By far one of the best places to see savour mainland Chinese cuisine / flavor. Whilst a lot of the dishes are Indian versions of mainland Chinese dishes, but they are prepared really well.
I am regular with HK and Mainland Chinese dishes, so i can certainly vouch that the taste is authentic

Chowman is a premium restaurant for Chinese delicacies. They have various branches❤️, but we tried the Ballygunge one.
Mostly they have accommodation enough and wait time is not high at lunch time, but after that it starts to crowd.

Been there for Astami Lunch. It was crowded. We have to wait for half an hour and then we get to go inside . The atmosphere is superb . Calming sound . Hospitality was great. We ordered bhetki with bbq sauce, drums of heaven , mixed fried rice and chicken Manchurian. All these items are lip smacking
