meat in items is good. The place looks shabby but the place is still hygienic. The staff's behaviour is nice. If you want to eat a lot of chinese, tibetian food go here.
Are you looking for authentic Tibetan dishes in Kolkata ? If yes, then you can rely on this restaurant. Here, you can relish the best Momos and a plethora of other delicious Tibetan and Chinese cuisines at extremely pocket-friendly prices. The quality and quantity of all the foods available here will exceed your expectations for sure. However, this restaurant is extremely small in size and on many occasions you will find people waiting outside to get a seat inside. But, if your prefer take-aways or would like to eat inside your car, then it won't be a problem. I would rate this restaurant much above Momo restaurant chains like Wow Momo and others. Highly recommended. 👍🍲🍵
I had stream momo and chicken gravy noodles. It was really good. All of them tasted heavenly and quantity was also good. Highly recommended if someone wants to experience authentic flavours.
