An excellent nationalised bank branch at Gol Park . Very prominent location and parking is available. Good customer service. Additionally an ATM of the branch is beside the bank which is of great help.
The executives were helpful and prompt.

Location is good. Stuffs here are friendly. The ATM dispense all currency notes.
The staff working here are the best in kolkata they are friendly n will always smile at u. But idbi branch elgin road are horrible even the security are very pourd i jate goin there
