Located just opposite to Acropolis mall , this location goes favourite for all pandal hoppers over to Bosepukur and Rajdanga . Their deluxe interior, every Thursday candlelight along with flavoursome innovative delicacies make this place a must visit for all foodlovers over here . Cheenikum has separate cozy bar section devoid of loud music presenting harmonious ambience to spend quality time with your mates.
We can as well reserve their banquet for personal occasion, capacity going upto 150 approx.

Kaju Dhingri matar malai : This is thick creamy , Indian mixed veg item with mushroom and surfeit of roasted cashew
Mixed fried rice : Rice tossed with prawn and mutton
Mamta ji tangdi kabab : Chicken tangdi kabab stuffed with mutton keema inside
Paneer tikka : Diced paneer roasted on tandoor.
Tandoori non veg platter : This platter has chicken kabab , tangri kabab, prawn .
Special biryani : This item stands out to be the showstopper having two mutton and two eggs with large quantity rice serving two people at least.

2 sections make it more easier as one section is dinning + bar and the other is only dinning .

I personally liked the Mumtaz tangdi kebab which are actually chicken drumsticks stuffed with mutton keema, cheese, marinated with yogurt & grilled in tandoor.
Their garnishing & presentation of each and every food item deserves special mention. Hence, I would suggest all of you to visit this multicuisine restaurant & enjoy their delectable delicacies..!!
Excellent food. Menu is extensive and seasonal to a particularly high standard. Definitely fine dining. It can be bit expensive but worth it. Highly recommended. Servers are very efficient at their work. This place is at a very good location. Easy to find if you follow Google maps. Highly decorated. Great place to hang out with friends and family.

🔴Cheeni Kum located at Kasba near Acropolis Mall. They serve mouth watering Chinese and Indian dishes and as well as appetizers like Mumtaz Tangdi, Hunan Chicken which is a must try. Their Chicken Biriyani was really tasty and it was cooked to perfection. Their Egg Hakka Noodles , English Sabji Deshi Masala and the Amritsari Kulcha everything was perfect and the food was not too spicy Now for the Chinese we had Mixed Fried Rice with Garlic Chicken which is a recommended dish if you order from here. Fish Kolaveri was very flavorful and the fish was soft, juicy and succulent. And lastly had their chocolate shake, tequila sunrice and tutti fruity both tasted awesome. Recommended one from my side. The dish which I love the most & which is the signature dish is Mumtaz tangdi kebab.Chicken Drumstick stuffed with mutton keema, cheese, marinated with Yogurt & grilled in tandoor. I just fall in love with the taste of this food.. It's really too good. ❤❤
Not only this but also every dish was way more perfect. As well as the decoration.. The foods were also well garnished. They also provide us comfortable environment as they took care every single thing we need for Comfortably eating. I love this restaurant so much & wanna go there again. You all must go❤❤❤
The food was really good. We first ordered starter refeshing with malai kabab delicious. Next switched on to Hydrabadi biriyani which was totally delicate with butter chicken masala.Then the food was also fresh and it was an enjoyable evening.

Ironic sugar high at Cheeni Kum, opposite to Acropolis
A flurry of dishes, all of them top notch, Cheeni Kum began their prowess with Tequila Sunrise, Gin Fizz, Chocolate Milkshake and Virgin Isle. The sheer quantity of each of these drinks was more than enough to quench your thirst and start off for what was coming.
For starters, we were given a regalia of items which included the vegetarian kebab platter, which had mushrooms, potatoes, baby corn, and paneer, and then moved onto cheeseballs which just melted subtly into our mouth when bit. The non vegetarian options came with Fish Kolaveri, Mumtaz Tangri Kebab which had malai marination, stuffed with keema on the inside, and slow roasted over a tandoor to perfection. The list went on to include Chicken Seekh Kebabs, which was soft, well cooked and juicy.
The royal rumble of main courses started off with Amritsari Kulcha, which had pairing options of Keema Kofta Curry or English Subzi Desi Masala. Keema Kofta Curry came with an entire egg begging to be rescued from keema. The English Subzi Desi Masala came was something really unique, it combined the vegetables of foreign origins with the spices native to India to manifest into a dish which left me spellbound.
Just as I was about to think that the main courses are over, chef decided that he would show his prowess for oriental food, as he sent over Egg Hakka Noodles and Hunan Chicken. The noodles were well made, and when I say well made, I mean it could be eaten without any sides. Human chicken was slightly spicy, but the sweetness counterbalanced the palate.
The Chicken biryani was the must try of the lot, with it following the "dum" biryani style, coupled with light basmati rice, egg and a juicy, tender chicken leg piece to seal the deal. It was on the lighter side with low oil and a rustic taste to remember for ages.
Lastly, the sweetness in Cheeni Kum to too damn high for a name like that, as they served desserts, and boy oh boy, it was a sugar high! Starting off was Darsan with Ice Cream topped off with Chocolate Syrup, followed by Tutti Fruity, with layers of ice cream, dried nuts and fruits and finishing off with Monte Carlo, with vanilla ice cream on chocolate cakes and finished off with chocolate chips.
Do give this place a visit, it is surreal and the food is other worldly.

