Last couple of days back I visited at this restaurant situated to the nearby place of Gariahat more and golpark more too..!! Its a chinese and north indian based restaurant along with the good and tempting Ambience inside of the ambience..!! I visited here for having an invitation for a birthday occasion of my friend..!! We ordered a plenty of foods from them starting from chilly fish kebab to fried rice and chilli chicken..!! All the foods are tasty and awesome..!!!
So I must suggest to all the people out there please do visit this place once and have some good experiences along with some mouthwatering foods too.!!

Opens right on time. Polite customer service. Delivery on time hassle free. The food was extremely good. Quantity is very good. For average eaters 1 fried rice along with 2 side dishes is sufficient. Found the chilli paneer too spicy as green chillies were added generously. Must try. For a weekend getogether got food from here and everyone liked all the dishes. So much so delivery of vegetarian and non vegetarian food was made seperately at the sane time without even asking for it. This was my second visit to this place. This place one of the best authentic Chinese delicacies at a reasonable price. This time we were a group of seven but didn't have to wait long for our table. We ordered Teriyaki Fish and Red Pepper Chilli garlic fish in starters and 2 prawn rice, 1 mixed hakka noodles, 1 hunan fish and 1 green chilli chicken in main course. The food came just after the order but they served the starters and main course together. We asked them to serve the main course after being done with the starters but they denied to do that and kept the mains in another table open. That was so disgusting. The foods were good but quantity could've been more compared to the price. But overall we had a good experience here.

the food is halal The moment you enter this place it does feel like a Chinese restaurant the ambience is really good been here twice on our first visit we tried out the American chopsue and red pepper chilly garlic chicken both the dishes were really really good the staff are well behaved and the food quality and quantity is really good on the second visit tried out the hong kong chicken and Singapore rice the rice was good but I'm not a big fan of prawns in my dish so i didn't like it much the chicken had mushrooms in it which tasted good and had chopped ginger not a big fan made the dish taste bitter didn't like it much but overall a good experience will definitely visit again.
Kimli is the famous Chinese restaurant in town. We went for their golpark branch. They served excellent Chinese dishes like hong Kong chicken, bell pepper chicken, drama of heaven etc. The taste of the food was excellent and the staffs were very nice to their every customer. Ambience is quite simple, friendly surrounding.

Pork Short ribs- They we heavenly. Slightly crispy on the outside but juicy and succulent on the inside. The burnt garlic wok tossed preparation was just Devine. Its a must..
Chicken wonton noodles - quantity was good flavour was also light and perfect to complement themeal
Chili pork and Chili chicken- The only disappointments. Though the quality of meats and marination was excellent. But the sauce used while tossing made it sweet and a bit soggy.

They can accommodate 30-40 people all at once. Staff behaviour is good. They are too helpful. There is no restaurant parking available, so park as per the parking boy guides you. You will be charged for parking your bike or car.

Kimli is a basically a Chinese Restaurant. I happened to go there with a bunch of friends. The food here is absolutely delicious and they offer wide range of items to choose from . We had fried rice, noodles, chicken garlic lolipops, Duck and lamb as well. The lunch was fulfilling and the prices were reasonable.

Special fried rice includes Chicken, Prawn, Mushroom, egg. The prawn and chikcen pieces are less salty, but overall the rice tastes really good. The best part is the hot garlic fish. The pieces are really soft and tender easilty melts in your mouth. Quality is really awesome.

Okay so I went to this place a few days back with my friends. The area is a bit small and one can feel a little congested. But the food makes up for it. They serve an enormous quantity of food. I mean, 11 pieces of chicken in a dish is a bit too much. One plate of noodles/rice is enough for two people. Food is good too. Except that the lamb we ordered tasted more like mutton. But it was totally value for money!

This restaurant is one of the best pocket friendly restaurant I'd ever seen. If anyone wants to give birthday treat to his/her friends, Kimli is a very good option.

Awesome food. Old and homely feel. Experienced staff. That's Kimli in less than 10 words, :-). We tried drums of heaven for starter, Singapore mixed mein foon and Malaysian Chicken.
If you had been reading my reviews then you would know that we try drums of heaven almost every Chinese restaurant we visit, just to compare how they stack up on our "taste and presentation scale". We repeat mein foon too but flavours might differ.
Kimli's food is bit tad on the spicier side, which I liked, and their experience with Chinese dishes really shows right from the items in the menu to the last morsel on your plate. Couldn't try their pork, but I can bet it will be good.
Drums of heaven was greasy and spicy, extra-fried, just like the way I requested. Mein foon was good, tasty. Malaysian chicken complimented our staple. We made a mistake of going out all spicy on the menu, and we realized it soon after... and the next morning :-p.
Lower expenses on decor and porcelain helps keep the prices lower in the menu. The one star is because of the washroom. I found it funny (in the wrong way), take a tour on your next visit and you'll know.
Definitely recommend as a Chinese eatery.

I went there for lunch. We ordered Red Hot Chilli Garlic Lollypop for starters and for maincourse we ordered Egg Chicken Chowmein, Chicken Fried Rice, Teriyaki Duck and Dry Chilli Lamb. One bowl of chowmein or Fried Rice is enough for 4-5 people. Chilli Lamb was really good. Just ask them to make it mild spicy. The duck was delicious but a bit fleshy. And in starters, they provided 10 big pieces of Chicken Lollypop.

