Its a nice place with wooden furniture and the Tiger themed ambience is quite good,they have both indoor and outdoor seating arrangement .It is a great place to chill with your friends,the food is good especially the mutton chop and the penne pasta with garlic bread,the staffs are good and the price according to the quantity and quality of the food is decent.

Visited Royal Bengal Tiger Cafe at Tollygunge and it was a nice experience. This was my third time i came here and everytime there is something new added in their menu which is a nice feeling.
To begin with , i absolutely love the crafted wooden seating arrangements here. Approximately more than 70 People can dine in here. The pricing is affordable and the best part of the menu is that it has a variety of signature dishes and some of the classic dishes inspired from the famous eateries in the city. It's like sitting at one place and trying the iconic dishes at comfort.
Now when i got to know for Winters they launched the Maidan Stye Chicken Stew and Golbari Kosha Mangsho , it got the foodie in all excited and the next thing that happened was me sitting at the place and relishing these yummy dishes.
The Stew has a good portion and is served with garlic bread. Chicken and veggies is nicely cooked for a while retaining flavours and keeping the healthy aspect in mind.
Then the Golbari Kosha Mangsho is a star dish that has a dark gravy base and 4 tender mutton pieces which can be paired with Parathas.

Located at a walkable distance ( 5 mins) from Mahanayak Uttam Kumar metro station, this cafe is a "save the tiger" themed cafe. Coming to the ambiance it is really cool and the interior decoration is based on tiger and other paintings related to the tiger. The restaurant has an outer section too where you can have your food under sunlight, it has an A.C sextion too, which has a beautiful seating arrangement for more than 30 people. The food we had was their Winter special menu:- we started with some pure bengali starters ( mochar chop, chicken cutlet, mutton chop, fish chop, Drums of heaven, bengali style chili chicken) along with some hot and cold beverages ( we ordered :- Frappe , Virjin Mojito, Watermelon cooler, Mango shake, chocolate shake etc), after that we had some special dishes from their menu :- Maidan style chiken stew with garlic bread and golbarir kosha mangso with paratha. It was so good and the the mutton in kosha mangso and chicken in chicken stew were prlerfectly cooked and nicely mixed with the spices. Had a wonderful meal at a reasonable price at this place with my friends. Overall their service was fabulous. Most importantly the theme and decor of the restaurant is spectacular. The food was tasty and had a lots of varieties. Will come here soon again.
Cute cafe serving delicious food located near Tolly Metro left me delighted lately. The tiger themed decor & ambiance is amazing with wooden furniture which gives a special feeling to the place. The Winter Special Menu consisting of the Golbari Kosha Mangsho, Maidan Special Chicken Stew, Fish Fry, Mutton Chop, Greek Salad was indeed mouth watering.
Everything was perfect along with the service which was very quick. Pricing is kept on the lower end. The Fish Fry, I must say was outstanding & will be back here to try it very soon. The Shakes comprehended the food nicely & the hot chocolate was fabulous! Overall, a great experience!

From the name of this you can guess what is the theme of this café. It is basically a nice step to create awareness about the 'save tiger' campaign which is going through all over the country. We opted for fish fry which was amazing because of the fresh bhetki. In main course we opted for maydan style chicken stew and golbarir kasha mangsho. In Both dish they have maintain the traditional taste of the dishes. They use less oil in that kasha mangsho than 'Golbari' so health conscious people don't be afraid. Chicken stew goes well with garlic bread. Prices are reasonable and affordable.

It was not the regular kind of visit. Our medicine teacher had invited us to this place for our last revision class. 😅😅😅. Thankfully only one table was occupied other than ours. The ambience is very soothing.

For food Sur had recommended their Mughlai with mutton curry. But the weather made us chose luchi mangsho. And we don't regret that at all. The luchis were absolutely round and soft with perfect crunchy crust. And the chicken curry was equally tasty.

