I've wanted to visit an Italian restaurant for quite sometime now, so ottimo was definitely on my radar. Went in for a dinner. The ambience is really good. As far is food is concerned, I am guilty of not taking a pizza at an Italian restaurant but the pasta, ravioli and tiramisu were amazing. Person
One of a kind experience, all dishes were expertly prepared and looked and tasted amazing, Our server Sumitra was outstanding, gave some great suggestions and really enhanced our experience dining here.

I really loved this place. Decor was chic, ambiance, staff behavior was up to expectations. A lovely Italian restaurant in ITC Royal which is worth a visit. The ambience is subtle with a fantastic view from large arched windows. You can see your food being cooked in the open kitchen. The food has wide options. The ravioli especially the mushroom one were well cooked with the right flavour.
The ambience & view of this place is amazing. Really loved the Ravioli and Lemon tart, the tiramisu is undoubtedly one of the best in town.

Great everything(food, ambience & price etc), except portion-service, which is cordial yet slow, good but forgetful. It's their biggest bane, very unfortunately. Keep it up, if you don't improve! 👍✌️
Sumitra has been very nice and has given us a great service along with her suggestions. We enjoyed our meal and the whole experience at Ottimo.

Stopped by for lunch at Ottimo during the weekday. We had a pizza salame and a spaghetti, both of which was fantastic.