Recently visited a multi cuisine restaurant named Cheeni Kum. Situated in Kasba Rajdanga, just opposite to Acropollis Mall.
They have a separate Bar area. The interior was classy. A good destination for friends hangout.
Coming to the food.
We have experienced so many items among them some were really good...
We had chicken wanton soup, cream of mushrooms soup, tandoori nonveg platter, tandoori veg platter, ajwain fish tikka, naan e shaan, rara mutton, murgh tikka lahori , paneer tikka masala, sprouts masala, chicken tandoori pizza, mixed chilli garlic fried rice, prawns in chilli wine sauce, dhaba dal, callenloni florentine, tutti frutty and many more.. Had a wonderful time over there..

Try mutton adrak ke panje, mutton rara, crispy chilli butter garlic prawns, akbari paneer tikka, Monte Carlo, kulchas and peas pulao.
Apart from this you will have many options in drinks also.
This is my first time in Cheeni Kum. I don't know why they kept such name when you can carry lot of sweet memories.
Guys Ambiance is good but food quality is fantastic and specially all the chicken Staters Items.
Must Try Tandoori Murgh, Malai Chicken, Chicken Tikka Kebab, Afgani Murgh & Mixed Fried Rice.
Here Mixed Fried Rice is Really Special Because they put mutton kimas in it.
Over all My Dining Experience was really Good. I will give 8 stars out of 10.

Ambience & Service:
They have two sections, one for alcohol and one without.
They have over 100+ seating capacity including all the sections
The ambience is quite interesting here, it's perfect for a fine dining experience
The service here is very prompt and the staff are well trained.
Food & Drink:
CheeniKum is a multi-cuisine restaurant, I tried various cuisines here. My favourite was Indian and continental dishes. Following are the dishes and drinks which I would be recommending.
DRINK:
Virgin Mojito - This one is really good to drink, I like the subtle flavour of this.
Cheeni Kum Special- This special drink from cheeni kum is more sort of a cooler and its really tasty.
Strawberry Cooler - One of my favourite drinks, I really loved this blend!
Our Pride - This drink has layers which portray the national flag. A very good drink to have.
FOOD:
Chicken Wonton Soup - this is wonton soup was really good, actually perfect. The Chicken Wonton is very soft and melts in your mouth.
Mumtaz Tangdi Kebab - This is my favourite dish from here, the chicken tangdi kebab with a filling of mutton, the taste was perfect and out of the world. MUST TRY
Dhaba Daal - This daal was delicious and the perfect taste, this daal will complement any sort of bread or rice. Must try.
Murgh Afsha - I really liked the taste of this, the meat was well cooked also.
Navratan Pulao - I really liked this pulao, it was going well with the daal as well as with other dishes. The rice was well cooked, I really like the flavours, it was sweet to the perfect level.
Spaghetti and Cheese Ball - The cheese balls were perfect and the quantity of this dish was a lot. Good taste.
Chicken American Chopsuey - This dish was one of my favourites, highly recommended. The taste was perfect and the fried noodles were amazing with it! MUST TRY
Nawabi Chicken Paratha - I would recommend it. This chicken paratha is really tasty and goes well with a lot of dishes.
Bharwan Aloo Dum - One of the best dish and the taste was perfect, I felt this was one of the best bharwan aloo dum I tasted in recent time, this dish tasted really well with the pulao as well as paratha.
Monte Carlo - Served in a very unique way this, the dish is a must-try.
Mud pie - Served with vanilla ice cream on top, the mudpie was very good and tasted perfect.
Sizzling Brownie with Vanilla Ice Cream - The old classic sizzling brownie is also available here, the quality of the brownie is really nice.
Good restaurant and very good food . I was very surprised with the quality of food that they provided . All the taste were excellent. All were fantastic.