Went there yesterday for a quick bite.. Place is situated just opposite of Tollygaunge Metro Station and in adjoining lane beside B.N.R Hospital. Ambience is quite good with painting of Tigers everywhere🐯🐅 .. We ordered Grilled Chicken Sandwich Combo(Sandwich + French Fries + Packaged Fruit Juice) and Green Apple Mojito.. Sandwich was good with succulent chicken in every bite.. A good place to visit although Price is slightly on higher side.. Rs. 412 in total.. Forgot to take pic of Green Apple Mojito 😋

This is a one of those cafes where u can sit outside also and still feel comfortable. The place is very neat and clean. Not a clumsy one. Each table has proper space as the area is big.
When it comes to food.. they really serves delicious one. I went there in noon at 12. So the service was little bit slow but they didn’t compromise with food quality and quantity. The coffee was very nice and food also. I won’t recommend some specific item to try as whatever u will order will be worth trying. It’s a nice place to hangout with friends and have a quality time.

The theme of this cafe is based on "Saving tigers". There's an effigy of a tiger in front of the main gate. The decor is pretty nice. They have a lot of paintings on royal bengal tiger (because of the theme). They have seating arrangement for 40 people approx. The outdoor seating area is very eye-soothing. We visited here on tomorrow evening. The Royal Bengal Tiger cafe situated near Tollygunge golf club.. This tiger themed cafe was in my wishlist for so long and finally I gave it a try.. The outer and inner decorations was really very good, the walls were decorated with various paintings which goes really well together.. Ambiance was very nice, all staffs was very friendly and they were quick to response... Now coming to the food, we ordered cappuccino, egg devil fish and egg mughlai.. specially egg devil fish was just mind blowing.. One of the best themed cafe in Kolkata.. Will be visiting soon..
Just located in golf club road near Shrutinadan a beautiful cafe named the Royal Bengal Tiger Cafe. This cafe has been in my wife's wishlist, since a year. It's a very good adda spot with indoor and outdoor seating. Paid a visit today, order for cappuccino, egg devil fish and egg mughlai. The chop was best part of our meal and the mughlai was also good. The tiger statue was the centre of attraction infront of the cafe. The ambiance was very great with an appreciable hospitality. I loved the place, will be visiting soon.

I visited this cafe on a winter evening for some coffee and snacks. Location wise this place is easily accessible as this is very close to Tollygunge metro. I didn't have much problem in finding out the cafe. We ordered for a Chicken pasta, grilled chicken and mayo sandwich, coffee and juice. Though didn't get time to order something experimental but whatever we ordered was served pretty fast and it tasted really good. I liked the interiors as how they are trying to spread awareness about tiger conservation. Would definitely recommend this and surely visit this place again.
This tiger themed cafe is situated just on the lane beside the Bangur Hospital (new building). It's a very cosy place with comfortable seating, dim lights and good music (few outdoor seats are also available). The food here is also quite pleasing and not at all pocket pinching. We ordered :
1. Chicken Salad - Loved it. It was creamy and spicy to the perfect proportion. A must try here!!
2. Blue Lagoon - Tasted regular. But it was mostly ice and lesser of the actual drink.

Took Tiger Knock Out. It was above average. Actually food was not important here for me. Oy was the decoration, the jungle theme, the protraiys of the tiger, that creates a special feeling. The staff are nice and welcoming. The price is ok.
The drawback? Yes, there is. And that is parking problem. The narrow service road is unsafe for parking. If you come, keep your car somewhere else and then venture here. Otherwise it is a good cafe.

I have been there wid my friend for an evening chillout. Ordered for coffeee, lassi, french fries and nutty brownie. Decor was ok. Staffs were polite and courteous. Food was gud except lassi, it was tasting like a medicine. Not at all tastier.

