Kebabs: fish kebab- melts in the mouth. Extremely juicy.
Chicken kebab- huge pieces, juicy.
Main course- naan- extremely soft.
Dal makhani- quantity and taste both were good

Desserts- chocolate sponge cake. Perfect amount of sweetness.
Misses
Butter chicken- not exactly a miss in terms of taste. Taste was good. Not too spicy.
But there was thick layer of oil on top.
Phirni/ payesh. It was too runny in consistency for a phirni and too artificially flavoured for a payesh.
All in all a wonderful experience. it is the perfect amount for 3people

So for starter I got the Peshawari chicken and Dhaniya fish Tikka... Peshawari chicken is juicy and good... Dhaniya fish Tikka is excellent...
From chicken side I got the butter chicken and from fish side I got prawn masala. Both are amazing. Butter chicken has the rich flavour and prawn masala is also great... Yes the Dal makhani that is also good.... The plain naan are soft... Just perfect with the curries and makhani...
After that the biriyani... The biriyani is so delicious... It has the nice aroma and full of flavours... It goes well with the raita...
Lastly the dessert part it has Papaya Resin Relish, rosogolla and chocolate pastry... All are delicious...
Overall it is amazing... The meal box is for 2 but they serve huge quantity and I must it is enough for 3-4 person... It is available everyday from 12.30 pm to 3.30 pm and 7.00 pm to 11.00 pm for online Delivery or takeaway... It will cost 875+GST...

Loved their starters and desserts. The kebabs they serve in the starters are succulent, juicy and filling. But their main course needs alot of improvement. I personally dont think egg curry is a good option in buffets. So, if you are going there just hop in for their starters.

Having their non-veg lunch buffet was the best thing we did. It costs Rs.1045/- (including tax) per person. This buffet has a vast menu consisting soups ,salads,starters (kebabs-chicken ,prawn,fish), main course ,pickles/chutneys , papad and obviously desserts . But this doesn't mark the end , the most interesting part was the live counter cooking for sea food (octopus, prawn, squid ,). U also get candy floss and a counter for icecream. This was the best lunch buffet I have ever experienced.

Coming to the food- I think the starter section is not that good. There is only three types of kebabs on the grill. Apart from this there were mutton sheek kebab fried prawns and a taco like thing which tasted like rooti and chicken. The soup was not very good. Coming to the main course. They had a wide spread of items in main course. From biriyani to squid. Every item was nicely cooked, specially the mutton biriyani. There were chans which was pretty unique in a buffet. I was really impressed with their main course section. Desserts were tasty. Their strawberry cake is a must try. But there wasn't any mousse surprisingly!

Had lunch buffet at south city mall. Ambience was good and staffs are well behaved. In starters I love their fish , prawn and mutton kebabs. But chicken tandoori kebab was little let down, not tender and juicy. But I will ignore that for prawn ,those are awesome. In main they have lots of option. Non veg salad,chicken biriyani,kali mirch fish,chowman,mutton curry,chilli prawn,seafood gobinbhog rice etc. Dessert contains cheese cake, jilabi,nolen gur rosgulla, brownies, pineapple cake, ice cream etc. One thing I want to mention jilabi's was awesome ..real crisp... One of my favorite places for dining out, this is the ideal place for a family get together or treats. Offering a huge space this restaurant is situated in South City Mall. The USP of the place is the unlimited kebabs it offers which is followed by one of the best-unlimited buffets.

One of my favourite buffets in the city! Flame and Grill serves an amazing and unending Indian fare. The starters, as you must have heard, are great. I especially like the fish and prawn starters. Unlike a number of other buffets, the main course served by Flame and Grill is also very good. I love their Biryani. And the desserts are to die for.

The hospitality of this place is standout with the staff greeting and serving to our best possible need! Service is good and prompt and the waiters will keep on offering you kebabs as long as you want!
We started with kababs, Mutton Sheekh kabab was excellent, soft succulent pieces of mutton, chicken and fish was good too, chicken tandoori was outstanding, soft leg pieces of chicken, prawn was not that great, slightly tasteless, another chicken item wasn't that impressive as well.
Coming to main course it was plain and simple with Biriyani, mutton side fish, chicken side dish, egg kasha, fish preparation. All the main course items were average and nothing special about it. Egg noodles was good though.
Lastly deserts completely stole the show! There were 4 varieties of Ice Cream, Rasgulla, Rabri, Swiss roll, caramel custard, black forest cake, fruit cake, phirni. Each and every item was outstanding to say the least specially the Rabri, I have never had such amazing Rabri anywhere.in Kolkata. The cakes and Swiss roll was good too along with Rasgulla!
Ambience is pretty good our here and one will be super impressed with their hospitality. Eagerly waiting for my next visit our here!