We'd visited the shop during Durga puja & the sitting arrangement of the restaurant is much pleasing. Moreover, I was delighted by their hospitality. I'd ordered Schezwan Mixed Fried Rice & Chilli Chicken. Both tasted good , though the preparation of Rice was much hot than my expectation.

Old school Chinese Restaurant in South Kolkata nestled in the Hindusthan Park neighbourhood. Have been serving tasty chinese preparations over the years, in generous quantities & affordable prices. If you want some tasty but pocket-friendly meals, Kimli is your go-to place. They serve you succulent dishes and the staff behaviour makes it all the more welcoming. Be it some lamb dishes, duck teriyaki, fried rice, chicken in black pepper sauce or any other item of the menu, they leave no stones unturned to give you a yummilicious food experience.
Very near to my college, we used to visit this joint most of the times. The food quality is very good and so are the staffs. The interior decorations are satisfactory and it won't pinch your pocket too hard. All in all a good place to hang around with friends and enjoy food. Though the service is a bit late sometimes but that's something which we all can bear for some good pet pujo.
This is over all our fav pick till now. We used to go there in any occasion or even in casual dine out or either for treats . The taste and the ambience is one of the best im class. With very low shades of lights which make the ambience pretty good. Well the food ofcourse is very delicious and flavourful. The mix fried rice , Prawn rice is our best pick. I would recommend hot garlic chicken specially if anyone loves the spicy one. Quantity is enough for 2 person to maximum 3 person with average appetite. Highly recommended for family dinners or with your special one.

Last day I went to Kimli, Hindustan Park and it was an amazing experience.
I had green chilli pepper fish and red chilli pepper drumsticks.
The fish was amazing though a bit oily and drumsticks were good too. I loved the preparation and the masalas they used. Hope to be there again soon. :)

Been here many a times. This particular restro is far from the main road and hence people might have a problem locating it. Their chinese is very good. I've tried the starters even. Price is moderate and quantity is sufficient. Good place to have your weekend dinner at peace.

Visited this cozy little place for several times now, especially for their duck preparations. Reasonable and tasty. Ordered online for a couple of times and was not at all disappointed. Their portion size is very good. Packing and delivery is good too . Love it.

Green Hakka noodles: for a pesto lover, this was heaven.
Rhcp chicken: I never knew that chicken in a Chinese cuisine could be so tender and delicious and flavorful.
Chilli garlic noodles: great taste.
Chilli garlic prawn: this was a little bland comparing to other 3.
Service: good service at pujo time is tough, but they were efficient.
Decor: the decor was plain and simple. The food wins it all.

A pure Chinese Cuisine Restaurant ,beside of their chicken and fish items they provide various items if Lamb , Duck and Prawns.
As for reasonable price and for great quantity of food it is well known place for students and highly recommended place .
We have ordered Mixed Hakka noodles and Hong Kong Chicken .
Two of items have costed only 425/- bucks including gst .
So from my experience , I would like recommended this place to Chinese food lovers.

Good budget friendly restaurant. Food waa good. We ordered chicken fried rice and garlic chicken. Ambiance was good. Only problem is they take a little longer time fo serve.
One of the best places to have chinese food at quite affordable price range and the ambience along with good service. My favourite choice of food has been baby corn and chicken starters along with mixed hakka chow or rice and side dish.
The place is never crowded so you can expect fast service. Food is well cooked and hygiene is up to the mark
Ambience very basic but when it comes to food u can place your bets on it for being one of the best Chinese places in Kolkata

Always wanted to visit Kimli after all the reviews from the vloggers.
Have to say I was pretty much looking forward to visit Kimli but it didn’t match my expectations. Well let me clarify that there is absolutely nothing wrong with Kimli but it’s just that I expected it to be better.
The food is delicious.
The location is super prime.
The ambience is nice.
The service is very good.
But the pocket pinch seemed to be on the higher side rather a bit too high compared to what’s been provided.
Anyway we ordered the following and each of them tasted very good and the quantity too was sufficient for two:
1. Chicken Teriyaki - Rs 460
2. Chicken Clear Soup - Rs 170
3. Vegetable Noodles - Rs 315
4. Chicken Wonton (can’t recall the price but definitely very tasty)

The place full on Chinese vibes... Chinese food r great.. we tried fried wanton, Schezwan fried rice and garlic gravy chicken. The wantan is great. Those wanton tried with green sauce, the sauce is spicy in taste. The Schezwan rice is not as spicy as I expected.. but garlic chicken is great.. but the combination of two is very good.. the prices range is medium. Few days back we visited Kimli which is situated near Gariahat. We ordered Mixed Fried Rice and Malaysian Chicken. Though the price is a little bit high but the quantity and quality was really good. Quantity was more than enough for two and the mixed fried rice was full of chicken, prawn and veggies. The gravy of the malasiyan chicken was made with prawn kima which was really good. Enjoyed their food. Ambience was nothing special. Staffs were courteous.