The place has a cozy ambiance and is really clean. Walking inside the place, you will notice the spacious area with sufficient seating arrangement. The quality of the food and beverages was also really good. I even enjoyed the warm and cosy ambiance inside the place. The staff were also polite and offered a great service.
Good food....but not budget friendly at all..... though a good experience....and had a great time.....best when visited during evening.
Recently visited this cafe which is in Golf Club road in Tollygunge.
It has both outdoor and indoor sitting area. Loved the fact that the outdoor area is well placed that the sunrays during golden hour just hits the perfect mood for your evening coffee.
They have started with Jamaican coffees now and I believe it was great. Strong but not bitter aftertaste as such even without sugar.
They have introduced some innovative dishes such as mutton Keema Ghoogni, pork Vindaloo. Both were just amazing. Mocktails were well balanced, not too sweet. The Oreo shake was pretty good and worth the price I believe.
Indoor ambience is quite cosy. And well enough for about 30 pax. They also have some pastry and other items inside the shop for display.
Overall a pocket friendly place to spend your evening for sure and of course some coffee.

Margherita pizza 🍕 (must try) - Pizza was freshly baked with adequate flavoursome giving essence flavour in each bite.
Gondhoraj Mojito - newly introduced this mojito drink had nice Gondhoraj flavour.
Veg lasagna - It was well baked with adequate cheese flavour.
Strawberry milkshake - liked the thickness of the shake.
Latte - It is served with atta biscuit.
Also they launched in-house cookies .
We went there on 15 th August.Good cafe, humble behaviour of staff. Chicken Sandwiches were awesome, chiken wings were also tasty and quite spicy. chiken stew's portion was quite good. Only one disadvantage that they aren't provided drinking water if u hve'not ordered mineral water bottle.
Food is tasty with quality maintained. Serving style is great.
Price is market comparable on slightly higher side.
Car parking is little bit difficult at least in front of the cafe.
Royal Bengal is a very good pocket friendly cafe. Taste of food is too good. Especially the quality of tea is very good.

This has been the most elongated spread that I had enjoyed and each and every cuisines were made with perfection .
Jamaican coffee deserves the highest rate over to coffee. Coming to food , to me , Pork Bafat and Vindaloo are quite exclusive and not available any other places . Also I have liked their Mixed Sauce Pasta which is perfectly sweet and tangy .
All of their sandwiches are very well grilled with equivalent distinct stuffings inside ..
Among drinks , each and every shakes and drinks deserves accolade . It's upto you and your mood to choose from their extensive menu .
The Royal Bengal Tiger Cafe is all set to welcome the people of Kolkata after the lockdown lows with some new additions to the menu. It's located in Golf Club Road near Tollygunge Metro. The tiger themed cafe has beautiful paintings of the national animal on the walls and has comfortable seating arrangements. There is an outdoor seating as well.
The menu comprises of Continental, Italian and Fast Food. If you are a coffee lover or you wish to spend gala time then they have an exotic range of tea and coffee to choose from. I personally loved their Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee which is an imported brand and a new addition to the menu. Some of the must try dishes from their menu would be Mutton Keema with Pao , Mirchi Gosht with pao, Pork Bafat with pao, Pork vindaloo with pao, Chicken Hotdog, Bengali Fish Chop, Chilli Chicken, Achari Paneer Sandwich, Chicken Sandwich.

Foods are tasty, well garnished, amount is fine. The attendees are very polite and respectful. We ordered chili chicken, parota, white pasta, hot dog, french fries in so called main course or even you can say starter 😀. Well we tasted virgin mojito, green mojito, and one another soft drink something in strawberry flavour; m extremely sorry for not remembering the name folks. Yes all these cost us near about ₹ 990. You can try this cafe.
I had Virgin Mojito and Buterscotch shake, French fries, Garlic bread stick and Pasta. All tasted very good. Cafe is designed with photos of Tiger and decor is nice. very well maintained plance and staff are also well behaved.
An amazing place to chill with awesome ambience, really nice musical playlist, courteous staff, great decor of both interior & outside...
Really a cozy place for dates or friends' hangout or similar... located right beside the lane opposite to the golf club...