Our first experience of fame n grill buffet. It was amazing.. the kebabs were the star of the show!! Chicken, mutton, prawn & fish we had... All of them were too good !! Specially the fish one.. if you want to enjoy kebab and eat as much as you can then this is your place. They has a veg option too. Main course was also good.. I would suggest to take continental options than the Chinese dishes.. they were better. The deserts were soothing and relaxing... After a tummy full lunch fresh fruits and ice creams were saviour!! I had my first visit to Flame and Grill at South City Mall.I had booked the table via Dineout and got a complimentary mocktail as well.The ambience was pretty cool.First they served the starters out of which I liked the Prawns and Fish Kebabs.The Seekh Kebabs were also good.The potatoes were not god enough.The crispy babycorn was delicious.Coming to the maincourse I had their Dahi Vada which was way too good.The Dahi was soo good in taste and the Vada was very soft.The Fish wasnt good.The Biryani was okayish.Plain Rice/Naan was what i preffered in this area along with Chicken Chaap.Now coming to the desserts the mango icecream was very good in taste.I liked their brownies as well.Hot jalebis were also being served and i consumed them along with their tasty Rabris.Overall I had a wonderfull experience here.The staff was way too good and helped us in every way.Thumbs up for them :)

We had the buffet lunch. We went at around 1pm on a Sunday and did not face any waiting time. However there was soon a big waiting line.
The seekh starters were good. The chicken options were better, chicken wings being the best. Fish options were not that much good in taste (both basa and prawn). Mutton kebab was also not that satisfactory. Very less veg options provided, only tandoori aloo, gobi, paneer and crispy babycorn. A veg pizza was also served which was very disappointing in taste.
Quantity of starters served was adequate and were repeated quite a number of times.
Main course had usual options of North Indian, Bengali and some Chinese items. The mutton biryani was good.
I loved the dessert items. Hot jalebis were available in the live counter. The gulab jamuns, rice kheer, daal halwa, ice creams; I loved them all. Soda based mocktail options were only two on the menu, we ordered a leechi flavoured one, which had excessive syrup and didn't taste good.
Overall experience was satisfactory. Good for family or group outing. Washroom was very small and not quite clean. Sitting area is quite big and can accomodate large groups.

Every items had really good TASTE, I must say they actually cool perfectly. The speciality was mutton biriyani in the buffet my goodness.. It was so delicious I'm gona have it again and again, sorry other buffets 😅. Starters were awesome, main course was really good as well as dessert. I couldn't believe everything was so tasty and of good quality. They might have less quantity of items but but.. Quality is so good you won't need to try more items.

Tried super saver buffet available on Monday and Tuesday, The buffet has 35+ veg + non-veg items, taste really good. Their hospitality doesn't need any introduction, overall had an amazing experience.
One of the best place to enjoy some quality time with some very good food rather unlimited buffet . It is serving both veg and non veg options . Starting from starters to main course and ending with desserts . They serve everything. Wide Variety of options and they taste really good . Best part of their buffet is the quality and flavour. They will never disappoint. Totally worth it. Loved it and would recommend to visit .
Best buffet👌not only the starters,but main course and desserts are also delicious. People should visit this place to enjoy the taste of various cuisines in one place.
Best buffet in the market right now. 🤩❤ Reason being buffets generally focus on starters, I found they have equally worked on main course too. My suggestion would be if you love the main course than starters then this place is idle for those foodies. I found desert options a little limited.

Overall experience was nice. Starters and desserts are good. They can add atleast one more mutton item, which will be good for the mutton lovers. Main course can be better. I love their dessert section.
Last Saturday i.e. 28th October, had been to Flame and Grill restaurant. As usual, the buffet was definitely mouth-watering. We ordered some kebab items for a kid and they served the same happily. We had ordered beers as well. The prawn and chicken kebabs were definitely a must try. A must visit place for the Buffet lovers.

One of the best restaurants! The buffet food is extremely delicious - starters and desserts - each and every food tastes so good! The complimentary cold drinks is not refilled, and if you take a water bottle, it will be charged extra. I opted for non-veg buffet, and the food range was dynamic - literally each and every item tasted so good!

Had a pretty good experience at Flame and Grill, South City Mall.
The barbeques were quite delicious, the same can be said for the buffet, although there could have been more options.
Also, the restaurant is crowded during peak hours.
